Thanks again for waiting. I am beyond glad that this story has received so much attention. Now we continue onward with my Devil Hand arc where Dante and co. are on a mission from the Magic Council to escort a certain prisoner, and here you may learn just who that prisoner is. The title may be big hint.

Oh, and Fairy Tail 2018 has been airing now! But while I do intend to take my story there it is going to be a long while before I actually get to that point.

So without further delay…. The next chapter!

Fallen Angel

Lisanna's mouth open wide as Porlyusica used a tongue-depressor stick to press her tongue down as the older woman looked inside the girl's mouth.

"So that was the first time you've used that transformation?" Porlyusica asked as she took the depressor out and walked back to her table of potions.

"Yeah." Lisanna nodded as she sat on a chair on the other side of the room in the older woman's hut. "I've honestly never felt so strong."

"And you say that Natsu performed some sort of blood transfusion on you the night before?" Porlyusica asked again.

"He said it was something his dragon taught him before he disappeared." Lisanna confirmed. The older woman began to contemplate and it seemed like some ideas we're coming to her as she silently thought of an explanation. "You think maybe his magic mixed with mine somehow?"

"Perhaps." Porlyusica began as she turned back to the younger girl. "I wouldn't say for certain, but if I had to guess I would say that when Natsu gave you some of his blood, he also passed on some of his own fire as well."

This seemed to confuse Lisanna a bit. "But wouldn't that… I don't know… burn my blood or something?"

Porlyusica shook her head. "No. This was his own blood which took the form of a flame, in other words he passed on a piece of his own soul to you."

To say Lisanna was surprised would be an understatement. "Natsu gave me a piece of his own soul?!" She had no idea if she was supposed to be touched by this action or freaked out at the idea of someone she cares deeply about splitting his soul.

"Again, it's a only theory." Porlyusica reminded. "You and your siblings posses take-over magic. This form of magic allows you to harness the abilities of other beings or creatures and use them to your own advantage, as you know. When Natsu gave you his 'soul-fire' if you will, he must have unknowingly passed on his dragon fire to you, which mixed with your own magics to create this Dragon Soul transformation of yours."

"So… am I a Dragon Slayer now?" Lisanna wondered.

"No, not exactly." Porlyusica answered. "You now simply posses a take-over form that allow you to harness the strength and power of dragon, a fire dragon to be specific."

"Wow." That was all Lisanna could say as she looked at her own hands. Though she burnt off that excess energy from her fight with Mira earlier, she could still feel the fire inside her. She clenched her hands into fists as an eager smile formed on her face. She felt so much stronger now; now she can help her friends and fight alongside them, she can protect those she cared about instead of them being worried about protecting her.

"However." Porlyusica spoke up, getting the younger girl's attention. "I wouldn't become too dependent on this new magic of yours. While it may be strong, if you use it too often you may end up loosing control over your other forms and before long, your Dragon Soul may very well become a crutch."

Lisanna's smile faded into a look of understanding, as that was a very good point. "Okay, I understand."

"Good. Now get out." The old woman told her. "Nothing personal, but you know how I feel about people."

The white-haired girl rolled her eyes with a half-smile. "Somethings never change." She stood up. "Alright, and thanks." She was about to walk out.

"Hey." Lisanna turned around when Porlyusica spoke to her. "For what its worth though, I am glad to see you made it home. I may not like humans all that much, but you're one of the few that's at least tolerable. I admire the compassion you have for all living things, especially animals."

The older woman didn't smile, but Lisanna did. "Thank you, and its good to see you to Porlyusica." She walked out the door. However, the second she left, the old woman's lips curved into a small smile.

Outside Porlyusica's hut – 15 minutes earlier

"I see… that's what happened." Mira said with a serious look on her face.

"Yeah, that's it." Natsu confirmed.

