I've read a bunch of stories where Ritsuka and the author's choice of girlfriend meet the former's parents. Here's my unconventional spin on it. This IS a RitsukaxMash story, so you've been warned. Also, I'm writing this on my phone, so please be kind about errors.

Darkness and Light, Into the Chaos!

"I can't believe we're going to see your parents, Senpai!" Mash said excitedly, staring out the plane window.

"Y-yeah, me neither." Ritsuka replied nervously. Why couldn't the UN have said no? the Chaldean Master wondered. After much debating, the UN had granted Ritsuka a week to return home, on the condition he returned to Chaldea as soon as time was up. I won't have a problem with that.

...

Mash gazed around the airport with a sense of wonder that made her companion smile. "I can't believe you live in the center of Tokyo!" the Demi-Servant gasped, watching the cars go by. "There are so many people around!"

"Yeah, it's busier than usual today, though."Ritsuka informed, taking Mash's hand in purple-haired girl blushed at the contact, but smiled as she intertwined her fingers with his. "Come on, the car is waiting for us." Ritsuka urged, pulling Mash through the crowd.

The "car" in question was actually a black limo with a massive suit-wearing man in sunglasses waited. "It's good to see you, sir." The man greeted.

"Hey John. How have things been?" Ritsuka replied.

John glanced at Mash, nodding in greeting before replying, "Well enough, considering I feel like I took a year long nap."

"Yeah, I'll bet." the boy sighed. "This is Mash, by the way. She's the girl I said I'd be bringing."

"I-its nice to meet you." Mash said nervously, giving a quick bow.

"I can see why you like her." John chuckled, causing both teens to blush. "Come along, your father is waiting." he added stepping into the driver's seat as Ritsuka got the door for Mash before following behind.

During the ride, Mash was incredibly quite. Ritsuka, easily sensing something wrong, put an arm around her waist and pulled her close. "What's the matter?" he asked.

"Nothing." Mash lied. Ritsuka raised an eyebrow, and his kouhai relented. "What if your father doesn't like me?"

Ritsuka wanted to say something like "Don't be ridiculous," or "He'll love you," but the truth was that he was just as worried. His father wasn't the kindest man, and was very set in his ways. If he didn't approve of Mash, it would be a huge blow to her self esteem. Eventually, he replied. "Even if he doesn't, that hardly matters." Ritsuka declared. "He'll have to get over it, cause I love you, and I refuse to give you up."

Mash blushed, a happy smile on her face as she kissed her boyfriend. "I love you too, Senpai." she whispered against his lips before they kissed again.

...

When they arrived at the estate, Ritsuka felt something off. Kind of like when Kiyohime was stalking him in Chaldea. But that can't be. All of the Servants are back at Chaldea. I told them not to worry. Shaking off the strange feeling, he stepped hand-in-hand with Mash into the main hall, where Roku Fujimura awaited them. At first glance, Mash kind of felt like the black haired man standing in front of them have off the same imposing vibe as Dantes or Kiritsugu.

"I'm home, Father." Ritsuka greeted with a small bow.

"Yes, I can see that, boy." Roku scoffed, turning his gaze on to Mash. "And I suppose this is the girl you spoke of?"

"My name is Mash Kyrielight, thank you for having me." Mash introduced with all the courage she could muster.

"Seems she has manners, at least." Roku scoffed, turning. "You two arrived just as lunch finished being prepared. Come." the patriarch commanded. The couple followed quietly.

*Don't worry about lunch," Ritsuka whispered, "It may not be Emiya or Tamamo's cooking, but it's delicious." Mash smiled, nodding as she drew closer to her beloved Senpai.

...

Lunch was an interesting affair, as Roku questioned the couple on how they met, what they had done in Chaldea, and so on. After they had finished eating, Roku stood. "I think I've heard enough." he declared, glaring down at the teens. "First of all, I do not appreciate you spinning fanciful tales. No mage can accomplish what you claim, especially a faliure of a mage such as yourself. Honestly, son, do you take me for a fool?"

The feeling from before returned with a bloodlust. Someone was nea, and they DID NOT like what they were hearing. "And further more, I cannot approve of you dating a girl so clearly benea your standing." Mash flinched as if she had been physically struck. "I demand you break contact with her immediately and get her out of my house."

Ritsuka's next move needed no planning. "No." he replied evenly, standing and pulling his distraught girlfriend into his arms.

"What?" Roku demanded, glaring at his son. "You think you can defy me, you little brat?"

BANG!

A bullet grazed the man's cheek. "Shut your damned mouth!" A familiar voice snarled. Ritsuka turned to see a musket pointed at his father, Nobunaga glaring from where she had appeared. "How can such a great Master have such a rotten man for a father?"

"Nobbu, calm down!" Ritsuka pleaded. As mad as he was, he didn't want his father murdered.

"Yes, Nobunaga. Please allowe to deal with Master's horrible parent." Master and Demi-Servant shivered as Kiyohime appeared next to the enraged warlord.

