"Hello?" Purvi answer the unknown number on her cell phone.
"Hi, Snow White. How are you doing?" Purvi recognize the voice and groaned mentally.
"How the hell did you get my number?" Purvi asked him annoyed. Kavin laugh and leaned back on the headboard of his bed.
"I have my ways. By the way, I want to ask you something." Kavin told her and was about to continue but he was cut it off.
"And my answer will be a no. So please leave me alone and don't ever call me again." Purvi says and cut the call. Purvi sigh and leaned back on her desk chair before closing her eyes. She couldn't help but her mind drifted toward how her father asked her about Kavin when they return that day and what Niharika told her 2 days ago.
Flashback.
"Purvi." Aniruddh call knocking on her room door. Purvi open the door to let her father in.
"Apko koi kaam hai?" Purvi asked her father and they take their seat on the bed. Aniruddh look at her and shake his head.
"Nahi, bas aise hi kuch baat karni thi." Purvi smile and nodded at her father to continue.
"You did meet Kavin beforehand, didn't you?" Aniruddh question directly and look at her face. Purvi swallow and look away nervously.
"N-no Dad. As I say before, I met him today." Purvi try to sound confident. Aniruddh smile slightly and shake his head.
"Acha tou ab humari princess jhoot bhi bolne lagi hai. Huh?" Aniruddh says making her lower her head in shame. Purvi sigh and shrugged.
"I just don't want you guys to know about it but when I met him it was a misunderstanding. Trisha asked me to see the man she like is really into her or just passing time with her." Purvi told him eliminating what happened between them in hotel.
"Purvi, your mother was right earlier. You have to slow down helping other and now focus on your future instead. Beside, I like your mother choice." Aniruddh says and shrugged when Purvi raised her eyebrow at him.
"What? After all, I am your mother choice as well." Aniruddh smirk. Purvi shake her head but couldn't keep the smile off her face.
"Right Dad." Purvi says and rolled her eyes. Aniruddh glare at her playfully and flick the side of her head making her hiss in pain.
"Don't roll your eyes at me young lady. Show me some respect, after all I am your very first best friend." Anriuddh says and smile when Purvi laugh.
"Yeah, my very first and oldest best friend. I love you, Dad." Purvi leaned forward and rest her head on his shoulder. Aniruddh put his hand on her head and stroke her hair.
"I love you too, Princess." Purvi close her as he wrapped his other arm around her making her feel safe in her father arms.

"Hello, Purvi." Purvi heard as soon as the person pick up her call.
"Hi, Niharika. How you doing?" Purvi asked and leaned back on the headboard of her bed.
"Nothing special. What about you?" Niharika asked her back. Purvi shrugged and play with the bedsheet.
"Same. I was getting bored so I thought maybe we could go mall together in evening." Purvi prayed that she would agree because Trisha went to her hometown yesterday and she was feeling lonely.
"Sorry Purvi, I don't think I would be able to go. Actually, I am have to spy on someone." Niharika told her plan for the evening.
"Spy? On Whom?" Purvi asked her confused.
"My brother. He is going out on a date tonight and I am going to spy on him. Maybe you could join me in this." Niharika suggest knowing that she would say no.
"Date?" Purvi whisper to herself and her heart clench at the thought of Kavin going out with someone.
"You there?" Purvi heard Niharika voice and clear her throats.
"Yeah, I am here. Umm... I don't think that I would be able to join you in this, but thanks for inviting." Purvi says and they hung up saying their goodbyes. Purvi sigh and close her eyes.
Purvi don't know why she think that he would ask for a date but she should have know that they was just pranking her and wasn't serious about her. Purvi heart break as many times as she think of him with someone else.
FlashBack End.
"Kia hua, Bhai?" Niharika asked Kavin, confused when she saw him walking in dining room for the breakfast with a grumpy face.
"Kuch nahi." Kavin mumble and sit across her. Niharika smirk when pick up her phone before sending a text to her brother. Kavin was about to start his breakfast when he feel his phone vibrating on table. He pick it up and saw the text and read it.
'Did you get rejected by Purvi?' It says. Kavin eyes snapped up to her with a glare.