After Lisanna had woken up from her fight with Mira, Makarov thought it best for her to visit Porlyusica to see what her new transformation might hold and if there were any unexpected side effects; of course Natsu still had to explain the situation to them. After all, having a new power called 'Dragon Soul' that grants one ability to control Fire magic after having just spent a night with a Fire Dragon Slayer; no way was that a coincidence. Natsu was outside the hut as he explained the previous night to Makarov, Dante, Mira, Elfman, Erza, Happy, and even Gildarts.

He told them about his fight with Cragnar and how Lisanna was almost killed; and about the technique Igneel taught him before he vanished. After finishing the story it had become deathly silent as everyone looked at Natsu while he just hung his head expecting both a verbal scolding and a physical beat down from Mira and Elfman, even Erza most likely. He really couldn't blame them, after all he had promised to protect Lisanna and she almost died.

"Natsu…" He lifted his head as Mira walked toward him. But he was completely caught by surprise to see that she was actually smiling at him. "Thank you."

"What?" Natsu said without thinking. "Did… you…. Why? Why are you thanking me?"

"Because you saved my little sister's life." Mira asked not loosing her smile once. "For two years I thought she was gone, and now she's came back. If anything happened to her…" Tears we're ready to flow down her eyes. "But you saved her. I can't thank you enough!" She pulled him into a hug, and he had still not lost his surprised look.

His look turned into one of comical strain as he, and incidentally Mira, we're both pulled into a crushing embrace by Elfman who was comically crying tears of joy. "She's right Natsu! You saved Lisanna! You really are a real man!"

Natsu looked strained as his eyes became white circles and his face became blue from lack of oxygen. "Elfman… can't breath…!" He strained. Mira was a bit constrained as well while everyone shared an amused laugh.

Elfman had put them both down, but Natsu didn't have much time to catch his breath as Erza bonked him on the head.

"AH!" Natsu rubbed the bump on his head. "What the hell Erza?!"

"That was for not telling us sooner!" Erza scolded lightly. "Communication is very important, without it the guild will fall apart."

"I'm gonna have to go with Erza on this Natsu." Happy chimed in as he hovered in the air. "I'm a little upset you didn't tell me."

Natsu understood but still. "I just didn't want you guys to make such a big deal out of it."

"You're intentions we're good, my boy." Makarov acknowledged. "But something like this is not meant to be kept in the dark. So from now on, if something like this happens again, we all must know, understood?"

"Yeah, I got it gramps."

"Trust me Natsu, I speak from experience." Dante put his two cents in. "I get sometimes you gotta keep secrets from certain people, but not from family. Found that one out the hard way."

Natsu nodded. Not long after that Lisanna walked out of Porlyusica's hut and was greeted by everyone else.

"Lisanna, is everything okay?" Mira asked.

She nodded. "Everything's fine. But Porlyusica wants me to take it easy with my new Dragon Soul."

Makarov and Erza both seemed to agree that was the best course of action, it made sense to them. "Natsu told us what happened with that Cragnar demon." Erza told Lisanna.

"Please don't be too hard on him."

"Everything's fine now." Makarov said. "He got a bit of a lecture, but he still saved your life. Just please try to keep the rest of us in the loop."

"I understand." Lisanna looked towards Natsu as they shared eye contact.

"So… this new power up ain't anything to worry about?" Gildarts asked. "No side effects or anything?"

"Porlyusica doesn't seem to think so." Lisanna replied. "But Natsu, when Igneel taught you that spell, did it involve you… splitting you're soul?"

That caught everyone's attention as Natsu tried to remember. "Well… something like that. I mean the thing is called 'Blood Soul Fire', so I guess so."

"You guess?" Dante questioned with a raised eyebrow. "Yeah that's not reassuring."

"Look it was seven years ago, okay? I just a little kid back then!" Natsu protested.

"Well what do you remember?" Gildarts asked.

He pondered it. "Well, Igneel said it would help to heal people, but it could also take a large amount of my own energy and told me to only use it as a last-resort-thing."

"So it's not like Wendy's own magic, where she can heal others without putting her own life in danger." Erza said.

"So when Natsu passed on his fire to heal you Lisanna, he must have also passed on his own magical energy, maybe a part of his own soul, and it mixed with your take-over abilities." Mira theorized, being the expert on Take Over magic, it was the only thing that could explain it.

