Jamesia woke up at the same time as Morgan and Ramona, but Sirin was still asleep. Jamesia got dresses into her uniform as did Morgan and Ramona, afterwards they woke Sirin up. Jamesia gathered all her stuff into her bag and walked down to the common room and then out to walk toward the Great Hall with the others following her. Once they found themselves in the hall, they found a spot to sit together and then waited for the breakfast food to appear; when four full English breakfasts appear in front of them. Jamesia looks around to see that no one else have them, Jamesia spot an elf that just popped next to her.
"Hello, I'm Jamesia Potter, can you ask me why these appeared in front of us," Jamesia asks the elf
"I'm Winky Miss. Potter. Us House-elves were asked to make for Jamesia Potter, Morgan Croft, Ramona Nishimura, Sirin de Mornay, and Lillian Evans." Winky said before she vanished
Jamesia look around the Hall who could've asks them and at the Gryffindor table, she saw Fred Weasley wink at her. Unfortunately for her, Sirin and Morgan both saw that wink as well. Morgan turned to her
"Which one is that? Fred Weasley or George Weasley? Hmm, Mrs. Jamesia Weasley or Mrs. Jamesia Potter-Weasley. Yes, that second sound good to me, what do you think Sirin?" Morgan said/asks in a teasing sounded voice
"Sound good to me, it's not surprising that anyone already found Jamie cute" Sirin said, grinning
"Ha-Ha very funny" Jamesia said to her cousins
Jamesia began to eat her breakfast with the others doing the same, when they were done it was time for their first class; which is Double Potions with Giselle as today is Monday. Jamesia walks with the others to their class and when they got there, they saw Giselle waiting for them.
"Giselle, I've got a question for our third/fourth classes What is Ancient Studies? What is Archaeology class?" Jamesia asks
"Ancient Studies is a class that the board and rather forced Dumbledore to combine with another class. It's will teach what the Study of Ancient Runes teaches, but for the younger students. But it's will also teach what it always had as well, I do believe Lillian will be in your class as well. Archaeology is what you think it is and a friend of mine and Lara's is teaching it. She's allowed to take you and all the rest on field trips, kind of what Lara does expect for the danger." Giselle explained
Jamesia nodded and sat down behind a desk, next to Sirin; while Morgan sat at the desk behind them with Ramona. When every Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff were in the classroom, they were ready to start the class except Ronald Weasley was in the room as well.
"Mr. Weasley-Oh hello Professor McGonagall" Giselle was saying until she saw who was behind Weasley who had paled
"Professor de Mornay." Professor McGonagall nodded at her, before turning toward Weasley.
"Mr. Weasley, 10 points from Slytherin for attempting to skip the first hour. Now follow me."
Jamesia watches as Weasley follows Professor McGonagall, but he seems to look back at her as he goes. Hmm, It looks like she will have to asks his brothers to keep him from her and maybe her cousin Lillian. She turned back to Giselle who was looking at her, Giselle knows that the Weasley be will be trouble. Jamesia saw Giselle turned from her and toward the rest of the class.
"Ok, class, we are first going to learn about Cure for Boils and the Forgetfulness Potion. First, we are going to learn the ingredients for these potions, and then we will make them. Please open your book to-" Giselle said
Jamesia already has her book on the right page as did her cousins and Ramona; she read the ingredients for the Cure for Boils. She started making Cure for Boils, she's careful following the instructions. Out of the corner of her eye, she saw Sirin doing the same for the same potion. Once she was done with the potion, Giselle walked over to her and Sirin's desk. Giselle checked over hers and Sirin's cauldrons filled and smiled.
"This looks right for the cure, 5 points each for successfully make the Cure for Boils potion. Miss. Potter, Miss. de Mornay. Please put them in a vial for me-oh you two already did. Well, 5 more points each for thinking ahead." Giselle said with happiness on her face, before pointing her wand toward cauldrons and using a spell to clean them
Jamesia knew Giselle did that because she wanted them to move on to the Forgetfulness Potion. She heard other Ravenclaws included earn points as well, Hufflepuff earned points too. She wonders how Lillian is doing in Gryffindor if she had made friends yet. She turns her book to the right page for the Forgetfulness Potion and like she did for the first potion, she read the ingredients. Afterward, she carefully follows the instructions and began to make the potion, out of the corner of her eye she saw Sirin doing the same.
