Sorry for the long wait people. I've been busy helping my dad move into his new place. Anyway, time to get started. I own neither Devil May Cry nor Fairy Tail.

To Take A Stand

Dante, Natsu, Wendy, Lisanna, Modeus, Happy and Carla stood there, all with blank expressions as Lucy Heartfila stood staring at her Edolas twin, it was as though they we're looking into a mirror.

"Wow." Edolas Lucy breathed. "I knew we'd look alike, but seeing her is freaking me out."

"Is she… the Edolas version of Me?!" Lucy questioned.

"How could she have gotten here?" Lisanna questioned.

"Beats the hell out of me." Natsu replied.

"Hey guys, I hate to cut the reunion short, but we got company." Dante pointed out towards a group of Edolas Guards coming towards them.

"There they are!" One guard explained.

"I'm afraid the introductions will have to wait." Carla stated.

"If we stay here we're all gonna get caught." Happy stated as well.

"It seems too late for that." Modeus observed as the guards surrounded the entire group.

"Alright Natsu, do what you do best." Lucy told him.

"With what exactly?"

"With your magic obviously! You're a wizard, right?" Lucy replied.

"We haven't been able to use magic since we got here." Natsu told her, causing her to gasp and jaw to drop. "Hold up! How can you still use yours?!"

"I have no idea!"

"Oh for the love of…!" Dante exclaimed as he took out Rebellion and charged forward at the guards; most of them we're sent flying with the swing of his massive sword. Three guards tried to jab him with their spears, but he jumped up and landed on the spears with his feet. He swung his blade, the face of it slamming into their heads, causing them to go flying straight through a wall.

Natsu jumped forward as well. "I may not be able to use magic, but I ain't letting Dante hog the spotlight." He said with a cocky grin as he took Agni in his left hand and Rudra in his right hand. He then collided with the guards, blocking their spear strikes with Agni and swiped with Rudra to cut the blades off the spears. He then head-butted the middle-most guard before doing a split kick to the two other guards' heads.

Modeus struck as well, twirling Nevan like a staff. He jammed the back end into the gut of an incoming guard, knocking the wind right out of him. When four guards charged in, Modeus jumped upwards and swung the blade of Nevan in a curved-fashion, cutting the blades off the spears, much to their shock. He landed behind them and swiped them off their feet with a circular leg swipe.

Lisanna as well took out the three-pronged nunchuck, Cerberus. Despite it being the first time using the weapon, she seemed quite skilled at it. She bashed it against the heads of the surrounding guards knocking them all back. However, despite all their best efforts, more guards seemed to show up.

"Lucy, summon a spirit!" Wendy told her. "You're the only one who can use magic!"

"Okay." Lucy took out one of her keys "Open! Gate of the White Ram! Ares!" In a sudden flash, her celestial spirit Ares had appeared; much to the surprise of Lisanna and Edolas Lucy, as well as all the Edolas guards.

"Um hello… leave everything to me." Ares said in a shy manner.

"Whoa! What kind of magic is that?!" Edolas Lucy exclaimed.

"Aright Ares, you think you can take these guys?" Lucy told her spirit while Dante, Natsu, Lisanna, and Modeus continued to hold back most of the guards.

"Well… uh… I'll certainly try!" She replied while comically flailing her arms. Ares then sent a series of pink clouds forward, slamming into the guards that were being dealt with by Dante and Modeus. Oddly however, when the cloud hit the guards, they actually become comfortable as pink hearts formed in their eyes.

"Is this an attack?" One guard questioned.

"So comfy!" Another guard exclaimed.

"Uh… what's going on?" Dante asked.

"If I had to guess, I'd say due to the soft and gentle feeling, they're nerves are being overflown and will likely paralyze them. I think." Modeus guessed, not really sure about this himself.

"Oh no. I don't think its working Lucy, I'm useless after all." Ares said.

Lucy however gave a confident smile. "Oh it's working alright. Let em have another volley!"

Ares then sent another stream of pink clouds into the guards that we're attempting to strike Natsu and Lisanna, this resulting in the same affect, and even earned perplexed looks from Natsu and Lisanna.

"Uh.. is she… really fighting them?" Lisanna asked.

"I have no idea." Natsu replied.

Within moments, all the guards we're completely subdued in the pink clouds, fully immersing in the intense comfort.

"Now's our chance to run!" Lucy exclaimed.

"Is that to you're liking?" Ares asked. "I'll try to do better next time. Take care Lucy." She then vanished.

With that everyone began running out of town.

"Way to wreck it Miss Fluffy!" Happy exclaimed referring to Ares' attacks.

"That's one way to take out an army." Natsu guessed.

"Speak for yourself." Dante replied. "I would have decked them all myself. Aw well."

Lucy meanwhile was blushing at her work. "Wow! I'm strong. For real! This rocks!"

"So this is the power of Earthland magic." Edolas Lucy wondered.

Soon the group found themselves sitting on several logs in a forest. For the moment they we're safe.

"We should be safe here for now." Lisanna told the group.

"While we have this moment, we should figure out our next move." Carla stated.

"But I think Blondie here owes us an explanation." Dante said referring to Lucy.

"Yeah, you mind explaining to us how you even got to Edolas in the first place?" Natsu asked her.

"We we're worried about you because we heard everyone in the guild was turned into a giant lacrima." Wendy added.