"That's what Porlyusica said to." Lisanna replied.

"Well now that that's all settled, we got that thing with the Magic Council tomorrow." Dante said. "You sure you still wanna come? I mean if it's the same prisoner Devil Hand tried to snatch, they may try again and wanna grab you to."

"He's right Lisanna." Elfman agreed. "I can come to if you want. Show those demons what its like to be on the receiving end of a real man's fist!" He punched his palm for emphasis.

Lisanna nodded with a look of seriousness on her face. "I'm sure, and don't worry Elfman. I'll be fine."

"Plus I'm going to." Natsu said with an eager smile. "Any demon that tries to lay a finger on Lisanna is gonna bet seriously burned! Right Happy?"

"Aye sir!" The blue cat cheered.

"Not to mention Grey, Lucy, Trish, Lady, Wendy, Modeus, and myself will be there as well. Worse case scenario, Lisanna will have us to back her up." She gave the white-hared girl a reassuring smile, which Lisanna was truly grateful for.

Elfman had a bit of a sigh but still smiled, as did Mira. "Alright, but Lisanna promise me you'll be careful."

"I promise."

Gildarts soon had a smirk on his face. "So Natsu, you gave a girl a piece of your soul?" This caused the two to look toward him with shocked faces. "Does that make her your soul mate?"

"GILDARTS!" Natsu exclaimed in comic anger with a red face and fanged teeth while Lisanna's face turned red like a tomato.

"Ooooh, Natsu You liiike her." Happy teased Natsu, causing him and Lisanna's faces to turn an even deeper red.

Dante also grinned mischievously. "So when's the wedding?"

"Shut it Dante!" Natsu comically yelled as Lisanna continued to look embarrassed with steam coming out of her head. Mira giggled at this, as even Elfman laughed; Makarov and Erza both smiled with their own chuckles as well.

"You're all still here?!"

The mood died down as everyone turned back up the steps to see Porlyusica's face covered in shadows as she shot them an eerie glare; she was holding a broom in her hands as she charged down at them.

"GET OUT! NOW!"

Pretty soon; most of the group comically screamed as they were all chased out of the forest by the old hag.

Two Days Later

It was the day that Dante would be meeting with the Magic Council for their request in his aid to help escort a prisoner to a more secure location. He would meet them by train within five hours; but it was not just Dante; Natsu, Happy, Lady, Grey, Modeus, Trish, Erza, Lisanna, Lucy, Wendy, and Carla also accompanied him. Ordinarily any train ride would be an absolute nightmare for a certain Fire Dragon Slayer, but that was not the case due to Wendy's own Troia spell to relieve him of motion sickness, and he couldn't be any more thrilled; this was made evident as he stuck his head out the window to enjoy the breeze in his face alongside Happy.

"Wow, so this is what its like to ride the train and not puke your guts out!" Natsu said elatedly.

"Got that right buddy!" Happy agreed.

"Thanks again Wendy!"

"No problem. I'm always happy to help." She said with a smile as she sat alongside both Modeus and Carla.

"Just try not to become too dependent on that spell, Natsu." Modeus advised. "It could have unforeseen side-effects."

"I doubt the fool will remember anyway." Carla acknowledged.

Lisanna felt happy for Natsu as she sat next to him while he continued to stick his head out the window, yet it also felt very weird at the same time.

"Its kind of funny to see Natsu ride a train and not get sick." Lisanna laughed a bit before turning to Wendy as she sat across from her. "So Wendy, Natsu tells me you're also a Dragon Slayer."

"Yep, I'm a Sky Dragon Slayer." Wendy confirmed.

"What exactly do you mean by Sky anyway?" Lisanna asked out of curiosity.

"It means I can control wind and air." Wendy answered.

"So, we're you trained by a dragon to?" Lisanna continued to ask.

Wendy nodded with a smile. "I was taught my magic by the Sky Dragon Grandeeney, she also raised my when I was very little."

