Chapter 15: Imprint Troubles
3rd pov
Jacob and Piper walked into Billy's house and Billy didn't like that Piper. He didn't like that his only son has a filthy vampire mate and she is with a vampire too. He didn't want this trash in his house. Jacob didn't see the look in his father's eyes when he looked at his mate. Piper wanted to leave but she is here for Jacob. Piper sat next to Jacob and didn't speak at all. Billy talked to his son and ignored Piper.
After a few hours of talking Piper told Jacob she had to head back to the house for something. He nodded and she left the house as fast as she can. Sam and the others saw the sad looked on her came. Sam ran towards Piper who jumped a little. "Sorry about that Piper. What's wrong?" Sam said and Piper stopped walking. "Its nothing. I just want to go home soon." Piper said as she put her arms around herself.
"You can talk to me Piper." Sam said and she looked down. "Jacob's father doesn't like me, and Jacob don't see it. I'm not going to make him chose between us. I just want-" Piper started to say before she moved away from Sam and vomit behind a tree. Sam was a little worried, so he moved closer to her and rubbed her back as he pulled her hair back. Piper vomit for a while. When she finished, she stood up. "Thank you, Sam, I be handing back to the house." I said softly.
Sam watched Piper slowly walked way. Sam is worried about her and he can't believe Jacob for not seeing his father hating his imprint. "Where are you going same?" Paul asked as they watched their alpha walk away with a pissed off face. "I be back in a little while." Sam growled as he left his pack there.
By the time Sam got to Billy's house Jacob was coming out. "Hey Sam, what's wrong?" Jacob said but Sam took his arm and pulled him away from the house. "Hey Sam!" Jacob yelled a little. "We need to talk now." Sam growled at him. Jacob looked at him confused at what he did wrong. "Why did you bring Piper to your father's house, when she didn't want to?" Sam said as they got into the forest. "Because I wanted to spend some time with him before we head back home." Jacob said.
Sam growled to himself. "Piper said your father don't like her and you still took her." Sam said. Jacob just sigh. "My dad doesn't hate her. I know why she thinks this." Jacob said. Sam looked at Jacob. "When you two where there did, he talk to her or anything?" Sam asked Jacob. "No, but that doesn't mean he hates her." Jacob said and Sam shook his head at this young pup. He has to learn the hard way then. "I see. By the way Piper vomit on her way back to the house." Sam said before he left Jacob there.
Jacob started to worry as he tried to call Piper, but she wasn't picking up. Jacob ran into the house and yelled for Piper. "I'm up here." Piper said softly. She was laying down in Edwards room. Jacob ran up the stairs and into Edwards room. His eyes fell on Piper and she was just looking out of the window. "You ok?" Jacob asked his imprint. Piper didn't look at him as she spoke. "Does it even matter to you if I'm ok or not?" Piper said in a pained voice. Jacob felt his heart hurt when she said those words.
"Of course, I care why wouldn't I care about you?" Jacob said as he took a step closer, but Piper growled at him to stay away from her. Jacob felt a deep pain when she growled at him. "You don't believe me that your father doesn't like me. I might be pregnant with your baby and I'm so stressed out right now. That I might lose the baby because of you." Piper said and all Jacob could do was stare at her. Jacob can't believe his ears. Piper might be pregnant with his child and she might lose it because of him. There was a very sharp pain in his chest that made Jacob fall to the ground.
Piper looked over when she heard a thud. Seeing Jacob on his knees with his hand over his heart. Piper got up and slowly walked over to him. "What's wrong?" Piper asked with worry. "I feel like my heart is going to explode from the pain I've caused you. I'm not supposed to hurt you, but to protect you. I love you Pips, and I kills me when you speak like that. I didn't want my family hating my imprint, so I just pretended everything was fine. Then you tell me you might be pregnant with my child and you might lose the baby because of me." Jacob said as tears ran down his face.
"Next time just let me stay here while you go see him. I never want to see your father ever again. And if we do have children, I want to keep them away from him." Piper said and Jacob looked at her. "Why?" Jacob asked and Piper knew what he was asking. "Because he hates vampires. I'm part vampire and our children might have some vampire qualities. I don't want them to be ashamed of what they are. I don't want them to be around a grandfather that hates them and their mother. I'm not going to put my pups through that." Piper said and Jacob notice she call them pups.
Jacob wanted to keep his father in his life, but if he can't except his mate or family then there is not other way. "We don't have to come back to see him." Jacob said in a somber voice. "I don't care if you see him Jacob. I want the pack to meet them because Sam is sweetheart. He doesn't care what I am. Hell he rubbed my back and held my hair back when I was puking my guts out. They are worth being around my pups, but your father is a no, no if by some miracle he changes. Then and just then I might let him meet them." Piper said to Jacob. Slowly Jacob crawled over to Piper and put his face into her stomach softly.
Piper looked down at Jacob as he put his arms around her. Then he started to speak to her stomach. "I'm so sorry little one. I didn't mean to stress out mama. I hope you both can forgive me. I will do whatever it takes to make sure both of you are safe and loved." Jacob whispered softly at tears ran down his face. Piper put her arms around Jacob. "I'm the one who is sorry. I'm just stress out because of your father. I just wish he could accept me as your mate and not some monster. We should be heading home soon; I want some more of you before we head home." Piper said and Jacob looked up at her and smile.
It was just a few hours later Piper and Jacob was back on the road. Jacob told Sam to tell his father that he is heading back. Sam told Jacob he and the others need to come back and visit more. Jacob was driving and Piper was next to him with her hand on his thigh. "You hungry Pips?" Jacob asked as they have been driving for six hours. "Yes and no." Piper said. "What's wrong?" Jacob asked her. "I want blood not food." Piper said softly. "We can go hunting if you want?" Jacob said softly to Piper. "You sure?" Piper said as she looked up at Jacob. Jacob smiled as he looked down at her. "Yes, I am sure Pips. If you want blood, we can go hunting." Jacob said before he kissed the top of her head.
Jacob found a hotel that was next to some woods. They got a room and unpacked before the two of them walked into the wood unseen. Jacob got naked and Piper watched him phase, then they went hunting. There was only deer, so they hunted deer for a few hours. Piper drained around eight deer before she felt better. Jacob ate one and hunted four of them for Piper. Then they where done Jacob turned back and Piper jumped him. Jacob didn't even had time to put his clothes on. "Piper should we wait till be get back to the room?" Jacob asked before he was kissed hard by Piper. "No, I want to have sex right here and now." Piper said before she took off her clothes and Jacob pounced on Piper. Jacob pushed himself deep inside of Piper. Jacob's imprint troubles are over now. Things are good between them.