"Horolochium and Mystogen rescued me just in the nick of time." Lucy informed.

"You mean the old clock man?" Happy asked.

"Mystogen was there?!" Carla questioned.

From there, Lucy explained the situation. Horolochium was able to pass through the gate of his own accord and place Lucy safely inside her before the Anima pulled the Earthland Fairy Tail up in the sky. She then ran into Mystogen who gave her the gist of what was happening, he popped a red pill into her mouth before using his own magic to cast her and send her into the Anima portal, transporting her to Edolas.

"Then I started searching for anyone I might now and I eventually ran into you guys." Lucy finished explaining.

"It seems like this Mystogen guy has a pretty good idea of what's going on here." Dante guessed.

"I'd like to know who that guy really is." Natsu said.

"Well seeing as he has knowledge of the Anima and Edolas, he's likely from this world." Modeus tried.

"That would explain it." Wendy replied.

"But I'd like to meet this guy and shake him down cause he's gotta know more about this crazy backwards world." Dante said.

"If we're lucky, we may get to ask him." Lucy stated.

Edolas Lucy and Lisanna found themselves listening to the entire conversation.

"What I'd like to know is why your magic works in Edolas and ours doesn't." Happy told Lucy.

"Well… maybe I'm a legendary beautiful heroine in this world!" Lucy fantasized with stars in her eyes.

"Don't think so." Dante replied in a straight forward fashion.

Lucy then had comical tears coming from her eyes. "Can't a girl have a dream?"

"Now's not quite the time for that." Dante told her.

Lucy got serious. "Yeah, you're right. I really don't know the answer to that question. If neither Dante nor Natsu could use either of their powers, I don't know how we're supposed to win."

"So that's it?" Lisanna asked. "You guys are giving up?"

"Who said we we're?" Dante told her. "I don't back down from bullies. Like I said before these guys are just a bunch of vultures, I don't care how many guys His Royal Assness has, I'm standing up to that punk. As if this moment, we're at war."

"Are you nuts?!" Edolas Lucy questioned. "You bone-heads are really willing to go to war here?!"

"Course we are." Natsu replied.

"If we don't save our friends, who will?" Happy said.

"The Kingdom of Edolas has no right to cause suffering to this and our world, someone has to stop him." Modeus said.

Lucy looked towards her Edolas counterpart. "Is that really such a hard thing to believe?"

"You'll fight them even though you can't use any magic, that's suicide!" Edolas Lucy said.

"Are you deaf?!" Lucy exclaimed as she stood up on her feet. "One of us still has an entire arsenal!"

"And don't forget about Dante here." Wendy said, gesturing to the red-coated swordsman. "Lucy may have an arsenal, but Dante is an arsenal. You'd be surprised the kinds of guys he's thought and beaten."

Dante gave a cocked smile. "Alright then, General Dante and his Rebellion have now made their declaration of war against the Evil Empire." He said in a cocky dramatic fashion.

"Aye sir!" Happy and Lucy both exclaimed.

"You got this in the bag Dante!" Wendy cheered.

"It's now time for us to free this world." Modeus announced.

"Hell yeah! I'm all fired up now!" Natsu eagerly exclaimed.

"I suppose we'll just have to hope for the best then." Carla guessed.

Edolas Lucy and Lisanna both watched this scene unfold and had begun conversing among themselves.

"These guys are a bunch of whack jobs." Edolas Lucy said.

"I heard they said the same thing about us; it's not every day you enter a reverse version of your home." Lisanna said.

"You really think they can pull this off?"

"Yes. I believe it." Lisanna replied with confidence evident in her voice.

"Maybe… maybe they can change this world for the better."

The group was now holding up in a hotel room in another town. Dante, Natsu, Wendy, Modeus, Happy, and Carla we're now sitting and looking at a map of Edolas.

"Hopefully we can figure out where we're going by using this map." Wendy hopped.

"It's odd, but it looks a lot more like home than I thought." Modeus thought.

"It is an anti-version of our home, without all the floating islands I bet it would look exactly like Earthland." Dante said.

"Weird huh?" Happy guessed.

Carla pointed at the map. "This is where we last saw the Edolas Fairy Tail. The Giant Frog creature chased us around in this vicinity. Luen is where we ran into Earthland Lucy."

"And right now we're hold here up in the port-city of Sycca." Dante said as he pointed to the map to. "We need to somehow get overseas to get to the Royal City where the giant Lacrima is."

"Our friends are half a world away." Natsu observed.

"And that's a half-world filled with Royal Army soldiers we'll be dodging around every corner." Wendy said.

"There is now way we can get to them on foot." Modeus added. "We'll need some form of transportation to get there on time."

"Wow this is nuts."

They all looked up, Dante saw something that made him grin a bit.

Edolas Lucy stood in front of them, wearing only a towel. "She's just like me. We've even got the exact same freckles on our bums."

Lucy, who was also in a towel, stood behind her and gasped at the previous statement. "What are you saying?! I don't have freckles anywhere!"

"What are you two doing out here?!" Lisanna questioned, as she herself was only wearing a towel. Natsu looked at that with wide eyes.

"Edolas Lucy, do you realize that Dante and Natsu are present in the room to?" Modeus stated, referring to their current attire of towels.