From then on Wendy told Lisanna all about her adoptive mother and what she was like. Lisanna was very interested to learn more as the only dragon she heard about was Igneel from Natsu so she was curious as to hear what others would like. Lisanna also told her about her time in Cait Shelter as well and her joining Fairy Tail. Of course it wasn't just Wendy Lisanna talked with; she also spoke with both Erza and Grey. It had been two years since she's last seen either of them and there was a lot to talk about. Grey talked about his past with his teacher Ur and fellow student Lyon, and even Erza opened up a bit about the Tower of Heaven and Jellal; and while Lisanna did offer her sympathies to Erza she was glad to hear her open up and had said that she had given the mighty Titania even more respect than before, causing Erza to smile. Grey, Erza, Wendy, and even Happy and Natsu talked about their battle against the Oracion Seis, even Carla chipped in; though Natsu gave her some brief descriptions on their previous night together before Cragnar attacked, this helped to fill in the gaps Natsu couldn't. She even conversed with Modeus as he was near the area the whole time. She was quite surprised to learn that he was a demon and even more to learn that he was trained by Dante's father, Sparda. But it wasn't long till they started to get along quite well; he may have been a demon but Modeus was a very pleasant individual.

As they talked; Dante, Lady, and Trish also sat nearby while speaking amongst themselves in regards to the job they we're taking.

"I don't like this, something feels off about it." Lady voiced.

"Yeah, but we don't really have much a choice though." Dante commented. "Besides, if those Devil Hand chumps do decide to rear their ugly head, it might give us a chance to see what they can do and we can decide what to do from there."

"Its not Devil Hand I'm worried about." Lady pointed out.

"You think the Magic Council is trying to set us up or something?" Trish asked.

"I spoke with Morrison and the Master before we left the guild earlier today." Lady began. "Fairy Tail isn't exactly on the Magic Council's Christmas card list. In fact, I heard from Morrison, who heard it from his own inside source, that they're doing everything in their power to find an excuse to disband Fairy Tail."

"No surprise." Dante replied. "Like you said, we're not in their good graces."

"I think it went even more down hill when they found out you joined up." Lady pointed out, getting his attention. "Dante, they know you're Sparda's son."

Dante's look became very serious. "Well, they probably would have found out eventually. But at this point, nothing we can do."

"But I think we should still be careful." Lady told him.

"Yeah I gotta agree with Lady on this one." Trish pointed out. "These guys may be a major pain in the ass, but its not like we can fight them like they were demons or anything."

Dante rubbed his face. "I know. God I hate politics."

As they talked, there was another individual in their train car that didn't seem to be engaged in either conversation. Lucy sat all by herself on her own seat, as she happened to hear Lisanna getting along with all her friends. Ordinarily she'd be happy to have another friend to talk to, and while she was honestly glad to see her friends happily welcoming someone they thought to have lost, she was just a tad uncomfortable with how close she was sitting next to Natsu. It had been only a few days and it already seemed like the two we're inseparable. Lucy honestly didn't know how to feel about that. Was she supposed to be happy that Natsu seemed to have found someone? Then why did she feel this uncomfortable?

"Hey Lucy." She heard Grey call her name as she turned to the group and saw most of them we're looking directly at her with friendly smiles.

"Why don't you tell Lisanna about the time you kicked Jose right in the nuts?" Grey said in a friendly manner.

Lucy didn't smile back. "You literally just said, so there's no need."

That took the group by surprise; even Dante didn't expect her tone. She stood up.

"I need some fresh air." She proceeded to walk out of the train car.

"Okay… what's with her?" Happy wondered. Erza looked in the direction Lucy went and had a serious look on her face.

"Uh… did I say something?" Lisanna wondered, worried that maybe she hurt Lucy's feelings somehow.

"No, Grey's just got that face." Natsu stated.

"What was that pyro?!" Grey butted his head against Natsu's.

"You got no idea how to talk to girls, do you?" Natsu argued.

"Oh and you do!?" Grey questioned angrily.

