Hello, and welcome to the next chapter!

weslyschraepen; Thanks for the votes!

InnocentxPsycho; Bishounen I guess~ Thanks for the votes! A fem Tamaki huh, that would be pretty interesting to explore. And Eri's here!

Nirvash Neo; He does have a mind set quite like that, that's why we're gonna see Keita not want Eri to have that kind of mind set, it's going to be the thing that pushes him forward to take action. Eri's gonna be introduced here, and thanks for the vote!

Eavise; Thanks for the votes!

CPU-BLANC-WHITE HEART; Thanks very much! I'm happy you're enjoying it so far~ Updates are every Thursday~

ThunderFang72; Thanks for the vote! And yeah, she doesn't get enough love huh. She's pretty cool, she has a Dragon Quirk, I always liked her.

Hazzaman; Thanks for the vote!

Blank name26; Thanks! Yeah, that fire guy used his flames to lessen the impact of Rappa's blows, it's what burned through his fire so fast to allow Keita, then Nighteye to knock him out. If he didn't have the fire, a punch from Rappa would have knocked him out, Sir was being assisted by Keita in his fights, and yeah, if Keita wasn't there, Kai would have ruthlessly tore through Sir Nighteye, but with Keita there, he'll stop his more, killing sides if Keita tries to stop him. His Quirks differences will be touched upon and explained later on down the road. He'll have his moments when he flat out gets mad. Thanks for the votes!

ShadowUzumaki55; He did yeah, he just says whatever comes to his mind. Rappa and Keita's friendship is gonna be important during a few key moments through the story, so we'll see how that plays out. Hehe, while she doesn't admit it, it seems that Katsuki is growing closer and closer to Keita and vice versa. Yeah, it's quite sad, but that's how Keita's had to live his life, he doesn't want anyone else to suffer. He does yeah, he wants to save people if he can, and thanks for the votes!

Jessans; Thanks for the vote! And yeah, you're right, Keita and Izuku's friendship is going to become quite important.

Silver crow; Thanks very much! Mirko's cool! Yeah, maybe he will do~ And thanks for the vote! He did yeah, he figured he'd have to know somehow, so he could only think of a few things. Chrono, and a few others, because of how Kai treats Keita compared to how he treats other people. Yeah, if Keita needs to be, he can show his strong sides too, and his meeting with Twice will become more important down the line. Kai understands how Keita is, and for that, he tries to not show his more horrid sides, of course Keita's still witnessed many horrors, but it will make him a stronger person. Rappa doesn't care, he'll just do it for fun~ Sir Nighteye could see the benefits that Keita could bring to a power like One For All yeah. I can't reveal the name of the Quirk just yet, as that would give away a spoiler about what Kai's actually doing with Keita, and what he's collecting genetic material from him for. It will be revealed in time. Mirko and Keita are gonna have an interesting relationship between them. He's looking up some Hero's yeah, he wont know all of them like Izuku does. Keita and Endeavour, their relationship is going to be interesting considering what he does to Shoto and Rei, what Keita's been through, we'll see where that leads. Mirko will be involved. Sir Nighteye went above and beyond to try and protect Keita. He wont be captured for much longer, we'll see why very soon. Yeah, technically Keita could fix any of her broken stuff if it gets destroyed. He is understating it, even Kai mentions about its usefulness this chapter. Maybe he could do that~ Yeah, the One Piece stuff is great! That would be a fun moment in Black Clover. We'll see what happens with him~ Maybe eventually he'll wear one, but not immediately, he'll still be quite traumatized by what Kai's done to him. He's very tough mentally, he's been killed many times, so he'll only be afraid, when there's something truly to be afraid of. I haven't reached the part where she joins yet in Persona.

Chrono trigger; Thanks for the vote!

Guest 1; Thanks for the vote!

Gerden360; Thanks for the votes! And yeah, he's gonna have some guy friends to hang out with.

Dark King Marcel; Thanks very much! I'm glad you're enjoying it so far!

Neonlight01; They are quite different, Keita's empathy comes from the lifetime of horrors he's had to endure, so he doesn't want anyone to suffer like he has. Sir Nighteye is definitely going to be, and Mirko...well, she'll be teaching him a thing or two. He did yeah, he knew that Overhaul was stronger, but he wanted to protect Keita as much as he could. Thanks for the votes!

Andrew123456; Thanks for the votes!

Guest 2; Thanks for the vote!

Guest101; Thanks! Yeah, Keita can bring out his more human sides, at least when Keita's beside him. That's because he's had no real interactions with people before, besides his brother, and to an extent the Boss of the Shie Hassaikai, it's unfamiliar with him. Thanks for the votes! And thanks!

guest; Thanks! Yeah, Keita and Rappa have a good relationship huh~? Chrono was nasty huh. Keita and Twice will have a few more meetings. Thanks for the votes! Yeah, if Izuku was Izumi, I would have yeah. Mirko's gonna be teaching Keita a few things yeah~ Thanks for the votes! We'll see if any of them have prior connections to Keita or not.

Guest 3; Thanks for the vote!

Guest 4; Thanks for the votes!

Guest 5; It was Itsuka yeah.

Guest 6; I will eventually, I don't know when.

Well, with those lovely reviews out of the way, it's time to start the chapter!

Chance Meetings part one!

After the loss of losing Keita, Sir Nighteye retired to his office, and lamenting over what had actually happened. How the fight went down, how Keita had managed to help save him, and help fight against his elder brother.

But now that he had a name…

Perhaps he could do something with it.

Going to his desk, he went to speak when there was a knock at the door. He said "Come." so the door opened, to reveal a young woman coming in with a blonde haired boy who looked high school age.

"Sir Nighteye, I know it's late, but Togata-san came with a few questions."

Sir Nighteye simply nodded, and allowed the boy through.

"I'm sorry about this Sir Nighteye-san." Sir Nighteye waved his hand, as he noticed the injury on his body. "...Did something happen Sir Nighteye-san?"

He excused the young woman who simply left with an awkward smile, as he bowed his neck.

"That's not important."

"Is it to do with that boy?" Sir Nighteye raised an eyebrow. "Ah, erm...Bubble Girl was talking about how you've been focused on trying to help some boy in danger..."

"That's...an ongoing case, something I can't disclose right now Mirio. However, I've been hearing good things about you." Mirio lightly smiled, scratching his cheek. "So, what did you want to discuss about exactly?"

"It seems that you're busy...it can wait until tomorrow. I just wanted to thank you for taking me on, and helping me, but I can see that you're...thinking about something." Mirio stood up, and bowed his neck. "Sorry, I'll come back tomorrow!"

"I see...then see you tomorrow."

Mirio nodded, and walked to the door.

His eyes went back to see Sir Nighteye was looking towards his computer intently.

Whatever was running through his mind right now, it seemed to be distressing for the future seeing Hero.

When Keita and Kai returned from what happened with Sir Nighteye.

Kai hadn't spoken and simply walked away while Keita walked towards the living room type area. Keita could tell that Kai was angry, that he wasn't going to take this lying down.

Keita himself knew that this might mean he wouldn't be able to see Katsuki anymore.

He would find it much more difficult to sneak out now that Sir Nighteye was looking for him. He wished that he could protect Sir Nighteye, but right now, all he could do is something like this.

However, as Keita walked into said room…

He heard a noise.

It sounded like a sobbing noise.

"Hello…? Is anyone here…?"

He asked, since he couldn't see anyone.

He couldn't see any of the Shie Hassaikai members crying either. Keita hummed as he searched the area with his eyes. Looking around the couch, around the television, and around the other things within the room.

Eventually, he found something that he wasn't expecting.

A small girl.

She couldn't have been older than 4 or 5 years old.

With a horn growing out of her head, hair that was just shoulder length, eyes that seemed to be full of tears. Keita believed he recognized this little girl, he hadn't seen her in person before. In fact, he didn't think he ever would.

"Hello there..."

The girls eyes shot for Keita, and she immediately stiffened.

Keita furrowed his eyebrows.

"It's alright, you don't have to be afraid. You are...the Boss' Granddaughter, aren't you?"

"T-The Boss…?"

The girl seemed confused, Keita chortled lightly, it probably would be weird to hear her Grandfather being referred to as 'Boss' so he tried to correct himself as much as he could do.

"Right...erm, your name is...I believe it's...Eri, right?"

"Eri...yes, I'm Eri..."

Keita thought that she had a rather cutely childish voice.

"Eri-san, why are you crying? Has something happened?"

"...My Daddy...my Daddy...he...he's gone...and I...my Mommy...my Mommy..."

"Your Daddy...he went away…?"

Keita wondered, trying to understand what was currently happening.

"He...He disappeared...because of me..."

Keita, not knowing the true meaning behind her words, tried to comfort her.

"I'm sure he didn't leave because of you..."

