Aemilia would end up leaving the Devorak household sooner then planned for her new job as Lady Nessa's private maid. Unplanned change came also when Praetor Vlastomil came to tell her that he wasn't deserving of her love after what he been through and he was still forgiving himself. Someone with a big smile that lit up the room and saw the world through eyes that don't judge others around her. Time and patience was going to be needed for him to return her feelings at a slow pace. Had her willing to wait for as long as he needed her while visiting her from time to time to check in with her. She accepted these intestacies in her life whole heartedly and ready to see where she went.
"I want to thank you both for what you did for me." She faced Jewel and Julian.
"We were happy to have you." Jewel hands her a basket.
"Does she have to go?" Julian sniffled.
Julius rolling his eyes at his father for the crying fit he was having over Aemilia leaving after just getting use to her. Taking a handkerchief from Kipling to pass to his father to wipe away his countless tears and blow his nose. Trying to sound comforting to him about them being able to see Aemilia when they visit the Palace or when Lady Nessa drops by.
"He always going to be like this?" Kipling wondered about Julian.
He ended up getting his answer when Julian stared at him through watery eyes with a sniffle or two with wobbly lips. Got him blinking a few seconds before turning away and trying his best to ignore Julian making a scene. Wishing he came up with an excuse to not be here and watch Aemilia off to what would be her new life. Watching Jewel hand over a handleles bracket full of personal items before for be a gift from all of them. Had a piece of cloth that was hand embodied by Grandma Mazelinka covering the top as one of the few personal touches.
"We added a few things to make sure you take pieces of us with you." Jewel explained the baskets contends.
"I even helped out." Julian mumbled.
Jewel patted him on the shoulder with nod of her head as Aemilia tried to not break out into tears when she clench the basket. Ready to shed a few tears of her own for the kind farewell she was being given before leaving. Since the Devorak family been the kindness people beside Lady Nessa to ever open their home to her. Allowing her to help them out from running the shop with Jewel to learning a a bits of medical knowledge from Julian. Were memories that were going to stay with her and re- played in her head as she stood there. Knowing she was keeping the carriage outside the shop waiting for her even after her bag was packed and loaded.
"Your welcomed back anytime." Jewel reached out to teary eyes. "We can have tea and just chat."
"That would be nice." She and Julian both answered.
"Dad!" Julius leered at him.
He ended up telling his dad that his mother meant that open invite to only Aemilia and not him with a gruff sigh. Not like Julian cared when he ended up watching Aemilia hand the basket to footsman so she could Jewel one last time. Telling her to keep her promise about the future tea for two they would have together with her tears drying up. Backing away from Jewel as she looked to told Julian how she was going to miss his dramatic antics. Got him to fry even louder as the number of tears doubled with him unable to use his words to talk.
"I threw in some of wooden animals." Kipling winked. "Arrange them any way you want."
"Come by anytime and I'll give you a free card reading also." Julius mumbled.
He then become red faced when Aemilia said how she looked forward to having him tell of her future with his playing cards. Before she surprised him with a quick hug of her own before she pulled away and ran out the door. Waving the whole and telling them all she was going to remember the four of them among her most treasured memories. disappearing within the carriage when she helped inside the small space by the same footman.
"Now its down to four." Julian dubbed at corner of his tears.
"You make it sound like they're is something wrong with us." Kipling walked pass him.
"Fact neither one of us can have kids." Julius followed him.
"I thought we agree you would stop bringing that up." Jewel looked at Julian.
Julian ended up folding the borrowed handkerchief within his hand as a way to deny he didn't break her new rule. One being he still can't still talk about kids in front of his son and Kipling to fill a void his daughter left. Knowing she was coming back with a training as a nurse to help him and her mother in their shop. Besides also becoming engaged to Viscount Nairyosangha with ring already in her possession.
"They grow up so fast." Julian sighed happily. "One minutes they are crying for you to stop singing and then their..."
Looked over to Julius and Kipling standing bear the front desk and looking over the empty jars on the self that need refills. One had the clipboard with inventory list and charcoal pencil as other was calling out or checking the ingredients. His eyes fell upon his son and how he could see his noticeable physical features with Jewel's personality. Brought fresh batch of tears at the smaller version of his son once ran around the shop just chasing Malak.
