"I was told I could never be a hero. Everyone believed that I couldn't do anything to help anyone because I was deemed quirkless. The person I thought was my best friend became my bully. I was his favorite target. I couldn't do anything to stop him, and our teachers only encouraged him. I remember the day the world seemingly turned against me. I remember it all too well."
The doctor said, "It's not happening". "What do you mean?" Inko asked. "He'll never get a quirk. Early quirk research shows that those who manifest a quirk only have one joint in their pinky toe. As we humans evolve we lose the things we no longer have a use for. This marks the process of evolution. Your son still has tow joints" He said with a stone-cold face. She replied with "Are you certain?".
The doctor said "Ma'am you're a fourth-generation correct? Quirk user that is". She answered, "Yes, I can pull small objects towards me. My husband has a fire breath quirk". "Exactly. Your son should have shown signs of getting one or the other or a combination of your quirks. So I'm sorry but he will never have a quirk" He said. Throughout the conversation, Izuku was in shock. He hadn't heard a single word since the phrase 'It's not happening' was said.
Inko took him home and put him to bed. It was late at night when 4-year-old Izuku was woken up by yelling. He asked "Mom? What's going on?". Inko didn't hear him because she was in a shouting match with Izuku's father. "WHAT DO YOU MEAN ADOPTION!? HE'S OUR SON HISASHI! WHETHER HE HAS A QUIRK OR NOT!" She yelled into the phone. 'I know dear, it's just that he was meant to inherit a combination of our quirks'.
This made Inko even angrier. "SO WHAT?! HE'S STILL OUR BABY BOY! ACTUALLY NO! YOU'VE MADE IT ABUNDANTLY CLEAR THAT YOU ONLY WANTED A CHILD SO THEY COULD BE STRONG! WE'RE GETTING A DIVORCE! YOU'RE NO LONGER WELCOME IN THIS FAMILY!" She slammed the phone down after the last sentence. A young Izuku with tears in his eyes said "Mommy, Daddy doesn't want me".
It wasn't a question. Inko had hoped to keep it a secret from him longer than all of 3 minutes. But he would have figured it out sooner rather than later. Even at the age of four Izuku was probably the smartest kid in his grade. All Inko could do was hug her son and say "He may not want you baby, but I will never leave you. You are my baby boy and nothing will ever change that. Okay, Izuku?". The young boy could only nod his head.
Ten Years Later; Some Lab in Japan:
"So, doctor what did you want to see me about?" A young man wearing a dismembered had as a mask asked. "I called you here to show you my latest creation. The thing's only purpose is to cause mass hysteria and panic" The doctor said. As this was said a curtain was pulled back revealing a very grotesque mutated human. The man in the mask said, "It doesn't look like the other Nomu that you've created".
The doctor said "That's because it's not a Nomu. This is something entirely different. It has been hardwired to infect people and spread its disease across Japan. It has two kinds of venom. The first being the one used to infect. When this venom is injected into a person they will feel unimaginable pain. After about fifteen or twenty minutes the person will mutate into an infected". "The second venom?" The masked man asked.
"A combination of Black Widow, Wolf Spider, and Brown Recluse. Unfortunately, the concoction isn't likely to kill All Might. However, if someone weaker than All Might, say Endeavor, comes into play then the venom will surely kill them. All that's left to do is release it and let it wreak havoc on society. Would you like to do the honors young master Shigaraki?" The doctor said. "Oh no, no, doctor This is your creation you should do it" Shigaraki replied.
The doctor said, "You're too kind sir". The doctor hit a button on a remote and the cage under the monster opened up releasing it into the sewage system. "Oh, I almost forgot young master, it infects people by biting them. So this shall be interesting". Shigaraki took his mask off and replied "Oh, I most certainly hope so".
A Few Hours Later; Musutafu Japan:
Izuku was lost in thought as he inspected the damage done to his notebook by Katsuki Bakugo. Izuku could never break the habit of calling him Kacchan. Izuku's friend turned to bully made it a point to try and crush Izuku's dreams of being a hero. Today was particularly bad because Bakugo had learned that Izuku was going to apply for U.A. So after school Bakugo tried to scare Izuku out of it. Hell, the Explosion quirk user even told Izuku to commit suicide and pray for a quirk in his next life.
