Chapter 15
Chaos Kin Replica
Palutena
Palutena woke up the next morning, with everyone glancing at her.
"Did I do something?" she asked.
"Tell her, Iris," said Talia.
"No, I can't tell her! Otherwise we'd have a big problem!" said Iris.
Talia sighed. "Do you have to keep it a big secret from her?"
"It's fine," said Palutena. "She did say that we'd have a big problem. And I prefer not to have any spoilers. They make battles really boring, wouldn't you agree." She hopped out of bed. "Something like a spoiler would ruin a battle. Plus, if it's going to be a problem that could cause me some serious trouble, she shouldn't tell me. Although I think I might figure out what it is…" She looked thoughtful for a moment. Then, she shook her head. "Never mind! We've got things to do! Come on!"
A little while later, they were standing on the battle arena, doing more sparring. Palutena was now paired up with Lyna, so the Princess and Carissa wouldn't argue again, and break an oath that Izira and Pit had made them swear on. Breaking an oath was bad enough.
"Everyone's doing good!" called Talia.
"I think we can end practice now," said Izira.
That's when the twins arrived. With a Chaos Kin replica.
Palutena felt dizzy. Her vision went red.
"Lady Palutena!" yelled Pit, running to her aid. He held her as she started to black out.
Talia glared. "All right!" she said. "Let's do this!"
She blacked out, at that moment.
A/N: This section is the battle since Palutena is not present. It'll be seen as a normal POV (Point of View) until Palutena wakes up
Pit stood with Palutena, while the others fought the twins.
Dark Pit started fighting the Chaos Kin replica, which, when done, exploded into crystal shards.
"An evil plot by the twins!" said Viridi.
"Time to deal with Mephisto and Praxina now!" said Izira.
*Another time skip*
"We did it!" cheered Dark Pit.
"And it looks like Lady Palutena is waking up," Pit said, relieved.
A/N: Time to get back to Palutena
Palutena woke up on the arena.
She glanced around. No Chaos Kin.
We defeated it," explained Dark Pit.
Everyone cheered, and started chatting, while Palutena and Pit talked about what had just happened. A magical moment, to be found, thought Palutena.
She smiled, as everyone cheered once again.
"Oh!" said Viridi. "I almost forgot to mention! I have a guard in the Forces of Nature, Ameraco."
"Smart calling there," said Palutena
Everyone did one last cheer, before heading back.