"No...he didn't leave...he disappeared..."

"Disappeared?" Keita murmured, not really understanding what she meant. "Either way, I'm sure your Mommy...maybe your Grandfather would want to see you...shall I take you to him Eri-san?" Keita said kindly, offering his hand, but Eri seemed afraid of him. "Eri-san...what's wrong? You don't have to be afraid."

"But...if I...if I...I'm...I'm cursed..."

Keita didn't like the sound of that.

Hearing a child call herself 'cursed' just seemed so wrong.

"I'm sure you're not a curse Eri-san."

"But...I am...my Mommy doesn't...doesn't want me..."

Keita felt bad for her.

Hearing a child saying that, that her own Mother didn't want her.

It was heart breaking.

He wasn't sure on how to comfort her.

He hadn't really ever had to comfort anyone before.

"I'm sorry Eri-san...I'm sorry your Mommy said that...but even if she did...well, I'm sure that your Grandfather loves you. He's told me a lot about you Eri-san. And if you want, we can become friends~"

Eri tilted her head.

"...Who are you?"

Keita stuck out his tongue in a playful manner, showing Eri that he was quite approachable.

"Oops, I didn't say my name did I? My name is Keita, Keita Chisaki."

"Kei...Kei-chan..."

Keita was mildly surprised to hear that.

Kei-chan…

He didn't see why he couldn't be called that by her.

"Kei-chan...ooh, a nickname. Aah, if I'm Kei-chan, then you're Eri-chan, right?" Eri swayed her head side to side, while Keita smiled towards her. "So no need to worry, we should go and find your Grandfather, and..."

"Keita."

Keita turned immediately, seeing the Boss stood there.

"Ooh, Sir. I was just about to come and find you."

"...It seems you've met my Granddaughter."

He said with a half smile, his eyes dancing between the two of them.

"Yes Sir, I tried to cheer her up. She seemed really sad. She was saying things about her Mother and Father..."

"Actually...there's a reason for that. Come, I need to speak to both you, and your brother."

Keita cocked his head, wondering what this was truly about.

Sometime later, Keita and Kai stood in the Boss' office, and listened to what had happened to Eri.

While Kai had his usual expression of lacking empathy for anything beyond his own interests, Keita felt sorry for this little girl.

"...How awful. Her Father just...vanished? Like into thin air?"

Keita had to wonder how that had happened.

What kind of power did Eri have for her to be able to simply vanish.

"We can't explain it either. It seems to be Eri's Quirk, whatever it is. It might be similar to your powers Keita, and Kai. Her Mother...my daughter, understandably distraught at the sight of her husband vanishing...she gave the girl up. Abandoning her to me, and left without looking back, calling her a cursed being. Of course, I don't think that's necessarily true, but her Quirk seems to be very scary since it made her Father disappear without a trace."

"She...so, that's what she meant when she said he disappeared, and that she's cursed..."

Keita murmured, Kai glancing down at Keita curiously.

The Boss continued regardless.

"She's under our care now. Of course, it isn't ideal to have her with the Shie Hassaikai...but, she's my daughters child, I couldn't leave her to simply die, or turn her away because she has an unknown ability."

"That's why you're the best Boss!"

Keita cheered, bringing a smile to the wrinkled face of the Boss.

"Thank you, Keita. But yes...with this girl, and her Quirk, we need to know what it actually does, so we don't vanish into thin air either. Kai, I'll leave that to you."

Alarm bells rang within Keita's head, he knew that Kai could do what he did to him, so tried to speak to the Boss about it.

"Wait, Sir. That's-"

"Keita, I'll leave her dietary needs among other things to you. Since you're...how to say this...your empathy for others is quite astounding, and how you're able to take care of people like the Shie Hassaikai members, I'm sure that you'll be able to help her begin having a better life. Teaching her things...other things that a child would need. Of course anything she needs, money wise, come and tell me right away."

Keita didn't mind doing that for Eri.

He found it quite sad as he heard about the circumstances of her ending up there.

But he was still worried about what Kai would do to her.

He did it to him…

He Overhauled him.

Even when he was young…

Eri wasn't even related to him.

So, he'd definitely Overhaul her.

"Yes Sir...but, big brothers...he's super busy, with his duties and all. He probably wouldn't have time to research her Quirk...I could do it. It would be alright if I did that...I'd be super careful so I didn't vanish into thin air either."

Kai placed a hand on top of Keita's head, silencing him.

"Nonsense Keita, he's asked me to research. I couldn't push that task onto my little brothers shoulders. You already have enough things to do. It seems that your workload is about to become even busier, raising a child isn't an easy feat."

"...But even then, I can handle it. I could research her Quirk...it would be fine."

Trying his best, he just couldn't have someone else go through it.

Going through the agony of dying and coming back.

It wasn't easy, people could break from it.

She was young...he couldn't let her break.

"Haha, my little brother, always trying to help out." Kai smiled down at Keita, but his eyes held darker intentions. "Little brother, you have to learn to rely on others, I'm your big brother, you can turn to me for help at anytime. Leave this in my capable hands."

"..."

Keita didn't say anything as the Boss continued.

"Then, I'll leave it to you both. I'm sure with you both, we'll discover her Quirk, and make sure that she has a good home life."

With a bow, Keita and Kai left the office.

But once getting outside, Keita turned towards Kai seriously, and simply said "Don't do it." bringing a faux confused expression to the elders face.

"Don't do it? Do what?"

Keita felt uncomfortable to even speak about these things.

But for the greater good, to make sure that Eri wasn't in danger now, he had to stand up to Kai and tell him straight to his face.

"We both know...you plan to Overhaul her, don't you? To find out what her power is, like you did with me."

"Of course I wouldn't. She is a child, I have no need to do that. And I already said, there's a reason why I do it with you Keita, I don't do it because I like doing it. I hate doing it in fact."

Keita knew Kai was a smooth talker.

He could convince people to do mostly what he wanted.

But he couldn't fool Keita, he just knew it.

"I'm begging you...don't Overhaul her. There's humane ways to find out what her Quirk is...just please don't do it. She's a child...especially after hearing what we just did...she's just lost her Father to a situation she couldn't control...her Mother called her a curse..."

"Keita...don't you trust me?" Keita didn't say his thoughts on that. "If you're asking me, then I wont Overhaul her. I promise."

"You really promise? You're not going to do it behind my back?"

"Don't be silly, I wouldn't lie to you. I promise, I wont Overhaul her."

Keita didn't believe him.

He knew in the back of his head, that Kai would try it sooner or later. If he had the opportunity.

But for now, this promise was the best that he had, and he simply had no choice but to accept it, while always remaining cautious on the matter at hand.

"...Alright then."

"Now, if you're finished distrusting me." Keita exhaled slowly. "With this recent development with Sir Nighteye...it pains me, but you can't go out anymore. If he recognizes you in public...no doubt, he'll also have more Hero's searching for you, and myself."

Keita expected it.

He knew that he'd not be able to go out again.

Though, he thought that perhaps he'd be able to sneak out if he hid himself pretty well. He was good at that, hiding when necessary.

"Yes...I suspected that. But you're not going to go and kill him, are you?"

"Geez, you're being distrustful of me today. First with Eri, now with Sir Nighteye. Alright, I promise I wont kill him. But if he becomes too much of a problem, I'm sure someone else will kill him in my place. Sometimes these guys can't help themselves-"

"Big brother, he's not a threat. You showed it in the park, he couldn't take you in a fight."

Keita countered.

It truly did sound like he was threatening to kill Sir Nighteye.

"Yes, I'm aware. Don't worry, it will be fine. Besides, with this, it just gives me a reason to find strong people to our side. If Sir Nighteye does inform All Might, then we'll need to come together, and make sure that he can't get through. Together, I'm sure that we can face down those opponents. I can count on you, can't I?"

"...Naturally, I'll do my best. But, if you're recruiting people, how are you going to do that?"

Kai lightly taps Keita's head in an awkwardly playful manner.

"Leave that to your big brother. Also, I'm sorry Keita, but you wont be allowed out for a while, I'm sure that these Hero's will give up eventually on trying to find you. Until then, you have to stay in, and make sure the Hero's wont be able to find you."

"Yes...I understand."

Keita thought it would be a thing like that.

"Good boy. Now, if you'd be so kind, go and make some food, I'm sure that Eri will be hungry by now. Leave the hard stuff to me."

"...Yes, I'll leave it to you for the moment."

Keita agreed, and began walking away.

Watching him go, Kai couldn't help but develop a slight smirk on his face.

"Keita, remember, just us."

Keita paused, turning to his elder brother, who seemed to be waiting for his reply.

"Yes...just us, against the world, big brother."

Kai smiled, as Keita turned and walked away.

"Yes...together, forever my little brother. Nothing, will stand in our way to rid this world of disease...nothing. With your power little brother...we'll defeat anyone, nothing will stand in our way. Not All Might, not All For One, nothing can stand in our way Keita."

