Chapter 2: Meeting a princess

(4 years later)

It's been four years since Marco found that place and began leaning to become what's known as a keyblade wielder. The place he found doesn't have a name, but he decided to name it The Echo Library mainly named after the master who is pretty much an echo. He named it after the watcher/spirit/echo/lingering remnant Master Rux who wore the mask of the wolf. After Marco stopped screaming and called down Master Rux started to explain some things. The first thing is that no one can enter or even learn anything from here unless they are a keyblade wielder, chosen by the keyblade, or given permission to be here by a wielder and that times was different. Being ten years old he didn't really understand, but then started to get jumpy when he saw a picture of keyblade wielders and thought of them like the knights in some stories he use to read and got excited.

(Flashback)

After calming him down again Master Rux had told marco that he has the potential to use a keyblade, but he needs an extra push so the master decided to do the inheritance ceremony and in order to do it he had to go get something. Now Marco then asked how can he be solid and touch things and Master Rux said he'll explain it a bit later and that he should rest up for his training. Marco was confused and then the master lead him to the library and told him to wait there.

When he came back Master Rux was holding what seemed to be three rusted and cracked odd looking swords with each of their guards circle the handles. The first was a bit shorter than the other two and the main colors look to be silver and black. With the silver mainly being the blade's color, while the handle and the guard were black and the most interesting part of it was the lion head at the tip of the blade and the on the side near the lion looks like a piece of it broke off.

The second blade while rusted still showed its colors if barley and the tip of the blade looked to be a heart with a tint of gold while again it looked like something broke off of it as well. The rest of the blade along with the handle and it's winged guard mainly look like a darkened white.

The third blade is black along with the handle only missing half of what was missing from the other two, but the guard was completely gone. Their is what seemed to be a silver chain going down the middle of the blade and a purple gem right above the handle. Any other detail or color on it was either covered in rust or broken off.

Marco look at the three blades with curiosity and after a minute Marco asked "Why did you bring these broken blades? There's nothing special about them. Master Rux just laughed a bit "Marco these are keyblades" The Master answered shocking Marco. "Why are they broken?" Marco asked causing The Master to frown a bit. "I'll tell you later, but now we or should I say you have to restore one of these keyblades" Master Rux answered. Marco gave a questioning look to him "How" Marco asked. The master smiled a bit and set the three Broken keyblades down with the handles facing Marco "Take one keyblade and see if it reacts to you and if it doesn't then move on to the next" Master Rux said. Marco looked at the three and picked up each one and waited a minute or two to see if there would be a reaction and there was none.

The Master looked at the keyblades with curiosity and Marco looked down saddened. The three keyblades lied on the floor and started to glow a faint light which got Master Rux attention. "I see so that's it" He said causing marco to look up at him "What's what" Marco asked. The Master smiled "Well Marco the keyblades did react the way I expected, but the glow all three had showed that your keyblade has to be unique" Master Rux explained. Marco looked at him with wide eyes "What do you mean?" Marco asked

The master smiled "You're going to make your own keyblade" After he said that Marco gat excited and begun running around that he is going to make his own keyblade, but then stopped when he realized something. "Wait how long will I be here my mom and dad will be worried about me! Oh Sophia she will get really worried" Marco said walking back and forth. The old spector chuckled at Marco's antics causing Marco to look at him "What's so funny?" Marco asked a bit irritated. Master Rux looked at him with a smile "Well this place is in another dimension that can only be accessed by certain people and time here runs different. Also if I choose to can adjust the time difference." (Think heckapoos dimension) He explained. Marco then went wide eyed and gasped "WE'RE IN ANOTHER WORLD" Marco yelled. The Master cringed a bit do to the volume 'For a kid he is loud' Master Rux thought "Well another dimension in this world, but don't worry you'll understand later. Now let's begin your training" Master Rux said and began to walk to what looked to be a forge, but stopped and turned around and saw that Marco wasn't their. He took a look around and began to think of where he went.