"I can see them fine pal, I just don't care." Edolas Lucy replied

"You should!" Lucy exclaimed.

"Besides, I don't think Natsu's paying attention to the Lucys right now." Dante pointed out.

Lisanna realized Natsu was looking towards her, causing her to blush and cover herself. "Sorry. My clothes are in my room."

Natsu turned away with red cheeks. "Well I won't look. Don't worry." She ran into her room quickly

"Wow." Dante said. "You're even more innocent than I thought." Dante looked towards the two Lucys, still in towels.

"You see something you like, pretty boy?" Edolas Lucy asked Dante in a seductive tone. "I'll show you more." She said as she was about to lower the towel a bit.

"Don't you dare!" Lucy comically yelled.

Dante gave a slight chuckle. "As much as I would love to jump at a chance for that, there is a child in the room." He said referring to Wendy. "So I'm gonna have to decline. Sorry Crazy Lucy."

"Hmm, who know you had manners?" Modeus said.

"Either that or he's worried about Trish and Lady finding out." Happy pointed out, resulting in Dante placing his head down on the coach with his hand. Lisanna meanwhile walked back outside to join the group

"But seeing two Lucys together does remind me of Gemini almost." Natsu said.

"Germi-what?" Edolas Lucy questioned.

"A couple of Celestial Spirits I'm contracted with. They can turn into perfect lookalikes of other people" Lucy answered. She took out the key to said spirit. "Open! Gate of the Twins! Gemini!"

In a flash, Gemini, in the form of Lucy, appeared. "Ta da!" Gemini-Lucy announced. "Gemini at your service."

"Whoa." Edolas Lucy breathed with wide circular eyes.

Lucy had a smile on her face. "If you thought two was great try a triple-douse of Hotness."

"Three Lucys huh?" Dante observed. "Heh, that's either a dream come true or a total night terror. I can do with the hotness but that's way too high maintenance."

"SHUT UP DANTE!" All Three Lucys yelled at the same time as Dante snickered.

"There even in perfect sync." Wendy observed.

"Perfectly annoying." Carla added.

"Hey." Natsu spoke to Lisanna. "This might even make a pretty good guessing game."

Lisanna giggled. "That would be kinda fun."

"Um Lucy…" Modeus began, getting all three of their attention. "Perhaps you should cloth yourself."

Lucy screamed. "I'm still naked!

Some time later

Night had fallen, as the group in the hotel was getting ready to hit the hay.

"Even without Gemini around, it's hard to tell which is which." Natsu observed to the two Lucy's who looked exactly the same.

"It looks almost like you two could be twin sisters." Lisanna observed.

"I don't suppose you have a spirit that's good with scissors do ya?" Edolas Lucy asked her Earthland counterpart.

"Yeah, in fact I have the perfect spirit for that job."

A few seconds later, Lucy had summon the spirit Cancer. "It's been a while since you called me Baby." He said as he snapped his scissors.

"Are you cool with him calling you 'Baby' like that?" Edolas Lucy asked.

"If you got a problem with him, then you're gonna freak when you meet Taurus." Lucy replied.

With just a few swipes of his scissors, Edolas Lucy's hair was cut much shorter, with a small tail at the top.

"I hope you like you're new do, baby." Cancer said as he went back to the Spirit World.

Edolas Lucy stroked her new haircut. "There shouldn't be any trouble telling us apart now."

"That's quite a good look for you." Lisanna complemented.

"Are you okay with chopping it off?" Lucy asked. "I mean mine took forever to grow out."

"Yeah, it's just hair." Edolas Lucy replied. "It's not serving any great purpose by being long or anything so why does it matter?"

"Cause you gotta have a sense of style." Dante replied. "If we're gonna save the world, you gotta look good doing it to." He said as he admired his own reflection in his sword.

Modeus rolled his eyes. "How you could be your father's son I shall never know." He joked.

Everyone chuckled a bit at that statement, even Dante.

Edolas Lucy was among the first to calm down as she looked out the window to the night sky. "In a world like this, you tend to forget the little things like boy or girl that separate you from your friends. In the end, we're all just survivors."

Dante walked up next to her with a serious face. "I know what that's like, I'm a survivor to."

Everyone looked to Dante as he spoke. "My old man used to tell me, when you have power, don't use it for yourself, use it to stand up for those who can't stand up for themselves. All living beings have a right to pursue their own happiness." Everyone listened as Dante continued. "When someone tries to take that right away from them, stand up to that someone, get him to back down. If they won't listen to reason than take a stand, even if you're staring straight at the gates of Hell itself. Don't back down, fight."

"You're father sounds like quite the freedom fighter." Edolas Lucy complemented.

"You have no idea." Dante replied as he thought of his father.

"If you live in such a torn world, then why was your guild acting so care-free?" Modeus asked.

"Of course they we're." Lisanna said. "It's important to keep you're spirits up, even if you gotta force them. There are people who need us, who need Fairy Tail. So we're there for them."

Natsu smiled a bit at that statement. "That sounds just like our Fairy Tail."

"One of the reasons I like that guild." Dante began. "Is no matter what the odds, we take a stand and we fight. Even if it's against the Devil himself, we fight."

"Fight huh?" Edolas Lucy said with a faint smile. "Take a stand. That's something we can learn from."

It wasn't long after, that the group fell asleep.