"What the hell did you say to her?" Kavin asked his sister knowing that she was the reason Purvi didn't hear him out. Niharika look at him innocently and look at her parents.
"What are you talking about? Maine kisi se kuch nahi kaha." Niharika says and try to look confused. She scream and quickly stood up from her chair when she saw Kavin getting up from his.
"Yeh kia kar rahe ho tum dono?" Surbhi asked confused when she saw Kavin chasing Niharika around the table. Vijay shake his head and continue his breakfast.
"Bhai, sorry." Niharika yelled when Kavin finally cornered her. Kavin grabbed her hand and twist it behind her back. Niharika scream making Vijay looked up at them.
"Haan ab bolo, kia bola hai tumne usay?" Kavin asked still holding her hand behind her back.
"I don't know who you are talking about." Niharika still didn't give up. Kavin sigh and twist it a little more making her scream again.
"Kiski baat kar rahe ho Kavin?" Surbhi asked standing up. Kavin look at his mother and shake his head.
"Bolo." Kavin told Niharika to speak up.
"Fine. I told her you are going on a date with a girl 2 days ago." Niharika says and glare at her brother when he leave her.
"I totally expect this from you, You little brat." Kavin says and walk out of the room. Niharika smirk seeing him go and rubbed her wrist.
"Niharika ab kia kara hai tumne? Aur Kavin kiski baat kar raha tha?" Vijay asked her calmly. Surbhi look at him and take her seat back. Niharika shrugged and came back to her chair before telling them that she prank Purvi by telling her she is going to spy on Kavin while he was going on a date with another girl. Vijay shake his head at his evil daughter while Surbhi chuckle at her daughter prank.

Purvi ignore her ringing cell phone and continue to suffer through the netflix to watch something new. Purvi sigh in relief when the phone stop ringing and was about to continue her searching when she heard the text notification ring. She open the text from another unknown number and look confused.
'I am waiting for you outside of your house right. You have to 2 minutes to come or after that I will be coming inside.
-Kavin.' It says. Purvi glare at the screen and walk up to her room window only to see Kavin leaning against a car. When he notice her, he waved his cell phone at her with a smirk making her anger raise. Purvi close the curtains and went back to desk.
'He wouldn't take a risk of coming in and getting question.' Purvi thought and shrugged. She continue her work and exactly after 2 minutes, she heard the door bell ringing.
Purvi was frozen and quickly rush toward the window only to see Kavin gone but the car he was leaning on still there. Purvi quickly take a look of herself in mirror and went downstairs after grabbing her bag. Just as she was near the door she heard her mother.
"Kon aya hai, Purvi?" Anita asked coming from behind her. Purvi stop and turn to look at her mother.
"Mom, woh Trisha ayi hai. Hum sath mei coffee peene jaa rahe hain." Purvi feel bad for lying but she couldn't tell her mother or else she would ask her many questions.
"Okay, but come back before your father get home." Anita remind her. Purvi nodded and ignore as the door bell ring again. She saw as her mother turn around and walk back inside. Purvi sigh and turn around to open the door with a glare. She pushed Kavin back and quickly walk out of the house and shut the door behind her.
"Why did you come here? I told you, to leave me alone." Purvi hiss in anger. Kavin smirk and lean toward her.
"Are you scared that your parents would know about something that they shouldn't know? Huh?" Kavin asked her and laugh when he saw her face turning red from both, anger and blush.
"Shut it up and lets get out of here first." Purvi told him and walk passed him. Kavin quickly follow her and open the door for her before she could open it by herself. Purvi look at him before sliding in. Kavin gently close the door and went to sit on the driving seat before they drove away unaware that someone was watching them from inside the house.
Anita smile and quickly pick up her phone to call her friend to tell her about what she just saw.

"Snow White, I want to ask you something." Kavin says starting the conversation between them. Purvi sigh and look out of the window.
"Just keep driving. I am not in mood to talk right now." Purvi says quietly but loud enough for him to hear. Kavin sigh and nodded. He know that he did kind of make her angry by going unannounced but he couldn't control himself from going there and telling her what his evil sister tell her, was a lie.