With Marco (Marco's perspective)

I walked down the halls following this feeling that I felt. It was like I needed to follow this feeling. I continued to walk until I found a white metalic door with a flower symbol on it. I didn't know what was behind that door, but whatever it was is what I'm looking for. "Well here goes nothing" I said quietly as I opened the door and entered the room.

The room itself was mainly white like the door, but there seems to be lines going around the room in straight lines and then turn at an angle then straight again with a rainbow colored light flowing through them. In the center of the room was a giant white metallic flower that looked like the one on the door except it wasn't blooming. I walked towards the flower and was about to touch it, but suddenly a hand grabbed my shoulder. I stopped and turned around to see Master Rux looking at me worried, which is weird seeing as he's wearing a mask. "Marco what are you doing in this room?" he asked me. "I felt that I had to find something here and it feels like it's in that" Marco responded. Master Rux looked at me and then he looked at the flower with a frown "Master Rux what's in the flower?" I asked. He looked back at me with frown, but turned it into a small smile "Don't worry about it now I'll tell you in time, but now let's start on your training" Master Rux said. I nodded and begun to walk with him. I took a quick look back at the giant metal flower before the doors closed behind me.

Flashback end (Still Marco's Perspective)

I woke up from my trip down memory lane was interrupted by a someone poking his face namely my identical twin sister Sophia or sophi. She wears blue jeans with white socks and brown shoes; along with a purple zip up hoodie she wears over a black shirt. Her hair and eyes are the same color as mine, but her hair was longer in a high ponytail that went down her back.

(Marco looks the same as he was in the show)

"Sophia why are you poking me?" I asked only to be responded by another poke. "You were dazing out again bro. I know classes can be boring, but you really need to keep yourself awake" Sophia said. I shook my head and drew my attention back to the lesson, while my sister rolled her eyes and started to pay attention again. Then class was interrupted by the intercom. "Would Marco and Sophia Diaz please report to the principal's office please" I raised an eyebrow to why we were both called. "Well get going you two" Miss Skullnick said. we stood up and exited the room and begun to walk to the principal's office.

We approached the door, but it was slammed open by Principal Skeeves who immediately greeted them while holding a treasure chest in his left arm with someone behind him was what he guessed was a new student. (Star looks the same as in the show same with the wand) "Hello you both will have the rest of the day off of school to show our new transfer student Star Butterfly around the school, while I'm heading to the ice cream shack daddy's getting all 48 flavors" Skeeves said as he started to walk away to the ice cream shack leaving me and my sister with star.

"He really has a problem" I said while shaking my head in disappointment. My sister then looks at me and smiles "Yeah, but it its an easy way to bribe him" Sophi said causing me to nod my head in agreement. "Soooo….. are you two going to show me around?" Star asked. We both looked at her in an awkward silence until Sophi decided to make conversation. "So your Star ao where are you from?" Sophia asked. "I'm a magical princess from a another dimension" she said while doing a twirl and then used what looked like a wand to create a rainbow above her….which then caught on fire.

"Sophi you got this right" I ask clearly not wanting to deal with this. She looks at me and then rolled her eyes "Fine, but I'm passing her to you at home" Sophi said leaving no room to argue. "Ok ok I'll see you at home" I said walking out of the school since the principle gave them the rest of the day off and headed to the park. I went past the trees and went through the bushes and made sure no one saw me or was following me (Janna) and then I raised my hand out like I was about to grab something in mid air and in a flash of light appeared a keyblade (I did NOT make this keyblade all rights to it's creation and design belong to it's rightful owner otaku-organization and i'm not going to describe it so be sure to look up the original creator or do what I did and google oc keyblade and it should be the first one to pop up so make sure it's by the otaku-organization and to help find its called Master-Dumonts Keyblade ) I raised my keyblade and pointed it ahead and opened a portal and quickly jumped in it.

Third person pov

If Marco stayed just a minute longer Janna (looks same as show) showed up and took a quick look around. "Well Marco you got away again. Just where are you going" Janna said walking away. 'I wonder what Sophi is doing' she thought.

