This is the first half of what could have been a 30,000 word monster. The final count for this chapter is 15,596. The 15,000 half of this piece would be in the next chapter

Next chapter would be the climax and finale of the first half of the Okinawa Military Arc. After next chapter, their will be a semblance of cannon in this story.

Finally, the lemon that I've been planning would manifest next chapter. I really, really want to write the lemon that has been dancing in my head for a while now.

The Prince of Yotsuba

Chapter 9: Okinawa Military Arc Part 4

Untouchable

When the Yotsuba Clan decimated a country, a small but technologically advance country with a military might that could stand in the world stage, they became known as Untouchables.

After that incident, years after the fall of the Dahan, the Yotsuba clan became even more infamous, to such extent that they earned another name, another epithet.

Magician Killers

In the Pacific, throughout the world, the Yotsuba Clan was known as a family, as an organization that hunts Magicians, their own kin, and they were exceptionally skilled in the art of Magician Killing.

It was known that in terms of numbers; the Yotsuba is a small clan, a small organization, but what they lack in numbers, they compensate with skill.

Magicians affiliated with the Yotsuba are known to have magic skills and abilities that are comparable and/or surpasses that of world elites.

This, together with their expertise of handling all known types of magicians and their affinity in Mental-Interference magic, they became a family, organization, feared throughout the world by every magician and every magic organization.

The Yotsuba Clan had built a reputation for themselves as Grimm Reapers, Magical Undertakers that every magician with half a brain would run if there were even a single rumor that a Yotsuba is within their vicinity.

Through their reputation, the Yotsuba have also accumulated fortune and wealth.

Life, human life, whether you like it or not, is a business.

Some people would pay a lot of money in order to just to have their enemies vanish.

Killing, spilling blood is a very profitable business.

Spilling magician blood is an even more lucrative business.

Throughout the world, especially in the Western Hemisphere, there are many organizations and hate groups that loathed magicians and would like nothing more than to wipe them off the face of the world.

Some organization and hate groups even had enough resources and money to have some influential and powerful magicians killed.

And the organization that they hired to do the act was the Yotsuba Clan.

There was a market for killing magicians, a multi-million market, and the Yotsuba clan has the biggest slice of that market.

Of course, like every business, there are competitors.

In every market, especially in a lucrative market, there are those who also want a slice.

(Scene Change)

Эквилибриум (Equilibrium) is a Russian Anti-Magic military organization established in the year 2081.

Эквилибриум is Russia's, the New Soviet Union's answer for the Yotsuba Clan.

This organization in funded and task to develop Anti-Magic technology and techniques that can neutralize any magicians, regardless of origin or type. They are also Russia's hunters for Rogue Magicians and traitors.

Like the Yotsuba, they specialize in assassination and black-ops operation.

Unlike the Yotsuba clan though, they only operate within the Western Hemisphere.

Also, unlike the Yotsuba, the quality of magicians in Эквилибриум is substandard when compare to the infamous clan.

That being said, the technologies and techniques that the organization had developed in their decade-long existence was no laughing matter. From Magic-countermeasures to Magician suppression to Anti-magic combat to Counter Magic, the technology and techniques that they had developed was coveted by Military organizations throughout the world.

Magicians are important and crucial military assets, but those assets are capable of thought, meaning that there are times that the need to put down Magicians arises.

Military trained magicians are difficult to take down, and using another Military Trained magician to take down a rouge is both a waste of resources and assets.

But, with the right tools and equipment, a skilled soldier, a non-magician soldier, can eliminate a Military trained magician.

The best anti-magician equipment and weaponry is distributed by Russia, and those tools were developed by Эквилибриум.

(Scene Change)

Normally, organizations that hunts, captures, and/or kills magicians tends to avoid and ignore each other to the best of their abilities, only coming to blows if their interest clash, joining forces if the need arises, but even that is a toss-up.

Those organizations also avoid conflict or even interaction with the Yotsuba Clan.

The Yotsuba might be small in number but they have already proven their ability to destroy countries if they feel threaten. Nobody with a sane mind would go after the Yotsuba.

Nobody with common sense would tackle the unknown.

Therefore, that begs the questions.

Why is an entire regiment of Russian Эквилибриум soldiers and agents attacking a person connected with the Yotsuba Clan?

(Scene Change) (Miya POV)

Two human bodies lay dead before my feet.

My niece, Ayako-san, look horrified at the sight of death in front of her.

Although that is an understandable reaction, I cannot help but be disappointed of her.

Considering the family that she is in, who her mother is, I expected her to be more emotionally and mentally strong.

I guessed, for now, this is excusable. She is still a child after all.

Back to a much more pressing matter, I did not expect to be attack this night, much less by an Anti-magic battalion.

Russian's Equilibrium.

I gazed at my cousin coldly. I wonder what kind of stupidity he committed to provoke Russia's premier Anti-Magic Corps to go to Japan in order to kill him.

Russia is very callous in deploying their forces, especially their elites.

For Equilibriuim soldiers to be in Japan, something big must have happened and it must involved Mitsugu-san.

I'll ask him later, when everything is sorted out.

Better me than Maya.

Maya would not let this go without a fuss, and when she's involve, there tends to be blood, a lot of blood and many corpses.

Averting my eyes from Mitsugu-san, he looks so pitiful on the ground that it is difficult to look at him; I gazed at the person who had pacified the entire situation in an efficient yet ruthless manner.

Tsuyoru Tatsuya.

I have always known that he is a monster.

I am very glad that I was not mistaken with that assumption.

It is one thing to kill a human being, it is one thing to butcher and slaughter a person, it is one thing to desecrate a corpse, but for someone to kill multiple people while looking both perpetually bored and empty, now that is just inhuman.

When a normal human kills, there are only four natural emotions that he/she would display: dread, regret, glee, and/or indifference.

Dread at the fact that he/she ended the life of a fellow human being.

Regret at ending a life of someone that may be relevant to someone's life.

Glee at showing your power, superiority, and dominance upon your victims.

Indifference in the act of adding another name, another body in a ledger that is already stained with blood.

As I watched Tatsuya-kun slaughter those soldiers, I did not and could not see any of those emotions in his eyes or in his body language.

His eyes, that are more detach than unfeeling. Those eyes were literally empty, with just a small touch of absolute boredom, as if expressing his disinterest in the entire ordeal and the act, the sin that he had committed.

Such abnormal yet dangerous child.

Still, the most spine-chilling thing about him right now at present is the power that radiates from him and the threatening air that clings on his body like a vice.

He is probably the most dangerous being in the entire island right now.

The first time I laid eyes upon him a few years ago, I knew his power was immense.

Seeing him in action, I know now that I was mistaken.

His power had already surpass that level.

The child across me possesses such monstrous power that I could touch it even from this distance.

And his performance just now was spectacular, above and beyond my expectation of him.