Hiding his darker intentions, Kai simply walked away, thinking about what could happen with Keita and Sir Nighteye. Definitely...he felt like he was going to have to take down Sir Nighteye. However, he also had All Might to think about…

He knew that he wouldn't be able to take All Might right now.

So, he'd have to get creative.

He'd have to build up his group more and more.

To make sure that Sir Nighteye, and anyone that would get in his way, would be slaughtered.

The next day, early in the morning, a secret meeting had been called. It was a meeting that only a select few Hero's were invited too. One, was All Might himself. Another one was Mirko, and finally, the last one was the Dragon Hero, Ryukyu.

Sir Nighteye looked between each of them, believing them to be the best for the mission.

"Thank you for coming, you're the only ones I could have arrive at such short notice, hopefully as we go forward, more and more will be able to assist. Yesterday, I had a run in with a man that...that has been murdering a young boy, and putting him back together."

Mirko and All Might knew this, and didn't say anything, but Ryukyu was astonished.

"Excuse me...what did you say?"

"It's as I said...this man, who has a Quirk that I believe can either alter matter, or restructure it somehow, has been killing his little brother." Sir Nighteye showed an image of Keita that he managed to take during their first meeting. "This boy, Keita, last name unknown. I'm currently searching through records, but there are many Keita's, and the ones I've searched for don't match this boys description, or are older, younger than what his age seems to be, which I'd put him at the end of Middle School age, so around 13 to 14 years old. I'm looking into records for missing persons, and from other countries just in case he moved to Japan at some point."

"Hold on, can we just stop for a second? You just said this boys dying and being put back together. How do you-"

"He saw it, in a vision."

Mirko said to Ryukyu, surprisingly keeping her calm despite what she's usually known for.

"A vision...right, your Quirk."

"Yes...I saw it in a vision, and I've been searching ever since. I thought perhaps it would be easier to find...but, as I delve into it more, and more. The chances of me finding him seems to be growing smaller by the day. This man, is capable of a lot of things, if he's willing to kill his own brother, then it's unknown what he's truly capable of. That's why, I've begun asking for more assistance, Hero's from different parts of the country to search for him. But most of all, the three Hero's in here...from what I've seen, all three of you would have a great counter to his power. A flying Hero that can keep distance who also has good physical strength, the rabbit Hero that can create shock waves on the ground, and finally, the Number One who can launch powerful gusts of air towards the target."

"If it's about distance, how about Endeavour-san?"

Ryukyu suggested, but Sir Nighteye wasn't exactly sure about him.

"Endeavour is...also a fine choice...I've not had much luck getting into contact with him as of late."

"Screw Endeavour, he's too hot headed."

Mirko raved, thrusting her feet onto the table.

"But, I've heard you also do hot headed things..."

Ryukyu murmured while poking her fingers together.

"You're cheeky, I kinda like that Ryukyu. But you only get one."

Ryukyu slowly glanced at her, seeing that she was smirking towards her dangerously.

"One what...exactly?"

"Just rock the boat, and you'll see."

Ryukyu raised an eyebrow curiously at her as she continued to smirk.

All Might coughed, as Sir Nighteye continued, knowing they couldn't waste All Might's current time.

"So far, it seems that this man does have to get in close to attack his targets directly, and from what Keita-san implied, his touch can destroy you instantly. However, he can also shape his terrain into spikes, and other kind of structures to support himself, and attack others. Additionally, if he's anything like Keita-san, then he'll also be able to heal others, and possibly himself...no, I'd say it's a very good chance that he can heal himself also."

"Can that boy do it too? You said about the healing, but can he reshape the ground and what not?"

At Ryukyu's question, Sir Nighteye nodded slowly.

"Perhaps it's the same, or similar, but I've seen him do it also. Form weapons from the ground, heal people. However, from the way his elder brother spoke...it made me believe there's something different about his Quirk...it makes me wonder why he's killing this boy...is it simply for stress relief, or for his own sadistic pleasure...or perhaps..."

"God, you're not telling me he's doing stuff with this kids DNA, right?"

Mirko demanded, Sir Nighteye shrugged.

"I don't know, and that's what's troubling for me."

"If that's the case, then we need to save this kid...more like, why didn't he simply go with you when you found him?"

Ryukyu asked with a kind tone, wanting to understand the situation at hand.

Sir Nighteye let out a small breath.

"I had asked him to come with me, that Hero's could protect him, and he told me...that he didn't want to be the reason of anyone's suffering, he didn't want anyone to die because of him. From the way he spoke...it probably must be a situation where his elder brother has either threatened to kill people if he tried to leave, or he has killed people when Keita-san did try to leave, so he doesn't want to repeat that. He said...he'd rather it be him that gets hurt, than someone innocent."

Sir Nighteye looked at each of them, seeing their disheartened reactions.

Mirko looked angry at what Kai had done to Keita, All Might matched it as well, while Ryukyu simply looked at the table, her expression unreadable.

"That's why...I'm determined to save him. This boys been suffering quietly for, possibly even years. No one's come for him, no one's recognized this child's terrible life...but, not anymore. I want this boy to have hope again...to know people will stand beside him, that people will care about him and save him...that he does have a life waiting for him. I asked what he wanted in life...and the answer I got, was something most would take for granted. A family, friends, a girlfriend...simple things, but to him...they must look truly amazing."

All Might, seeing Sir Nighteye so passionate like this, truly knew that Sir Nighteye was very determined.

He hadn't been like this since he had tried to convince him to stop being a Hero.

How strong his words were.

How he was able to rally others behind him.

It was quite inspiring.

"...That poor kid...we take for granted the trivial stuff in our lives...friends, family, lovers...this kid, he just wants to experience it a single time..." Ryukyu murmured with a disheartened tone. "...If I wasn't on board before, I am now. Whatever it takes...we have to stop this kids suffering."

"Damn straight...poor boy, damn his elder brother! I'm gonna pound that asshole into the ground and make him beg me for mercy! I wont give it him of course, he deserves every last punch and kick I can give to him, and then more! I'll squash his head into dust!"

Mirko yelled out with passion.

All Might nodded, showing fierce determination.

"Exactly! That's why we're going to be searching more and more for this boy. Though it's going to be difficult, now that he's aware of Sir Nighteye. This man, is going to be even more cautious now. That's why we're having Hero's from all over the country to search for him. If we can find this boy...if we can save this boy from this hellish nightmare...that's what a Hero does. This boy needs a Hero. He might have even lost hope he'd ever be rescued...lets restore hope into him."

"Hell yeah! That's exactly it! Lets kick some major ass!"

Mirko seemed ready for it.

Ryukyu also placed her hands together, and showed a kind expression.

"...You're right, we should restore hope into this boy...he needs us, he needs Hero's...that's what we were created for, Hero's as a whole...it pains me so much...hearing those things...I just can't believe that his own brother would drive him to suffer like this..."

Sir Nighteye, glad that everyone was on board, continued.

"Thank you for cooperating. As I said, as time goes on, I'm hoping to call upon more Hero's for assistance. But at the same time, we don't know how far this man's reach extends...we have to gather as much information as we can, and find him somehow while also trying to remain quiet about our actions."

"Then I'm going to go and search!"

Mirko, in her usual rushing ways, jumped out of the window, while Ryukyu sighed slightly.

"As ever, she's very forward. But, I'll also do what I can and search the skies, and have some Hero's I know get on the case. If he is still in this city, or in nearby cities, we'll find him eventually."

Ryukyu bowed, and walked out of the room, as All Might glanced at the door, noticing the shadow on the ground being human shaped.

"Sir Nighteye, it seems someone was listening in." Sir Nighteye raised a brow as All Might walked towards the window. "Coordinate the efforts from here Sir Nighteye! We'll find him, soon enough!"

With that, All Might jumped away, while Sir Nighteye walked to the door.

Glancing around the corner, he saw that Mirio was stood there, looking towards him with teary eyes.

"Mirio, what are..."

"I...I was asked by Bubble Girl to deliver some reports. I didn't mean to overhear...but, when I heard that boys situation...i-is it true…? What I heard...that boy, is he...is he..."

"Yes, he's...he's being held hostage by his elder brother."

Confirming that for Mirio, Mirio felt many different emotions, but there was a single question burning into his mind.

"But you also said...i-is he dying also…?"

"Yes...he's being terribly...I don't even know the right word for it...murdered I suppose, but he's still alive. But, Mirio. This doesn't concern you, since you're still a student, leave it to the Hero's."

"But Sir, I could help you guys out...I know that I might not be as seasoned as you guys..."

"It's alright, thank you for your concern Mirio. But, we'll get this boy back, one way or another. It might take time...but that boy is resilient. If you really want to help me, then help me by doing some office work here, doing some reports for me. I promise once this is over, I'll continue your training, and shape you into an amazing Hero."

