"AHHHHHHHHHH!" Izuku was still screaming in shock.
"K-kid calm down, its not a big deal, some people get their Quirks late." All Might tried to calm Izuku down telling him that it shouldn't be so shocking.
After about of another minute of screaming a random civilian opened their windows an yelled out to Izuku and All Might. "Shut Up! Some people are trying to enjoy a nice dinner."
"A-ah? What happened?" After snapping out of his shock Izuku seamed to gain short term amnesia.
"AH! Young Man, you just started screaming for no reason when you found out you had a Quirk." All Might said, relived after Izuku's panic attack. After all was it so surprising to have a Quirk?
"Wait! I have a Quirk, that, that shouldn't be possible I mean I'm Quirkless." Izuku said in denial.
"Well people can get Quirks later on in live so, I don't see the problem." All Might was confused on why Izuku was so adamant about it. It's not like he had two toe joints like Toshinori did. And like some cosmic force dictated Izuku unknowingly proved All Might Wrong.
"But I have two pinky toe joints. The doctor said so after doing an exam." Izuku said in defiance proving All Might's observational skills weren't on par with what should be.
"BLAEGGH! Cough Cough. WHAT!" All Might was confused and surprised and in that shock thew up more blood. (A/N: Where does all that blood come from? Does he have a secret Quirk called infinite blood or something?)
When Izuku was four and his Quirk never came in his mother took him into the local Quirk specialist Dr. Tsubasa (A/N: Cough Dr. Garaki Cough) and showed an X-ray of Izuku's foot showing his Quirklessness. Oddly enough Dr. Tsubasa and his grandson both disappeared about 5 years prior to modern day. After taking a moment to calm himself All Might composed himself and thought of a solution to the problem.
"All right here is what I believe should happen at present. Go home, talk with your parents about your quirk, and get an appointment with a Quirk specialist and get your Quirk named." All Might said in a moment of intelligence. (A/N: Shocking)
"O-ok, if you say so All Might." Izuku said quietly.
"Before you go, what's your name?" All Might replied. (A/N: Gran Torino simultaneously approves and disproves)
Palm meet face.
Warning Time Skip 30 Minutes Later:
"Mom, I'm home, and I have something to talk to you about."
Inko Midoriya is a short green haired woman that only has the best of intentions for her son Izuku. When she heard his voice she came out of the kitchen from making a small dinner for both of them and said.
"Welcome home Izu..." Inko was shocked. Here was her son that just came home, he smelled like he crawled out of the sewer but that wasn't what shocked her. No it was the Purple ringed eyes he definitely didn't possessed when he left for school that morning.
"Ah Mom, I uh, I got my Quirk today." Izuku was embarrassed like he never was before, but could you blame him? (A/N: I know I couldn't)
"..."
"Mom?"
"... OH IZUKU! I knew it, I just knew it. I knew that doctor was wrong. Even when he gave proof a part of me refused to believe it." Inko suddenly and not unexpectedly started to cry after a brief moment of silence.
"Mom, thank you. I knew you had only the best of intentions but really thank you." Izuku thought as his mother leaped at him and he embraced her in a warm hug. After a couple of minutes Inko stopped crying and released herself from the hug beaming happiness. (A/N: So Bright!)
"Izuku I know what we should do, we have to celebrate, I'll make use some Katsudan!"
"That sounds great Mom!" Izuku was happy. He met All Might today, got a Quirk, and hes going to train to get One for All in a couple of days.
Warning Time Skip Next Morning
When the next day came Inko had Izuku go to a Quirk Specialist rather then go to school for the morning as it was a Friday and his grades were top of the class. (A/N: Despite the bullying and indifference from teachers) As Izuku and his mother boarded a bus a random person complemented Izuku on such a cool looking Quirk. Izuku being flustered quickly thanked the man and followed his mother to their seats.
When they arrived Inko went to the receptionist's desk as Izuku sat in the waiting room with no less then 8 kids age ranging from 3 to 5 running as well as one or both parents with each kid. As they ran around they slowed down and looked at Izuku or more specifically, his eyes.
"Whoa so cool!"
"I don't know, they look weird."
"So awesome!"
That and many other things were thrown out at Izuku faster then he could possess everything. Izuku however was terrified so he sat quietly as the kids soon lost interest and started to run more around. Ten minutes later Inko came back after dealing with the receptionist and the idiocy that they gave her when she explained a 14 year dubbed Quirkless gained a quirk. When she returned Inko hair was quite frazzled but she had a smile on her face. She then sat down and started a small conversation with one of the other mothers. Soon enough an assistant came.
"Midoriya?"
"A-ah that's us." Izuku said awkwardly as his mother snapped out of her conversation. As they followed the assistant, Izuku passed another kid who had just ran past him crying, apparent that he was diagnosed Quirkless, as Izuku gained a sad face knowing he was in such a position before. He wished he could comfort the boy but he had to get to his appointment.
"Aah, you must be Inko Midoriya and this is is your son Izuku. I hear that Izuku was falsely diagnosed as Quirkless when he was 4 right?" The doctor, whose name was Dr. Utsugi, said. She was in her late 30's with dyed blond hair and brownish roots, pale blue eyes, and wore two fingered gloves. (A/N: Let me know if I should use her in the future)
"Ah yes, yesterday Izuku came home with his eyes looking like so and from what I can tell they don't turn off." Inko said as she put her hand on Izuku's shoulder.
"Alright, Izuku why don't you retell what happened yesterday?" Dr. Utsugi replied.