His elegance and control over his magic is beyond this world.

His magic-casting ability is truly beautiful, otherworldly beautiful, a masterpiece that cannot be comprehended. His casting ability is enough to compensate the fact that his abilities cannot be consider magic in my eyes.

True magic is deceiving the world.

True magic is casting an illusion on the world in order to bend it to a magician's will.

Magic, true magic cannot create sentient beings, capable to thought or magic.

Yet, as I spared the Black Dragon that Tatsuya-kun summon a glance. That thing looks very alive and was brimming with Psion, something that should be impossible for a chemical congregation, regardless of its composition.

Psion holds chemical congregation together, they do not emit Psion of their own.

The Chemical congregation that Tatsuya-kun created was not held together by Psion. That dragon look to be made out of pure Pushion and it was emitting Psion in the level of an elite magician, probably a B-Level Magician.

It was also capable of using Magic. The Dragon has perform mass hypnotism on Mitsugu-san's guests.

A sentient creature, a non-human creature, capable of using magic! That is something new, even for me.

Magic cannot remove, erase concepts and laws, physics or otherwise.

From his performance just seconds ago, I know that he had removed the momentum, force, and energy applied to the bullets fired at his and my daughter's direction.

There are many methods to counteract high-speed projectiles with magic, even projectiles ejected from anti-magic weaponry.

One can use magic to create a force field, a shield, a barrier to intercept those bullets, although that method has the highest probability of failing.

The other method is applying an equal amount of momentum and force on the individual bullets to stop them at their tracks, although the control, accuracy, and spatial awareness of the user must be exceptional.

Another method is to destroy those bullets at mid-flight.

Another method is not allowing the projectile to be release.

There are many other methods, although I could not list them on the top of my mind.

Still, Tatsuya-kun did not use any of those methods or any other conventional methods. Instead, the momentum, force, and energy applied in the bullets were remove with ease by him.

In terms of true magic, that is theoretically impossible.

Magic cannot remove the laws governing reality, like physics. They can suspend it for a quick moment, bend it in a way, maybe even alter it, but that is it.

Removing those laws, that is out of the question.

Finally…

A faint light shone on the center of the ballroom.

I was fascinated at the sight of the arm, the bloody limb, that was blasted clean off Suzune-san's shoulder disappear from the ground, only to be appear on her shoulder, newly attach. Good as new, as if she wasn't shot in the first place.

I know medical magic.

Using magic to heal is only a temporary measure at best. That was the basic rule of healing magic.

By constantly recasting the magic during its effective period and repeatedly cheating the world, this was the only way to finally stabilize the illusion of healing in the actual world.

If the effective time was short, then a fresh application of healing was immediately necessary.

Also, healing magic does not regenerate or reattach limbs.

Medical magic is temporary.

What Tatsuya-kun did to his cousin looked permanent.

Magic does not heal, it does not repair.

Tatsuya-kun is a genius in every imaginable subject and concept of magic, but he is not a magician.

His powers, his abilities are too absolute for him to be a legitimate magician.

Tsuyoru Tatsuya is an anomaly, an irregular. He is insanely powerful and his combat abilities, from what I witness just now, are in an advance, supernatural level. This, coupled with his personality, intellect, and overall human and body conditioning, makes him a terrible monster that is very difficult to contend with.

It is very fortunate and lucky that my daughter has enthralled him.

Acquiring Tatsuya-kun through her is an investment worth banking on. I just hope that I don't have to force my daughter to an early pregnancy in order to poach him.

I really hope that it doesn't have to come to that.

(Scene Change) (Suzune POV)

I gazed at my right arm, my newly regenerated right arm. I flexed and moved my right arm, trying to get a better feel on my limb.

There were no irregularities. I can moved my right arm with zero problems, from my fingers to my elbow to my shoulders. There were no abnormalities.

It was like my arm wasn't shot off my body in the first place.

I marveled at this miracle although I shouldn't really be surprised.

I have seen this phenomenon more than once. I experience this miracle more than once.

From the three magic that my Primary possesses, [Regrowth] is the most unique, the most heavenly.

[Decomposition] gives him the ability to destroy anything and everything in world.

[Astral Projection] gives him the ability to bend the Elements to his absolute will.

But [Regrowth], only [Regrowth] gives him the ability to literally defy reality itself.

Among all of his magic, [Regrowth] is the most divine.

[Regrowth] was used on me countless times, especially in my first year as Tatsuya-san's Guardian.

In this year, this is the first time [Regrowth] was used on me.

And I wager that my Primary is very displeased with me at that fact.

I looked at him across the reception room and I was met with his narrowed eyes.

I wisely gazed at something else.

Being looked at him in his current mood is something that I would avoid. His eyes right now is the equivalent of the Grim Reaper's Scythe.

He must be very displeased with me, and the situation that we are in must be annoying him, which merely worsens his mood.

I looked around our current vicinity and winced at the sight of a Police Precinct reception room.

My Primary and I have committed hundreds of crimes and illegal acts but we have never been in a single police station or precinct before, we never get caught and any evidence that would connect us to the areas where we commit the illegal activity are erase completely. True, we have visited police stations and precincts before, but that was to either kill someone inside the building or to demolition the whole building entirely.

I never, force or willing, visited a police station, precinct or jailhouse before, even before I was owned by the Yotsuba and even during my two years plus working for them.

Suffice to say, the same goes for my Primary. I cannot imagine a prison capable of holding him.

Still, due to the incident that my Primary dealt with and the prompting of Shiba-dono, he and I complied visiting the Okinawa 13th precinct for questioning.

After all, it is not every day that a foreign military force would blatantly assault a group of civilians, a group of very well connected and wealthy civilians.

The fact that the military unit that assaulted us was Russia's Equilibrium is both worrying and alarming.

In the three years that I was working with Tatsuya-san, I have seen many military organizations and the two of us had picked a fight with most of them. Russia's Equilibrium is arguably the most persistent to the point that making them abandon chase reacquires my Primary to use extreme methods.

But the most alarming and worrying about this entire situation is the fact that my Primary is slowly getting angry.

An aggravated Tatsuya is a nightmare. I have seen my Primary cause massive collateral damage when he is aggravated.

An angry Tatsuya, I have not seen and I do not have the desire to see him fight when he is angered. I have the feeling that an angry Tatsuya is a calamity waiting to happen, a storm of destruction that no one can stop

I know that he is a force of nature but I don't want to see the proof of him being a force of nature.

I looked at him again, and his displeasure was clear as day. He did not want to be here.

He is irate and aggravated to be here.

If it weren't for Shiba-dono, if it weren't for Miyuki-san, he would not be here.

It is not that he has anything to be afraid of. I don't think he knows fear for that matter.