Mirio looked at the ground, and thought about what Sir Nighteye had said.

Leaving it to him.

Mirio looked disheartened while Sir Nighteye simply gave him a reassuring look.

Even though Sir Nighteye said that…

He just couldn't stop thinking about it.

How someone would be able to do that to their own brother.

He wished, he truly wished there was something that he could do...

Waiting in the park, Katsuki irritably pushed her foot into the ground several times. Keita was late. It was quite unlike him to be this late.

However, she then saw a mysterious figure coming towards her.

Becoming on guard, she went to question what it was coming, when she saw that it was Keita in disguise, grabbing her hand.

"Oi, what are you-"

"Please come with me!"

Keita took her hand and dashed out of the area, knowing that if a Hero found him, then it could cause trouble for them and he also knew that he'd have to make sure that Eri was safe now, and right now, Eri was being watched by Rappa, he trusted Rappa that much to make sure Kai didn't do anything behind his back, knowing that it could be a possibility.

He had someone else to make sure that she stayed safe, not just him.

After getting far enough away, Keita stopped, and panted.

"Phew, quite a run huh~?" Keita turned back to see an unpleasant look on Katsuki's face. "Something wrong Bakugo-san?"

"Explain, what the hell just happened then?"

Keita scratched his cheek, and lightly smiled.

"Hehe, don't worry about that Bakugo-san. Isn't it great to always go on a run in the middle of the afternoon?" Katsuki didn't look amused. "Well, if you wanna be technical...ehehe, you see, I thought that we could have a secret, meeting place. Just us, you know?"

"Secret meeting place? Why?"

"...That battle, didn't you hear what happened yesterday? Those spikes and all, super dangerous. And then I was almost...eeh, taken there as well~ It seems that the park is becoming more dangerous lately, and I wouldn't want anything to interrupt our meetings, you know?"

Katsuki pursed her lips.

"I suppose that you have a point. Still..."

"Hey, we could go up there." Keita suggested, pointing to a large tower. "I bet you could see the whole city from up there."

"Heh, maybe we could." Katsuki pushed forward, then turned to see Keita cocking his head. "Coming?"

"Sure!"

Keita rushed towards the tower with Katsuki. Running through the city together, Keita couldn't help but feel good about this. Simply doing something that a normal teenager would be able to do, to experience it, it was quite amazing.

Scaling the tower took sometime, but eventually they got to the top, and overlooked the city. Keita's eyes brightened as he saw the people moving through the city, seeing the different Hero's, and people alike just walking about their days.

Katsuki gave him a bemused look as she went into her bag.

"Here, I brought some food."

"Ooh, I love food~"

Katsuki held back a laugh as she took out what seemed to be ice cream.

"Cookie dough ice cream. Had this before?"

"No, I haven't had anything like that before~"

Katsuki grunted, taking the ice cream and gave it to him along with a spoon.

Taking the spoon, and putting it into the ice cream, he took a bite, and instantly, Katsuki saw sparkles going off around his eyes.

"Aaah...it's so amazing~"

"You're quite odd, huh."

Keita cocked his head curiously.

"I don't know, maybe angry kitten."

Katsuki scowled, but Keita simply smiled towards her.

"So, why were you late anyway?"

"Erm...well, just got tied up with a few things, that's all. Sorry for being late."

"Whatever, it's fine. Though maybe..." Surprisingly, Katsuki looked slightly embarrassed as she asked something. "...you could give me your number...so, I could just message you or something..."

"Oh..erm, I don't have a phone."

Katsuki found that a bit weird.

"You don't? It's weird, everyone our age has a phone."

"Well...I did have one, mine broke, dunno when I'm gonna be getting a new one. Haha, clumsy me, you know~?"

Katsuki wasn't sure, it seemed as if he was hiding something.

Shaking her neck, she took out a piece of paper, and wrote down her number, giving it to him.

"Then you can ring me when you're going to be late."

"Bakugo-san...yes, thank you for your number~ I'll definitely ring you~"

"I don't just give my number to anyone, you know?"

"Ooh, I know. Speaking of, I've got something for you." Keita went into his pocket, and brought out what seemed to be a necklace, with an angry looking kitten attached to it. "I made this, it took me ages to make." Keita presented it to Katsuki who was mildly surprised. "It's a thank you Bakugo-san."

"Thanks for, what exactly?"

"For...being my friend, Bakugo-san."

Katsuki didn't think that it was necessary, but she liked the gesture all the same.

"Idiot, don't sound so weird."

Despite saying that, she took the necklace, and overlooked it.

She even saw a K on the right hand side of the metal cats body. The metal itself seemed to be an amalgamation of different metals. Probably thanks to his Quirk, it seemed to be something of a one of a kind type of deal.

"...It's nice, thanks."

Keita chuckled as he bent towards her.

"No problem~"

Katsuki felt at ease right now.

Being with Keita...it was definitely interesting.

"By the way..." Katsuki took what seemed to be a ring and tossed it to him. "Have that."

Keita looked down, and saw that it was an All Might ring. It was made from plastic.

"This ring...is it important to you?"

"You can have it. It's only one of those stupid plastic rings you get in cereal, but I've had it for a while now."

"You didn't answer...is it important to you?"

Katsuki gave a sly smile.

"Not really, it's just something I've had since I was a kid."

"A-And you're giving it to me? It must have meant something to you for you to keep it this long..."

"Yeah well, I just thought it was cool...it doesn't matter! It's yours now! So you can look at it and...seriously, stop making me try and be emotional or whatever, I'm not good at it...just accept it."

Keita went into his shirt, producing his own necklace, and placed the ring on the chain.

"I'll wear it, always." Keita leaned closer, and hugged her, causing a light blush to appear on her cheeks. "Thank you, Bakugo-san, I'll take care of it, and always remember you when I look at it." Katsuki continued to blush as his eyes overlooked the city. "You know...I've never been so relaxed...for so long, I'm always...having to be ready for...anything to happen...but, here...with you...I can be what I've always wanted to be..."

"And, what's that?"

A small smile spread on his face, a single tear rolling down his face, knowing that this wouldn't always last, but for this moment...he could enjoy his time together with Katsuki.

"Just like everyone else...that I'm normal too."

"Heh, you're definitely not normal...but, I'm happy you're not. You'd be boring if you're like everyone else."

Keita laughed as he jumped to his feet, pulling Katsuki to her feet. Taking her hand in his own, he stretched it out and towards the city. She looked surprised and also continued to hold redness on her face, as he also was blushing.

"Bakugo-san, if it's alright, can we come here to meet? This is my new favourite place."

"I guess...yeah, it's a nice place."

Keita gave a thankful smile, while overlooking the city.

"...By the way, did you know there's a washing machine Hero?" Katsuki gave him a curious look as he nodded slowly. "I love this world, even a washing machine can be a Hero~ I guess that they'll really clean up crime~"

Katsuki held back a laugh as he Keita began to fully laugh.

Soon, Katsuki began to laugh out loud also.

She wasn't sure exactly why, perhaps because Keita was laughing.

Whatever it was, she was growing to enjoy the times that they spent together, and even looked forward to them each time they did meet.

As for Keita…

It was a chance to truly live a bit of his dream.

To have a friend, to have someone to speak with.

It really did feel a small piece of him was free, when he was with Katsuki.

A week into meeting Eri, Keita could see that she was a rather closed off girl. It made sense as to why she was.

She was young, she had been abandoned by her Mother, and her Father had died, she didn't have any reason to want to open up to anyone at this moment.

Keita tried his best, but he found it difficult as he wasn't sure what he could say in these kinds of situations.

Right now though, he was over-watching Kai, as he began doing some tests on Eri. He made sure that they'd be humane, he wouldn't allow her to suffer through anything that he did. However, when Kai came close with a needle, Eri understandably backed away.

"Eri, stop moving. Come back here, now."

Using a cold voice matching his demeanour, Eri stiffened, placing her hands over her ears.

Keita, not standing for it, moved forward, getting between them.

"Stop it, you're scaring her."

Kai narrowed his brows at Eri.

Eri began becoming frightened, but Keita blocked Kai's vision of Eri, so he couldn't intimidate her.

"She wont stop still, how am I meant to get blood to test for her Quirk? Overhauling-"

"You will not Overhaul her. There's more humane ways to get her blood than doing that."

Kai raised a brow, before handing the needle to Keita.

"You get it from her then."

"Fine, I will."

Keita took the needle, and turned to Eri.

Eri looked frightened, so Keita adopted a kind smile.

"You know Eri-chan, we need some blood so we can run some tests. We need to find out what your Quirk does Eri-chan." Keita leaned closer as she lowered her head. "Needles, can be scary, can't they?" Eri nodded shyly. "But, I've got something called, magic cream, so they don't become scary at all."