"I'm not the one who has a rain-woman-stalker!" Natsu growled.

Natsu and Grey continued to comically argue with sparks of friction in between their butting foreheads; while Lisanna, Wendy, Happy, and even Modeus tried to pull them apart, all in a while Carla and Erza had unamused sweat drops on their head. Meanwhile, Dante looked in the direction Lucy went.

"What's gotten into her?"

"I'll talk to her." Trish stood up and walked in the direction Lucy did.

"Sense when are those two best pals?" Dante questioned, as it didn't seem like Trish to talk with someone on personal matters.

"Eh." Lady shrugged. "But there is something in regards to Lucy that I wanted to ask you about."

"What?" Dante questioned.

"Like maybe she's your cousin." Lady suggested.

Dante did not expect to hear those words at all. Naturally the shocked look made Lady chuckle a bit.

"Wow, its pretty rare to see that look on your face." She smirked before turning serious. "But don't look so surprised, remember Edolas? That world's version of your mom was the aunt to that Lucy. And if that's the case, what are the odds that our Lucy is your cousin?"

"Well when you put it like that…"

"You seriously didn't know?" Lady asked.

"I don't remember a whole lot from my childhood, save for when my mom died." Dante said. "And even then I don't remember her or my old may telling me about any other family members." He rubbed his hand against his chin. "But… that could be to protect them I guess…"

"So?" Lady wondered.

"I'll have Morison look into it, but right now I just wanna get this Devil Hand stuff done and over with." Dante replied.

Outside, Lucy stood near the railing on a section that connected the train car she was previously in to the one in front of her. She looked out toward the moving horizon. She did feel a bit bad about blowing her friends off like that, but she just needed some time to herself. Unfortunately that time was cut short as another blonde Fairy Tail member walked onto the scene.

"Well aren't you just a ray of sunshine."

Lucy turned around to see Trish leaning back against the wall next to the door. "Oh Trish, what are you doing here?"

"Wondering what's crawled up your ass." She answered. "You're not the type to just walk out on your friends you know."

Lucy sighed as she looked back out to the horizon. "I just need some alone time."

"Really?" Trish wasn't all that convinced. "Maybe you're out here to vent off some green steam?"

"'Green steam'?" Lucy questioned.

"You know, green for envy, cause you're maybe jealous." Trish replied.

Lucy looked really irritated now. "Again?! Seriously!? Why does everyone always assume that?! I'm not jealous! So what if Natsu's hanging out with another girl!? We're not a couple! He can date whomever he wants! It's his business! Plus I don't even like him like that anyway!"

"Oh." Trish smirked a bit. "I just said you we're jealous, I didn't say anything about Natsu."

Lucy's face turned red as she looked back to Trish with circular white balls for eyes.

Trish shrugged. "I thought maybe you we're jealous that Lisanna was getting more attention than you. I never mentioned Natsu or even suggested you actually like him."

Lucy sighed as she comically fell on her knees with a sweatdrop on her head. "I stepped right into that one, didn't I?"

"Pretty much." Trish joked a bit. Her face turned serious. "Joking aside, is that really what's bothering you? You got a crush on a guy and he's got his eyes on another girl?"

Lucy stood up and looked down. "Maybe… a little."

"So you do like Natsu."

Her tone became quiet as she uttered one single word. "Yes."

Trish smirked. "Didn't know the fire-breather was you're type, but hey, a girl likes who a girl likes."

"I guess." Lucy said as she looked back out again towards the horizon. "But I know it's stupid. I mean, he's got a lot more history with her, they freaking hatched Happy when they we're kids. I can't compete with that." Lucy sighed. "I guess its not meant to be."

She felt a hand on her shoulder and looked toward Trish as she had an understanding smile. "I get it. I really do, but hey you should at the very least just tell them how you feel, get it all off your chest and you can move on. Keeping all these feelings pent up inside isn't gonna help anyone and it'll hurt you even more than them."

Deep down, Lucy knew that Trish was right. "Okay, I'll talk to them. But not right now, we're a little busy dealing with one crisis, we don't need another."