The Next Morning.

"YOU GOTTA BE KIDDING ME!" Lucy screamed, slowly waking up most of the group. "I CAN'T BELIEVE MYSELF!"

"What's up with you?" Dante groaned as he woke up.

"Little Miss Me packed up her bags and took off on us last night!" Lucy showed a note, which Modeus began to read.

"'Keep walking for three more days and you'll make it to the Royal City. I'm going back to my guild now. Good luck and try not to get busted.'" Modeus read aloud for the group.

"So she bailed on us?" Dante guessed.

"Looks like it." Dante replied simply.

"What was all that about lending a helping hand?!" Lucy angrily questioned with glowing red eyes. "If I get my hands on her I'll ring her scrawny neck!"

"So you're saying you have a scrawny neck to?" Happy asked Lucy.

"Shut up!"

"Give her a break, she did say she wasn't going to fight." Lisanna said as she walked into the room, the group was somewhat surprised to see her.

"You're staying?" Natsu asked.

"Of course I am."

"May I ask why?" Carla questioned.

"You guys want to rescue you're friends don't you? Well I want to help you out however you can."

Dante, Wendy, Modeus, and Natsu especially smiled at this.

"Thank you, it's greatly appreciated." Modeus thanked.

"Bet you're happy about that, aren't ya?" Dante asked Natsu with a sly tone.

"You might not be our Lisanna…" Natsu put a hand on her shoulder. "But you're just like her." He said with a grin. Lisanna flashed a smile.

"So Edolas Lucy went back to your guild?" Happy asked.

Lisanna nodded.

"She did say she wasn't going to fight, we should respect that." Wendy pointed out.

"I agree." Modeus added.

Lucy however did not. "Someone with my face should never abandon people in need!"

"Take a chill pill, its not that big a deal." Dante told her.

"It is to!" She yelled.

Outside.

Edolas Lucy began to run through town. "Take a stand. Even if you're staring into the gates of Hell, huh? That Dante-guy's got more spirit than our whole guild has!" She ran through town and out to the woods back towards her guildhall. "I can't believe how lazy we all got. Change shouldn't be brought out by outsiders; it should be done by the people who live here! If Dante and his friends wanna take down the Kingdom, more power to him. But he shouldn't be the only one taking a stand. It's time for the Fairy Tail of Edolas to take a stand now to. I'll convince everyone to and fight for this world together!"

Meanwhile, in a separate town.

A couple of people we're talking in a bar as a certain Iron Dragon Slayer and a Blonde Devil Hunter entered the bar.

"Did you hear? They're gonna extract magic power from that giant lacrima in two days."

While these people talked, Gajeel and Trish walked in and sat at the bar, listening in on the conversation, while unknowingly sitting with someone who was also listening on the conversation as well.

"Yeah it kinda freaks me out to be honest." Another man said. "I mean, where'd they harness all that power from? An alien world or something?"

"I sure hope they know what they're doing. Messing with that kind of magic power could be trouble." A third man hopped.

"Careful, sounds like you're questioning the methods of our great king." The second man observed, as the three individuals at the bar we're listening.

The third man stuttered. "Uh, that's not what I meant at all. I'm loyal!"

"Relax, don't worry." The first man said. "Everything will work out in the end. Just leave it to his majesty and Edolas will be sitting pretty."

"Interesting conversation." Gajeel, Trish, and another man identical to Gajeel wearing a suit and a hat spoke at the same time. "You three mind explaining a bit more?" They asked at the same time as well.

Gajeel soon found himself staring straight into the face of his Edolas counterpart.

"Well, looks like we found him." Trish observed with a bit of a cocked smile.

Back with Dante and Natsu's group.

The group found themselves walking through a town. Lucy meanwhile had a wide, cheeky smile as she held a book.

"I'll say this about your Lucy, she's a lot easier to please." Lisanna observed.

"You can say that again." Natsu agreed.

"Well at least she's not screaming anymore." Happy observed to.

"Its good to know you can always cheer Lucy up by giving her a rare book to read." Wendy pointed out.

"So what book did you get?" Dante asked her.

"A complete History of Edolas silly." Lucy replied. "Don't you want to know more about this amazing world we're in."

"You call it amazing. I call it a shit-hole." Dante replied. "No offense." He told Lisanna.

"None taken."

"Well I wouldn't say much of enjoying this world, a further look at its history could aid us." Modeus pointed out.

"Yeah you're right." Lucy agreed with him. "It's like they say 'Knowledge is power' For example, there's a tone of history regarding a fearsome tribe called the Exceeds."

Dante gave a slight look towards Carla, who had a bit of knowing look on the matter.

"Oh yeah, we actually heard about them already." Wendy said. "Everyone started to freak out once we started talking about them."

"Why is that?" Modeus asked Lisanna.

"I'm not sure to be honest." Lisanna replied. "I haven't myself really seen an Exceed, all I know is that they're very powerful and dangerous."

"Whatever, I could take em." Natsu dismissed.

"You and me both pal." Dante agreed.

Soon a large shadow loomed over the group.

"What the…?" Lucy questioned.

"Look above us." Carla stated as the group looked upwards at a massive ship hovering above town.

"It's a Royal Army Airship." Lisanna revealed.

"Everyone get down." Dante stated as he pulled the entire group behind a large pillar.