To where Marco is couldn't come up with a name yet willing to take suggestions

Marco walked out of the portal and his keyblade disappeared after the portal closed."Master I'm back!" Marco said "Well welcome back" Master Rux said as he appeared a few feet away from Marco. "Marco you have done well these 4 years and thanks to the time adjustment you managed to lean more in those four years. I do believe that you are ready for the next step" The master said causing Marco to try and keep his composure and failing to do so. Marco always got excited when he was going to learn something new or go to the next step of something. Even after he unlocked his keyblade and learned the basics of sword fighting and all the basic spells, as well as reflect that took him 10 years in this dimension. When Marco went back home only 3 minutes passed and thanks to Marco and Master Rux adjusting the time difference after the ten years to match Marco's home dimension time it really helped him when he visits so that he doesn't immediately grow older. Yes Marco has to retrain his body, but he still retains the knowledge of how to use the spells he uses like cura and thunder. He needs to train in his swordsmanship again to regain his muscle memory, but over the four years he has been releaning at a quick rate mostly due the 10 year training time he had.

"So what do you think I'm ready for master?" Marco asked trying to hide his excitement. Master Rux smiled "I believe it's time for you to make your own armor" Master Rux said causing marco to shake even more in excitement. "Thank you Master Rux" Marco said "Well I know you're excited, but this is completely different from forging a keyblade so it will take more time and more difficult. So let's begin" Master Rux said and then he started to walk to the forge with Marco walking in toe.

Later at Marco's house

Marco had just returned home and brought home a wooden practice keyblade. The reason he decide to bring it home with him is that he wanted to still practice his sword play at home in his free time to pass time. He has already came up with a story on how he got it. Marco would say he found it in the park. People tend to have random fantasy sword fights in the park sometimes and tend to just leave them in the park and never come to get it back so it was up for grabs. As Marco entered the house he noticed a green luggage bag on the floor. 'Maybe Mom and Dad finally decided to rent that room out' Marco Thought deciding to bring the case upstairs to that room.

Marco had just set the suitcase down by the now taken and/or rented room and had just opened his door "Mystic Room Suck Transform!" Marco heard and then got tackled to the ground by Sophia, Star, and puppies that shoot lasers out of their eyes. "Suck! Why did you say Suck!" Sophia said "I'm sorry that's how it came out!" Star said "Ahem" Marco said causing the both of them to look at him and immediately got off him. "Marco I can explain! I saw what star did to her room and decided to ask her to do the same for you and a gift, but it didn't go as planned. (Star did her room expansion spell a few seconds when Marco entered the house) Marco just got up still holding the wooden practice keyblade and started to walk away from them and went downstairs and then the heard the door open and shut. "Ohh no he hates me now," Star said looking upset, but Sophia put her hand on her shoulder "Don't worry he just needs to calm down a bit and then we'll go talk to him," Sophia said cheering star up a bit.

With Marco at the gas station

Marco sat there on the sidewalk in front of the gas station thinking about what happened when he got home and is past that, but now complementing on how crazy his life would be now. "Hey Marco," Said a familiar voice. Marco looked up and saw Sophia and Star looking at him. "Don't worry I'm not upset about that whole room thing any more, but I am worried about just how much my life won't be the same anymore?" Marco said causing the other two to laugh.

"STAR BUTTERFLY!" Shouted what looked like a dwarf chicken.

(One beat down later)

"So this ludo has been after your family's magic wand for years and now he tries to get if from you because he thought you were unguarded and didn't know me and my sister could fight" Marco said checking the wooden practice keyblade for cracks and/or dents while summing up what Star explained after the fight. "Yeah, and you guys are awesome I didn't know you two could fight! I can feel the fun that's coming to use in the future" Star said while getting Marco and Sophia in a group hug. "I thought we were supposed to look for the fun" Both Sophia and Marco said at the same time causing a short silence before the three of them burst into laughter.