"And why do you keep call me Snow White? I have a name, in case you didn't notice or know." Purvi told him rolling her eyes. Kavin smirk and shrugged as they stop on the red light.
"I do know that you have a name but calling you Snow White is much more fun." Kavin told her honestly before start driving again.
"And how is that?" Purvi couldn't help herself from asking it.
"How is that? Well, you see that day at hotel your face getting pale from the lack of breath and your nose, cheeks and lips were turning red with the bright blush. Just like now." Kavin added the last line when he saw Purvi face turning red. Purvi turn her face to look out of the window and control her blush.
"We are here." Kavin says as he park his car on the side. Purvi look and notice the coffee shop where she meet Kavin for the first time. They step out of the car and walk toward the entrance.
"It is closed." Purvi told him as she saw the closed sign on the door. Kavin look at the door and smirk. He grabbed her hand and lace their fingers before pulling with him.
"Hey, where are we going?" Purvi asked when she saw Kavin taking her through the small alley beside the coffee shop. Purvi look as they stop at the door and turn toward a door.
"How did you know about this door?" Purvi asked and look at with wide eyes when Kavin take out the keys and step forward to open the door.
"Don't tell me you own this place?" Purvi laugh thinking that it is not true but stop when Kavin nodded. She mentally slap herself and walk in first before Kavin follow her. He takes her through the small hallway before opening the door to his right. Purvi walk in and look around.
It was a nice sized office, not very small not very large. There aren't any windows in the room but it contain air conditioner and ceiling fan. There was a table with a big chair and two visiter chairs on the left side of the room and another door on the right. In there was also a single couch with small coffee table.
"It is so cozy in there." Purvi say without thinking. Kavin nodded agreeing with her.
"Yeah, anyways you want something to drink or eat because I am hungry." Kavin says and walked up to the table to put his keys and phone there. Purvi nodded and put her bag on the table as well.
"A cup of iced coffee with a slice of-" Purvi was cut it off by him.
"Lemon cake. I remember you ordering that." Kavin says with a smile and went out to prepare. Kavin do know how to cook so it wasn't a big problem for him. He make a small batch of lemon cake and some sandwhichs for himself.
"It will in there for 20 - 30 minutes." Kavin says and turned around to face Purvi but he close his eyes when he saw white powder blowing toward him.
He sigh when he heard Purvi laugh and open his eyes. Purvi couldn't help herself and continue laughing at hair covered in flour. A smile come on Kavin face when he saw her throw her head back and laugh without any care.
"You look funny but old." Purvi says and chuckle. Kavin shake his head and run his hand through his hairs to get the flour off when his eyes went toward the packet. Kavin smirk when he get an idea.
He suddenly lean toward Purvi making her chuckle and grin disappear. Purvi swallow as he continue to leaned forward and put his one hand around her waist. Purvi was lost in his dark eyes that she didn't notice his other hand in the flour packet before she get a blown of flour on her face as well. She snapped at the sudden attack and glare at the man in front of him when he laugh at her stepping back.
"I hate you." Purvi says angrily and started rub the flour off her face and hairs.
"Hey, you start it first." Kavin defend himself and grinned.
"Yeah but you're a guy." Purvi says. Kavin shake his head because it doesn't make any sense to him.
"So?" Kavin asked her confused. Purvi sigh and look away.
"So, it is rude that you did with a girl." Purvi aruged making him laugh.
"No, it is not rude. Beside, now you look perfect Snow White but red nose and cheeks are missing." Kavin says making her roll her eyes.
"Oh yeah? Why don't you fix it as well." She say without thinking and instantly regret when she feel him circling his hand around her waist and pulling her close.
"With pleasure." Was all Purvi heard before Kavin capture her in a passionate kiss.
Purvi tried to resist but feel likes everything coming back when he pulled her bottom lips between his teeth and gently bite it down for the second time.
Purvi feel herself giving in and slowly wrapped her arms around his neck before returning his kiss. Kavin take a step forward making her step back. Purvi feel counter edge on her lower back. Kavin raised her slightly and make her sit on the counter.