"Guards! Intruders!" Roku shouted.

"Oh, I don't think they'll be coming in." Kiyohime giggled, turned to her left. "Will they, Serenity?" The scantily clad Assassin appeared next with a nod. Ritsuka just hoped they were alive.

How did you all get in here?" Roku demanded.

"I'd like to know that too." Ritsuka added with crossed arms. "I told all of you to stay behind."

Another voice, another appearance. "Si, si, but when dear little Kiyo mentioned how much of a estúpida your papa was, some of us felt the need to lend our support."

"E tu, Quetzalcoatl?" Ritsuka sighed

"Enough of this nonsense!" Roku shouted. "All of you, leave my estate at once!"

"Doest thou truly believe you can order us?" A chilling voice asked. "Silence thy tongue, lest I remove thine head for speaking ill of the Contractor."

"Gramps, of course " Ritsuka sighed, seeing the Grand Servant manifest. "Anyone else? Come on, don't be shy." he called into the rapidly crowding dining room. The Master sighed as Astolfo appeared, followed quickly by Ishtar. "Huh, I was kind of expecting Eresh."

"She said she had some duty to perform, so I came in her place." the goddess replied glaring at Roku.

"Enough! Everyone, we're leaving! Mash and I are going to find a hotel to check into for the week, and the rest of you are going back to Chaldea? Am I clear?

"As you wish, Contractor." First Hassan replied. "Serenity, let us return."

"Yes, great Founder." Serenity replied, both Assassins vanishing.

"I guess I'll go home, but be sure to bring back a souvenir, yes?" Quetzalcoatl requested, grabbing Astolfo and ignoring his cries of "I don't wanna!"

"Can't I mess him up a little?" Nobbu asked, earning a dry look from the ravenette. "Fine. Consider yourself lucky, old man." The warlord shouted over her shoulder as she withdrew. "Maybe I'll just bug Okita."

Ishtar continued to glare at Roku. "Pray I don't have to return, little human. This goddess wou hate to have to dirty her hands because you foolishly provoked me." She declared before flying through the roof, leaving a giant hole.

Ritsuka rolled his eyes as Kiyohime looked to him. " Have a wonderful time, Master. You two deserve it." she said in he sickly sweet tone before turning to Roku. "I'm just a word away from my Master's side. Remember that if you think of trying to split these two up."

"Of all the Servants, you were the one I thought would explode when you found out about Mash and I." Ritsuka muttered.

Kiyohime giggled. "Oh Master. Have you not figured it out yet? I simply wish for the happiness of my love, even if that is with another. You did try to let me down easy, after all."

And here I thought I wasn't getting through he Mad Enhancement. Ritsuka thought as one of his most loyal Servants withdrew. *And now I think it's time we left as well. Come on, Mash."

"Stop right there! Ritsuka!" Roku demanded. His cries fell on deaf ears as the couple left.

...

"We really should have expected some of the Servants to follow us, huh?" Ritsuka asked. Mash nodded mutely, her eyes never leaving the carpet of the hotel they had found. "Is what he said still bothering you?" Again, Mash nodded. Of course. Kneeling in front of his girlfriend, he lifted her chin with a finger. "He's wrong. If anything, Of say he even had it backwards. You're so much more amazing than I am. You're smart, determined, you always give 100 percent, and your so...so beautiful. You were there to protect me so many times. And what good was I during the Seven Singularities? I just sat back and made the rest of you do the heavy lifting."

"That's not true at all!" Mash argued. "It was because of your orders and plans we ever got out of Singularity F! And you treat everyone like they're family. All with a smile on your face. You're so strong, and you don't even seem to realize it!." The two fell into silence.

Then they began to laugh. "What a pair we make, eh?" Ritsuka asked, kissing Mash tenderly. "I love you, Mash. Please never forget that."

"I love you too, Senpai." Mash replied before deepening their kiss.

Though their troubles were far from over, each knew that as long as they had the other, they would be able to endure.

Extra:

Hans scoffed. "So he was the twisted father character we supposed?" he sighed. "How absolutely bland. At least Master came out of it okay."

"Yes. But he seemed annoyed with us being there." Kiyohime replied, plopping down in the chair next to the gruff Caster. "Do you suppose they'll know this was because Kiara told you about what she read in Master's diary?"

Hans scoffed again. "Not unless someone brings it up, though I would like to see that lewd nun to get punished."

"I get the feeling she'd welcome it." Kiyohime sighed, reaching for a book on one of the many shelves of the Chaldea Library. "Do you suppose they'll get the happily ever after that you seem incapable of writing?"

"I get enough of that from Nursery Rhyme, I don't want to hear it from you!" Hans snapped, making Kiyohime giggle.

And done! That went a little different from what I planned, but that seems to be the norm for me recently. So, good? Bad? Not enough? Leave a review, flames will be responded to with Excalibur, and I'll see you all next time!
