Izuki gasped. "Y-y-y-you helped my f-father to come to my Universe?"
O Ball said nothing.
"Answer me!" cried Izuki.
The being sighed. "Yeah. I did."
"Why?!"
"You'll find out soon enough. Keep listening."
Q reeled in shock. Just who is this kid?! He screamed internally.
As if in response, the girl chuckled. "I am who I am."
For a moment there was silence. Then she burst out laughing. "HAHAHA! I gotcha, didn't I? HAHAHA!"
Q stared.
"HAHA..OK, you're not laughing. Weird. Any who..as I said, I'm here to collect my debt for assisting you in your romantic escapade."
"A-a-and just what is that?"
The girl grinned. "Oh nothing. Just to send you back to your Universe. Forever."
"WHAT?!"
"Yep! For getting my help, and having your fun in another Universe, you must pay your debt..by being locked into your Universe forever!"
"Y-y-you can't do that!" cried Q, genuinely afraid now.
She smiled, and snapped her fingers, like that Q he knew always did whenever the former was stirring up trouble.
Instantly, a huge portal of blinding white appeared next to him. "So, tell me." the girl began calmly. "How long did it take you to begin to open the barrier between your Universe and this one? Wait." she held up her hand. "Don't answer. Hmmm. Ah yes, nearly a century! Then you had to work even more to widen it and hop through!"
She now gestured at the portal she herself had made. "I just did what took you centuries to do, in a second."
Q's eyes widened, as he took in the sight of the portal.
"Now, do you believe me darling?"
"Y-you.." He was at a loss for words.
"Mhm. So, you ready?"
"N-n...NO! You can't make me!" So saying he disappeared. Only to reappear in the same place again. "What?"
"Oh nothing." the girl shrugged. "Just locked your body into this position for all eternity. In this Universe. No biggie. You can't escape me, Q. I am every point in every space, in every time."
She now raised her hand. "So, leave. I promise I may allow you to maybe give some gift to your daughter at some point in the future. But only if you leave now."
"And if I refuse?"
The all powerful being shrugged. "That's fine. I'd send you back anyway. And I'd still let you send her some gift." She wasn't giving him a concession to make him leave. Q realized. She'd give him the concession regardless of whether he chose, or she forced him. There was no extortion or threat. Just calm magnanimity in superiority.
The omnipotent being sighed. "Fine. Just do it."
The girl grinned. "Pleasure doing business with yo-"
"WAIT! At least tell me what you gain from this? What is your goal?" Q had to know. He had to understand why this being was doing such a cruel act.
The girl, who had been about to wave her hand to dismiss him back into his Universe, stopped her hand midway, and chuckled.
"My own amusement, of course!"
Izuki saw red. "Y-y-your amusement?" her fists clenched tightly, as she watched her father disappear, along with the portal. Then, the girl turned to her. "But of course. What else did you think? A Q, fighting among heroes? That's an epic idea, don't ya think? And before you ask, yes, I am O Ball, and yes, I am talking to you."
Izuki stared for a moment. Then she charged at the smirking O Ball.
The deity didn't even flinch, instead raising one of her hands, and simply swiping across the air in front of her, causing Izuki to fly back with a gust of hurricane force winds. She slammed into a wall, and fell to the ground with a grunt of pain.
"Careful, darling." said O Ball, in a sickly sweet tone, grinning madly. "You may have the power of a Q. But I can take that away whenever I want. So behave!"
Izuki was still mad, but she managed to rein herself in. There was no point in resisting O Ball by force. That was pointless. She'd have to try to resist through words.
Applying simple logic, she spoke out, "You say you do this for your amusement? Well then, how can a show be any fun when the main character wins every fight without any effort?!"
O Ball began to laugh. "Wh-who said you were the main character?!" she wheezed.
"I'm sorry?!"
"You are not the main character, idiot!" cried O Ball. "Nope, the main characters are everyone else! They all attempt to figure out just what your quirk is, and become more and more confused while they try! It's going to be so exciting to watch!"
Izuki narrowed her eyes. "And if I merely revealed my quirk?"
O Ball's eyes mirrored her own. "I strongly advise against that. This game only continues because I want it to. Besides," a smile lit up her serious face again. "If you really badly want a challenge, then I'll make some super powered villains, just for you! Anyways, that's all. Have fun as the most powerful hero to ever exist, darling! Good luck!"