"Soon he'll be starting a family of his own." Jewel took one of his Julian's arms.
"I always thought Kipling was apart of our family." Julian shared.
"I still want them married." Jewel poked Julian's side. "I will not have a family tradition stop."
"Actually getting married in Vesuvia during the spring." Julian corrected Jewel. "Been happening way before we got married."
He ended up having one of his arms taken by force, so she could pull him down to her height and forcefully kiss him. Placing the smooch on the side of his mouth just when the corner met the cheek area. It was light and not to sloppy when she pulled away and left Julian in a state of shock from her kiss.
"I've a forging for herbs I can't find in the markets." Jewel headed toward the boys.
"We're on buying duty for the ones in the markets?" Kipling looked between Jewel and Julius.
He got a nods from the two of them as Julius handed over the made of list to her after done writing everything down. Jewel sighed knowing she would have to swing by Mureil's hut for aid in a few of the herbs and flora. Already making plans on what she was going to bring him since she last swung by for his help when she went forging.
"Julian I am going to be leaving you at the shop." Jewel turned to face him. "You going to be fine alone?"
"..." He still stood there.
Kipling was the one that sighed and ended up walking up to a frozen Julian with one his hands slowly rising toward him. He the angled his hand in front of Julian's face while using the other to get Jewel and Julius to back up. They did when he gulped and position his pointer finger and thumb together to do a snap. He ended up doing close enough to Julian's face for effect.
"WHAT?" Julian asked finally moving.
"He's alive." Julius falsely cheered.
Jewel would repeat her question to Julian about him being alright by himself within the shop with her and the boys being away. Got a few blinks from him as he tried to process what was told him about being left alone. He slowly turned toward the trio with he's head first after his body followed as he kept his eyes on Jewel.
"Repeat. Please." He didn't quite understand.
"You going to be fine alone?" Jewel asked again.
"You know, since Juliana or Narseh aren't going to be here to entertain you." Julius moved his hands around.
"Now I worried he's broken." Kipling slowly watched Julian.

Portia during one of her days off, ended up swinging by the shop to see if her dear brother was still alive or hadn't driven Jewel crazy. Trying to figure out which way she was going to enter since she didn't want to be attacked by attack chicken. Way that flightless bird came jump around in a small area to scare someone away always freighting matter for her. She always ended up with feathers and strands of her hey within her hair when she was trying to get away from Cant. So the back way, that led to the kitchen was completely out for her while she had the front entrance. Seeing sister- in- law and nephew in action was a welcoming sight since she barely gets to see them in her everyday life.
"Front it is!" She huffed.
She the fluffed up her hair and fixed the top of her dress before she was off toward the front door with her best smile. Making sure to grasp the knob in a turning motion she would push forward about to speak. Ready to say hello as loudly as she could to who ever was standing behind the front desk and working. She was greeted by a sight of Kipling standing in the middle of the shop with a sword in hands. He had half pulled out the sword from it's sheathe to look at the detail of the rain guard and handle.
"Hello?" He would look right at her.
"Hi and may I ask what you are doing?" She stood there.
"Check out a new blade that was sent to the shop from Viscount Nairyosangha." He sheathed the blade.
He then made his way toward packaging that laid on top of display case that made up part of the front desk. Where he laid the sheathed sword to pull out a hand written label with a address of the shop upon the surface. She would take to look over with her own eyes while he spoke about this sword being a gift.
"He found this piece from a traveling merchant and thought of you." She shrugged. "He's form of a early wedding gift?"
"Maybe, since Julian is upset he may not be present for our wedding." Kipling sighed.
Two ended up laughing at a image of Julian being completely sad sack on a day he's son was to be wed. Always trying to be the center of the attention on a day that has nothing to do with him or doesn't revolve around him.
"He's may want to come on your honeymoon." Portia tried to control her laugh.
"Please. Don't." Kipling waved a hand at her.