Kavin pulled back and rest her forward against her. They both were breathing heavily. Kavin open his eyes and chuckle softly at the sigh of her white face with red nose and cheeks.
"Purvi." Kavin whisper her name. Purvi open her eyes and look at him. Kavin was about to confess what his sister tell her was a lie but was cut it off by the oven timer.
Purvi gently push him back and get down before leaving the kitchen. Purvi walk in front part of the shop and sit on one of the chair before scolding herself for loosing her control.
'He is already seeing someone then why did he bring me here? Maybe he is passing some time.' Purvi think and her heart clench at the thought of being toyed by him.
"Here you go." Purvi heard and saw as Kavin put what she asked for on front of her, with a smile on his face. Purvi shake her head and stood up.
"Thank you but I should leave now." Purvi mumble and walk back in the office to get her bag. Kavin was confused at her suddenly mood change and follow her.
"But I made what you want. At least eat a little then I can drop you off." Kavin insist. Purvi glared at him.
"Why you want me to stay? Why don't you call the girl you're interested in and have date with her here? Just leave me alone." Purvi yelled and turned to go but Kavin grabbed her hand before turning her back again.
"Listen you got it all wrong. I am not seeing anyone. My sister pranked you." Kavin told her gently knowing her anger in rising. Purvi frowned and shake her head.
"You are lying. Why would I believe you?" Purvi asked crossing her arms. Kavin sigh and left her hand to grab his phone.
"Just listen." Kavin told her and dial Niharika number. Purvi look at his phone when it rings and he put it on speaker.
"Yes brother?" Niharika asked as soon as she pick up the call.
"Listen, I want to you call and tell Purvi that you pranked her." Kavin told her. Purvi frowned when she heard Niharika teasing laugh.
"And why would I do that? I know you are angry that I pranked but seriously why would I expose my prank without any deal?" Niharika tsk and grinned at herself.
"What you want?" Kavin asked knowing that she wouldn't let him go easily.
"What I want? Let me think." Niharika says dramatically making her brother roll his eyes.
"Now as you know, Krish is still out of city for his work so, why don't you take me to movie tonight and be my servant for a week? Huh?" Niharika tell him what she want him to do.
"Your servant? You are crazy." Kavin told her. Niharika laugh at her brother statement.
"I don't think I am crazy but I do know that you will go crazy if you didn't get a chance to take Purvi out on a date." Niharika told him and laugh unaware of the fact that Purvi was listening to her.
"Niharika Singhania, I am going to kill you!" Purvi exclaimed. Niharika stop laughing and pulled her phone to see if this was 3 way conversation.
"P-Purvi." Niharika stutter make Kavin laugh this time.
"Yes Purvi. I am happy that you helped me but sad that you won't be getting me as your servant for a week." Kavin mocked her. Niharika glare at the wall in front of her.
"I hate you Bhai. I hate you so much." Niharika says and hung up after getting played by her brother. Kavin laugh and put the phone back. He look at Purvi and saw her biting her lower lip. He step forward and pull the lip away from her teeth.
"Now you believe me?" Kavin asked her softly. Purvi look at him and nodded.
"But still why you are interested in me?" Purvi asked him, wanting to know the reason. Kavin look at her and shrugged.
"Honestly, I don't know. That day when you walk in and sit across me, you grabbed my attention and no matter how many times, I tried not to think of you, I just can't help myself. Every time I close my eyes, your blushing face came behind my close eye lids. What I am trying to say is, no one ever capture my attention like you did and I want to give it a chance because I know you feel the same as me." Kavin says softly and hold her hands in his. Purvi sigh and think whatever he just says is right. She did feel the same as he did.
"Okay. We will give whatever it is a chance and see where it goes." Purvi says and smile when Kavin hugged her tightly.
"Lets go back to our date." Kavin says and pulled back. He grabbed her hand and walk in front of the shop. He make her sit and grabbed her cup to make a fresh one.
Purvi sigh and walk toward the kitchen. She leaned against the door and saw as he prepare her coffee with a smile. Purvi feel a smile on her face as well.
'Maybe it will be worth giving him a chance.' Purvi thought.