The group saw some royal guards running toward the landing spot.

"The Royal Army again." Wendy observed.

"Sshh." Modeus shushed as he placed a finger over his mouth. "Keep it quiet." The group peered out the pillar. They saw the Airship landing with many guards approaching it.

"Let's charge em!" Natsu stated.

"Not a good idea." Dante pointed out. "Look." He pointed

Stepping out of the airship as it landed was none other than the Black Angel, Nelo Angelo.

"Who the heck is that guy?" Lucy questioned.

"That guy calls himself Nelo Angelo, he's a bid deal around here." Dante answered.

"He also calls himself the Black Angel." Happy said.

Lucy was slightly scared at that. "'Black Angel'? How'd he earned that name?"

"That being is responsible for the destruction of most of our guilds here in Edolas." Lisanna told them. "He even killed our master. That man is a monster."

Nelo Angelo addressed the guards. "I want everyone and everything on board this ship in fifteen minutes. The extraction will take place in two days, so I do not expect to see any trouble."

"Yes sir!" All the guards replied.

The group was listening to all of this.

"He's talking about all of our friends." Natsu said with a scowl.

"And everyone from Magnolia to." Wendy added.

"The magic extraction is in two days?" Lucy questioned. "We'd never make it on foot."

"And worse, once the extraction process is underway, we loose any chance of returning them to their normal states." Carla said.

"I hope you guys have a plan." Lisanna hopped.

Dante meanwhile found himself glancing at Nelo Angelo who hadn't yet noticed their presence. "We both know you're not here to help Edolas. Why are you really here?"

As the guards began to load their supplies onto the ship, one took the time to look towards Nelo Angelo with a slight scowl.

"Just who does that guy think he is? Total freak." He whispered to himself.

Nelo Angelo was however able to hear that. "What was that?" He questioned as he slightly turned to him.

The guard stiffened as he straightened up. "Sorry sir! I meant you're a total… uh freak to those outlaws.. Yeah that's what I meant!" He quickly said as Nelo Angelo zoomed in front of him. The guard shook with fear as the Black Angel stood less than an inch away from him. Nelo Angelo grabbed the guard by the neck and lifted him off his feet, much to the surprise of the group of heroes, and most of the guards.

"You would do well to respect you're superior. Not just in military ranking but in stature as well. Don't forget it." He warned.

"I wont! I'm sorry sir!" The guard exclaimed in fear as Nelo Angelo dropped him.

"Get back to work."

With that, the guards stiffened up and worked at an even quicker pace than before.

"Wow. Even the Royal Army is afraid of that guy." Happy observed.

"I believe Lisanna wasn't too far off when she called him a monster." Modeus said.

"I think it's best if we avoid that particular individual for the time being." Carla advised.

"No argument here." Lisanna, Lucy, and Wendy said at the same time.

Natsu found himself looking toward the airship. Dante noticed the look on his face.

"Something up Natsu?"

"Yeah, we're gonna have to steal that air-ship." Natsu said.

"Steal it?!" Wendy questioned. "All by ourselves!?"

"That's a completely unnecessary tactic! It would be easier if we simply sneaked aboard." Carla stated.

"I agree." Modeus stated as well. "We cannot afford to steal it with Nelo Angelo present. We are not ready to face him yet."

"Man, I can't stand hiding." Natsu stated.

"That makes two of us." Dante agreed, as he'd prefer the more direct approach.

"You sure you're our Natsu?" Happy asked. "Ours would never ride in a vehicle."

Natsu flashed a smile. "That's true, but with Wendy's Troia spell, vehicles aren't a problem for me anymore."

Dante then smacked Natsu in the back of the head. "Idiot. Wendy can't use magic in Edolas, remember?"

Natsu grimaced. "You're right, let's find another way."

"I'd say we take it by force." Lucy stated.

"What about Nelo Angelo?" Lisanna asked. "He's there to, remember?"

"Well you guys remember how we got the advantage over those soldiers in Luen?" Lucy recalled. "Earthland magic must be far more advanced than anything Edolas has."

"Oh yeah, you may be onto something Lucy." Wendy said.

Lucy then ran out, but Dante didn't quite like it. "But Nelo Angelo isn't…"

It was too late; Lucy was already in the open. "Check this out guys!" She said as she took out a certain key. The guards and Nelo Angelo noticed her presence.

"Open! Gate of the Lion! Loke!"

In a flash, Loke appeared in front of the group. "You called honey?" Loke asked as he adjusted his glasses.

Lucy blushed at that 'honey' comment. "Yeah, take those guys down!"

"Gladly!"

Loke charged forward with golden fists. "Regulus! Lion Brilliance!" With flails of golden energy, Loke sent multiple guards flying in nearly every direction.

"Yeah kick their buts Loke!" Lucy cheered as he continued to lay the beat down.

"Alright!" Natsu cheered.

"Too early for celebration." Dante advised.

Loke then charged forward at another group of guards, realign back a glowing golden fist. When he punched however, a black hand caught his fist; causing all the heroes to look in surprise, save for Dante, as all he could do was scowl.

"A Celestial Zodiac in Edolas." Nelo Angelo observed as he held Loke's fist. "That's a surprise." Before Loke could react, Nelo Angelo lifted him up and slammed his back on the ground, creating a bit of a crater. He lifted Loke up and threw him towards Lucy; both slammed into each other and tumbled. Loke tried to get up, but before he could he found himself impaled in the chest by Nelo Angelo's sword.