"M-Magic...cream?"

Keita nodded, walking to the back of the room, and pulled out what seemed to be some cream.

Moving back to Eri, he showed her the cream.

"It's magic, because it can make where the cream is put on, numb, so you can't feel a thing."

"Can't feel...a thing? Numb…? It's magic..."

"Right, I'll show you. The creams completely harmless." Keita took some cream once putting on a glove, and placed it on his arm. "In a few minutes, that's going to go numb. But don't worry, it doesn't last that long, it goes back to being normal soon." Eri watched for a few minutes, until Keita poked his arm. "See? It's gone numb now, can't feel a thing."

Eri reached out, and went to touch him…

But stopped, remembering what happened to her Father, and didn't want to do that to Keita either.

Keita understood, and looked to her hand.

"Eri-chan, can I put some on you? Or, would you like to put it on?"

"Me...I can do it."

"Hehe, here you go. Put it on like I did, to the back of your hand."

"Okay Kei-chan..."

Keita handed her the cream and a glove, while Kai watched on from the distance.

Seeing Eri put on the cream, and then wait for a few minutes.

Then Eri poked her hand when Keita believed it would be read, and was astonished.

"Kei-chan...it is magic...I can't feel it..."

"Right, isn't it amazing~?" Eri slowly nodded as Keita took the needle. "So, now that it's numb, I can take some blood. Is that alright Eri-chan?" Eri still looked worried, so Keita tapped the ground, and formed it into a bunny. "Look at the bunny Eri-chan, while I'm taking your blood."

"Bunny...it's a brown bunny...is he a he or is she a she Kei-chan?"

"The bunny's anyway you want it to be Eri-chan."

"Then...he's bunny Kei-chan."

"Haha, then he's bunny me~ So, is it alright if I take your blood now Eri-chan?"

Eri nodded, turning her eyes to the bunny as Keita used his Quirk to make it move across the ground with one hand, and used his other hand to carefully take her blood.

Kai watched on with curious eyes, seeing the kindness that Keita had. Seeing Eri distracted enough that Keita could take the blood without her noticing. Once taking the blood, Eri cleaned the hand, and used his Quirk to close up the small hole, and make sure Eri didn't notice him doing it, knowing that she didn't want to be touched.

Pulling back, he gave the blood to Kai.

"See? Humane, and she's settled now."

"I suppose you're right. My ways easier, but if she becomes more compliant then I can't complain."

Keita wanted to shake his head, but he simply smiled.

"Anyway Eri-chan, it's about lunch time now. Shall I make you something?"

Eri's eyes went towards Keita who smiled.

"Kei-chan's done..." She looked down at her hand. "Oh...nothing's there..."

"Haha, seems like I worked some magic~ So come with me Eri-chan, I'll make you anything you want."

"Anything...Kei-chan?"

"Anything! Come on, lets go and raid the fridge."

Eri nodded, jumping up, and went towards the door.

Her eyes met with Kai's, cold, heartless eyes.

Becomingly slightly frightened, that was replaced with relaxation when she saw Keita's warm, and inviting eyes blocking Kai's own.

She then walked out, with Keita looking back towards Kai.

"Do you have any idea what her Quirk is big brother?"

"Some theories about it. Seems like it isn't simply Vanish as others have thought, I think it's something more than that."

"...Hmmm, as long as she's calm, it seems that her Quirk isn't activating. Though her horn...it seems to be increasing in size as the days go by."

"Probably related to her Quirk, not entirely sure if that's to show what level of power she's got or something else entirely. Either way, I'm sure we'll find out what power she's got soon. You just keep that girl compliant."

Keita nodded, knowing that's the best thing he could actually do at this moment in time.

He then walked out of the room, following Eri to make sure that she was well fed.

Later on, Keita was currently having a hand to hand fight with Rappa. Of course, Rappa's speed and strength was quite amazing, so Keita couldn't break through his defences. But Rappa could see that he was becoming faster in the way that he moved, and his striking strength wasn't half bad either.

"Haaah!"

Rappa announced, thrusting a barrage of fists for Keita.

Reacting quickly, he touched the ground, and uprooted it, creating a wall that blocked off Rappa's incoming fists. The fists hit the wall, and caused large cracks to appear in them with each barrage of punches.

"Not bad kid, you're becoming faster."

Keita smiled, twisting his fingers on the ground, and caused the ground to erupt into some pillars, sending them at the elder male. Rappa simply crossed his arms over his body, and withstood the barrage of attacks, albeit they pushed him back a good distance.

"Thanks Rappa-san, you're a great teacher~"

"D-Don't say such things..."

Keita stuck out his tongue in a playful manner.

"Rappa-san, you're the kind to be so embarrassed about compliments. I know deep inside, you like me~"

"Say that again and I'll hit you!"

"Hehe, Rappa-san, you're so funny~"

Rappa waved his hand.

"Anyway, I've got something to ask you kid."

"You want me to cook you something? It's okay, you don't have to be embarrassed to ask."

Rappa shook his head, but then began nodding.

"No...well, yeah I mean if you want to cook a pizza or something then that would be great." Keita nodded with a smile. "But, I was going to ask you something about your elder brother."

"...Yes? What about him?"

"Overjerk's been gathering more people lately. Mostly wannabe's and all. But I've seen some decent people in the bunch that wouldn't be so bad in a fight. I've got to ask...why would they want to follow him? I know for me, it's about wanting to kick the crap out of him. But I don't see what they'd see in him. He's a freaky bastard that's a germaphobe."

Keita furrowed his eyebrows.

"Big brother...he's like a wolf in sheep's clothings. He can put on the charm if he needs to, and can speak politely. Maybe you haven't seen it...but I have. With that Shin guy for one. I remember when he was recruited, I was here you see, watching as they interacted, and how Shin followed big brother Kai because Kai appealed to exactly what Shin wanted...someone to speak truthfully, not lie, he knows how to appeal to others and gain their favour. Big brother...if anything, he's a smooth criminal."

Rappa raised a brow as Keita slowly nodded.

Rappa gave bemused eyes as Keita watched with a kind smile.

"...Yeah, I get that, but that Confession bastard, hate him so much."

"Hehe, he tried to use his Quirk on me once, and since I just speak my mind anyway, it was pretty funny to see his face become confused when I wasn't embarrassed by his question~" Rappa snorted. "Anyway...yes, big brother has this quality...I can't really explain it...charisma maybe. He can find out what is appealing to others, and exploit it. He probably did with you, he knew you'd want to fight, and when losing, your pride wouldn't allow it, so you'd follow him to fight him."

Rappa could see that, it did make sense to him.

"Hah, yeah you're probably right about that."

"But Rappa-san, why did you want to know? Where you just curious about what was happening with him?"

Rappa shrugged.

"Just curious about how you looked at him. After hearing it from you...yeah, it makes sense to me. Anyway, don't worry kid, even if he brings in many people, none of them are gonna get pass me, I'll knock all of them out if they try anything."

"Rappa-san...see? You do care about me, even if it's just a little bit, right~?"

Rappa once more huffed.

"...Perhaps a little bit, but it isn't like it's that much."

Rappa growled, as Keita let out a small laugh.

Soon though, the corner of Rappa's mouth rose ever so slightly, showing that he truly did like being in Keita's company.

The next day, Keita was quietly doing his own thing within his room, trying to think of ways to approach Eri, and make sure that she was safe and sound. Something that he didn't know how to do, seeing as she was frightened.

As he was though, Kai entered his room, Keita bit his lower lip, wondering if he was about to be Overhauled again.

But to his surprise, and sadness, Kai sat down on his bed, and said something that almost stopped his heart.

"Tomorrow, we're leaving here, Keita."

"W-What?"

A crushing blow to his mind.

They were...really leaving.

He suspected it could happen with the Hero's still searching for him…

But now it was a reality...

"The Hero's, they're becoming too nosy, and before they can get close, we need to make an exit."

Keita's mind flashed back towards Katsuki.

It meant that he'd not be able to see her anymore.

Perhaps though, it would be good for the Hero's to simply not follow him anymore.

That they'd be safe and sound.

"I know you liked going to the park, but we'll find another one. Since you don't want me to kill the Hero's, we have to leave and start somewhere else. Just trust in me Keita, it's the right thing to do if you want to keep those Hero's alive."

Keita also thought that it was the right thing.

In the end, he didn't want anyone to die.

Now, he also had another reason to stay.

To keep Eri safe.

To make sure that she's protected.

Kai then patted his shoulder.

"...Yeah, I know."

"Then, start packing."

"Right...I'll start right now."

Kai nodded, walking out of the room.

As soon as he was gone, Keita looked down at the necklace he always wore, and at the ring that Katsuki had given him.

