After the coronation of King for Kion, all of the animals celebrated. While others we're just eating and some just talking about other stuff. While kion and his family were catching up about his travels and his stay at the tree of life.
"So now we're here," said Kion, now finished with his story.
Well, that was a good story right Kovu," said Kiara.
"Yeah sure would've loved to be there instead of getting in the middle of a war," said Kovu sarcastically.
"Be nice," she said playfully, hitting him in the shoulder.
"Relax I was only kidding," responded kovu.
After finishing the conversation they went to sleep for the night. The others slept in their place and kion and rani went to the tree. Kion was still in thought about being king. After all, this was still new to him, and never had the proper training. Also didn't know where to start. But he had help from his wife. He went outside to clear some thoughts.
"Kion sighed I wonder how rani was able to handle it," thought kion. As he was taking his walk.
After that, he looks at the stars that helped him find his way to the tree of life. If he didn't ever go to the tree of life he would've never met rani. But things work out their own way.
"Hmm, I think things work out for the better," thought kion.
Then rani woke up and didn't see kion with her. So she went outside looking for him. And just found him looking at the stars.
"Hey kion," said rani as she walked up to him.
"Oh hey rani didn't expect to see you out this late," said kion in surprise.
"I could say the same thing about you so what's going on? '' asked rani.
"Nothing just thinking," said kion.
What are you thinking about? Rani asked in concern, probably knowing what it is.
Kion sighed knowing that she was going to figure what he is thinking and might as well tell her.
"Just about everything that's happened so far in my life,'' said kion.
As she suspected he was still worried about being king. So she did something that he wasn't expecting. She grabbed his head with her paws and brought their lips together.
They kissed for 4 minutes until they separated.
"Wow t-that was sure something," said kion blushing.
"Yeah I know what you mean," she responded while blushing.
"But kion I know you're stressing about being king," she said and I understand how it feels.
"Yeah, I figured that you already," said not surprised.
"But don't worry, it's not a big deal,'' said kion.
But rani was not buying that she knew kion wasn't the best at lying so she knew.
"Kion I know it's stressful yes but you have me to help you," said rani.
"I know but it just feels strange to be king,'' said kion.
"Ok I get it but still you have me and that won't change," she said.
"Yeah you're right I'll get used to it eventually," he said.
And after that, they continued their walk after their talk. And kept flirting with each other the way. And they finally were at the entrance of the tree.
"Come on and kiss your big strong lion," he said. As she came over to kion and kissed him for an hour.
Come on big boy let's do the rest at the tree, she said in a seductive voice. As she flicked her tail at his chin.
"Gladly," he said as he blushed. As they went in the tree to do their business.