He does not have any public records, he wasn't even supposed to exist in the first place, and my public records have been tampered with to such extent that my old life is nothing more than a memory within a memory. He, the two of us, does not have any criminal records, regardless of his, our many questionable activities. So the two of us being arrested is not feasible, it is not acceptable, it is not even constitutional.

My Primary is probably displeased at the fact that he had come here and was forced to be in the room with two strangers.

My Primary dislikes people. He naturally dislikes everything that has a pulse, except for a select few.

I blame Yotsuba-dono and his upbringing.

I looked around the reception room and noted everyone in the room.

Minami-san was here, near the door. She looked very uncomfortable as she looked at her surroundings, her eyes avoiding my Primary at all cost.

That is very understandable. Minami-san is terrified of my Primary due to the outcome of their first meeting. Tatsuya-san severely injured her after all.

In his defense, Minami-san should have known better.

I then looked at the two people that I have met this evening.

The Kuroba twins, Fumiya-san and Ayako-san. They were sitting next to each other, their hands on top of one another in an innocent fashion.

They looked paled and shaken, especially Fumiya-san who still has blood on his suit.

I should really clean him up. After all, that was my blood on his suit.

The memory of what happened an hour ago is surely fresh in their minds. That kind of situation must have been a first to them and they are probably frighten and confused.

I should know. The first time I've been in an arm hostage situation, I was frozen in fear.

I then looked at Miyuki-san.

Miyuki-san is probably the center of everyone's attention at this moment.

Among everyone in the room, with the exception of my Primary and I, she looked to be the most composed. She did not look shaken, as if the almost arm hostage situation that she witness did not affect her. She did not look uncomfortable like Minami-san.

In fact, dare I say it; Miyuki-san looked a bit cheerful.

Miyuki-san is sitting next to my Primary. She held onto his right arm with both of her arms, her forehead press on his shoulder. Miyuki-san was grasping his right hand with both hands tightly while occasionally kissing him on the cheek.

This scene before me is very sweet to the point of discomfort. I know that I am not the only one who feels this way, but I guess this is Miyuki-san's way of coping with the situation.

And Miyuki-san being around and being affectionate with My Primary is probably the only reason why my Primary did not make an attempt to leave the vicinity.

Miyuki-san really has a calming effect on him.

Still, the atmosphere in the room was a bit awkward for everyone.

The sound of my Primary sighing loudly was the first sound produced in the room by the six of us.

"How long have we been here?" I could already feel the collectively cringing of half of the people in the room.

His voice has that effect on people.

"Half an hour, give or take." I answered promptly.

My Primary sighed again.

He is getting bored.

Moving his left hand, he patted Miyuki-san on the head. The delight on her face was apparent.

"Aren't you afraid of me?" He asked Miyuki-san quietly but the reception room was so quiet that everyone heard him.

My hand was instantly on my CAD.

Depending on Miyuki-san's answer, I might be signing my death certificate tonight.

If there is one thing I realize in while working and living with Tatsuya-san, it is that he needs Miyuki-san to be barely human. He will never be completely human, he does not want to be human; he does not have the capacity to be completely human. He has gone to the point of no return when it comes to his humanity.

But he can still be human. He just needed to be around two specific people.

Yotsuba-dono prefers him to not be human. Yotsuba-dono has a deep hatred for this world and for humanity. She will not like her son to develop even a small sense of humanity.

Miyuki-san, I am not sure about her but I know, when it comes to it, she has the best interest of my Primary in mind.

They are so in love with each other, to the point of obsession.

That being said, she saw my Primary fight.

Whoever sees him fight, whether you stand across him, beside him, or behind him, there is one reaction that they will have.

They will fear him.

They will be terrified of him.

Not because he would butcher his victims in a gruesome fashion.

That is not his style. He is an efficient and conservative killer.

They will fear him for the simple fact that he did not feel as he commit genocide.

I've seen this many times. People would fear someone who feels nothing and expresses nothing while killing than a person who expresses joy and happiness in the act of murder.

Miyuki-san knows that Tatsuya-san is not the most emotional or expressive person, but I fear that seeing him fight while basically showing nothing might scared her off.

And if she broke up with him, although unlikely considering that she has been kissing him on the cheeks in a minutely fashion since we got here, and my Primary gets hurt emotionally, I will kill Miyuki-san, regardless of the blade that would end my life soon after.

With that in mind, I watched the two of them intently, waiting patiently for Miyuki-san's answer.

The soft laughter that escaped Miyuki-san lips was a much more relieving sound than I would have liked.

Miyuki-san laid a hand on his left cheek. She then had my Primary looked at her, only her, as if requesting, begging him to look at her and her alone.

Suffice to say, my Primary oblige with her silent request.

They gazed at each other's eyes intently and they are seemingly getting lost in each other, again.

I think that is good.

Miyuki-san gave him a dazzling smile before speaking the words that preserve both our lives and made me respect her more.

"I know you are dangerous. You've told me before that you had killed. What I saw tonight means nothing. You killing in front of me mean nothing. It just showed me that you would protect me even if you have to dirty your hands." Leaning forward, Miyuki-san kissed him chastely before pressing her forehead on his lovingly. "I still love you and that display of power that you showed me merely wakes me want you more.."

To further her point, Miyuki-san leaned forward for another kiss.

This time though, My Primary pulled her closed and kissed her deeply. Tatsuya-san held her tightly by the waist and kissed her in the most loving way possible.

This is probably the most loving way that I've seen him kissed her.

A giggle escaped Miyuki-san's lips, signifying her glee with the affection that my Primary is showing her. I could tell that she was, once again, relishing and savoring the taste of my Primary's lips, enjoying it to her hearts content.

This sight is a relief, regardless of the fact that it is very uncomfortable seeing them so passionate with each other.

The good thing about this is the fact that my Primary gets to keep his last semblance of humanity.

Still, my Lord, those two can kiss long and hard, with emphasis on long.

I can feel somebody poking me on the shoulder. I looked at my left and the sight of the blushing Kuroba Twins greeted me.

Their mouths were wide and they were pointing at the two people who were currently exchanging saliva.

I answered their wordless question.

"They are dating." I told them while fighting back the exasperation that threatens to leak from my voice.

Ayako-san looked at me with disbelief and I could only shrugged.

Believe me; I still don't know where their attraction for each other originated.

My theory is that Miyuki-san is attracted to power and danger and my Primary is attracted to beauty. My Primary has power in spades and he is very, very dangerous, and Miyuki-san would one day grow up to be someone who would surpass Yotsuba-dono in the beauty department.

The twins continued to stare at the kissing couple for another long while before they returned their gazed back at me.

Before they could ask their question, I gave them an answer that would most likely answer it.

"They can be very affectionate and passionate with each other, and yes, they have long make out sessions."

How long have they been kissing now? Five minutes? Seven?

Those two are going to be getting it on in bed, with very little to no clothing, the moment their pheromones started acting up and by the looks of things, they will not get tired of each other.