"I...I wont be able to see you again...Bakugo-san...no, I have to see you...one more time...before I leave...to...I have to see her...I'll have...Rappa-san watch over Eri-chan...one last time...I'll have one last time with Bakugo-san...and treasure it..."

Having decided that deep within him, even though he was in pain…

Keita wanted to see Katsuki.

Just once more…

He could say goodbye to the friend he had made.

Thankfully, Keita had managed to sneak out once more, he was able to get away from the Shie Hassaikai just to see her.

Just once more, he wanted to see Katsuki, before he had to leave forever, he wanted to explain why he had to go.

He wanted to see her smile at least once more.

He wanted to know one more thing about her, something that he could remember always.

As he ran through the streets, he looked at the time, and murmured "Oh no, I'm gonna be late." and he continued moving through the city. Running as fast as he could, Keita slipped through an alleyway to make a short cut, and got onto the other side.

Running across the road, he went down towards an overpass, running through the dark tunnel.

As he got to the other side, he saw a flash of green, then he collided with something.

"Waaah!"

The voice cried out, Keita grimaced as he landed on top of the person.

Keita looked down and saw a mess of green in his vision.

Looking down, he saw freckles, and the body of a smaller boy.

He also saw that there was a small cut on his leg.

"Oh..." Keita bent down towards his leg, and lightly poked his leg. "Excuse me, do you mind if I fix your cut?"

The boy looked down towards Keita, and saw his golden eyes curiously on him.

"O-Oh...ee-eh...f-fix? How would you...do that?"

"My Quirk, it's a small cut, shouldn't take me that long."

"Amazing, you have the power to heal?"

"Sort of~" Keita smiled out, glancing up at the boys hair. "Your hair reminds me of broccoli."

The boy tilted his neck curiously.

"Eeh...huh?"

"Yeah, it's kind of like broccoli, with the way it's combed."

"Oh...erm, that's g-great."

Keita gave him a curious look as he used his Quirk to fix the boys knee.

It only took a few moments, he finished off, and gave a peace sign.

"All done~"

The boy looked down towards his leg, seeing that there was no cut there at all. It was amazing, and scary at the same time.

"Amazing...it's really healed...you healed me so fast. A-Are you related to Recovery Girl?"

"Who's Recovery Girl?" Keita wondered, looking at the time with his watch. "Ooh, I am late now, Bakugo-sans gonna be wondering where I am now..."

"Baku...y-you mean Kacchan?!"

"Kacchan? Is that a nickname for her or something?"

"If it's the same one...K-Kacchan did seem more happy recently, and even looked at me without becoming angry..."

"Ooh, that's my angry kitten for you~"

"A-Angry kitten?!"

Hearing someone call Katsuki 'angry kitten' in his mind was someone that had a death wish.

"Yes, she's my angry kitten. She gets mad about the weirdest stuff. But then she calms down after we have a chat about it. She's rather adorable, but, if your Kacchan is Bakugo-san...erm, could you be the Deku that she briefly talked about? She said that Deku is something we shouldn't talk about. Though I don't know why, I think you look pretty normal, and not like a weird follower at all."

The boy sweat dropped.

He could see Katsuki saying that.

"S-She called me a weird follower...ehe, yeah, that's Kacchan. A-And my name, it isn't Deku...it's what she calls me...my name is Izuku Midoriya..."

"Izuku Midoriya...huh."

"Y-Yes, that's right...Izuku. W-What's your name…?"

Keita then stood up, so did Izuku.

"My names Keita, Midoriya-kun~" Keita saluted Izuku and turned to leave. "I've got to go and meet my Bakugo-san now~ Ehehe, maybe I should call her Kacchan...I'm sure she'd show some anger, but that's just how she is~"

Izuku gave a curious look towards him, as he began to leave.

He didn't quite understand what had happened there, but if Keita and Katsuki were friends…

He definitely found that it was an odd couple.

Shaking his head, he walked the other way, going down the overpass.

However, as he was, it wasn't Izuku's day, as from the sewers, some kind of green sludge emerged. Sliding its way through the sewers, it came more and more up, forming a mass behind Izuku. His eyes landed on the boys leaving form, a disturbing looking smirk grew on his face.

Unsuspectingly, Izuku carried on, and as he went to make it to the other side of the overpass, he suddenly felt something touching his arms, and legs. Before he could even think about it, the stuff touching him wrapped around him, and dragged him back as he cried "Waaaaaaah!" catching Keita's attention.

Stopping in his run, he saw that in the distance...something was happening to Izuku.

Though he knew he'd be late for Katsuki, Izuku needed help now, he couldn't abandon him now.

So he rushed back towards him, getting a clearer and clearer image of what was happening.

Seeing the green monster before him, it was wrapping around Izuku, sliding into his mouth also. He could see that Izuku was finding it difficult to breathe, which was quite understandable, so Keita rushed in close.

"Hey! Let that boy down now!"

The sludge monsters eyes shot for Keita, as he saw Izuku's face fully.

Seeing the panic and fear in his eyes…

Seeing how he was crying, Keita felt worried for him.

"Sorry, did you say something? Just leave, and pretend you didn't see anything."

Keita refused, moving forward.

"...No, I can't simply leave and pretend at all..."

The sludge Villain didn't seem to care, and stuck his hand towards Izuku's throat.

"Go, or I'll strangle him."

Keita shook his head.

"You already are strangling him, leave him alone!"

"As if you little brat! Get lost or you'll face the consequences too!"

Keita didn't stop, and continued moving forward.

"I can't simply abandon this boy...let him go, right now!"

The sludge Villain didn't seem to care about Keita, and swung his fluid arm forward. However, the moment it got near him, Keita remembered how Rappa had been helping him train, so he managed to duck out of the way, with the arm flying above his head.

His hand touched the ground, and caused it to begin moving. Pumping up and down, the ground around him shot forward into a pillar. The pillar's sturdy ways managed to get close to the sludge Villain, but using his fluid body, he dodged out of the way by opening some of himself up, but unknowingly to the sludge Villain, some of his sludge had been dragged back.

"Little bastard, an earth wielder are you?"

At the same time though, Keita rushed forward, with his fingers brushing against the ground, causing it to uproot, shoot out into more and more pillars for the Villain to deal with. Izuku looked on, his vision becoming blurry by the second as Keita got in close.

With more pillars coming for him, the sludge Villain's body opened up in places that Keita's pillars came, allowing them to harmlessly pass through him, at the same time shooting his hand for Keita's body to strangle him.

"Nice Quirk kid, seems like you've got a powerful Earth Quirk! I wouldn't mind that!"

Keita didn't say anything, tapping the ground, and formed a wall once more, blocking off the hand before it could reach him.

The sludge spread across the wall that had been raised, while Keita leapt above it, landing on the ground and tapped the ground, sending more and more earth pillars for him.

"What are you even doing kid?! You're just using the same attacks again and again!"

The sludge Villain once more opened his body in different places, avoiding being attacked by Keita, and also grabbed a nearby pipe, launching it at Keita at high speeds. The boy moved his neck, but received a hit to his face.

Izuku winced, wondering if that would have knocked him out…

But to his astonishment, Keita acted as if nothing happened, even when there was a clear bleed from the attack, and shot forward, grabbing the pipe as he did, and swung it outwards, Izuku noticing that something...odd had happened to the pipe.

It had turned sleeker, more...sharp.

"N-No reaction?! You just got hit in the head, why didn't you react?!"

"Oh, I didn't really feel it to be honest..."

Replying in a curious manner, the Villain wasn't having it, and shot off his arm towards Keita. Keita took a stance with the pipe that more resembled a sword now, and swung it outwards, while he wasn't an expert, the pipe cleaved right through the sludge Villain's body, and Keita flung them over the sludge Villain's body, behind him.

"S-Shit...that kid can control the earth...and he's also sharpened a weapon like that...w-what Quirk do you have!?"

"That's for me to know."

Keita replied, placing his hand on the ground, and sent off more and more earth pillars.

The sludge Villain didn't get what was happening, why Keita seemed to be repeating the same attack.

He kept opening up, and dodging out of the way…

But after dodging the seventh one, he noticed something.

The way that he was holding Izuku, was weakening.

His body was being stretched, and his sludge hold on Izuku had weakened to a point where it was becoming different to hold onto him. But more than that, the earth pillars behind him had formed what seemed to be some kind of earth dome, and had dragged much sludge with each pillar.

"N-No, not my body...w-what have you-"

"You didn't realize it until now, your sludge forms been dragged back there! I've been trapping it into the forming earth dome so you couldn't control it! Now you're done!"

Keita got in close, grabbing Izuku's hand with one of his hands, the other grabbing the floor, and used his Quirk, causing the ground to erupt, slamming into the sludge's body, sending him flying backwards into the earth dome that had been formed, at the same time catching Izuku, and placed him gently onto the ground.

"W-Wait, what the he-"

"You're sealed!"

