O Ball- Yello~, you beautiful lower dimensional creatures! As promised by SOM, here is the next chapter! HEY, SOM! You listening?!

*human screeching and demonic laughing*

O Ball- I'm~,..going to take that as a yes! Don't worry bout him, I'll bring him out after a couple millennia. Probably.

As Izuki walked back home, she heard someone whistling. Loudly and obnoxiously, attracting everyone who heard her. The Half Q took one look, and walked in the opposite direction, only to run into the same whistling, and an annoyingly familiar face.

"Well, well, well, Izuki~" O Ball grinned. "You're making quite a name for yourself!"

"What the hell are you talking about about?" Izuki snapped. "I haven't even come up with a hero name yet!"

O Ball laughed. "Hah! We both know that is a lie, honey!"

Izuki rolled her eyes. "Do you have to call me that.."

"But of course! Or would you prefer...Angel?"

The greenette stiffened. "Don't talk about that here!" she said indignantly. O Ball laughed again at her distress. "It's fine, baby~! You know no one but you can hear me! Ooh, that rhymed. Maybe I should make it into a song..." She then launched into a highly dramatic and strangely melodious tune with the aforementioned rhyming lines as the sole lyric.

Izuki couldn't stop herself. She chuckled.

There was a beat for a while after this, as the two walked on in silence. "What are you doing, though O Ball?" asked Izuki, a hint of genuine curiosity in her voice. After all, despite being who she was, a Universe of power separated her and O Ball, and she just had to know what one could do with such all encompassing power.

"Not much, actually." O Ball responded to her thoughts. "It's why I let your father come here, and have you as a daughter. Because I have nothing else to do. I might as well fuck up a few Universes and watch while it happens!"

"Selfishness, huh? You could've just said that."

"But it would be a lie, though~!" cried O Ball.

"Oh? So you have a goal?"

O Ball smirked. "That's up to you to figure out! See you later!"

Izuki sighed in exasperation. I'll die before that happens.

The sun had long since set, by the time Mina Ashido opened the letter from UA.

Of course, she had been expecting it, when it finally arrived during the afternoon. That did not mean she wasn't nervous. Scratch that, she was terrified. So, rather than opening her letter the moment she had it in her hand, Mina had gone out for pretty much the whole day, buying various dresses and enjoying ramen at Akihita Restaurant, which served the best ramen-in her opinion anyway-in all of Chiba Prefecture.

Her best friend since middle school, Ejiro Kirishima, had already called her, and told her his results. He had fifth position overall, right behind a certain Uraraka Ochako. He had tried to tell her where she was as well, but she cut the call before he could with a saying as old as time. "No spoilers, sorry!"

Finally, though, she did open it. Only to find a small disc within the letter. She was confused. Where is the letter? Did she not get into UA?

"Is this some kind of joke?" she muttered, as she began to play with the disc. She nearly dropped it when suddenly it glowed. "The hell?!"

"I AM HERE! AS A PROJECTION!"

ALL MIGHT?! Mina internally screamed.

As if in response to that, "HAHA! YES, IT IS ME, ALL MIGHT! IT APPEARS THAT I SHALL BE TEACHING AT UA HIGH!"

"No freaking way..."

"AND NOW YOUR RESULTS! FOR THE WRITTEN EXAM, YOUR PERFORMANCE WAS SATISFACTORY, BUT COULD HAVE DONE MUCH BETTER, YOUNG ASHIDO!"

1. Midoriya Izuki- 300/300

2. Yaoyarozu Momo- 295/300

3. Bakugo Katsuki- 289/300

.

.

.

40. Ashido Mina- 198/300

"YOU HAVE DONE MUCH BETTER IN PRACTICALS HOWEVER!"

1. Midoriya Izuki- 172

2. Bakugo Katsuki- 77

3. Iida Tenya- 70

4. Uraraka Ochako- 65

5. Kirishima Eijiro- 58

6. Ashido Mina- 56

"YOU HAVE GOTTEN SIXTH PLACE OVERALL, WITH 45 VILLAIN POINTS AND 11 RESCUE POINTS FOR HELPING OTHERS, WHICH IS THE TRUE MARK OF A HERO! THIS IS A GREAT ACHIEVEMENT, YOUNG ASHIDO! WELCOME TO YOUR HERO ACADEMIA!"

Mina was still trying to process it, as the hologram faded. Sixth place..right behind her best friend. She had gotten into UA! And the Number One Hero might be teaching her!

She pumped her fist in the air. "Hell yeah! I got in!" she shouted for all to hear. Her mother came in, to see her daughter jumping with joy. "Mom! I got in! I actually got in!"