Two would have their laughing came to an end when Jewle stuck her head in from the back and asked how everything was. When she saw Portia beside Kipling with a smile on her face and speaking about her brother. She stuck her head back into the back and made her way into the kitchen with a amusing smile on her face. Since Julian had posed himself out on the table with a nothing but a single rose in his mouth. He ranged a wrapped box between his bare legs with one of his eyes brows in a raised position. Staring at Jewel the whole time he laid before her and hoped she get point he was trying to make. To only get a wave of her head as she hide her forming smile behind one of her heads as she looked away. Stating his sister had come by for a visit and was out front with Kipling as they speak just laughing. Left Julian suggesting all he needed was a about 15 minutes and he would have Jewel in a melt.
Got shushed off the table by her and set up stairs to put some clothes on before getting caught by his sister. He was all for since Portia seeing him in a undress stater would be something to explain since he was in a mood. Got the rose removed from his mouth in anticipation of her fingers trailing over the hairs of his body. Ended with him getting his nose held for a few seconds as she lectured him to behave and get upstairs. Got him to make a pouting face to win Jewel over and get something out of her in form of a physical delight. Further didn't come when he was tapped on the nose by the rose as a way to get his naked ass going. He did trying to say he butt at her as a way to make her regret sending him away with playing.
"Not helping and get going." She looked away disappointed in him. "Now I have to clean by table."
"I was just trying to romantic." He huffed.
"I like it better when your do that upstairs." She pointed rose at him. "If you forgotten, our son and Kipling could have caught you."
"If we get them..." He was cut off.
He ended up having his mouth sealed by a blob of silk that came from a thin piece of silk shot from Jewel's Poecilotheria metallica. His body stuck out of her brown curls with his legs navigating the silk threads. Making sure the threads that were linked to special glands located at the rear of his abdomen.
"Up stairs or you'll sleeping in your clinic tonight." Jewel pointed the rose toward the stairs.
She then reached to the silk thread to break in half and give some attention to her toward after helping her out. Told Julian he had better get up stairs and dressed before he really would be sleeping alone, this night. Giving him time to think about the relationship his wife shared with a nameless tarantula she's had. One that always seemed to be hiding in her hair and near her when she was awake or asleep. Got him to wave his head from side to side. Hurrying up stairs when he felt eyes of his wife and her nameless tarantula burning into the back of his neck.
"Don't Do Half Ass Job!" Jewel yelled after him.
She got a thumbs from him since he hadn't tried to remove the silk blob from his mouth to use his words. That had her thinking she needed to make this moment she ruined up to him since he was trying with her. Had her smirking since she knew perfect thing to do for him since his sister always took up his time. Had her turned toward the entrance way that led to the front of the shop and took a breath before shouting.
"Portia!" She released her breath. "We're back here."
That's when she got her answer from Julian coming from up the stairs about not being dressed yet to welcome his sister. Got him told that she would be the one rewarding him tonight for good behave instead of him giving her one of his surprises. Had him silent for a moment before a thumping sound was had Portia asking what her brother was up too. Kipling would say something about taking the packaging and the sword upstairs to his and julius' room for a quick minute. Got him warned to look out for Julian and his lack of clothing by Jewel before Portia blushed at the thought.
"Did I come at a bad time?" Portia asked with face turning red.
"More like your nephew is away in the Heart District of Vesuvia, treating a case of head cold." Jewel pointed the lack of people. "Kipling has been watching the front while Julian..."
"Had been pulling his usual antics." Portia looked toward the stairs.
Jewel nodded her head at her while telling her how she found Julian when she came form the small storage area. How he was posed naked on the very table that was a few feet away from them with rose in his mouth. Wrapped box between his legs was something she didn't want to unwrap with their guest in the shop.
"Forgot my brother is that kind of guy." Portia didn't want to imagine her brother in that way.
"Why I marry him." Jewel shrugged.
"Someone talking about me?" Julian came down the steps.
"Seems you were able to find your pants." Jewel turned away from him.
Portia would give her brother questionable look about what kind of trouble he got himself in this time around. He sighed and began his tale of trying to be extra loving toward his wife since his daughter isn't around to keep her company. Fill the lonely space with gestures to show he loves her on a grand scale as so she wouldn't feel lonely.
"He's been doing quite well." Jewel passed the two. "Tea?"
"Need some help?" Portia offered.
"Your a guest, seat down while Ilya comes help." She looked over her shoulder at him.
He ended up hurrying over to Jewel wondering why she called him over for something she could do her self. Got him a kiss on the cheek from from her when he ended up standing beside her and ready to aid her.