"LOKE!" Lucy screamed.

"I'm sorry Lucy…" Loke grimaced as his body began to fade and he would return to the Spirit World. "Just… be safe…" His body faded in golden particles.

Lucy could only look in terror as Nelo Angelo stood in front of her, he tried to bring his sword down on her, but his blade was blocked by something. Dante stood in front of Lucy, using Rebellion to block Nelo Angelo's blade.

"Back off!" Dante gave a roundhouse kick to knock Nelo Angelo back a couple of feet; Natsu, Wendy, Modeus, Lisanna, Happy, and Carla all ran out, most bearing their respective weapon as Dante stood in front.

The Edolas guards all assembled behind Nelo Angelo. "Restrain them." He pointed his blade towards Dante. "That one is mine."

All the royal guards charged forward. Natsu was the first to charge back at them, wielding Agni and Rudra in his hands. He was grinning though. "About time we got some real action." Natsu clashed both demon blades against the many spears of the guards attacking him.

A few we're about to grab him from the back, but Lisanna stepped in front, flailing Cerberus and knocking them back and away from him.

Modeus stood in front of Wendy, Happy, and Carla, wielding Nevan to block the spear-strikes of the soldiers attacking him. He jumped up and landed behind the guards, but before they knew it, he slammed his shoulder into them; with his strength he was able to knock them all back.

Dante was now presently clashing blades against Nelo Angelo. They locked their respective swords together as they glared. "We meet at last, Son of Sparda."

"Heh, glad I gave you something to look forward to, ugly." Dante said as he fell back, taking Nelo Angelo with him. Dante pulled his feet back and gave a powerful kick to knock him into the air, but Nelo Angelo flipped and landed on his feet behind Dante.

Dante turned around just in time to avoid and block a series of jabs from Nelo Angelo. Dante tried to go on the offensive with multiple slashes and cuts, but Nelo Angelo caught the blade in his hand and was able to throw Dante back towards a wall. Once Dante impacted the wall, he quickly took out his Ebony pistol in his right hand and opened fire; Nelo Angelo was able to generate some kind of electric aura in his blade, it acted as a shield, with the electricity stopping the bullets in mid-air.

"You can't wield you're demonic power here, can you?"

Dante grimaced at Nelo Angelo realizing this.

"I'll take that as a yes. Though I was rather hopping for a challenge from you." With a sudden flash, Nelo Angelo had pinned Dante against the wall, using their locked blades. Dante however was able to slip under Nelo Angelo's grip and rolled underneath him before taking out his Ivory pistol and shooting him in the back, the bullets caused some minor stings but nothing too major. Dante jumped back to avoid a dark electric wave from Nelo Angelo's sword. The impact caused a brief smokescreen.

Natsu and Lisanna found themselves back-to-back with their respective weapons as the guards closed in on them. Soon, multiple gun shots sounded through the air as Dante jumped towards a few guards, a pistol in each hand, and many bullets struck and killed a few guards when Dante landed with them.

"You guys doing okay?"

"I'm fine." Natsu replied.

"Yeah, but I think we lost the element of surprise." Lisanna stated.

"Hated this sneaking around anyway." Dante commented.

One guard tried to grab Lucy, but Modeus delivered a swipe with Nevan to knock the guard back as he stood with Lucy.

"Perhaps you should find cover." Modeus advised.

"Not a chance!" Lucy commented as she readied one of her keys. "If my friends are fighting then so am I!"

They all heard a little scream, which caused the heroes to turn to the source, they looked in shock at what they saw.

"I'd lower my weapons if I we're you." Nelo Angelo advised, as he held Wendy in his left hand, holding her by her head and lifting her slightly off the ground.

"Wendy!" Carla, Natsu, Happy, Lucy, and Modeus exclaimed at the same time.

"Put her down, you bastard!" Dante exclaimed as he aimed his pistols straight for Nelo Angelo.

"I said lower you're weapons." Nelo Angelo insisted as he brought his blade close to Wendy's neck. "Unless of course, you wish to see her decapitated."

"I'm sorry…" Wendy cried a bit as she was quite frightened, with tears flowing down her eyes.

"Put her down at once you monster!" Carla exclaimed.

"Let her go!" Lisanna exclaimed as well.

Nelo Angelo just brought his blade closer to her neck, frightening Wendy even more and earning scowls from everyone, especially Natsu and Dante. Soon however, there was an odd sound coming towards them. This sound came from a large car-like vehicle with it's wheels on fire. This car came by and swerved, the swerved end rammed into Nelo Angelo and sent him flying into the docked airship. Wendy fell but Dante quickly dashed and grabbed her, rolling and skidding to his feet while holding the young Sky Dragon Slayer.

As the car swerved, a window on the side opened and a gun-like device came out and shoot some form of yellow beams at most of the guards, shocking them as though they we're struck with lightning, and causing them all to fall on it. The car stopped and they all looked to see the Fairy Tail emblem on the side of it.

"The Fireball!" Lisanna exclaimed.

"You know who that belongs to?" Natsu asked.