"Aw crap, I can't tell them about One for All nor about me saving Kacchan. Well when in doubt lie, or tell half truths." Izuku thought as he panicked slightly. He quickly calmed down and started to 'retell' the story. How the day went, minus the bullying, how he meet All Might, how later he heard a corrupted voice when he saw a kid being bullied and he stepped in. (A/N: Half truths here) When he was walking home after he helped the kid, he happened to glance in a thrown out mirror, stopped and screamed in shock. After a bit of time he snapped out of it, thought of how he was going to approach this and decided to train his quirk to see what it could do later after he got home.
"Ah before we continue can I ask you what your Quirk, I am wondering if it has something to do with all five fingers." Izuku said after explaining the prior day.
"... Well I have no problem telling you, most kids only really care about their own Quirks and I am impressed by your observational skills. My is Gravity Increase. When I all five fingers on one hand to any object, the gravity increases by 50% for one hour. In order to not make things like my laptop or heaven forbid my car that much heavier I wear these special gloves." Dr. Utsugi was surprised that someone took interest in her Quirk as most are obsessed with their own or that of heroes.
"THATS SO COOL. I mean the practical applications could mean that would be the best quirk for capturing villains and you could mumble mumble mumble mumble." Izuku entered into his Mutter Tangent (TM).
"Izuku dear you're mumbling." Inko said while placing her hand on her son's shoulder.
"It's fine. Anyway, I didn't go into heroics as I personally didn't want to be one but I'm glad someone thinks I have such an awesome quirk." Dr. Utsugi was happy that Izuku truly was interested in Quirks. Maybe he wants to be a Quirk Councilor or Specialist. (A/N: Sure lady sure)
"O-oh ok." Izuku said after hearing what Dr. Utsugi explained her reasoning.
"Alright lets look at that eye of yours. Please hold still as I look at you."
First Dr. Utsugi looked at the eye itself with no tools, writes down what she sees, purple 6 ringed eyes, smaller then average pupil, and slightly darker tinted purple iris. Afterwards she starts to use some tools and looks closer at him, pupils dilate at light, follow the dot, and testing the eyesight showed no difference from normal eyesight. She also writes down that the Quirk may be semi-sentient based on the voice Izuku heard.
"Alright I've done what I can and after what I have seen, there is definitely more to this quirk then meets the eye, no pun intended. For now I'm going to update your file. It's weird, you're the second person that Dr. Tsubasa misdiagnosed, a girl with a blood based Quirk if I'm not mistaken. (A/N: 'Best Friends' Intensifies) anyway here is a website where you can update your info as time goes on. Now before you leave what would you like to name this Quirk Mr. Midoriya?" Dr. Utsugi said after examining him.
"W-well I guess I should keep it simple so I guess "P-Purple Eyes"Izuku said. (A/N: I know, it's happening later)

"Alright here is the page, is this info correct?" Inko was the one to reply.
"It is, thank you so much for your help Dr. Utsugi."
"It is no issue Ms. Midoriya, if anything unexpected comes up you can call this office's phone with this extension number." Dr. Utsugi was a lot nicer then most doctors Izuku had dealt with, maybe it was due to his previous Quirkless status.
Warning Time Skip That Afternoon
When Izuku arrived at school he went to the principals office with a written note to give for a late arrival excuse. Immediately it was apparent that the secretary actually gave a care about Izuku rather then simply ignoring him. Apparently now that he has a Quirk she seamed to care more.
As Izuku went to class he passed by a few teachers some he had in the past others that observed him being bullied and did nothing as they all apologized to him for past transgressions. Izuku while smiling threw it all grew annoyed at how two faced all the staff were, it shouldn't have mattered if he had a Quirk or was Quirkless.
When he entered the class the teacher stopped talking to look at Izuku and saw his change as Izuku's fellow students looked at him including Bakugo. Some kids had regret written on their faces but others just had sneers all thinking even with a Quirk Izuku would never be a hero.
"Ahem, ah Mr. Midoriya, I presume you have a late pass?" The teacher said after an awkward moment.
"Y-yes sir." Izuku then handed him the pass, and walked towards his desk, as he passed Bakugo, he whispered at Izuku.
"Don't think for a moment, that you could be a hero Deku. Doesn't matter if you have a Quirk, no doubt it's just as useless as you are." (A/N: That's where you are WRONG!)
As the remaining 2 and a half hours droned by notes were passed to Izuku, about 3/4ths were anonymous apologies, while the rest were bullying notes and death threats, and the like.
After the bell rang and people started to gather their things Bakugo and his two cronies confronted Izuku.
"I hope you realize how useless you are after yesterday, Deku. Your useless ass would be a burden to anyone that civilians would have to save you." In his usual arrogance Bakugo just insulted Izuku. When he ignored Bakugo's attempts to get him angry, he grabbed Izuku's uniform explosions popping in his hand. While this was going on he didn't notice the explosions being absorbed by Izuku as they were small and he was angry. But Izuku did.
"Tch, nothing to say, at least you know who your superior is." As Bakugo left the room with his 'friends' Izuku quietly contemplated his absorption ability.
"I just absorbed his Emitter Quirk, does that mean I can absorb other Emitter Quirks? And this sudden boost of energy, wait, conservation of mass, it means that energy can be neither created nor destroyed, it has to come from somewhere, so I convert Emitter energy to stamina. Also the dull pain from yesterday when I pulled a muscle saving Kacchan is gone, does it also heal me? I need to see how far this goes." As five minutes passed as Izuku thought to himself, another student was leaving burping into his shoulder, apologized and left the room. This snapped Izuku out of his shock as he realized.
"I'm late for training with All Might!" Izuku half yelled as he got his stuff and ran out the door.
"Maybe All Might can help with this."