I really don't want to visualize how adventurous those two will be in bed, which will be difficult because I do laundry back at home.

I am so getting a HAR for laundry the next time I get the funds for the house.

After what seems like hours, Tatsuya-san and Miyuki-san pulled away. I am going to ignore the saliva string between their lips.

The lovers now settled in gazing at each other's eyes in the most loving way conceivable.

"You are not afraid of me, are you?" He asked again, although the worry in his voice was gone.

Miyuki-san shook her head. "I am not." Miyuki-san's smile then took a shade of teasing. "Don't take this the wrong way, Tatsuya-kun, but, although your performance was amazing and beautiful, I expected a much more overwhelming performance from you."

Don't inspire him!

"If we ever get attack again, I'll show you something nice." Tatsuya-kun swore with a chuckle, a chuckle!

The number of times I've heard him chuckle can be counted by one hand.

That aside…

Nice!

NICE!

My Primary's version of nice is anything but nice!

"Do you want to see a [Witch] or a [Demon]?"

"NO!"

The moment I heard [Witch] and [Demon], I screamed immediately, causing everyone's attention to be turned towards me.

I felt embarrassed but really now, I don't want My Primary conjuring a [Witch], much less a [Demon]. They might be lower in power compare to an Astral Body, but those two are nasty, the nastiest type of Spirits imaginable.

Faking a cough, I spoke. "I don't think the Madam would allow you to reveal those things to anyone."

I really, really don't want to see you ever conjure those two.

A [Ghost], I am okay with.

A [Spectral], I am uncomfortable with those things around, but they are tolerable.

An [Elemental Spirit], I am really okay with those.

A [Golem], I won't lie, those are awesome.

An [Astral Bodies], as long as the elements are neutral to warm, I like them.

An [Astral Beast], by all means.

But a [Witch], or a [Demon,] especially a [Demon], I would rather live without them. I can live a long, fulfilling life without seeing another [Witch] or [Demon] ever again.

"You do know that she'll eventually see everything that I am capable of, right?" Tatsuya-san told me blankly.

He must really like to show off in front of her.

That's cute.

I just hope he did not offer to show her those nightmarish creatures.

"One day at a time, Tatsuya-sama, one day at a time." I pleaded with him.

Fortunately, my Primary complied, for technicality sakes.

"Fine." Tatsuya-san relented. "I don't have a body for a [Demon] or blood for a [Witch] anyways."

Thank you due process…and please don't glare at me, Miyuki-san! You do not want to see what kind of monstrosity my Primary, your boyfriend, is capable of conjuring.

"So," Ayako-san spoke quietly, getting all of our attention in the process. She flinched, visibly so, when Tatsuya-san's gazed lingered on her.

Don't worry, Ayako-san. That is a normal reaction when it comes to my Primary.

"I don't believe I got your name." Tatsuya-san commented while looking at Ayako-san with disinterest. He then shifted his eyes on Fumiya-san. "And I believe I want to break your neck." Blunt and honest as usual.

Fumiya-san was taken aback by those threatening words. I would bet that he does not know this yet, but an underlying expression of fear slowly manifested on his face.

What a way to make a first impression!

Miyuki-san looked amused and I had the urge to scold her.

She should know that Tatsuya-san does not joke around.

When he tells someone he is going to snap their necks, he usually follows through.

Miyuki-san tugged his sleeves to get his attention before pointing at Ayako-san. "Her name is Kuroba Ayako-san…" She then pointed to Fumiya-san. "…and his name is Kuroba Fumiya-kun. They are twins and they are my cousins."

Tatsuya-san nodded though he still looked disinterested and unimpressed before gazing at Fumiya-san at the corner of his eyes. "Can I really not hurt him?" He made a small gesture to Fumiya-san.

I decided to prevent damage at that moment.

"Fumiya-san, I think you should move behind me." The twins looked at me, both equally confused. I motioned towards My Primary. "He is very serious of wanting to break your neck, and believe me, if he wants to, he can behead you in a blink of an eye. Better safe than sorry."

I think my Primary has ended enough lives for the day.

(Scene Change)

"Russians," Mitsugu flinched at the sound of Miya's sharp voice. The two of them were being escorted to the reception room, where they could get back to their children, and Miya was currently interrogating her cousin while Honami was occupying the police that was escorting them.

Miya was anything but pleased.

Being questioned by authorities is not something Miya enjoys.

"The New Soviet Union. Russia's Equilibrium. Can you please tell me why they went after you?" Miya silently demanded, eyes narrowed, aggravation evident.

Mitsugu stood firm though, although he was feeling rather uncomfortable with his cousin's gaze.

"It's complicated." Mitsugu answered bashfully.

"Complicated." Miya repeated spitefully. "Complicated to such extent that you lost thirteen of your subordinates in one attack, in one night alone. Thirteen able magicians, gone in a snap of a finger. Can you please try and explain what kind of complicated situation you got yourself into?"

"My business, Miya-san. This has nothing to do with you." Mitsugu argued but Miya pressed on.

"My daughter could have been hurt. Your children could have died." Miya knew that she had hit Mitsugu where it hurt the most with that statement. Kuroba Mitsugu is not a good man, a Yotsuba will never be labeled as someone who is good or kind, but he is a loving father if nothing else and his children are everything to him. "If Suzune-san did not take that bullet, Fumiya-kun would be a body that does not have a heart and if it were not for Tatsuya-kun, your daughter and mine would be half way to Russia right now, and they would be treated as cattle. We would be dead, and Maya, as well as the family, would be preparing for war."

The look in Miya's eyes took a shade of fear and rage. "We do not have the resources to take down another country, especially the one the size of the New Soviet Union. We would be extinct!"

That was Miya's worst nightmare, and the same could be said for Mitsugu.

Still, Mitsugu steeled himself and remain passive. "Whatever I do, is for the family. What I do, everything I do is for the best interest of the family."

"That is hard to believe considering what happened tonight." Miya countered harshly. "You endangered three of the family's children. You had put me in a dangerous position. You lost thirteen magicians, including your guardian…"

"We have spares now…" Mitsugu reasoned weakly.

The main problem of the Yotsuba clan has always been their numbers. They have always been a strong family, but they are very few. The number of their subordinates also mirrored this, as they do not entertain any magicians that are not up to their high standards.

However, in Maya's reign, the number of able magicians that the Yotsuba could use and field has increased significantly, to the point that they now have a small militia at their hands.

But there was a catch.

"Maya's stockpiles of magicians are all stationed in Kanto and no one but Maya and whoever is running Kanto now has access to those spares. You have to ask Maya and she would not be forgiving with this blunder of yours." Miya could not grasped or comprehend how Maya was able to replenish their human and magical resources in one decade, and that unnerved Miya.

Normally, she can picked up her twin's schemes and ploys in a heartbeat.

