This is a one-shot story. This been requested by lexboss who what me to write a story how Luz and Amity first meeting go. This takes place during the third episode. Hope you enjoy.

With another day on the Boiling Isle, Luz is seen walking through the forest thinking to herself "Scavenging off a dead slug monster is not what I'm expecting." Said Luz.

"I was hoping Eda would teach me something exciting…" Without looking where she's walking Luz tripped and rolled down the hill, running into bushes and shrubs until she rammed into something or… someone.

Luz rubbing her head when she looked down to see who she is laying on. A young girl same age as her with green hair with a bit of brown in the middle, with white skin, and golden eyes. She has two black earrings, cowl, and pink sleeves and leggings. Seeing her made her cheeks red.

"Would you mind getting off me?" Said the green-hair girl.

"Oh! Sorry!" Luz apologizing getting up off her, helping her get back on her feet "I-I'm really sorry! I tripped and…!"

"No, is fine." Said the green-hair girl "Things happen."

She looked at Luz noticing something different "Are you… a human?"

"W-Who?! Me?! No! I-I mean, yeah totally! Why wouldn't I be! Hahaha!" Luz panicking while she blushes with her face red.

"Okay… I'm Amity Blight." Amity introducing herself with her hand out "You are…?"

"Oh (clear throat) Luz… Luz Noceda." Luz introducing herself shaking her hand.

"Luz huh? That's a cute name." Said Amity with Luz blushing.

"R-Really? I-I think Amity is a cute name too." Luz commenting Amity name which made her blush also.

"Thanks, I guess." Amity thanking Luz.

When she looked at her cauldron she gasps in both shock and horror "OH NO! My Abomination!" Amity shriek running to a tipped over wagon with her cauldron on the ground with a purplish muck on the ground.

Luz walked over to Amity side to see the large puddle of muck "Ew, what is that?" Luz asks with Amity sighing.

"That use to be my Abomination project." Amity answered.

"Abomination?" Luz asks with her brow raise.

"I'm part of the Abomination Track." Amity explained to Luz showing her sleeves "Hexside has separate Covens for students to learn."

"Wait… Hexside? Is that the name of a Magic School?" Luz asking with her eyes lit up in excitement.

"Yeah…?" Amity answered in confuse why she asks.

"Can I come with?!" Luz asks with Amity staring at her.

"What?"

"Can I come with you to Hexside?! Its been my dream to see a school for witches. Its also my dream to become a witch." Said Luz explaining to Amity her dream.

"I don't know… you're not a student. Besides I don't think I'll able to pass with my Abomination looking like this." Amity looking at what use to be her Abomination which gave Luz an idea.

"How about I be your Abomination?" Luz offered herself.

"What?" Amity question watching Luz putting the much all over her "Wait what are you doing?!" She demanded.

"Disguising myself. I'll pretend I'm your Abomination to help you to pass. While showing me around Hexside, which is only for a day." Luz explaining her plan to Amity.

"Won't that be cheating?" Amity asks which Luz chuckle like how Eda laughs.

"As long no one finds out." Luz winking at Amity which cause her to blush.

"Well… okay. I guess it won't hurt to give it a try." Said Amity using a spell get the wagon back up and the cauldron hovered on top the wagon, with Luz getting into the cauldron.

"That's a spirit!" Said Luz putting the lid over her.

As they got to Hexside, the first thing Luz did was staring in wonder. The school has every student with different color sleeves from different coven. She sees banners of different Coven Tracks. Tracks like plants, potions, illusions, bards, healing, etc. They first stop by Amity locker when she was greeted by two other girls.

"There you are Amity." Said the three-eye girl.

"Hey Boscha. Hey Skara." Amity greeting them.

"Where you been?" Boscha asks.

"Yeah, you always show up early." Said Skara.

"I ran into a little trouble." Said Amity clearly laying "But don't worry about it."

"Okay, what hang out after school?" Asking Boscha with Amity scratching her head.

"Not today, plus I need to get my assignment in." Said Amity.

"Oh yeah, your Abomination assignment. How's your Abomination? Can we see it?" Skara asks which made Amity looked worried.

"No! I-I mean I can't! I need to get to class, I'll see you guys later!" Amity quickly took her wagon with Luz inside to class leaving Boscha and Skara behind.

"What's that about?" Skara asks with Boscha shrugged.

During class with some of the Abomination Track students showed their Abominations to their teacher. Some of them failed their assignment. Amity sitting in her seat waiting for her turn with Luz lifting the lid slightly.

"Boy, this teacher sure is one tough cookie." Whispered Luz.

"I don't get what that phrase mean. But yeah, he's very strict when it comes to Abominations." Said Amity while worry "Hope you're better at acting."

"Don't worry you got this. Just trust me." Whispered Luz with her thumbs up.

"Amity Blight?" The teacher calling out with Amity jolted.

"Yes sir?" Amity respond worry.

"Come up and present your Abomination."

Amity got up from her seat. She pushed the wagon up in front. As she got up, she started her incarnation enchantment. As the lid opens Luz jumps out covered in muck in front of class.

"Ta-Da!" Luz said with everyone not knowing she's human.

"Oh my. What an interesting Abomination you have their Miss Blight." Said the teacher "But can it do what you ask it to do?"

"Of course." Amity respond with a calm tone "Abomination dance for me."

By Amity command Luz dance a bit "Abomination give our teacher a handshake." Luz walked up to the teacher giving him a handshake "Abomination surprise me." Out of nowhere Luz give Amity a quick kiss on the cheek which made Amity face red.

"My word, you get an A+ Miss Blight!" Said the teacher with Amity walked back to her seat with her face still red.

After school ended Amity walked through the woods with wagon in tow. Her mind still thinking what happen in class with Luz kissing her. With no one in sight Luz then got out from the cauldron and stood in front of Amity scratching her head embarrass.

"Sorry about kissing you without your permission. And I know we just met and all but…" Luz explaining her reason why she kiss her but Amity cuts her off.

"You don't need to explain." Said Amity looking at her "Because…"

Without warning Amity grabbed Luz by the shoulders and pulled her to her. Their lips collide against each other. After they kiss Luz eyes widen with her face bright red with Amity looking at her with a gentle smile.

"Because I feel the same way." Said Amity as she hopped on her wagon, she looked at Luz again "Thanks for your help, and hope to see you again sometime."

With that Amity then went on her merry way. Luz stood there for a moment trying to progress what happen before walking away. She eventually got back to the Owl House with Hooty seeing her approach "Oh, hey Luz! Hoot!" Hooty greeting Luz.

Luz opens the door walking in with Eda inside "Hey kiddo, where you been? And why are you covered in muck?" Eda asks Luz with Luz sat down sighing giving a smile "What's with you?" Eda asks again.

"I met a wonderful person." Luz answer in lovestruck.