The door opened and revealed two characters, one sat in the driver's seat; he was a young man with pink hair, a red jacket with flames on it, and goggles over his eyes. The other was a woman in her mid-late 40s, she had long blonde hair with blue eyes; she wore a white jacket over her black shirt and pants; she also wielded the gun in her hands. Dante saw her face and his eyes become wider than ever before.

"It can't be…" He breathed.

"Lucy thought you guys could use a hand." The pink haired young man told the group, resulting in each of them smiling.

"Come on, more Royal Army soldiers will be here any minute." The woman told them, gesturing for them all to enter the vehicle. "We can get you to the Royal City."

Without wasting another second the entire group piled into the car.

"Buckle up kids, we're riding hard." The young man said as he floored the gas pedal. "Go FIRE!"

With that, the Fireball soared out of the city at high speeds with its wheels on fire. Meanwhile, Nelo Angelo got out of the wreck. He looked in the direction the Fireball took off. Oddly though, he gave an amused smile. "This hunt is getting interesting."

Meanwhile.

Gajeel and Trish sat in the bar at a table as they spoke with the Edolas version of Gajeel.

"So to summarize…" Edolas Gajeel began as he had a pen and paper. "You two we're sent this world by one Mr. Mystogen with nothing but nothing but a simple explanation?"

"Yep, pretty much." Trish replied.

"That could sum up my entire life up till this point." Gajeel said. "Getting used to this place ain't no picnic I can tell you that much."

Edolas Gajeel wrote this all down.

"So you're a reporter huh?" Trish asked.

"Yes ma'am, one of the best in the business." Edolas Gajeel told her. "Though I must say this has gotta be the most bizarre story of my career."

"Duh." Gajeel replied. "How often do you meet yourself in a bar?"

Edolas Gajeel gave an amused chuckle. "I must say you're simple perspective is certainly refreshing."

"Well simple is this guy's forte, he doesn't do well with the complicated stuff." Trish joked to Gajeel, who ignored her comment. "Though it seems you've made quite a name for yourself."

Edolas Gajeel sat down on a chair at the table. "Investigative reporting is my life's true calling. Seeking out the truth and enlightening the masses."

"Truth ain't an easy pill, bet you got some haters." Gajeel said. "In fact me and Trish here had a couple of losers eat some dirt because they thought I was you."

"Well I thank you both for taking care of such annoyances for me, I apologize for the inconvenience." Edolas Gajeel said.

"It's no problem, happy to help put some overconfident punks in their place any day." Trish commented.

"Truth be told, I've become a thorn in the side of many powerful organizations." Edolas Gajeel said. "My articles have caused numerous problems for the king and the government over the years. But as long as I can put pen to paper, I will write the truth."

"I respect that." Trish said with a bit of a smile. "Whether it's with a pencil or your fists, there's always something satisfying about putting the bad guys in their place."

"You can say that again." Gajeel agreed with Trish. "You know, when I first heard about this place, I thought it be completely different from my world…"

"But you and I are almost exactly alike!" Both Gajeels said to each other at the same time.

Trish flashed an amused smile as she followed the two Gajeels outside, with Earthland Gajeel putting a buddy-arm over his Edolas counterpart's shoulder.

"You not only don't take crap and fight the man, but you also dress good and write fancy words like I do if I care." Gajeel said with a wide grin.

"And you're unclamped wildness is a reflection of my soul." Edolas Gajeel observed with his own grin. "We have so much in common Mr. Me. In fact, I'm quite skilled when it comes to playing instruments and singing."

"Oh me to!" Gajeel replied. "We're a musical genius!" Both Gajeels slammed their elbows together.

"Aw that's cute. You two are bonding." Trish joked.

The three we're behind a wall, overlooking a group of Royal Army soldiers.

"Getting back to topic." Trish began. "A bunch of our friends are here to."

"Yeah, but honestly they're a bunch of morrons." Gajeel commented. "Though they kick some major ass."

"And knowing a certain fire-breather and red-coated swordsman, they're likely gonna cause his royal majesty a huge pain." Trish said.

"If you happen to spot any of those guys…" Gajeel told his Edolas self.

"Yes, I'll let you both know the moment they strike." Edolas Gajeel replied. "I've got contacts everywhere, the king can't scratch his nose without me knowing about it so keeping tabs on them will be easy."

"Counting on ya." Gajeel said.

"We'll keep a low profile till you give us the word." Trish also said.

Edolas Gajeel tipped his hat. "Well, till then."

"Don't keep us waiting." Gajeel replied.

With that, Gajeel and Trish went off in one direction with the Edolas Gajeel going off in a separate direction.

Back with the previous group of heroes, they all rode together in the Fireball.

"We made a clean getaway and now we get to sail right through the desert!" Happy stated happily.

"Thank you for the assistance." Modeus told the pink-haired young man and the blonde woman.

"Yeah, you really saved our skins back there." Lucy also thanked.

"Of course, it was the least we could do." The woman said. "My name is Eva, it's nice to meet all of you."

"'Eva'?!" Dante's thoughts screamed. This woman was the Edolas counterpart to his mother.

"Thank you so much Ms. Eva." Wendy thanked, though Natsu's head popped up as they could all tell the motion sickness was now getting to him.

"Hey don't forget about me. This is my car and my wheels are way faster than that junky air-ship. But then again, there isn't a vehicle I couldn't leave in the dust" The young man commented as he lifted his goggles.

