It turned out that this ship was a lot bigger than what I originally thought. According to Agent Hills, at full capacity it could hold up to 10'000 people, and it wasn't really a boat but a helicarrier. What that actually meant I had no idea.

It was like a military base on the water, and they had came the whole way from America to Ireland for me. I would be lying if I said I wasn't a tiny bit honoured.

Agent Hills showed me my room, which subtlety I had noticed was located in the middle of the living quarters where over half a dozen hidden cameras were placed. Although I knew they were watching me it was still better than being stuck in a room all day every day. I was allowed to wonder here and was given my very own identification badge that let me into certain rooms I had access to. Which I soon found out was very limited, and only allowed me into places like the kitchen, lounge room or outside. It didn't stop me from wondering the corridors though.

I did get stared at quite a lot, a child my age wondering around a top Military base, I was bound to get unwanted attention . I paid no heed to their stares, I didn't need their judgement. I was focusing on me.

Since arriving here I was given new clothes which I am very grateful for. The baggy sports clothes that the Irish made me wear weren't very flattering. Yes they did keep me warm but I preferred the black leggings and tops I have now. It was easier to move around in. Not surprisingly everything I wore had the S.H.E.I.L.D symbol of the eagle, so when someone looked at me too long I tended to point to the symbol. I was meant to be here and if they thought anything different they could go get lost for I care.

I was wondering aimlessly around the corridors again, avoiding bumping into people as they rushed from room to room when a thought came to me and I changed direction to walk towards the kitchen. I wonder if any of these Americans had that brown liquid-tea I had back in Ireland. I really fancy something warm.

As I was about to pull out my identification card that let me into the kitchen I heard someone call my name.

"Kyon!"

Turning around I noticed a middle-aged man in a grey suit walking towards me. He had very short hair. Err what was with it that these human thought it fashionable to cut their hair short. Back home the male gender had long hair just like the females. We didn't feel that a 'hair style' defined a gender. Short hair was all soo. . . human.

Once this man was in front of me he struck out his hand.

"Phil Coulson or Phil for short." He commented. Surprisingly he had really soft hands.

"Kyon" I replied back, nodding.

"I've heard a lot about you Kyon, your a mystery here at S.H.E.I.L.D. Just popping out of nowhere." He laughed. "So young too, it was a bit of a pain to get the British government to hand you over. Oh well, what's done is done. Shall we?" He asked, directing me away from the kitchen.

Well, I guess I'll find out later if this helicarrier had tea.

"So, Director Fury thinks it would be beneficial for you to do some training, you know, just so you stay healthy and fit."

They want me to do training? As in a workout? Or like fighting.

I shrugged my shoulders so he knew I didn't understand him, even though technically I would say that I was almost fluent. I wasn't really wondering around corridors doing nothing. I was listening, understanding the native language as I observed what the agents did. I haven't been able to have a proper conversation with a human yet, but I'm just buying my time.

"It'll be better if I showed you then, hmm?" Phil muttered as we walked away. We stopped in front of a door I didn't have access to, I knew cause I had tried to get in only yesterday.

Phil pulled out his ID card from the inside of his jacket pocket and opened the door. When we walked in the smell of sweat and body odour hit me in the face.

"This is the training centre where all the agents train and now you too."

"M-Me? Train?" I stuttered, gazing around the room at the agents already duelling, running on machines or doing yoga. One of the things I took with me from Ireland was yoga. Every morning I would stretch while focusing on my breathing, I wanted to improve my fitness. I was always an active person partly because my moma was a warrior and wasn't going to let her only daughter be anything but a brilliant fighter.

"Yeah, we'll get you started with some simple muscle building exercises then build you up to some defence work and so on"

I felt a genuine wave of giddiness build up as I looked around the room. Finally something I could work on. Turning around I shocked Agent Phil when I gave him a hug. Phil went rigid as I squeezed him around the waist.

"Thank you" I mumbled. When I stepped away, it was obvious that Agent Phil was uncomfortable but he quickly pulled himself together.

" ahh, no worries." Clearing his throat he shouted across the room. "Agent Smith!"

A man who previously had been talking to a lady running on one of those strange machines walked over in our direction. He looked like a giant. Broad shoulders, legs as thick as tree trunks and was easily two heads taller than Agent Phil. His arms bulged when he crossed them over his chest and planted his feet squarely on the ground. He stood in front of us and I had to squint to see his face. Gods this man was huge.

"Ah Agent Smith, this is Kyon."

"Hallo der' young lady, I'm guessing dat' Coulson told ya' that I'll be your trainer, yes?" The man-Agent Smith spoke with a deep voice, heavy with an accent. "Don't worry young lady, I'll go easy on you ta' begin wit'" He bloomed. Agent smith seemed like a jolly human.

"Nice to meet you Agent Smith." I counted sticking out my hand. I would need to wash my hands as soon as I got back to my room with all this hand shaking I was doing.

"Ahhh the lady speaks!" Agent Smith chuckled. "We are going to have a gute zeit, a good time young lady."

"Yes, yes but she starts Tomorrow morning. I was just showing her around." Agent Phil said checking the watch around his wrist. " Right, glad you two met but I'm going to New York tonight, so I need to get going. Kyon I'll take you back before I go."

"No worries boss, I'll talk to ya' later, den'" Agent Smith chirped as we walked away.

Once out of the room Agent Phil quickly said goodbye and left. He seemed to be in a rush.

Well, that was exciting. I giggled to myself as I pulled out Agent Phil's ID card from my pocket. But things were about to get a lot more interesting.