"Still, that does not excuse your negligence."

"I have everything under control!" Mitsugu reasoned, voice increasing an octave. "What happened earlier is nothing more than a minor hiccup." Mitsugu pointed out strongly.

"That minor hiccup cost us a lot." Miya stated, daring him to tell her otherwise. When Mitsugu looked spiteful due to him not having a descent answer, Miya pressed on. "You are very fortunate that Tatsuya-kun was present in that party."

At the mention of that stranger's name, Mitsugu gave Miya a questioning look. "I have never seen that child before with any of my associates." Mitsugu commented grimly. He would remember someone of that skill.

Miya already knew that. If there is one thing that Miya knew about her protégé, it is the fact that he hates being in public and he would like nothing more than to only have a handful of people to know his actual existence.

"You don't personally know your associates."

Mitsugu could only concede with that reasoning. "Why did you allow that dangerous child to have a relationship with Miyuki-san?"

"Because he is not dangerous to Miyuki, and he is a monster that can be acquired in a few years." Miya was confident that her daughter is safe in his hands, and the fact that Tatsuya did not have an ounce of political or powerful ambitions makes him an ideal, the ideal partner for Miyuki, who was the most likely candidate for Maya's successor.

He would be Miyuki's sword, and he would still love her for it, he would not mind.

"You have seen his skills tonight."

"I've also seen his eyes." Mitsugu said, shuddering a bit as he remembered those lifeless eyes. "No child should have eyes like those.

"Regardless, his power is undeniable, and his skill is tremendous. He would be a fine addition to the Yotsuba." That was Miya's honest opinion. She would not mind having Tatsuya as a son-in-law.

"Your confidence in him is commendable, but considering who Miyuki-san is to our family…"

"I allowed Miyuki-san to have him because of who she is to the family." Miya interrupted her cousin, already knowing what would come next. "After all, when you were down, a gun press on the back of your neck, Tatsuya-kun was the one who cleaned up your mess, and he did it spectacularly."

Mitsugu looked visibly offended at that remarked while Miya gave him a challenging look. "My investment on Tatsuya-kun is an investment for Miyuki-san and for the Yotsuba, and it is an investment that will have high rewards, and it is between me, him, and my daughter. Your business with the Russians is not between them and you; it is between them and the Yotsuba. If you are incapable of settling the issue, I suggest you come clean right now so I could extend my help before Maya steps in."

Miya then stopped and turned on Mitsugu, eyes narrowed and cold. "When Maya steps in, you are on your own. Do not expect any help from me." With that said, Miya hasten her walk to create some space between her and Mitsugu.

Mitsugu looked very troubled after hearing those words.

(Scene Change) (Tatsuya POV)

So cold yet so soft, I thought to myself as I held Miyuki-hime in my arms.

She is sleeping, with her head on my chest and arms tightly around my waste.

She looked so delectable.

She is strong and beautiful, yet, like ice, very fragile, and that is very much an appeal to me.

I always wonder, ever since she allowed me to touch her in an intimate fashion, how far can I push before I break her.

I dreaded that thought yet a part of me, the me that was very much like my mother, was very much excited at that thought.

The sight of my princess broken before me, a look of ecstasy on her face as I break her, arose a feeling within me that only mother is capable of inspiring within me.

I will cross that path when I get there.

For now though, holding her delicate little body is enough and sufficient for me.

I can tell that she is bored and tired, not that I can blame her.

We have been here for an hour and a half and we have nothing to do.

I don't have a book to read.

Miyuki and I are in public with company, which means that we cannot be passionate, intimate, or affectionate with each other.

My lover and I are never much for talk. We do talk but most of the time, we spend majority of our time practicing our magic. Well, considering our circumstances, that is mostly me creating new magic sequence or elevating existing magic sequence with Miyuki-hime trying them before giving her input.

After that, we eat, we cuddle, and we kiss.

Rinse and repeat, some variation here and there but we enjoy ourselves nevertheless.

We never get bored with each other.

And as much as I would like to be intimate with her at this moment to alleviate my boredom, and as much as she would not mind my advances, I cannot due to company and location.

I gazed back at the company that we are with.

Suzune looked uncomfortable, but that is due to where she is right now.

Never understood why people are nervous when they are in a place of law. Those establishments are composed of bricks, wood, and metal. They can be destroy rather easily, and for symbols of public safety and justice, I consider that rather pathetic.

Looking at the corner, I spared a look at the personal maid of my lover. She looked rather pathetic as she stared at her master in distress, as if I am going to harm her.

I wonder if my princess would be against finding another maid. I really want to make that girl disappear.

She's an eyesore, so unlike her aunt. I respect Honami-san; I can tolerate her and her teasing. Her niece, not so much.

She fears me, and though I can understand that sentiment, I really do hope that she gets over it. I will be marrying her mistress one day so she should get used to me and quick.

I then glanced at the two new people that I met today.

They are Miyuki-hime's cousins.

And I must say, they are as interesting as dry paint.

How disappointing. I expected more from her family.

I can remember the first time I laid eyes on Miyuki-hime. Her power was apparent, potential vast like the ocean, aura cold yet beautiful, and her eyes shone with strength and elegance. She had caught my interest at that moment. She's the first person that had made me curious, aside from my mother.

Miya-dono was also an interesting and intriguing individual, even though she was dying the first time we met.

On the other hand, this two are boring to the point that I am slowly considering their existence as an insult to my lover.

I can see potential in them, and I can sense the same level of ability and talent in them that Miyuki-hime has, but the way they present themselves and the look in their eyes just reeks weakness, weakness that Miyuki-hime never had, even in our first meeting.

Again, they are so disappointing that it is difficult to look at them.

Therefore, I move my eyes to my beautiful lover. She looks very angelic that I could watch her for the remainder of my life and that would be a life well spent.

In fact, I don't mind spending my life that way.

This desolated rock that is called earth does not offer any interest in me, aside from magic that is. Still, if I have to choose magic or Miyuki-hime, I would choose my princess a thousand times over, with no hesitation.

Miyuki-hime is many times more enjoyable.

I could feel Miyuki stirring in my arms. Looking at her, it seems that she is demanding for my attention.

I don't mind.

Aside from her, there is no one in the vicinity worth looking at anyway.

I moved my hand to start caressing her hair. It felt nice. Her hair is like silk, and my fingers easily run through her hair.

I could hear her purring, signifying her enjoyment with what I am doing.

Good.

Pleasing Miyuki-hime is something that I enjoy doing.

It is somewhat therapeutic to know that my hands can do more than just ending lives.

My thoughts were interrupted when I hear the door of the reception room opening. Looking up, I caught Miya-dono's eyes.

We nodded at each other in acknowledgement before she moved towards us.

Pity, I was enjoying Miyuki-hime slumbering in my arms.

She's very comforting.

"Apologies."