"That's so like you." Lisanna commented, as she knew this guy; but when everyone else saw his face, they all looked in surprise.

"I'm kind of a big deal around here, they call me the Fireball." The Edolas version of Natsu said

"NATSU!?" Dante, Wendy, Lucy, Happy, Modeus, and Carla exclaimed at the same time.

"Uh… it's me…?" The sick Natsu questioned.

"I never thought I'd see two Natsus." Modeus stated. "But then again, this is a parallel world we're in."

"You're nothing like the Natsu we know." Lucy commented.

"And you're nothing like my Lucy." Edolas Natsu stated.

"So she sent you guys to help us?" Lisanna asked.

"Yep." Edolas Eva replied. "Though you really had Elfman and Mira worried when Lucy said you'd be going to help these people."

Lisanna looked down a bit in shame. "I'm sorry it's just…"

Eva put a hand on her shoulder. "Well I think you're very brave Lisanna." This resulted in the young girl smiling.

"So is puke face back there you're me?" Edolas Natsu asked, referring to Natsu in the back. "Talk about pathetic."

"Is he okay?" Edolas Eva asked.

"He's fine, don't worry." Dante assured. "He just can't stand vehicles."

"Yeah, he's not usually like this." Wendy added.

"Just don't ruin the upholstery alright?" Edolas Natsu told him. "I can't imagine, they wouldn't call me Fireball the Currier Wizard if tossed my cookies just by sitting in the car."

Natsu looked as though he we're about to puke.

"I gotta say though, this is some sweet ride you have." Dante commented. "So what does it run on?"

"It runs on a rare magical flame liquid." Edolas Eva replied.

"Flame liquid?" Wendy asked.

"It's a magic item in our world" Lisanna explained. "It's quite flammable, but it does provide an extra boost if applied to vehicles."

"One thing you have in common with our Natsu, you both have a thing for fire." Dante commented.

"Though they seem to be lacking in magic power, Edolas mas made great stride when it comes to vehicles." Carla commented.

Soon Edolas Natsu stepped on the brakes, bringing the car to a sudden halt. This caused most of the passengers inside to rock in their seats.

"Are you trying to make me kiss the Dashboard?!" Lucy questioned.

"Wow you people sure are ignorant." Edolas Natsu began. "Since Magic is a rare resource, things like magic fuel are equally limited. It's nearly impossible to get a hold of. Long story short, I can't really afford to take you any further, so get out."

Almost everyone inside had a look of shock in your faces.

"This isn't personal." Edolas Eva said. "But we won't have enough fuel to make it back to the guildhall if we take you any further."

"You're a part of the Edolas Fairy Tail?" Modeus asked.

"Yes I am." Edolas Eva answered. "But thanks to the Black Angel and the Fairy Hunter, the guild was forced to change location."

Natsu wasted no time getting out of the car. "Hello solid ground!" Natsu happily stated. "I've come back to life!" He cheered as he was over his motion sickness.

"He's certainly enthusiastic." Edolas Eva observed.

"That's our Natsu for ya." Dante commented.

"I'll hand this to you're me. He knows when it's time to pick up and move on." Edolas Natsu said. "Now then, get out!"

Dante, Lucy, Wendy, Modeus, Happy, and Carla we're all comically shoved out of the car. Lisanna and Eva got out to help them all back to there feet.

"You didn't have to be so rude you know." Lisanna lightly scolded as she helped up Wendy.

Edolas Natsu ignored her comment. "If you guys wanna take on the Kingdom, then I won't stop ya. Just don't go dragging my Fairy Tail into it. I only helped you because of Lucy." He looked to the Earthland Lucy. "Not you, my Lucy. I could never turn her down when she asks me for something, so thank her for your rescue. I don't want anything else to do with all of you, for me, driving is all that matters."

"Natsu!" Edolas Eva scolded.

Earthland Natsu got on his feet with a scowl. "Man, I'm such a jerk!"

"Hey!"

Edolas Natsu looked to see Dante standing outside the car with a bit of angry look on his face. "Get out." Dante grabbed him by the jacket and began to pull him out of the car. "I need to have a word with you, you cheap knock off!"

Edolas Natsu began to panic as he was being pulled out. "No, you get your hands off me right now!"

"Not happening, you little punk." Dante replied as he pulled him out.

"Will you cut it out?!" Edolas Natsu cried as he flailed in Dante's grip. "No! I can't get out of the car!"

Dante held Edolas Natsu by the jacket and pulled him close to his face. "Listen up you little punk. You don't say crap like that. Not with Natsu's voice and face. Who do you think you are abandoning people!? Huh!?" Dante angrily exclaimed.

However, much to the shock of most of the people here, Edolas Natsu began to tremble as he held his hands in front of his face. Dante's anger vanished a bit as his eyes slightly widened in surprise.

"I… I don't know…okay?" Edolas Natsu looked almost terrified as tears of fear formed in his eyes. "I'm sorry. Please don't hurt me."

"Huh?" Dante, Natsu, Wendy, Happy, Lucy, and Modeus questioned at the same time, surprised to see the Edolas Natsu in this state.

Done. We not only met the Edolas Natsu and Gajeel, and Dante had a rematch against Nelo Angelo, but we even met the Edolas version of Dante's mother. Expect some emotional moments later on.
