A Hard Shock
Jade, Brandon, Angelica, and Slam all gasped.
"You're kidding! Aren't you, Breeze?" Slam asked.
Breeze sighed, "I kid you not, Slam, my grandmother is in the hospital... she's comatose."
"Well, if your granny's asleep," Brandon told Breeze. "the she will wake up in the morning, I'm sure of it."
Angelica and Jade both shot warning looks at Brandon.
"That's not what Breeze means at all, Brandon!" Jade scolded.
"Well," Brandon asked. "what does he mean then?"
"Breeze is saying that his grandmother is in a coma!" Angelica said.
Skyla entered the dance studio with Breeze's luggage in hand.
"That's right," Skyla said. "so I have to drive Breeze to the airport to catch his flight."
Once he boarded his flight, Breeze had to bid High Hope Academy good bye because he was off to Chicago to be with his grandmother in her time of need.