Keita rushed forward, as the Villain shot off a glob of his own sludge. Using the pipe, Keita sliced right through the sludge, and trapped it in the earth done.

Once getting close, he grabbed the dome, causing it to meld together, leaving it as tight as he could, so the sludge of the Villain couldn't escape, as airtight as he could make it.

Keita could hear the pounding of the Villain on the ground, but he couldn't get out, the dome was too sturdy for that.

Soon after, Keita fell to the floor, panting slightly.

"Man, that was tiring..." Murmuring that out, he remembered Izuku, and rushed over to him. "Midoriya-kun, are you alright?" Getting close, he saw Izuku's eyes were closed. "No...Midoriya-kun."

Worry came over Keita, he hoped he wasn't too late in saving Izuku.

Keita bent down, taking Izuku's wrist, and checked for a pulse while placing his face near Izuku's to see if he was breathing while running his eyes up and down Izuku to check for injuries.

"...Hmmm, his pulse is a little slow...but, he's breathing, and there's no other injuries I can see...phew, he's alright."

Glad that he was alright, Keita looked around to see if there were any Hero's to take the sludge Villain away, but he couldn't see any. But he did see on the ground, there was a book that seemed to have been damaged.

Moving towards it, he noticed on the front, had Izuku's name, so he picked up the book, along with the bag that had been forced to the ground.

"It's been damaged..." Keita ran his hand over the book, and began repairing the damage until it was fixed completely. "There, good as new." Keita murmured, and went to walk back to Izuku, when he saw in the book, a design of Izuku wearing a costume that resembled the one All Might sometimes wore. "...Dreams of being a Hero...is that right Midoriya-kun?"

Keita smiled, and moved closer to Izuku, bending down, placing his stuff by his head.

He then shook Izuku's body, in an attempt to wake him up.

"Midoriya-kun, it's time to wake up now."

He poked Izuku's face, causing him to groan.

Keita did so a few times, while leaning closer.

Izuku's eyes slowly began to open, and saw Keita hovering above him, looking on with worried eyes.

"You okay?"

"Aaha!" Izuku jumped, remembering the sludge Villain. "W-W-What happened to..."

"Big, green and mean is trapped in my earth dome back there."

Izuku looked behind Keita to see that being the case.

"W-Wow...I thought your Quirk was healing...but it can do that with the earth too…? Amazing, you must be strong..."

"Erm...strength, I'm not sure if I'm strong, I just knew he was being cocky, so I'd have to trap him. But, it was tiring, forming such complex structures can take effort and time, and then other things...well, don't worry about it, I'm just glad you're okay. Though I'm surprised, you didn't try and use your Quirk...though, I guess you could have a Quirk that might not have helped in that..." As he spoke, he saw Izuku's eyes going down. "...I'm sorry, did I say something wrong? I didn't mean to make you upset..."

"N-No, it's not that at all...it's just...I don't...I don't...erm...I don't have...a Quirk..."

"You're Quirkless then." Izuku affirmed it with a nod. "I see." His eyes cast to the book Izuku had and saw the drawings of Izuku as a Hero. "I understand now." Keita took his book, and presented it to him. "Here, your book."

"My book...it's fixed...how did...how did..." Izuku's eyes turned to Keita who continued to smile. "...your Quirk, it healed my book too?"

"Hehe, it's more accurate to say that I restored it back to a normal state."

"Still, that's amazing...with a power like that, are you also...going to become a Hero?"

"Being a Hero...I'm not sure I ever could become one."

Izuku didn't understand that.

"B-But you have an amazing power!"

"Amazing power...can also be a scary thing, when in the wrong hands." Remembering his elder brother, and how powerful he was with his Quirk. "Midoriya-kun, if I'm out of terms then I'm sorry for asking this...but, you had drawings in that book, well I only saw one, of you in a Hero costume. Are you looking to become a Hero too?"

"Ehe...I know, because I'm Quirkless...I might not be able to do it..."

"Nonsense."

Izuku cocked his head.

"E-Eh? Nonsense?"

"Right, it's nonsense. A Hero I met...he didn't have a Quirk that seemed to help him in a fight...strength doesn't make a Hero. True Hero's, standing up for what they believe in...that's what makes a Hero in my eyes."

Remembering how Sir Nighteye also stood up for him.

Even when he didn't have a chance.

That, was a Hero in Keita's eyes.

Someone that would want to save people.

Of course he didn't want people to be reckless, yet at the same time, he did want to help people, that's why it was paramount that he wasn't found out by the Hero's now, since he had Eri to protect now, especially from Kai.

Izuku felt deeply impacted by that.

Standing up for what they believed in.

"Y-Yes...K-Keita-san...t-that's...ehehe...m-maybe I could be...y-you know, I'd not be like All Might...b-but maybe I could..."

"All Might...he's your favourite?"

"Is he yours?"

Keita shook his head.

"While I think he's very powerful and courageous from what I know...no, my favourite is Sir Nighteye-san. I like Mirko-san, best bunny rabbit, I also heard of a Hero that has red wings, looks pretty cool too. I'd like to fly around like that~"

"Sir Nighteye...and Mirko...they're two...different people from what I've heard...they're both..."

"They're both amazing people to me~"

Keita smiled out.

But then, as they were speaking, the air pressure suddenly changed.

Keita and Izuku saw that the wind was fluttering around, as a body came shooting down from the sky. Keita's eyes glanced up to see that it was a strong muscular man that was coming down.

Keita watched as the man came down, with Izuku's eyes lighting up.

"H-He's here! It's All Might!"

Keita froze.

All Might…

If he knew about him from Sir Nighteye, Keita wasn't going to be able to get away.

He couldn't be caught now, he had to make sure that Eri was protected, and the Hero's as well.

Keita began walking away as Izuku's starry eyes were on All Might. All Might himself looked towards the stone dome that Keita had formed, becoming curious about what could have happened.

"My, what's this!?"

All Might asked in his upbeat way.

His eyes went towards Izuku.

"Young man!"

"Y-Yes All Might?!"

"Did you do this?"

Izuku shook his head so fast that All Might thought it was going to come off.

"N-No! We were being attacked by a sludge guy...he was suffocating me, but I was saved..."

"Saved? By a Hero?"

He wondered, as he produced a bag, pulling out some bottles, and dug into the ground with his strength.

"No...it wasn't a Hero."

Izuku responded as All Might got through the ground dome, and he saw the sludge Villain curled up, so he used his quick reflexes to force the sludge into the bottles, then turned to Izuku as he put them in his pants pockets.

"So, who saved you?"

"Actually, it was a boy...his name was Keita-san."

That name…

He recognized it from Sir Nighteye.

"D-Did you say Keita?! Brown hair, gold eyes..." Izuku nodded. "...and the ability to control the ground...it's him...tell me! Where is Young Keita?!"

"Yes, he's right..." Izuku turned, but saw that Keita was gone. "W-Wait, he was just here, w-where did he go…?"

All Might clenched his fist.

"Damn, he was here...he couldn't have gotten far. Goodbye young man!"

"W-Wait All Might-"

Izuku was stunned as All Might shot past him.

But as he did, Izuku got caught on All Might's leg, as he crossed the distance of the overpass. His eyes went left and right, knowing that Keita couldn't have escaped from the way he was stood, so it wouldn't have to be behind him.

"Keita! Keita! It's alright to come out! Sir Nighteye's looking for you!"

No response.

He continued looking around, unaware that Izuku was clutching his leg as he shot into the air, trying to get a better look at the area, perhaps he could see Keita running away, he'd have to search quickly, but maybe he could find him…

But, what All Might didn't know was that Keita already had gotten away, by going underground into the sewers, knowing that even if All Might was strong, he might still die...and he also had to protect Eri, no matter what.

All Might shot forward, moving from area to area in a hope that he'd find Keita.

As All Might moved through the air, he heard a crying noise.

Looking at his leg, he saw that Izuku was clutching onto his leg.

"Why are you on my leg?"

"I-I didn't do it on purpose! I'm really sorry!"

"Let go!"

"I-I can't let go! Please don't drop me from hereeeeeeeeeeeeee!"

Izuku cried out, as All Might's eyes continued over the area, while Izuku shook him, not realizing that as he moved forward, the bottles containing the sludge Villain had fallen out of his pockets, and crashed down within the city.

Once Keita returned back to the Shie Hassaikai, thinking about the days events, he couldn't help but think that he didn't get to see Katsuki one last time.

He thought that maybe he'd be able to do it...but, thanks to the sludge Villain, he couldn't do it in the end, because he knew All Might would try to follow him, so he had to make his way back to the Shie Hassaikai.

As he got back to the hideout, Keita saw that Eri was sat on the ground, within the living type area, and saw Rappa watching over her, which he thanked him for, allowing him to go and do his own thing.

Once Rappa left, Keita walked towards her.