When it was near the end of the class, Giselle took the vials of Jamesia and Sirin of both the Cure for Boils and the Forgetfulness Potion; which earns them 5 more points each for making it and being prepared. After Giselle had collected the vials of everyone, she gave them assignments of doing essays for both potions that they just made. Jamesia gathered her stuff and put them in her bag and then started walking toward the classroom's door. She then walks toward the Great Hall for lunch, she saw Severus Snape on the way and was looking at her. She just raised an eyebrow at him, until he turned away from her.
Once Jamesia and the others were in the Great Hall; Jamesia sat down along with the others. The food appeared, just in time for Lillian to sit between Ramona and Sirin. Lillian was about to speak when Snape walked over.
"Miss. Evans- "
"Oh Severus, you know there's no rule saying they have to stay at their table. Come sit back down." Giselle called from the high table
Jamesia just smirked at the overgrown bat as he walked back toward the high table. She then turned back to her cousin Lillian and gestured her to go on with what she was going to say.
"Gryffindor is fun, I'm rooming with Lily Moon, Parvati Patil, Lavender Brown, and Hermione Granger. I'm friends with Lily and Hermione who's getting better after I'm telling her what's she doing wrong that makes her be hated by all in Gryffindor. Ron Weasley cost Slytherin 30 points-well 20 points in History of Magic and the 10 points were when Professor McGonagall came back with him as a favor for our Professor. Also, Draco Malfoy lost Slytherin 40 points more points in our second class Defence Against the Dark Arts. Oh Sia, beware of the shuddering and Fred Weasley says hi" Lillian said to Jamesia and the others
"So, that's 70 points lost for Slytherin. No wonder Snape is in a bad mood-well more so than usual." Lisa says
"And on the first day of classes too," Sirin said, putting her two cents in
Jamesia thinking of Moon as she began to eat her lunch that's Morgan places on her plate. Lily Moon really does look like her mother, but why and how? Jamesia look at Lillian
"Lil, do you know why Moon looks like my late mother?" Jamesia asks, using her nickname for her cousin
"No, every time I tried to bring it up, Lily would always change the subject," Lillian said as she was eating
"Hmm curious" Jamesia muses
"I smell a mystery, hmm are we going find it out, the mystery of Lily Moon. A mystery that most certainly has danger." Sirin said with a grinned
"Sirin if anything that will bring danger to us, it's would be Dumbledore and whatever plans he has for Jamesia," Ramona told his friend
Jamesia just wondered about Moon, until she was finished with her lunch. When everyone was done, the food vanishes, and it's was time for their third class. Jamesia's third class is Ancient Studies, which she thinks she, Sirin, Ramona, and Morgan may share with other members of other houses. When they were in the classroom, Jamesia and Sirin once again sat next to each other. Behind them were Morgan and Ramona.
She then saw Gryffindors coming in her cousin Lillian, Lily Moon, Parvati Pati. Ravenclaws Jacob Cromwell, Lisa Turpin, Padma Pati, and Anthony Goldstein. Hufflepuff Susan Bones, Rolf Scamander and Slytherin Thorin Gardiner, James Mather, Draco Malfoy, Daphne Greengrass, and a boy named Roy. When it looks like that it was all the students, Hermione Granger and Ronald Weasley just had to enter the classroom. The Professor stood up from her chair with a scroll in her hands.
"Jacob Cromwell and Morgan Croft, Thorin Gardiner and Ramona Nishimura. Anthony Goldstein and Sirin de Mornay, James Mather and Lillian Evans. Rolf Scamander and Jamesia Potter, Lily Moon, and Lisa Turpin. Parvati Patil and Padma Patil. Susan Bones and Roy, Hermione Granger and Daphne Greengrass, Ronald Weasley and Draco Malfoy.
These will be the pairing partners for the rest of the year, please sit together." The Professor said to them
Jamesia looked at her cousins as they began to move as Rolf Scamander came to sit next to her. Everyone except for two sat down next to their partners, but the two were of course Ronald Weasley and Draco Malfoy. Why were those two even here?