"That's amazing, Mina!" cried her mother, hugging her tightly. Her father soon came into.. "Congrats!" he said warmly, before joining them in the hug.

After a lot of talking and partying, Mina finally went to bed.

Only to take out the disk and watch the whole thing again, just to convince herself that she had indeed seen what she had seen. She frowned when the list came up though. Only now did she notice the difference in points between the first position and all the other positions was huge. And the same person had topped the written exams as well with a hundred percent score.

Midoriya Izuki. 172 points for Practicals, 300/300 for Written.

She got up, and went over to her computer, running a quick search for Midoriya. Only to find..nothing. No heroes, no villains, no huge company. Nothing. The Midoriyas, apparently, were nothing special. Yet one of them had utterly crushed the Entrance Exam.

Mina grinned. She did love a mystery. And here was one to fulfill her taste!

Momo Yaoyorozu considered herself smart. She had to be, considering the nature of her quirk, 'Creation', which gave her the -as her friends described it- 'utterly broken', power to create whatever she desired, as long as she knew the exact chemical and physical makeup of the same, and consumed enough food. Her knowledge was truly immense, easily eclipsing every other student in her private school. She wasn't being arrogant, but she did feel that she would be the one to top the Written Exams of UA High.

So it came as a shock, when she found that she had been completely outshined by one other student. Midoriya Izuki, with a perfect score. Momo was stunned. "H-how?!" she whispered to herself. She did the same as Mina, running a search in the Internet for whoever this Izuki Midoriya was. And just like Mina, she found nothing.

This can't be..she thought. How can someone so intelligent go unnoticed like this? The UA Exam had been tough as hell. In fact, the only reason she hadn't gotten higher than she had was because they had put in a few university level questions, which took her longer than the normal questions. For Midoriya to have aced the exam like this, she would have had to have finished those same questions, which Momo had taken as much as an hour to solve, within minutes.

Must be some kind of intelligence quirk. She reasoned.

Momo had gotten in through recommendation by some heroes for whom her father's company, Yaoyorozu Eneterprises had made support gear and weapons. She had taken part in the same Entrance Exam as Midoriya, only her Practical was on the day before. There was only one other student in the recommendation exam with her. Todoroki Shouto, son of the No.2 hero, Endeavor. He had devastated nearly half of the entire city they were fighting in with a vast glacier. She herself had managed to get about 60 points, using weapons that she had made on the fly, like an EMP, a metal staff that could conduct electricity through it, and so on. It had been nowhere near Shouto's score of nearly 198.

But from what she saw on the UA website, which published the results, Izuki had passed the Practical with consummate ease, with 172 points to Shouto's 198. That could only mean she had some kind of offensive quirk, and her passing the exam was just the result of freakish intelligence.

She resolved then, like pretty much every other student who had passed the Exam, to keep a close watch on Izuki Midoriya.

Izuki herself sat on Dagoba Beach, where she had trained for the better part of a year, quietly sipping a pineapple milkshake that she had created using pinapples acquired from India. It took her about a minute to extend her cosmic consciousness that far without hurting herself due to the sensory input, but the result was delicious and definitely worth it.

"Oooh, that looks delicious, Angel! May I have some?"

Izuki shook her head.

"Aww, come on~!" O Ball sighed, as she sat down beside Izuki. "Can't you just make one out of nowhere?" the greenette snapped at the blunette.

"Ugh, you're so boring!" O Ball complained, before manifesting her own drink, a strawberry milkshake out of nowhere.

They simply sat quietly for a while, not talking, and not looking at each other.

"So, O Ball." began Izuki. "When are you going to let my..um..father give me that gift you talked about?"

O Ball chuckled. "That's faaar in the future darling! For now, just focus on keeping your identity secret, eh?"

Izuki snorted. "Yeah, that's going to be soo easy."

"Of course it is! You have literal mind control!" cried O Ball.

"Yeah. But I'm guessing that that would be no fun at all for you, would it? So you'd probably use your crazy power to make sure that others stumble upon me doing something utterly impossible, and I'll have to find some way out of the situation that doesn't send me to a super secret government base to be experimented on."

"Exactly! Easy, right?"

"...Sure." replied Izuki.

"By the way, how did you create those genes and protein chains? I thought we expressly agreed that matter creation and destruction was off the table for you!" O Ball spoke in a miffed tone.

"Yeah, we agreed on that..." A mischievous glint appeared in Izuki's eyes. "And only that. We never agreed that I couldn't make a pocket dimension within which I could store any amount of material I wish to make whatever I want!"