"No need," I replied, although Miya-dono already knows where I stood when it comes to my princess. "I enjoy being her pillow."

"Of course you do." I don't know whether Miya-dono was exasperated or teasing.

It doesn't matter in the end as long as she approved of me. Her approval means a lot to Miyuki-hime.

"Will you wake her?" Miya-dono requested.

I shrugged before nodding.

Normally, I have a way to wake my lover but, again, current company prevents me from doing that, so I merely kissed her on the temple before gently shaking her.

Miyuki-hime stirred but did not show any sign of waking.

Sighing softly, I press my lips on her ear.

"Miya-dono is here." Those words will work better than any alarm clock.

Slowly, Miyuki-hime's eyes opened and I was greeted with the prettiest blue eyes in the world. She looked at me and the two of us shared a smile but, knowing who is standing before us, I motioned her to Miya-dono.

Miyuki-hime looked at her mother and she immediately sat up and proceeded to straighten the wrinkles on her dress.

I assisted her of course, and I made sure not to touch her inappropriately. We have time for that in the future.

"Are you ready now, Miyuki-san?" Miya-dono was used to us being 'hands-on' with each other but I could tell that she was still put-off at how we display our affection to each other. In her eyes, we are in the verge of being improper.

Regardless, as much as I respect her, I don't care. As long as Miyuki does not push me away and as long as she enjoys it, I will indulge in her flesh and body until she tells me otherwise.

That is how my mother taught me with regards in dealing with women.

"Ready, Okaa-sama." Miyuki answered politely, though the red on her cheeks say otherwise.

"Then let us depart. Say your farewell to Tatsuya-kun."

"I'll be escorting both of you to your villa." I told Miya-dono as I stood up, my eyes on Honami-san. "With all due respect, considering what happened this evening, I would rather see the safety of Miyuki-hime with my own two eyes rather than depending on someone else."

Honami-san is skilled and adequate and I can tell that Minami would take a bullet for my princess, but I am way above their level in every considerable aspect of combat.

If I have my way, Miyuki-hime would not leave my sight for the remainder of the evening.

I can probably introduced her to my mother and have that out of the way. If I'm lucky, I can have them both tonight.

But again, I respect Miya-dono and what she says goes.

"That won't be necessary." A masculine voice exclaimed loudly. I turned my attention on the third male in the room.

The look on his face and the clothes on his back, both overly formal and over the top.

I do not like him already.

"I appreciate your help in the ballroom…" I immediately turned my attention elsewhere. His voice sounded like a male cat in heat scratching a blackboard.

Filtering the man's voice, I gave Miya-dono a questioning look. "Every female in your family must have horrendous taste in men?"

"He is my cousin." Miya-dono pointed out but she seemed to look bashful at that admission.

I returned my attention back to that man, who was still speaking animatedly and seemed to be ignoring the fact that his audience was no longer listening to him.

He is directly and genetically related to Miya-dono. I let that fact sink in for a moment.

I returned my gazed back at Miya-dono.

"I guess every family has one oddball."

"Unfortunately." Miya-dono sighed in admission and I could hear Miyuki stifling a laugh.

I was not being humorous.

"So, am I allow to escort both of you to your villa?" I asked again.

"I'll feel safer if you do."

Nodding in satisfaction, I took Miyuki-hime's hand before glancing at Suzune. "Try not to get hurt." I will not even bother using [Regrowth] on her tonight if she gets hurt.

Suzune nodded, a look of determination on her face.

For some reason, I had a small urge to hit her. Her determination is misplace just like her standing beside me.

Still, her persistence, although irritating, is admirable.

I can give her that.

Assisting Miyuki-hime to her feet, I followed Miya-dono out of the room and I could already tell that Suzune was following closely behind me.

Taking five steps from the seat that I had just occupied, Miya-dono's cousin step in front of me.

I looked at him and I could tell that she was looking at Miyuki-hime and me with disapproval. His eyes were on our linked hands and I could already tell that he did not like the sight of me holding my Miyuki-hime.

He was about to open his mouth.

I didn't let him.

Using my free hand, I put it over his shoulder before gently pushing him down in a way that made him lose his balance.

He was on his knees even before I retracted my hand.

"I don't need outsiders commenting on my relationship with my princess." I looked at the kneeling man, shock written on his face. He is probably wondering what I did.

Here's a hint, it was not all strength.

Still, I cannot help but comment on the situation.

"You look good on your knees. It looks to be your natural position."

(Scene Change) (Miyuki POV)

"Was that necessary?" Okaa-sama inquired, looking at my beloved at the corner of her eye.

"No, but he was asking for it." My beloved answered dismissively. "If it means anything, I'll apologized to you."

"Will you apologize to him?"

"Do you hate your cousin so much that you want me to offed him? I promise you, there will be no body to be found." He is serious, very serious. I could tell. He rarely jokes around.

"He is not that bad." Okaa-sama, not one of your best lies.

"I want to hurt him, which is strange because I can count the number of people that I want to hurt immediately with one hand. That includes your husband, who you should really divorce." Chichi and my beloved do not get along. Chichi is probably jealous due to how easy Magic Engineering comes for my beloved.

As for the divorce, Okaa-sama should really consider. I want that person out of my life.

"Just keep your temper in check."

"I'm holding Miyuki-hime." He raised our intertwined hands in front of Okaa-sama. "And I don't have a temper. I have urges to kill, but that is only before hostiles. If there is no more fanfare this evening, I'll be good. If there are, I have no guarantees." Shivers of excitement run up my spine.

I know I shouldn't think this way, but seeing my beloved fight one more time this evening is a prospect that I would not mind having.

"If it means anything, I am not barbaric in a fight."

"I am well aware of that." Okaa-sama nodded knowingly. "I worry about them." I looked behind me, past Suzune-san and Minami-chan, to my cousins and Ojii-sama.

Fumiya-kun and Ayako-san were holding Ojii-san by the hand, and Ojii-san was speaking to them, comforting them. My cousins still looked rather disturbed by the ordeal tonight.

"I don't take they'll be able to take more deaths tonight." I can see that.

"To be a magician is to walk with death." The frost in my boyfriend's voice was comparable to the ice that I am fond of using. "Magicians, especially with their talents and abilities, should expect to see death and blood by the waves, and they should be condition to harden themselves at the sight. They will live longer and not end up in a dissection table."

Okaa-sama raised a brow at those grim words. "That is a unique way of seeing things."

"It does not make it any less true."

"Agree."

One of the things that made me attracted to my beloved is how same-minded he and Okaa-sama is. They get along very well.

"Tatsuya-kun…"

"Yes, Miya-dono…"

I don't know why, but the atmosphere between him and her became stiff.

"What do you think?"

"Equilibrium will not be Equilibrium if they do not have a follow through." That does not sound good.

What's Equilibrium?

