"We're gonna struggle against all of these," Rena rouge was flustered as her, Carapace and Chat Noir were being inundated by the people who had been turned by Omniscienta. "When's Ladybug getting here?"

"We've just got to keep them them busy," Chat was also stressed with the situation.

"I think they're keeping us busy dude," Carapace retaliated.

"Guys she's on her way..." Cat Noir was getting defensive.

"So is Omniscienta!" Rena Rouge warned, "look out!"

"SHELL-TER"

Carapace had initiated his special ability as Omniscienta had just whipped in their direction.

"CHAT NOIR!" Carapace and Rena Rouge both shouted in unison, but it was too late. He had already been snared by the plaid whip and was struggling as if he was being electrocuted.

"Marine-" he struggled with his last breath before his face changed and he relaxed, the whip loosened its grip around him and he stood looking at his former allies. "I am Omniscienta, I am all knowing and know all about YOU."

'Must find the Bug.' He had been taken by Omniscienta and his body was obedient to follow her instructions.

Chat Noir left Rena Rouge and Carapace to fight the minions of Omniscienta off and they retreated as Carapace didn't have long left before he transformed back.

"We need to find cover-" They stopped dead at the sight of Ladybug accompanied by a new heroine.

"Ladybug!"

"Rena Rouge, Carapace, this is Bunnix, the newest member of the team. We don't have much time for explanations." She continued hurriedly, "Me and Chat Noir made a very stupid mistake-" Rena Rouge winced, "-and me and Chat have to go back and fix it. So I need to defeat Omniscienta, free Chat Noir, and release my lucky charm in the past to put everything right...it has to be done like this so we don't create a time loop."

They were caught up to speed quickly, rather astonished at the complicated situation they were now in. However, they all accepted the challenge in front of them.

"LADYBUG! I know you are out there somewhere, come out so I can crush you like the BUG that you are!" Omniscienta could be heard getting closer, the noise from her whip cracking in the air.

"Carapace you need to recharge your Kwami," Ladybug pointed to the corner of the opposite roof. "You too Bunnix," and she passed them both cookies.

"We'll be as quick as we can Ladybug," they made their way over to secluded areas to feed their Kwami.

"Right, what have we got so far?" Ladybug asked Rena Rouge.

"I'm sorry about-" Rena Rouge started but Ladybug held her hand up, they didn't have time. "Okay, so, Omniscienta has a whip which seems to possess her victims and takes over their mind-" Rena Rouge continued.

"Just as I suspected," Ladybug cut across her, "I knew it wasn't Chat Noir as he couldn't name Bunnix."

"What do we do?" Bunnix and Carapace asked as they rejoined the group.

"We haven't got Chat Noir, so Carapace, your Shell-ter will have to destroy her whip as we don't have Chat Noir's Cataclysm." Ladybug was exploring their plan of attack and Carapace nodded, accepting his role, "Rena Rouge, I need you to give us a diversion to distract her, and Bunnix, I need you to watch from the burrow to bring yourself back to this point if it doesn't work." They both nodded, determination was in the eyes behind the masks, and Ladybug knew she had chosen her friends well.

"Burrow!" Bunnix disappeared, then momentarily re-emerged, this told them their plan had failed.

"Ladybug, Ladybug...which rock are you hiding under?" They heard Omniscienta tauntingly sing in the streets of Paris.

"What happened?" Rena Rouge asked.

"Ladybug, you need your lucky charm now," she replied gesturing to Ladybug.

"Lucky Charm!"

In the next moment, there was a rubber wetsuit resembling Ladybug's attire in her hands, "I know what to do."

Bunnix smiled at the others and disappeared again from the roof top as Ladybug climbed into the wet suit.

"I'm the diversion," she stated, zipping up the wet suit. "I need to be caught, for her to be occupied long enough...for the whip to be destroyed." She looked determined "Rena Rouge I need you to put a diversion in place in case Chat Noir comes back." She smiled at her friends as they nodded at her, again, determination in their faces.

The three heroes headed back towards Omniscienta to be greeted by what seemed to be hundreds of people accompanying her in the fight against them. Chat Noir was front and centre, Ladybug was determined to save him, her Chaton. Not only was he the other half of their team against Hawk Moth, he was the person she loved and finally they had been open with each other. Life was good, and no evil bastard was going to get in their way of happiness.

'Hang in there Kitty.'

"Rena Rouge you're up," Ladybug nodded at her.

Out came her flute, "Mirage!"

The three heroes appeared on the adjoining roof, drawing Omniscienta, Chat Noir, and the minions to focus their gaze and pursue them as they seemed to disappear over the buildings and further down towards the other side of the city. As the minions went ahead, Omniscienta and Chat Noir had hung back, allowing Ladybug to draw her attention.

"I don't know about you, but being all knowing, you'd think you knew you were going to lose this fight!" Ladybug taunted Omniscienta. Getting them mad had caused past foes to become emotional and sloppy, an advantage they could use.

"I'm going to squish you like the bug that you are," Omniscienta and Chat Noir smirked in unison.

"Quick before she uses her lucky charm." Hawk Moth spoke to his Akumatised victim.

"With pleasure."

Sure enough the whip came around and snared Ladybug, immobilising her arms. She could feel the tingle of the current trying to penetrate her body, hindered by the rubber suit she had previously put on.

"SHELL-TER!"

"CATACLYSM!" Chat Noir lunged for Carapace.

"NO!" Rena Rouge shouted and came between Cat Noir and Carapace taking the hit with her flute.

The shield slammed down on the plaid whip and broke the weapon releasing Ladybug and the Akuma. Quickly Ladybug was able to catch the butterfly in her yo-yo, releasing the butterfly once it had been de-evilised.

"Bye bye little butterfly," she smiled as she watched it fly off into the sky.

Bunnix re-emerged from the burrow and grabbed Chat Noir and Ladybug quickly, leaving the destruction behind them.
