Abbreviations and Definitions
ABR - Asgard Beam Rifle a rifle based off the Asgard beam has two settings one for stun the other kills. Firing a beam every two seconds.
ABW - Asgard Beam Weapon there are two variances to be used a powerful main beam weapon can be single and double turrets these have a slower rate of fire then the lower power beams used for point defense. These are used for smaller fighters.
AI - Artificial Intelligence this part of the new ships overseeing and monitoring ship operations. Helping crew to work more freely on the main problems. Can control ships' weapons and other functions. Can conduct repairs using the SBD's
AF - Air Force
ALICE - Artificial Logistic Intelligence Computer Entity or A.L.I.C.E. will monitor ship functions and will be able to reroute power from damaged areas faster. Can handle the point defenses able to track multiple targets at once. It can be in any place on the ship. We can upload any image for her to be.
AMBC - Automated Matter Beam Construction used to construct ships and other equipment and transports, etc. By entering the designs and specs on the computer. Faster and cheaper than by hand plus a better product with fewer flaws.
ATB - Asgard Transport Beam use to transport people and equipment around.
AD - Ancient Drone used by the Alterra in their city ships, warships, and outpost they have shield penetrating properties and destruction.
ADP - Ancient Drone Prototype earlier version of the ancient drone not as powerful or have the range as the later version. This was given to carter by the Alterra.
BC - Battle Carrier ship carrying other ships to do battle.
BC - Battle Cruiser term is given to a ship that is more than two hundred meters but less than three hundred meters. Like the BC-304 it is a stand along with a ship that has many functions.
BS - Battle Ship a heavily armored ship with multiple weapons made to be the workhorse on the battlefield.
CE - Corvette Escort term given to a ship that more than a hundred meters but less than 200 meters to be used as escort battleships for larger ships.
CS - Capital Ship is the ship with the highest rank or in command of the fleet on the battlefield.
CV - Carrier Vessel main carrier ship for a large strike force.
DBR - Dual Barrel Railguns - Terrain weapon for point defense used on larger ships, space stations, and ground basses against fighters and other small vessels. It has the highest fire rate of any other known weapon and it is capable of expelling one-kilogram slugs at 850km/s
DPR - Dual Plasma Repeaters- attempting to reverse-engineering the Kull Warrior's weapon, the Terrains are trying to make an incredibly powerful weapon for
ENIG - Enhanced Neutrino Ion Generators- research of the next generation of power source done as a joint project between the Asgard, Alterra, and Terrains.
FR - Fire Rate
FE - Frigate Escort term for ships more than three hundred meters but less than 400 meters to be used as escort battleships for larger ships.
HBW - Heavy Beam Weapon - Portable weapon used by infantry.
HDS - Hyperspace Disruption System- Ships are unable to go ti to hyperspace and any ships enter the field will be pulled out of hyperspace within one light hour.
HHSS - Heavy Hauler Space Ship term used with cargo ships.
IA - Intelligence Agency
IC - Ion Canon made by the Tollan just one was able to take a fleet of Goa'uld Ha'tak ships. Until Tanith came with ships that had been upgraded by Anubis. It was after this that the Tollan lost against and was nearly wiped out.
ID - Internal Dampeners- used to raise or lower gravity within a ship.
IE - Ion Engines
IF- Internal Forcefields used on ships to protect or seal off certain sections of the ship.
IT - Internal Transports
IGH - Inter Galactic Hyperdrive a fast type of hyperdrive allowing the travel to other galaxies.
ISH - Inter-Stellar Hyperdrive fast hyperdrive for in a stellar body (in a galaxy).
IMC - industrial matter converters
ITIC -Improved Tollan Ion Canon this is an improved Tollan ion canon that has been improved by the Tollan and Terrains using the information found in the Asgard data core to make them ten times more powerful than the IC.
FTL - Faster Than Light space travel

KE - Kinetic Energy energy from railgun slug has when fired
MBS - Matter Beam Storage this is to store supplies using the Asgard beaming and storing them till needed. Food, parts, weapons, munitions, uniforms, etc. Not part of the MBSS System.
MBSS - Matter Beam Safety Storage for emergencies when planets or ships or evacuated. If a ship is in failure the AI can store crew before the explosion of ship. It is made of Trinium Alloy it is the hardest the Asgard has ever come up with. Has it's own power core and shielding that can store up to one hundred thousand lives for a hundred years. The newest safety feature was the Matter Beam Storage System. The MBSS was installed on all new craft and was scheduled to be placed in all other ships on their next maintenance updates. This was to prevent the loss of life if the ship loses life support or if the ship blows up. The onboard AI would lock onto all personal on board and store their life patterns in the massive buffers of the transporter. If someone was to get spaced do to a hull breach it would automatically beam them to safety if at all possible. This system could also be used to evacuate up to ten thousand people off a planet in an emergency. It was housed in a Trinium casing with a power source for shields and cloak the AI could hide the core from enemy ships. This was something that Carter had been working on for years since the loss of the Prometheus. Then after their more recent loss of the Kidd, she was not wanting to send any more of those types of letters back to Earth.
MMBS - Medical Matter Beam Storage for critically injured personal when more then the medical staff can handle. This is in the medical bay of all ships with storage for a hundred people. Not the same as the MBSS System.
MPM - Mini Power Module these are like batteries
NI - Naquadria Intermix defines the ratio of Naquadria used in the reactor.
NIG - Neutrino Ion Generators Asgard power unit
N/N - Naquadah/Naquadria
NS - Navy Ship
LPM - Low Power Module this is the same size and shape as the ZPM it is easily rechargeable with the Asgard NIG power units. Early forms of the ZPM's, these are slightly weaker in short duration.
PPSD - Personal Phase Shifting Device got from the treaty with the Tollan.
PSM - Phase Shifting Missile used with missiles on the F-302 and R-320.
PSW - Phase Shifting Warhead is used with the warheads on the capitol ships used to bypass shields and hulls of other capital ships only to be used as last a result.
SBD - Service Bot Droid these are automated robots controlled with ships AI to repairs and maintenance on the ship.
SS -Space Ship
TA - Terrain Alliance the mandate for the Terrain Alliance was laid out in early 2017 by the end of the year. On 01 JAN 2018, The TA Council took control of all Earth's spacecraft and colonies. Earth was renamed to Terra Prime and the people were called Terrains. All space flight falls under the Terrain Council. The TA will not at on a plant with being invited to do so. The counties of Terra Prime will continue to govern themselves selves all colonies fall under the TA govern ship until they qualify to be independent under TA rules. The TA will deal with all non-TA worlds. All goods coming and going from TA worlds will be checked for contraband. Any ship in TA controlled space will be subject to inspection by the TA.
TS - Troop Support transport to move a massive amount of supplies for a forward base onto a world in enemy hands.
TT - Troop Transport to move troops around.
US - United States
ZPM - Zero Point Module power source that stores a great amount of power in a vacuum module of subspace. These are used in Alterran ships