"NO, I WILL NOT SIT NEXT TO HIM" both Weasley and Malfoy yelled at the same time
Mr. Weasley, Mr. Malfoy. Please sit down at- "
"NO, JUST WAIT UNITL- "
"Mr. Weasley, Mr. Malfoy. That's will be 20 points each from Slytherin, now- "The Professor was once again interrupted
"I'M NOT GOING TO WORK WITH A SLIMY SNAKE"
"Mr. Weasley, Mr. Malfoy. Come with me to the Headmaster." The Professor said, walking toward them just as Sirin's grandmother come into the room and nodded to their Professor.
Sirin's grandmother walked toward the desk and pick up the textbook, their first lesson was ancient past including curses and such as that were used in ancient times. Jamesia looked to see Greengrass looked more interested at the mention of curses. She wonders why that's more interesting to Greengrass; after a while, Professor Scamander gave them assignments of doing essays and pages to read for their next class. The whole class began to do the assignments until it's was time for their fourth class-well for them anyway as Giselle had told them that during their first year; they'll only have four classes. But in the second-fourth year, they have five classes and in the fifth year, they will gain one more class meaning they will have six classes from the fifth year to the seventh year.
When it really was time to leave, before leaving the classroom; Jamesia walked down toward Professor Scamander after gathering all her stuff up.
"So how did you get here or rather how?" Jamesia asks, but Sirin was the one who spoke
"It's was mom, wasn't it? She saw what would happen and sent a letter to you." Sirin asks/said
"Yes, it was darlings and now it's time for all of you to head to your fourth class. Now off with you" Professor Scamander said
Jamesia, Morgan, Sirin, and Ramona headed to their fourth class and that was Defence Against the Dark Arts; while Lillian and Lily went to their fourth class. Once they were in the Defence Against the Dark Arts classroom, Jamesia sat with Sirin.
"We-welcome t-to- "the Professor was introducing himself as Professor Quirrell
Professor Quirrell was annoying as Jamesia can't stand the shuddering but tries to listen as they learn about dark creatures.
"Dark creatures to be scared of, the only thing to be scared of is this damn shuddering," Sirin whispers to her
Jamesia decided to just read her textbook and block out the Professor and his shuddering. She's sure Morgan will tell her what he says, she continued to read about creatures until Morgan tapped her shoulder. When she turned toward her cousin and Morgan told her about their assignments of doing essays for these dark creatures and for every one of them. When it's was time to go to the Great Hall, Jamesia and the others walk out of the classroom to go to dinner. Once there, they saw Lillian and Lily at the Ravenclaw table; Jamesia walked toward them with the others.
"Lillian, Lily, what happen to Weasley? Have you found out yet?" Sirin asks as she sat down.
Jamesia notices that Dumbledore, Giselle, Professor McGonagall, the youngest Weasley, and Granger was missing and when she looked at the Slytherins table. Draco Malfoy was missing as well.
"Why is Granger missing?" Jamesia asks
"Hermione got into a fight with Weasley in Herbology. Right now, she as well as Weasley and Malfoy are in Dumbledore's office. Fred and George have been telling their friend Lee that their parents are in the office and Professor McGonagall is there to stand in for Granger's parents. Giselle is there for Lara Croft and for us." Lillian said to them
Jamesia just piled food up on the plate as soon as the food appeared. Lisa Turpin flew by and sat down between Lily and another student. Lisa got their attention from her excitement.
"What Lisa?" Jamesia asks, after swallowing her food
"I ran all the way from near the stairway to Dumbledore's office. I heard screaming from down the stairway, it's sounded like Professor de Mornay and then a male voice that's sounds like Mr. Weasley." Lisa said
Jamesia frowned as it's sounded like Weasley and Granger really pushed Giselle's buttons or rather the one who would push Giselle's buttons would be Weasley's mother and that damn marriage contract that was voided years ago. But does Weasley still believe she would be marrying him? After they all had their dinner, the food vanished; Jamesia stood up and walks to get to their common room. She didn't even wait for the others as she was deep in thought.
