Sunburst is gone. He left for the Celestia's school 3 days ago, now mom is sick again and dad keeps me from writing to Sunburst. I don't know what to do and it hurts. I hope mom gets better soon.
She didn't... she died a few days later.

Hurrying down the stairs i stand infront of my angered father staring down at the floor. I can smell it he's drunk again this isn't good.
Good evening sir I say. What can i help you with? I ask glancing up at him.
You can do as your told and clean the dishes like you were supposed to... An Hour Ago! He yelled slapping me across the muzzle knocking me to the floor blood dripping from my nose. I lay there whimpering in fear. He then kicks me once more before moving to the stairs.
You get those chores done before I get back, got it! He ordered asending the stairs.
I did as i was told. But I didn't eat that night because of my disobedience.

I'm now 13 years old I'm still living at home but dad is stll an ass.
I come home from school and do my homework. That's when he calls.

I trot down and stop infront of him.
So... how was school? He asked this confused me he never asked me hiw school was. It was strange however i still answered.
School was alright we had a test today and somepony fell spilling pudding all over himself. Other than that nothing else happened really.
Oh?... May i see your test results?
My smile drops instantly, fear fills my veins. Ice washes down my spine.
Show me your test results he said again.

Turning i walked back upstairs all the while a sense of dread and paralyzing fear filled me.
After grabbing my test and coming back down i gave it to him and backed away. Silence rained...
So... he started I felt like the world was pressing against my chest.
You got a 75% on your test he said lowering the paper from his face. The look on his face i couldn't find a description for it. Was it disappointment, anger, rage? I didn't know but that was the day. Just as i was about to get the paddle something inside of me snapped. I kicked him in the face, my magic activated and i took his cutie mark. The look on his face was priceless.
It was a look of fear. I knew from the moment I took his cutie mark what i needed to do with my life. I found my calling.
I left a year later and ended up in an adoption center for another 2 years before gathering enough money to move out. On my way through a small town at i met double diamond and party favor. Together a year after we met we built a new life in a new town we made together. It would be equal and we would make sure everything was perfect.
Over the next 9 years our community grew and grew each new member giving up their marks for equality and friendship.
Everything was going great and we all became close... until that day came. My dreams, my life, everything ruined my family tried to kill me and cast me out like trash. Betrayed and abandoned i plotted over the next year in secret. I knew i was wanted by the Equestrian government so i kept low. Spying sticking to the shadows going through the black market to get the information i needed. It wasn't cheap.
Now here i lay on a hospital bed tubes sticking out of my body. My mind taking my sanity one at a time.

A month ago after Starlight's turn
I slowly come too. Now I realize we're in the desert. "Oh no not here" i think as i freeze. I then hear a voice... a very familiar voice.
"Starlight come on!" Looking over i see Twilight looking back at me having stopped to call back appon realizing i stopped. "Well?" She says anger lacing her voice 'come on. This is happening so get moving'. I quickly catch up. "Your lucky" she continues quietly as we're walking side by side.
" i didn't want to do this and i still don't believe you should get the opportunity for forgiveness"...
"But Princess Celestia believe's you should... don't waste it." Twilight finishes as she backs off just outside the village. Now starlight really didn't move. She knew where this was going, this is where they tried to kill her. She didn't want to live through that again. She couldn't.
To bad she didn't have a choice as she began to be dragged by the nightmare towards the ponies who hated her most.
"Well..well. look who showed up" said the white stallion at the front of the mob. Starlight audibly gulped as she once more sees the look of betrayel and hatred coming from one of her formerly closest of friends.
"No no no no" Starlight repeats quietly as she starts to slowly back up only to be met with an angry twilight.
"Get in there" Twilight said pushing the scared mare forward causing her to stumble and fall in front of the mob.
That's when they pounced.
