One year had passed since the 'disappearance' of phantom in amity parks, no one knows what happened to there hero, for him to leave.
Some were happy that the so called menace has gone while other could not help but feel sad that their protector was gone, but no body even care that danny Fenton was gone.
Some like Mr lancer asked his parents but were told that he had been taken by a ghost but others who knew the truth had changed ,Sam and Tucker had joined the GIW and were acting as the public face to help protect the city from the so called 'ectoscum'.
While jazz became closed off to people and moved out of her parents home and Valerie was no different she had felt rage and hate for Sam and tucker after dani had told her what happened,she no longer talks to them.
Danny's pov
One year! One year, that's how long I have been in this hell hole being tortured and experiment day by day, never has a day pass where I was left free I would be taken to a lab to be experiment on, screaming because of the pain of being cut on every day.
I don't understand what's so fascinating for me to be cut for repeatedly,saying things like "is for the good of humanity " or " shut up you piece of ecto trash so can't feel pain".
I was kept in an cell so small I couldn't lay down properly and having 27 power dampners didn't help, normally 1 is enough for the a person may be 2 or 3 if the person was strong but for me it was different I keep getting stronger so it wasn't enough.
With my being powers kept in check I have slowly been building up energy for my escape and it's finally time.
Jazz pov
It's been a year since danny was taken by Maddie and Jack to the GIW, I can't even look at them ,betraying their son like that.
I always told danny that they were his parents, that they would love him no matter the cost but seems I was wrong, their obsessions with ghost was just greater than their love for their kids,and Sam and Tucker I didn't think they would throw him under the bus like that, 'traitors ' ,
Valerie and I have been looking for him for the past year but haven't found anyleads. But we wouldn't stop looking "we will find you danny".
Valerie pov
Val's house
I was in my room searching for anything that may lead me to danny when I heard the door bell. I went to open it and saw jazz ,she really changed since that night, but not like I can talk I changed too.
"Hey jazz "I said a little tired seeing as how I have been looking for clues all through the week since the last one was a dead end.
" Hi Val, I was wondering if you found anything yet" she said as I signed for her to enter the living room, we sat down.
"No not yet and it seems that even the trackers are useless as long as tucker is there" I sigh "oh ".
The look of sadness in her eyes pained me to even look at her face,then she suddenly spoke " how is dani" with a small smile on her face.
"she's good...you should visit more she misses her aunty jazz" I said teasing her at the end.
"well am sure big sis Val can handle her alone " she chuckles "she's out at the moment...went to the next town to cool down, seeing as it's almost exactly 1year " "oh " her faced grimed.
After a few minutes of silence I hear her muttering something under her breath "am going to kill does traitors ".
" calm down jazz as much as I would want that even Ellie knows danny wouldn't want us going down that path" I said clenching my fist.
The room was silent for awhile then "I have to go Val...we'll talk later " she said standing up moving to the door as she steps out "say hi to Ellie for me".
Then she left,'danny I hope you're ok' I thought as I went back to what I was doing.
Danny's pov
Somewhere in a GIW lab
They just finished cutting me open and threw me back in my cell and left me to heal, I use some of my stored energy to help push my healing factor to heal fast.
After about 10 minutes I had heal most of the critical wounds, proceeding with the plan I released half of the energy I had to blow up the cell a ran out.
The alarm was already going off,agents rushing to capture me, robots, weapons all come for me,aiming at me as I ran down the white halls only to be met by an army of agents.
As I head towards the exit as I stop, breathing heavily from the pain and mental exhaustion of today's experiments and the 27 dampners still strapped to my body, I knew if I wanted to get away successfully i needed to get rid of at least 2 of them but I didn't have the time.
So I get into my battle stance "get back to your cell ghost scum " agent O shouted.
"make me you bastards" "Even after a year you still have the will to defie us " said the voice I would never forget, the voice of one of the two who constantly did tests after test on me, Maddie Fenton.
As she came forward for behind the army of white hunters, following her close by was Jack Fenton.
"head back to the cell ecto trash " Jack said, just seeing them made my blood boil and I was filled with rage and pain, to think my own parents or more like ex-parents tortured their child, their own flesh and blood, laughing at his pain as he begged them to free him, begged them to stop, but they just kept on laughing and beating me saying ' you can't feel pain or emotions ' I suddenly felt my body rush forward.
"never...never again will I go back" I shouted as I punched,kicked and blasted my way through the agent dodging the shots fired at me but few still met their target.
'Can't keep wasting energy here' I thought as I take out 10 agents with my ecto blast, then I was blasted out of the building by an explosion to the ground out side crashing on one of the many trees in the forest.
I stand to see Sam holding an ecto bazooka, then as I was getting up I got hit by a laser to another tree "so the traitors are finally here " i said as I stand seeing Tucker with an wrist Ray
"I can't believe you guys" I said with both anger and sadness in my voice.
"why...why" I couldn't help myself from asking, because even after what they did I just can't help but still love them.
"because you're a freak" trucker replied "I don't even understand how I could have ever loved you " Sam said.
As I kept on fighting I noticed I was being surrounded 'I have to end this now' I thought, I jump back and take a deep breath and fire off my most powerful attack, my ghostly wail.
Taking out all the agents but I was done for, for the first time since I was captured I changed back to my human form, I was weak but I was finally happy to be free from those monster.
As I turned to walk away I suddenly hear people getting back up, turning my head so fast I was surprised it didn't fall off. " how...how is this possible ".
I was surprised, not even Dan could take my wail and get up so fast, "thank the Fenton phones you got me " Sam said.
"with a little torch from me of cause " trucker said grinning "I knew you were nothing but a monster trying to kill us"Maddie cut in.
"you're nothing but a monster " I could feel my hatred grow 'did she just say that after all they did to me' "let's just kill it we have enough information already "Jack voiced.
Jazz pov
Sometime earlier
I was just heading back from the mall to get something for dani when I met Val coming from the direction of the nasty burger 'guess she was hungry '.
I walk over to her " Val " getting her attention "I was just abo..." when I was caught off by an explosion at the edge of town, not knowing why I just took off toward the explosion feeling a sense of dread with valerie close behind.
Reaching the forest from where the sound came from we could hear screams and blast, gun fire and people rushing.
Getting close we see the GIW running deep into the forest and quietly follow them, reaching there I see someone I didn't think I would ever be lucky to see today, I felt happy, then I saw the agents surrounding him and suddenly shouted.
"Daaaaaaannnnnnnnyyyyyyyy" In that moment I saw a flash and the last thing I heard was Danny's voice filled with sorrow "I love you guys, take care of Ellie for me" and with that the explosion knocked me out.
Third pov
As they pointed their weapons at danny ready to fire, suddenly a voice boomed from nowhere "Daaaaaaannnnnnnnyyyyyyyy" the halfa turned just in time to see jazz and Valerie rushing toward him but it was to later the hunters had already fire the last words heard were" I love you guys take care of elle" then BOOM! Nothing! Nothing but smoke were Danny phantom/Fenton once stood.
