Harry awoke slowly from such a wonderful dream. He was dreaming of a meadow of wildflowers, fresh bread, and red hair. As he woke, the images faded but not the smell. Harry felt a warm hand stroking his cheek lightly. He cracked one eye to see Ginny leaning over him very closely. She was close enough that he could see the smile on her face without his glasses on.

"Morning, love," Harry whispered returning her smile.

"Happy birthday, love," Ginny leaned in kissing him with so much love, it left no doubt in Harry's mind how she felt.

"Thanks," he breathed as Ginny pulled back. "I could get used to that as a wake-up."

"So could I, but…" she trailed off. Ginny glanced behind her as Ron turned over in his sleep. "Mum's the only one up, but she's making breakfast. If we're lucky, we might get a few minutes alone later."

"I look forward to it," Harry smiled. He reached out pulling her into another kiss. He pulled away very reluctantly. "You better get downstairs before your mum comes looking for you."

"See you down there," Ginny nodded as she handed Harry his glasses. With another look at Ron, Ginny gave Harry one more quick kiss. "I love you."

"I love you, too, Gin," Harry smiled as she stood. Ginny gave him a sly smile as she slipped out the door.

Harry dressed quickly before descending the stairs. He could smell the scent of Molly Weasley's cooking from the top of the stairs at the attic landing by Ron's room. He knew he would never tire of the delicious food Mrs. Weasley always made. A stray thought flew through his mind as he passed Ginny's room. If he asked Ginny to marry him after the war was over, Mrs. Weasley's cooking would be an even more regular occurrence. Harry grinned inwardly. That was a happy thought.

Ginny looked up as Harry entered the kitchen. She gave him a questioning look. Ginny must have seen his smile. Harry shook his head slightly with a flick of his eye to her mother to let her know it was something he couldn't say in front of people. Ginny smirked slightly, giving him a small nod.

"Happy birthday, Harry dear," Mrs. Weasley smiled as she turned to see him. Harry was about to thank her when she snagged him by the arm, pulling him into one of her infamous bone-crushing hugs.

"Thanks, Mrs. Weasley," Harry gasped out when she finally let go.

"You sit and eat," she told him as she patted his shoulder. Harry only nodded.

Harry sat across from Ginny so they could at least look at each other. He was seriously starting to dislike having to hide their relationship from everyone. Ginny gave him a smirk over her teacup as Harry felt her foot rub up and down his leg before her mother turned back to the table with two plates of food.

"Eat up, dears," Mrs. Weasley smiled brightly. "Ginny, we have a busy day to get ready for tonight."

"Tonight?" Harry asked confused.

"Your party," Ginny answered, rolling her eyes.

"Oh," Harry looked away sheepishly.

After breakfast, the day became a whirlwind of activity around the Burrow. Harry was helping with the preparations for the wedding while the Weasleys, Hermione, and Fleur were setting up for his birthday party and the wedding. Several times throughout the day Harry was able to catch Ginny alone for a few minutes. They were almost caught by Mrs. Weasley as they shared a heated kiss in the reception tent if not for Mrs. Weasley yelling at Ron to stop goofing off before she entered the tent. Harry and Ginny had hurriedly broken apart, running to opposite sides to return to decorating. Mrs. Weasley had eyed them with a suspicious look at Ginny's rumpled hair but said nothing.

Later, after a delicious meal of all of Harry's favorites and a large cake, Harry sat opening his gifts. Some were books, like one from McGonagall about teaching. Harry had looked at her with a raised eyebrow, but she only nodded in return. Others had a more practical use, such as the multi-tool knife Charlie had given him or the wand holster from Flitwick. The diminutive professor had commented that it was always a great thing to have one's wand close at hand. Bill waved him over to a large present that still sat on the table.

"This is from me and Fleur," Bill grinned.

Harry tore the wrappings off to reveal a tabletop Quidditch game. "Wow! Uh…Thank you!"

"That's so wicked!" Ron exclaimed.

"Wanna try it out, Harry?" grinned Bill as Harry stared at the miniature pitch.

"Sure," Harry shook off the shock.

"Since it's two players aside, let's have a little tournament?" Charlie suggested.

"Yeah!" Fred hollered.

"Everyone, grab a partner," George yelled as he pulled Fred closer.

Harry looked around, expecting Ron to grab his arm, but Ron was pulled over by Hermione. Harry jumped slightly as a small, but familiar hand pulled his arm to the left. He turned to see Ginny smirking at him. Harry considered his options about hiding their relationship, but he knew Ginny was sneaky enough to help cover any slips they might make. Harry winked at her slightly with a small smile.

They drew numbers that Molly had written out quickly for the eight teams. Ginny drew the fourth slot for her and Harry. Hermione had drawn the fifth slot. Ron had a smug look on his face until he realized he and Hermione were up against Harry and Ginny first. Professors McGonagall and Flitwick went up against Charlie and Mr. Weasley first. Molly and Fleur's little sister were up against Remus and Tonks. Bill and Fleur grinned as the met Fred and George in the first match.

The rest of the family gathered around to watch as Bill and Fleur beat Fred and George quite handily because Fred and George were too busy commentating the match to actually try playing. In a shocking turn, Molly and Gabrielle beat Remus and Tonks with an amazing turning catch of the small Snitch. Charlie and Mr. Weasley barely scraped out a victory over the two Hogwarts professors. Then it was time for Harry and Ginny to face Ron and Hermione.

The match was one-sided, to say the least. Harry and Ginny jumped to a three-hundred-point lead before Hermione, who was controlling the Chasers, got a lucky shot past Harry's Keeper. Harry shared a look with Ginny before he sent their Seeker after the Snitch. After the match, Ron and Hermione started to bicker about which of them was at fault for losing that badly. Harry and Ginny shared an eye roll.

Harry and Ginny went on to beat Charlie and Mr. Weasley with another brilliant Seeker catch by Harry's player. Bill and Fleur made short work of Molly and Gabrielle, much to the younger girl's annoyance. Bill was all smiles until he looked across the small pitch to see the determined look in Harry's eyes and his sister's patented blazing look staring back at him.

"Bes' ov luck, leettle brozzer," Fleur smiled.

"You too, sis," Harry grinned. "You're gonna need it."

Fleur pinched her lips at Harry for a few seconds before laughing. Ginny gave Harry a look that told him she was seeing Fleur in a new light. Harry only nodded slightly. Bill looked between the three of them as Fleur inhaled sharply raising her eyebrow to Harry and Ginny. Harry shook his head with a pleading look.

"Did I miss something here?" asked Bill.

"Non, Beel, jus' an understanding b'tween 'Arry and I," Fleur answered cryptically.

No more words were spoken as Harry and Ginny started the match. Ginny's Chasers her flying circles, literally, around Bill's Keeper. She was almost scoring at will. Bill was frantically trying to stop her by couldn't. Finally, one of Fleur's Beaters missed a Bludger, only to hit the Quaffle to one of her Chasers by mistake. Harry saved the shot before spotting the Snitch. With a nudge to Ginny, Harry sent his Seeker after it. Harry made his player do a backflip on his broom to catch the little ball to end the match.

"And the crowd goes wild!" Fred and George yelled as the rest of the family cheered.

Harry and Ginny laughed happily. Without thinking they hugged each other. They stared at each other for a few seconds, Harry and Ginny both wanting to celebrate with more, but thought better of it for the moment.