"Makes sense." Trish was about to walk away.

"Hey Trish." She turned back to Lucy who smiled at her. "Thanks, that really did help."

Trish smiled back. "No problem kid."

"You kinda sounded like you speak from experience." Lucy noted.

"Maybe a little." Trish said. "Believe it or not, I actually had the same sort of feelings for Dante at one point."

Lucy stifled a giggle. "No way, seriously?"

"Yep." Trish confirmed. "Except I realized two things. One, he's got his eyes set on someone else to. I know it seems disappointing, but hey, it's his life and he gets to be who he wants to be with."

"And the second reason?" Lucy asked.

"Because when I was made by Mundus he made me look almost exactly like Dante's mom." Trish answered.

Lucy actually laughed. "Yeah you're right… that would be kind of messed up." She laughed along with Trish.

Sometime later the group of Fairy Tail members had left the train station and we're walking down a forested trail that would lead to the rendezvous spot where they would bee meeting a group of Rune Knights soon.

"Hey, guys." Lucy spoke to her friends, particularly Natsu and Lisanna. "I'm sorry about what happened on the train. Got a lot on my mind."

"Yeah, are you feeling alright Lucy?" Wendy asked.

"I'm fine." She said. "Honestly I am. Hey Natsu, Lisanna, when we get done with this Devil Hand stuff, I want to talk to you guys about some things."

Lisanna looked a bit confused, but Natsu didn't seem all that worried. "Sure thing, no problem."

Erza noted this for a moment and had a pretty good idea what it would be about. She may have been quiet about it, but she knew Lucy enough to know about her feelings toward Natsu and about her growing envy. But Erza saw in Lucy's eyes just now, and when they would have their talk, she was certain they'd all be in a much better place than right now. She smiled at the thought of that.

Dante led his friends out of the forest and into a clearing where he saw a large group of Rune Knights surrounding a caged caravan. One Rune Knight noticed Dante and began to walk toward him; he was clearly the one in charge. He did not bear a hat as he had long black hair and a pair of glasses on.

The man stopped and looked in mild surprise to not only see that Dante wasn't alone but he also recognized many people in that group; and they recognized him as well as the looks of surprise that Natsu, Grey, Erza, Lucy, Happy, and Carla all had quickly faded into anger and borderline disgust, Erza seemed the most subtle about it, but the look in her eyes may as well have had her seething with rage. It was Lahar.

"Oh you have got to be kidding me." Grey sighed as he rubbed his hand down his face.

"Not this jack ass again." Natsu growled in anger.

Lisanna, Modeus, Trish, and Lady seemed genuinely surprised, as they've never seen this man before. Modeus looked even more surprised when he saw Wendy acutally had fear in her eyes and instinctively stepped back closer to Modeus.

"Uh… who is he?" Lisanna asked.

"Don't know, never seen him before." Lady responded.

"You guys remember what we told you after we beat the Oracion Seis, right?" Happy asked as hovered near them.

"Yeah, why?" Trish wondered.

Modeus got it. "Oh… I see. He was the man who imprisoned Jellal, and threatened to imprison the rest of you for standing up to him, wasn't he?"

"Yep, that's the one." Lucy confirmed.

"Of all the people in the Magic Council, why did it have to be him?" Carla questioned out loud.

Dante also heard the story as well. Though this is the first time he met Lahar, from what he heard of him, as well as the reactions he just overheard from his friends, this guy had a major stick up his ass. But now was not the time to act out, the Magic Council was not the enemy at the moment. So while maintaining a professional position Dante walked forward and met Lahar in the middle.

"You are the Devil Hunter known as Dante, the son of Sparda, correct?" Lahar questioned.

"Yep, and a proud member of the Fairy Tail guild." Dante lowered his jacket slightly to show his crimson guild emblem, which he wore with pride.

Lahar's eyes narrowed slightly before he spoke again. "I am Lahar, captain of the Magic Council's Fourth Custody Enforcement Unit." He gestured to the Rune Knights behind him. "And these are my men." He looked toward the other Fairy Tail members behind him. "I was not aware you we're bringing other members of you're guild with you."