So Izuku wasn't paying much attention while walking under a by-pass. He didn't notice the thing coming out of the man-hole until it was above him. He was lucky enough to dodge the first attack. He made a run towards the open street. He hoped that a hero was near-by and could deal with it before something bad happened. Unfortunately, Izuku wasn't as lucky the next time it attacked. It pounced on him and bit into his shoulder.
It hurt so much the pain was numbing. Then someone attacked the monster off of Izuku. It was Bakugo. "Ka... Kacchan, what are you doing? Get out of here" Izuku said weakly. Bakugo replied with "No way Deku. This is how I get into U.A. without even taking the exam. I ain't backing down now". Then All Might appeared and said "Young man get this kid to safety. He was bitten".
Bakugo was torn between staying to fight and listening to the Pro. He decided he would listen to the Pro this one time. So he grabbed Izuku and started running. The monster followed suit. Izuku noticed and thought "It's only after me. Only me. So if I let it get me it could save others". With that final thought, Izuku fought against Bakugo. He eventually got free and ran straight towards the monster.
He was bitten a second time in the same place. Once the monster bit him Izuku passed out. All Might got there before the monster could bite anyone else. He was able to kill it and rushed Izuku to a hospital.
Two Days Later; Musutafu ER:
Izuku woke up in a hospital bed slightly dazed. He recalled the events right before he passed out. What he didn't expect was that he could hear his mother talking to a doctor. But his mother wasn't anywhere in his room. His sense of smell seemed to have improved as well. Then he heard the news that he wished he hadn't. Inko asked, "What do you mean he's changing?"
The doctor replied "The thing that bit him injected him with some sort of toxin meant to turn him into it. He's already changed with the increase in muscle mass. We don't know for sure if he will turn into at all or not". After hearing this he got out of the bed and ran to the window. It was a lot faster than he expected. Outside the room, Inko used her quirk to move the doctor aside and went in. She saw the open window and said, "We're on the 5th floor".
Izuku had run to Dagobah Beach to isolate himself and protect the people around him. When he got there he was reminded of what happened. It made him angry. He should've been able to do more. He heard something that sounded similar to a sword unsheathing. He looked down at his hands and saw two things that looked like blades. He looked closer and saw that each one had a tiny hole on the tip.
They were stingers. He opened his hands and the blades retracted. He sat down in disbelief. As he sat down he felt an odd sensation. It felt like an alarm going off in his head. He didn't realize that the pile of trash he sat on wasn't completely stable. So, when he sat down the trash fell and he fell with it. As he fell he accidentally pressed his middle finger and ring finger to his palm. As he did so something akin to spider-web came out of his wrist.
It pulled a fridge down as it was falling Izuku jumped up to avoid it. He jumped twenty feet in the air and landed oddly on another pile of trash. That's when his spider-sense, he decided to call it that since the only power that didn't seem to be related to spiders were the stingers, went off. He turned around to see All Might. "Your mother is worried sick about you young Midoriya," He said.
"I know but I can't stay when there's a chance that I'll end up like that thing" Izuku replied. "The doctor said that it would only happen when the survival chance is less than .01 %". Izuku was relieved. "I saw what you did young man. You ran right back to the monster knowing that it was only after you. Knowing you would most likely end up in a body bag. What you did was..."
"Stupid" Izuku said. "Heroic" Is what All Might said. "Kid you were willing to put yourself on the line just to save people you didn't know. I can tell you have the heart of a hero". Izuku started to tear up. "Thanks, All Might," Izuku said. "Kid, I will train you along with a close friend and agent of mine. We will also help you get a hero costume prepared. Something tells me you're going to be a great hero".

Quirk: Spider - Skin grows sharp scopulae hairs that allow him to cling to surfaces, can lift upwards of 9.5 tons, faster than a speeding car, enhanced reflexes, agility, sense of balance (Allowing him to stand perfectly still on most surfaces), and healing factor. Better vision in the dark than normal humans.
Possesses razor-sharp stingers in his arms just below the wrist. The release and are coated with a polyamine venom, which when shot, causes minor paralysis, and spinnerets in his forearms which he presses down his middle finger and ring finger to his palm the spinnerets release his organic webbing.
Special Move: Camouflage - When standing still, or moving slowly, Izuku can blend in with his surroundings, essentially making him invisible.
Quirk Type: Mutation/Strength Augmentation
Hey, guys OmegaV here. I know I just started my Midoriya's Bizarre Academia but inspiration struck and I couldn't get the idea to stop popping up all day. So I wrote it out. Hope you guys enjoyed it.