However, the moment that he approached her, he saw that she scuttled away.

"Eri-chan..."

"P-Please...Please don't...I don't...want Kei-chan to, disappear..."

Seeing the worry on her face, Keita couldn't take it.

It was disheartening.

It was saddening…

He just couldn't let her feel sad about her powers.

There already were things that could upset her, he didn't want her to be afraid to get close to others.

"Eri-chan..." Keita sat down before her, and allowed a small smile to appear on his face. "You don't have to be afraid of anyone's touch. I know what happened to your Daddy, but that wasn't your fault."

"But..."

Keita inched closer, lightly smiling at the young girl.

"You couldn't control your power, no one would blame you for that. It was a sad experience, but you're not the reason Eri-chan, it's your power. We all have powers, sometimes we can't control them. Even I, have had difficulty controlling mine."

"Y-You too Kei-chan…?"

Eri wondered, Keita stuck out his hand and showed his palm. Eri saw that sparks were going around his hand, swirling electricity that seemed to cling to his skin.

"Yes, that's right. It can be difficult. This...power of mine, I could potentially hurt someone by mistake...I could even kill someone if I'm not careful about my power... But Eri-chan, you have to know...you're not alone." Eri's eyes came onto his own as he smiled down towards her. "If you want, I can be here for you. I know you're worried about me or anyone that gets close disappearing. But you don't have to be scared of others, making connections...I know, it can be scary here, but I promise...I'll always make sure you're safe, okay?"

"Kei-chan..."

Keita reached out his hand, and gently petted her head.

Eri panicked, believing that Keita was going to disappear…

But was surprised to see that he was still there.

"K-Kei-chan...didn't disappear?"

"Nope, I'm still here~"

Eri looked at Keita's hand, as he pulled away.

But Eri reached forward, and grabbed his thumb with her small hand.

Keita continued to smile at the young girl, seeing that she was running her hand up and down Keita's thumb.

"Kei-chan...you're not disappearing...you're still here. Kei-chan's thumb..." Eri noticed his arms, and wondered something. "...Kei-chan, why do you have cuts...on your arms?"

Keita couldn't tell her the real reason.

It would be upsetting for her.

"Clumsy, that's all~ And they're not cuts, they're scars."

Not wanting to worry her, he had to lie about it.

"Scars…?"

"Yes, they happen when you get deep cuts and they don't heal or can't be healed properly."

"But Kei-chan, you can heal...why don't you heal them?"

It was a good question, it would make sense for Keita to simply heal them.

"I guess I could...but they're a reminder, that I can...I can be strong too. One day...when I achieve my dreams, that's when I'll get rid of them, because I'll know that I was strong, and can always be strong from then on, and continue pursuing new dreams."

"Dreams…? What does Kei-chan dream about?"

Keita grinned ear to ear, standing up, and struck a pose, something that confused, and also caused Eri, to be happy at the eccentric ways.

"My dreams are many! I wanna help people, and find a girlfriend! Also, to find..." He almost revealed about gaining a real family, but he couldn't say that. "...to start, a family! Yes, that's what I want Eri-chan!"

"To start...a family? Kei-chan, you want...a family?"

Keita slowly nodded, bending down towards her.

"How about you Eri-chan? Got any dreams?"

Eri pursed her lips, thinking about what Keita was saying.

A dream all her own.

"...A dream...I don't know...Kei-chan..."

"Hehe, it's alright to not have one when you're so young. A dream can be to try different foods if you like. Ooh, I had some cookie dough ice cream a little while ago, maybe I could try and make you some of that?"

"Cookie dough..."

"It's got this amazing flavour, it's something that I can't describe...aah, it would be amazing to have some of the ice cream...hey, I could try and make some for you Eri-chan. What do you say?" Keita offered his hand towards her. "I could use a little chef to help me out."

"Little chef...I'd help...Kei-chan...be his...assi...erm...assis...erm..."

"Assistant?" Eri nodded. "Right, you'd be my helpful assistant! How about it Eri-chan? Want to help me out?"

"I-I'd help…? Be helpful…?"

"Right, you'd be extremely helpful Eri-chan!"

Eri raised her fist, and showed a strong face.

"Yes, I'll help Kei-chan."

"Great! Then lets get to making!"

Eri watched as Keita offered his hand.

Eri was nervous at first.

But then she remembered...he didn't disappear.

Maybe it would be okay if Keita was there for her.

She took his hand shyly, and walked towards the kitchen.

But as he did, he felt something hugging his leg.

Looking down, he saw Eri just clinging to his leg.

"Eri-chan...it's alright now, I'm here."

He bent down, and lifted her up, where she put her arms around him.

He understood why, it was because everyone seemed afraid to get near her. Having someone just, hug her probably hadn't happened for a while. With her Mother calling her a curse...he could see why this girl would want someone, anyone to give her affection, he hoped that he could do that for her.

His hand gently petted the back of her head as he walked to the kitchen.

Getting there, Keita began making the necessary stuff for the ice cream, as Eri gave some help.

As time went on, Keita could see that she was relaxing more and more, and he was glad.

But in his heart of hearts, he didn't want anything bad to happen to her.

Wishing that he could protect her, so she didn't have to feel sad anymore.

Once they had finished preparing and while waiting for it to freeze so they could eat it, Keita and Eri watched t.v together, watching different types of programs. He mostly put on some anime for Eri, which she seemed to enjoy quite a bit.

"Kei-chan..."

"Hmmm? Is something wrong Eri-chan?"

"No...I just like Kei-chan."

"Hehe, thank you~ I also like Eri-chan very much~"

Eri tilted her head while Keita continued to smile.

Before long, the ice cream was ready, and when taking a bite, Eri produced sparkles around her eyes.

"Kei-chan...it tastes so nice...I've never had something so nice before..."

"I'm glad, I hope I got it just right."

"Even if it isn't...Kei-chan's ice cream is the best."

Keita continued to smile…

But that was replaced with his face dropping as he saw the news.

Seeing that on the news, it was the sludge Villain he had fought before.

The one that had tried to kill Izuku, or take over his body, Keita wasn't entirely sure about that.

But still, seeing how he was stood there, while the Hero's couldn't get close, possibly due to their Quirks being incompatible with the fluid like body of the sludge Villain.

"But, I beat him...how did he get away…?"

He was sure that he had trapped him.

Did he get away from All Might somehow?

But, Keita then noticed that he had someone captured in the sludge itself.

"Kei-chan, look...there's a girl inside of that bad guy..."

Keita looked closer, and saw that the person inside of him.

The person...was Katsuki.

"Bakugo-san..."

"Kei-chan, do you know her?"

Keita didn't respond to that, and picked up Eri, along with her ice cream.

"Eri-chan, I have to go out, Rappa-sans going to take care of you until I come back, okay?"

"Kei-chan...are you going to...help that girl?"

"Yes...but don't worry, I'll be back before you know it." He replied with a light smile, then he thought to himself. "...Sludge Villain, I beat you once...I can beat you again. This time...you captured my angry kitten, you're not getting away with this. I might not be able to stop big brother...but, even I can do some good here...I wont let anyone suffer...don't worry my angry kitten, I'm coming."

Keita quickly took Eri to Rappa, and quickly explained what was going on.

"Wait kid."

Rappa stopped him as Keita headed for the door.

"Yes, Rappa-san?"

"Heh, kick his ass. I know you've got badass in you."

"Will do!"

With that, Keita grabbed a disguise, knowing that if he was caught on television, then it would place the Hero's in danger as his elder brother would find out, so he'd stay mysterious.

But no matter what, he'd go and save Katsuki, the last act of kindness he could give...

End chapter!

So, first of all, thanks to everyone who voted! It was really close for a while, but in the end, it seemed that male Izuku won out. I waited until the last possible moment to see which way the reviews, and PM's went, and it went that way, so sorry for those who voted the other way.

Anyway, onto this chapter! Eri appeared for the first time since being mentioned in chapter one. Keita, seeing himself in this girl who's been abandoned, wanted to protect her, keep Kai from doing to her, what he did and still does, to him, and as time goes on, Eri begins learning to open up and see that Keita wont disappear like her Father did, and that she can rely on him for protection.

Rappa and Keita's friendship seems to be progressing, seeing as Keita trusts Rappa with keeping Eri safe. Sir Nighteye also is keeping his search for Keita, even Mirio appeared! Though he's not fully trained yet, it seems that Mirio wants to try and help Keita as well, hearing about some of the sadness in his life.

Katsuki and Keita also spent sometime together, allowing Keita to have a resemblance of a normal time. But after Keita had fought the sludge Villain off, and helped out Izuku, with All Might accidentally dropping it, Keita saw Katsuki being captured by him, and he's quite determined to save her.

Also, feel free to keep suggesting harem members!

Well, until next time, thanks for reading!