Toshinori Yagi let out a breath he hadn't realized he was holding. The girl in his hands coughed, as her emerald green eyes opened again.
"AH! YOU'RE AWAKE!" he shouted.
She stared at him for a moment, not understanding where she was, and who was holding her. Then realization dawned, and she jumped in shock. Her fist smashed into All Might's chin.
"OHMYGODIT'SALLMIGHT!" she cried, as she hit the road. She jumped back up, and saw him stumbling away in shock.
Toshinori was more surprised than he had ever been in his life. The girl seemed well built, when she was unconscious. But just that muscle mass didn't account for the blood now seeping out of his face, while he was in hero form. The girl had far more strength than possible. But I thought her quirk was related to ice..
"Ohnononononononono..." the girl began panicking. "IamsosorryIhurtyousirsosorryso..."
"IT IS FINE!" waved All Might, dismissively. "IT WAS MY MISTAKE, YOUNG ONE! WHAT IS YOUR NAME, MIGHT I ASK?"
"I-I-Izuki Midoriya!"
"WELL, YOUNG MIDORIYA, YOU HAVE A GREAT QUIRK! BUT AS YOU KNOW, USING YOUR QUIRK IN PUBLIC IS ILLEGAL!" he gestured at the still frozen slime villain.
"Oh.." Izuki said, as if she was seeing the villain for the first time.
"So, PLEASE UNFREEZE THE VILLAIN SO I CAN TAKE HIM INTO CUSTODY!"
"O-of course, All Might sir!" Izuki stammered, and ran over to the villain.
Izuki had never been more amazed and happy in her life. She was talking with, and helping, her idol, All Might! This day was awesome!
Then she remembered what she had just been shown about herself. Oh. Her mood instantly dampened, as she began to think. If she unfroze the villain, would All Might have doubts as to what her quirk is?
A good time to see what this girl's quirk actually is. Thought All Might.
"EH?!" Izuki gasped.
"WHAT? WHAT IS IT, YOUNG MIDORIYA?"
"O-oh nothing, All Might sir!" she hastily replied. Internally, her mind spun. She was hearing exactly what All Might was thinking! And the content was obviously problematic. She couldn't be discovered so early!
So she thought furiously over the problem, while she walked towards the frozen figure. I could say my quirk was temperature control. It provides a perfect cover. But then I punched All Might with enough force to push him back! How can that be merely explained away? Nonono, he might not be too suspicious, and just think that he was caught off guard. Yes, that's it. But just in case...She quietly reached into All Might's mind. It took her every bit of effort not to gawk at all the memories and personal details that All Might never shared with the public. Instead, she reached for the idea that he was caught off guard, and slowly strengthened the idea in All Might's mind, making him gradually believe that it was just coincidence, and not superhuman strength.
As she withdrew, however, she noticed a lot of interesting things. For one, his real name. Toshinori Yagi. And his quirk. One For All? A quirk capable of being transferred between users...That stunned her. But she managed to keep herself impassive, so as to not give any clues to All Might that she knew his secret.
I'll just call it temperature control. She thought, putting her hands against the frozen slime, and melting it.
As soon as it was fully free, it collapsed to the road, shivering violently. All Might stepped forward. "YOU ARE UNDER ARREST!" he declared. The villain did not respond, only continuing to shake uncontrollably, as All Might began gathering him up into a bottle that he had brought along specially for the villain. Izuki also came forward, helping him.
After a few hours, ensuring that every little piece of the villain was safely within the canister, All Might turned to her, and bowed in gratitude. "THANK YOU FOR YOUR ASSISTANCE IN HELPING CAPTURE THIS DANGEROUS MENACE!" he announced in his usual loud voice, causing Izuki to grasp her ears in pain. Damn, listening to it up close is different from hearing it on a television. She thought, smiling and nodding her head in response.
"WELL, I'LL BE GOING NOW! GOODBYE, YOUNG MIDORIYA!" he waved, and squatted, taking off with a burst of wind, that ruffled through her hair.
Izuki walked out from under that bridge, changed. No more was she the outcast girl, with a quirk she didn't understand. Now, she was Izuki Midoriya, daughter of Inko Midoriya and Q, and the most powerful being in the Universe, sans O Ball.
She smiled. Get ready, world. Because now,..I am here.
Well, well, well. If any of you were worried about the lack of action..O Ball literally just said that she'd create a few powered up villains for Izuki to face. They will be few and far between however.
