The next morning in the castleteria, Briar was sitting with Blondie, Ashlynn, and Dexter while eating breakfast.
"Where is Apple, she's most usually here by now," said Briar. The doors to the castleteria then opened and the whole room went silent.
"Whoa," said Blondie. They were all looking at Apple who was wearing a red t-shirt, white leather jacket, and red and gold jeans. The most surprising thing was the red highlights in her now shoulder length hair.
"Miss. White, what happened to you?!" asked Headmaster Grimm as he approached her in the line.
"What, I can't decide to change my look?" asked Apple as she walked over to Briar and the others after getting her food.
"Okay, did you lose a bet or something?" asked Briar. Before Apple could answer, something came crashing through the doors.
"Apple, heads up!" said Raven as she chased after the object. Apple then caught the thing which was a large bouncing apple and started to dribble it like a basketball before tossing it back to Raven who used her magic to destroy it, splattering applesauce all over the place.
"I was… chasing that thing… all over campus," said Raven as she breathed heavily.
"Think I need to re-think that rubber formula," said Raven as she finally caught her breath.
"Might want to try and reduce the amount of rubber in your formula, that might help," said Apple.
"I figured that out while chasing the appleball around, mind helping me out after class?" asked Raven. Before Apple could say a word, Daring stood up from a different table and yelled.
"Alright, what the hex is going on here?!" asked Daring as everyone stared at Apple and Raven.
"What's wrong with you, Daring?" asked Apple with a confused expression.
"I'm the one who should be asking that of you, Apple, you're acting like a Rebel!" said Daring.
"Maybe that's because I've decided to give flipping the page a chance, and you can kiss marrying me good-bye," said Apple as she sat down and started eating while everyone looked on with shocked expressions but Raven who was trying to stop from laughing at their reactions.