"You've dealt with them before?" Okaa-sama inquired curiously.

"A dozen times, give or take." My boyfriend answered casually. "They are persistent, if nothing else, and they are also Russians, which makes them aggravating to deal with."

"Artillery?"

"Over reliance of artillery." My beloved confirm with a drawl. That's the first time I've seen him drawl. "They are probably compensating for something."

Was that a joke? I looked at my beloved's eyes, and there was no change.

Not a joke then.

"Can I trust you?" Okaa-sama asked, but this one has more weight in it.

"I can guarantee you and your family's safety. Even that man and his family." My boyfriend promised with a cold look in his eyes. "I do not fail"

A chuckle escaped Okaa-sama's lips. "Quite a childish notion." Okaa-sama then moved from my boyfriend's side to stand beside me.

Tatsuya-kun looked behind me and locked eyes with Suzune-san.

I glimpsed at Suzune-san.

She was not as good as my boyfriend in hiding emotions and thoughts so I could read her slightly.

The brief look that crossed Suzune-san's face the flash of emotions in her eyes was very telling. Her body stiffened a bit but relaxed in a split second.

I don't know how, but Suzune-san seemingly change in stance for some reason. It was subtle, very subtle.

My attention shifted from Suzune-san to Honami-san as she walked towards Okaa-sama.

"I've settled everything, Oku-sama. We are allowed to depart now."

"Good work, Honami-san." Okaa-sama praised her.

Honami-san beamed before casting her eyes on my beloved.

"Good evening, Tatsuya-kun." Honami-san greeted him cheerfully.

"Good evening." He returned her greeting before taking the gun that he used moments ago out of his coat before handing it to Honami-san discreetly. "Just in case."

To my surprised, Honami-san took the gun without asking while smiling. "I haven't fought in a while now."

"You constantly whacking Yakumo-sensei says otherwise." Mybeloved commented offhandedly. "Can't believe you dated the guy."

"I went on one date with him, just one!" Honami-san was annoyed when her history with sensei was brought up.

Still can't believe that Honami-san and Yakumo-sensei was an item in their youth.

"You could have done better." My boyfriend pointed out.

"You don't have to tell me that! I know I could have done better!"

This is nice. Even though we are in a precinct and the atmosphere was drench with tension, my family and boyfriend were getting along.

This is good and it is a glorious sight for me

Unfortunately, it will not last, not in this night.

When we stepped out of the precinct, I knew immediately that we have entered hostile territories.

The look of my boyfriend's eyes was the only indication that I needed.

"Stay behind me." My boyfriend whispered to me with urgency. "The same for you, Miya-dono."

"Do you need any assistance from me, Tatsuya-kun?" Okaa-sama asked cautiously.

"That would be an insult." This was a rare display of pride from him.

(Scene Change) (Suzune POV)

In my two years plus working with the Yotsuba, with my Primary, there are two military forces that I hate to fight.

Russians and Americans.

Not because I can't take them per say. I won't last a month with my Primary if I couldn't take on military-grade magicians.

I don't like fighting Russian and American soldiers because they are persistent if nothing else. This is more Russian that American.

Americans can hold a grudge like no other, and I can live with that. Russians, they are so full of machismo pride that it is difficult to have them quit a pursuit or pity them for that matter.

Unfortunately, for tonight, we are going to have Russians to deal with.

How wonderful!

I am being sarcastic.

The moment we stepped out of the precinct, I know that we have entered a battlefield.

I have entered so many battlefields in my two years plus service with the Yotsuba to know the atmosphere and the feeling of one.

Grabbing my Kumoito, I obeyed the orders of my Primary and cast a web over the entrance of the entranceway.

An entranceway that was occupied by five people, their facial features hidden behind a cap or a hood.

Of course, Russians would have the audacity to move in a government establishment.

Two people started to move.

One walked past my Primary.

The other walked passed Honami-san.

The one who passed my Primary was not able to take more than three steps from hm.

My Primary grabbed the man's hand and proceeded to flip him over his back. Dropping a knee on the man's chest hard, he retrieved a handgun and a knife from the man's belt.

I know the gun-laws and magic-laws in Japan. The amount of permits that civilians need to carry a gun or CAD in public is hellish.

I also know the guns produced and issued in Japan. The gun my Primary swipe was not produced in this country.

And the knife, only Russian soldiers used that kind of knife.

Every military in the world uses very distinct equipment and tools.

Holding the knife by the blade, my Primary threw the blade to the farthest Russians in the entrance hallway, a person who had already drawn his gun.

The knife landed squarely on his forehead, penetrating his skull, effectively killing him.

Of course, he won't show mercy and of course, he would go for the kill.

The one who walked passed Honami-san was at the process of drawing his gun but Honami-san was faster. Gun drawn, Honami-san tripped the man to the ground and pointed her handgun at the man's chest.

"I won't do that if I were you." Honami-san had a playful tone but there was steel in her voice.

There were two more men charging at the sides.

There weapons are draw and were already pointed at the Kuroba family.

So, they are the associates, huh?

I pity them.

Yotsuba-dono will give them hell in the near future.

For now though, the priority is keeping them alive.

Strumming the thread of the Kumoito, I forcefully shifted the arms of the men to the side so that the guns are no longer pointed at the Kuroba family.

With a pull of the Kumoito's handle, I hanged them.

I closed my eyes and stifled the sound of the two men choking and fighting for air.

I will never get used to that.

"So this is your weapon, Suzune-san." I heard Shiba-dono commenting. I looked at her and was stunned at the sight of her touching the thread of my Kumoito.

Strange, only my Primary and Yotsuba-dono were able to detect and touch the threads of the Kumoito.

"Crude, but effective." Shiba-dono commented while four gunshots echoed loudly.

The two men that my Primary and Honami-san neutralized were now dead. My Primary busted his victim's head with a pointblank shot while followed by a shot in the heart, a signature of his. Honami-san shot the man that she had taken down in the heart twice.

I know Russian handguns. Those shots fired on those areas are enough to offed people.

I could feel that the two men struggling one my 'web' finally went limb but, I know, that does not guarantee death.

Russians, if anything, are persistent, stubborn, and loyal to the hunt.

You need to put them down for sure if you want them to stop hunting.

With a twist of the handle, I could hear the sound of bones twisting.

I broke my captives' necks.

They are done for.

With a strum of my Kumoito, I let their bodies fall to the ground.

Two more names added in my ledger.

"You can mourn your humanity later." My Primary's voice echoed into my ears. "Make sure no one gets out." My Primary ordered as the wings of his avatar appeared on his back.

The sound of rushing footsteps reached my ears as well as the sound of two, three rushing vehicles. In the side of the vehicles, rifle barrels were visible.

I am cursing Russia's or should I say the New Soviet Union's reliance and application of heavy artillery.