"That gonna be a problem?" Dante questioned. "You guys didn't say I couldn't bring my friends."

There was a bit of an unsettling silence between the two, most notably Lahar and the Fairy Tail members that he was on bad terms with. He broke the silence. "No, that will not be a problem."

"So, what do you need us for?" Dante asked, getting right down to business.

"We need you're assistance in escorting a prisoner to a secure location, nothing more." Lahar answered.

"You sure that's all?" The red-clad Devil Hunter wasn't all that convinced. "Maybe it has something to do with Devil Hand?" Lahar looked in surprise. "So maybe this prisoner of yours was the same one they tried to snatch?" Lahar's shocked look increased before he glared.

"How do you know that?"

"I'm Fairy Tail's resident demon expert." Dante answered without revealing any information that the Magic Council may not like. "It's my profession to know these sort of things."

Lisanna looked as though she was about to say something, but Erza placed a hand on her shoulder and spoke in a tone that Lahar couldn't hear. "Lisanna, it's probably best they don't know about you being one of Devil Hand's targets. We don't need to complicate the situation any further." The youngest Strauss sibling nodded in understanding.

Lahar gave a subtle sigh. "Yes, that is the situation. It is clear the prison was not secure enough so we are transporting the prisoner to a more secure location and we could use your assistance in seeing the transfer go smoothly. As you say, you are the expert when dealing with demons."

"So, who's the lucky jailbird?" Dante questioned. Lahar looked as though he was about to say something along the lines of 'that's classified', but Dante already spoke up again. "If you want my help, we need to be fully in the loop. We can't help if we don't know what's going on. And yes, I said 'we', because my friends are coming with me like it or not."

There was another subtle glare from Lahar before he turned around. "Follow me." He walked back toward the caravan with Dante right behind him. Natsu, Lady, Happy, Lucy, Trish, Carla, Wendy, Modeus, Erza, Grey, and Lisanna all followed suit and quickly joined them.

"We still know little-to-nothing about Devil Hand." Lahar began. "All that we do know is their ranks are comprised almost entirely of demons, but we don't know for certain who else they have, we don't even know who their master is. We also know that they we're not planning to free this prisoner but instead abduct her."

"Her? A chick?" Dante questioned as they came to the closed barred carriage.

"Yes, it's a woman." Lahar confirmed. "Actually, while you yourself may not have met her, she is someone that many of your 'friends' may actually be somewhat familiar with."

The group caught up with Dante and looked in surprise. They knew this prisoner? Who? Lahar turned to a Rune Knight that guarded the carriage.

"Open it."

He nodded and pulled out a key to unlock the gate and pulled it open. Once it was open; Dante, Modeus, Trish, Lady, and Lisanna looked in curiosity; while Natsu, Grey, Lucy, Wendy, Erza, Happy, and Carla couldn't contain their surprise. Lucy gave an audible gasp while Wendy covered her mouth as her eyes shook almost with terror.

"No way!" Lucy almost freaked out.

"That's impossible!" Carla shouted.

"What?! Are you kidding me?!" Grey exclaimed out loud.

Erza's eyes shook as well, something that was very rare for her.

"Dante of Fairy Tail, meet our prisoner." Lahar introduced. "Former member of the now disbanded and incarcerated Oracion Seis, and convicted criminal…. Codename Angel."

The white-haired former Dark Celestial Wizard named Angel looked up towards Fairy Tail with a glare in her eyes.

Done.

Sorry, if this chapter seemed short, but I bet this was something you did NOT see coming, did you ;)

Yes, the prisoner of the Magic Council that Devil Hand tried to abduct, whom Dante and Fairy Tail must now guard and protect is none other than Angel from the Oracion Seis!

Why her? Why is she a target for Devil Hand? The answer will come soon in the next few chapters.

I apologize for the lack of action in this chapter, but I promise you the next one will REALLY be action packed! See you next time.

Happy Halloween Everyone!