O Ball laughed. "Good move, Angel. Good move indeed. But..." she leaned in. "I already knew that."

"And?" Izuki stared right back, not flinching under the steely gaze of O Ball. "And..." she continued to hold Izuki's eyes, while she grinned playfully. "and now it's my turn."

Kurogiri sighed as he began cleaning up the ash on the table, that had come about as the result of his young charge, Shigaraki Tomura, disintegrating yet another cup of wine because he lost a game.

Said man child was currently raving about how the game was so unfair, and it's bosses had 'OP stats'.

Not for the first time, the well dressed and polite mannered bartender wondered just what his Master had seen in Shigaraki. Sure, the man had a natural charisma, and could sway legions of villains to their side..but he was utterly childish, and when he didn't get what he wanted, he often ranted about how unfair it was.

Not for me to question. Thought Kurogiri, shooting a glance towards the television screen mounted on the wall, beside a torn and defaced All Might poster. It was nothing more than a black screen at the moment, but that could change at any time. Master works in mysterious ways..

Suddenly, the door to their bar crashed open. Shigaraki stopped his raving, and glanced at the door.

The both of them were stumped by the sight.

Walking in, completely confidently, was a young girl, looking barely ten years old. She had a head of sky blue hair and matching eyes. She smiled at the bartender, and proceeded to sit down beside Shigaraki, whose mouth was hanging open. She ignored him completely. "I'll have a martini, if you please." she said, her brilliant smile still on her face.

Kurogiri blinked. "You're underage." he noted.

The girl laughed. "Sure I am! But.." she dropped her tone. "This is the League Of Villains, right?"

Both of them stiffened. "What the hell?!" Shigaraki shouted, his hand twitching dangerously on the counter top. "How do you know that?" asked Kurogiri, cautiously. They hadn't even made themselves official yet. How could she know?

"Oh~, I just do! And since you already are villains, what would you care about breaking the laws a little more, and giving a poor underage girl some alcohol?"

A soft beep echoed throughout the room. Kurogiri snapped his neck around, not even caring for the pain the whiplash movement caused.

The television screen now glowed with the letters, 'AUDIO ONLY'.

"Interesting." the voice sent shivers down the spine of both adults. The child merely continued to smile, as she stretched her hand forward like rubber, and snatched a wine glass, as well as a bottle of wine.

"Thanks." she said. Both adults turned to see her sipping on the glass, filled to the brim with wine. "What do you thin-"

"Save it, Shiggy." snapped the girl, shocking them into silence. "I'm here to speak to your leader. You there, All For One?"

There was silence for a minute or so. Shigaraki looked just about ready to murder her. Kurogiri was uneasy. The girl had just referred to his Master by name. A name no one in the world, except a very few, could know. And she had addressed him so casually, like he was just another person she was talking to, not the near mythical King of the Underworld. Who does she think she is?

Then a rich, melodious chuckle filled the room. "Indeed I am. And who are you, young lady?"

"Call me O Ball." said the omnipotent deity. "I have some..information."

"Regarding?"

"Everything you ever need to know about UA's Hero Course class 1A." Her smile turned malicious, as the two villains with her let out gasps. "Their quirks, strengths, weaknesses, parents, names, and addresses. In Shiggy boy's terms, the stats and power levels of every enemy you will ever face."

"Th-th-that's impossible!" protested Kurogiri. "UA would never publish such information!"

"Indeed, Misty Man." she laughed at her own nickname. "But.." she snapped her fingers, causing a small book to appear on the table, with the flamboyantly scripted title, 'Guide to defeating Class 1A, and breaking All Might's spirit'.

Shigaraki switched his gaze to the book, and upon reading the title, snatched it up, and began thumbing through it. His crazed eyes grew wider and wider. Kurogiri glanced at it, and was stunned as well.

Every page was filled with illustrations and descriptions of various students. O Ball continued calmly sipping her martini while she watched the two flip through the book.

"Well, Kurogiri?" asked All For One. "Is it true?"

"I don't believe it..." muttered the bartender, before turning to the television. "It is, Master. And incredibly well detailed. There's even personality descriptions! We could sway some of them over to our side from that!"

All For One stayed silent for some time, considering. Then he asked the question on everyone's minds. "Who are you, really?"

"The Game Master." O Ball replied, smirking.

SOM- PLEASE LET ME OUT I WON'T TROUBLE YOU AGAIN I SWEARRRR! OH GOD NOOOOO...

O- Mm...no. Get yourself out. I'll be watching up here, along with all your readers! Good luck! *maniacally evil laughter*