A twist of the handled and looping the base thread of my Kumoito, the entrance door was now effectively locked by a series of loops that formed a mesh barricade. A quick input on my CAD, I applied three layers of Data Fortification on the door.

The sound of rifles firing rang in my ear.

Those Russians have opened fired at us.

Unfortunately, they won't even scratch the shield that my Primary erected.

I looked at my Primary, only to see him standing in front of Miyuki-san and her family, the Dragonic-wings of his avatar protectively covering everything in the entranceway. The bullets, fired from High-caliber Anti-magic rifles were bouncing off harmlessly on those wings, which I assume are now as hard as titanium.

Ten seconds passed and the shooting stopped.

But it was far from over.

Those vehicles will make another passed.

Unfortunately, my Primary would not let them reach Miyuki-san again.

He walked, stalked actually, out of the entrance hallway. He recalled his Avatar's wings. He must have deduced that level of defense is too much for the current situation.

My Primary likes to avoid overkill.

The moment he stepped out of the entrance hallway, a hallway that provided some cover for us, bullets flew at him at high speed.

I could hear Miyuki-san screaming at Tatsuya-san in worry but her screams died when she witness the bullet phasing through him.

[Spatial Distortion], one of the most unique Decomposition-type spell that he had created.

I don't know whether he wants to end this quickly or show off in front of Miyuki-san.

Probably a bit of both.

The vehicles rushed towards him while continuously firing a storm of bullets at him

Of course, those bullets merely pass through him and those vehicles would do as well.

Of course, he is not the type of person that would allow his enemies to touch him if given the chance.

He opened his right hand and flattened it, extending all fingers to form a knife hand.

With an upward swing, the vehicle that was going to run him over was perfectly cut in half.

With the used of the same hand, he made a swift gripping and reaping motion.

The effect was instantaneous. The other two vehicles disappeared from sight before reappearing over my Primary.

Gravity took control and the vehicles plummeted to the ground in a nosedive.

Forming another knife hand with his left hand, he swung it upwards towards the vehicles.

The vehicles were shredded to pieces.

How many dimensional blades did he made with just that one motion? I mused to myself.

"Sniper." My Primary called out loudly as bullet phased through his head.

I moved in instincts.

I formed multiple mesh screens around everyone in the entrance hallway.

If there is one thing I learned about being a sniper, it is that most snipers aimed for vital areas for a quick kill.

A sniper's philosophy is one bullet, one life.

With that in mind, I know what to defend.

I am thankful for my experience.

I was able to stop a bullet from piercing Miyuki-san's and the Kuroba family's patriarch' head, Shiba-dono's heart, Honami-san's lungs, Minami's liver, and the twin's kidneys.

I was also able to block the bullet aimed at my head.

I watched grimly at the sight of the rotating metal between my eyes.

That would have hurt.

Still, regardless of the threat that I averted and the attention that I draw to myself, my attention remained on my Primary.

I watched him made a grabbing and pulling motion.

Ten men manifested before my eyes, appearing out of thin air.

Five of them holding a sniper rifle while the other five were holding scopes use for spotting.

The moment they appeared in the vicinity of my Primary is the very moment they lost their lives.

A snapped of a finger from my Primary, ten rays of plasma rained from the ground, piecing their chest, burning their lungs and hearts.

Ten bodies fell to the ground and my Primary merely walked passed them, grabbing a pair of sniper rifles and ammunition on his way back.

I looked at him intently.

"Are we done for the night?" I asked him when he was within hearing range.

"Equilibrium and Russians." He told me as if that would answer my question.

It did.

Because over his shoulders, I could see a pair of ballistic missiles heading at our general direction.

"Shoot them down." My Primary ordered me as if he was telling me to take out the trash.

Handing me one of the sniper rifles, I quickly readied the gun for firing and took aim.

Normally, I have a CAD-mounted sniper rifle with all the gun-based magic sequence that I favor recorded within it.

Problem is, it is in the villa.

Meaning I have to use that.

If there was one magic technique that my Primary thought me that I value above all the techniques that he had taught me, it is [Flash Cast].

Recalling a specific activation sequence from my mind, I pulled the trigger twice.

A pair of bullets shrouded in a cocoon of wind cut through the air and went straight to intercept the missiles.

I watched in satisfaction as the bullets were able to cut through the missiles vertically and horizontally, perfectly cutting them in four separate parts.

I could see four more ballistic missiles coming at us.

I was at the process of intercepting them but a hand on the sniper rifle prevented me.

I looked at My Primary but a shook of his head sent a clear message at me. He raised his hand and fired amassive silver fireball on the horizon.

I could feel air surrounding me before the missiles hit the precinct, causing the building to collapses while it was set ablaze.

The sound of a crumbling building reached my ears and I did my best to ignore the screams of terror of everyone within the building.

There is one fundamental rule when working with my Primary.

No one is to see him.

And those who does, are killed immediately.

Tsuyoru Tatsuya does not exist.

And he and his mother prefers it to stay that way.

(Scene Change)

A Russian military cruiser stood near the coast of Okinawa.

Its crew reported the successful impact of their ballistic missiles on the target.

The Captain of the Ship let out a satisfied sigh before asking his crew if the target was eliminated.

Before anyone could speak, a silver projectile made contact with the water beneath their ship.

A second later, eight large, life like water tentacles emerge beneath them. The water tentacles proceeded to drag them to the bottom of the ocean, crushing their ship as it pull them down.

Creating a Golem, even in a distance, was child's play for Tsuyoru Tatsuya.

After all, the dominion of spirits was within his fingertips.

(Scene Change)

500 meters from the now crumbling precinct, nine bodies fell securely in a secluded alleyway, between two large skyscrapers.

Tatsuya landed on his feet. Extending his hand, he caught Miyuki in his arms. He summoned his Avatar's wing to cushion the fall of both Miya and Honami.

Suzune, who was used to the exit that Tatsuya performed, was also able to land on her feet. Firing the Kumoito, she crafted a large net to catch Minami and the Kuroba family.

"I never though you are capable of using [Space-Time Magic]." Miya commented while being assisted by Honami to her feet. Miya was both impress and terrified with Tatsuya's display of power and ability, but it also reaffirmed her stance of having Tatsuya integrated into the family.

'Someone with that kind of strength should not be allowed to walk unless under the Yotsuba Clan.' Miya thought with grim determination.

"I am flexible." Tatsuya answered casually while looking at Miyuki. "You okay?" There was a trace of worry in Tatsuya's voice.

Miyuki nodded before pressing her forehead on his. "You had me worried." Although Miyuki witness those bullets phase through her boyfriend, the sight of him walking towards gunfire scared her.

Tatsuya merely kissed Miyuki in apology. "I am very difficult to kill." Tatsuya stated reassuringly.

"Still…" Miyuki mumbled. The thought of her losing him scared Miyuki in ways that she had never thought possible.

Tatsuya could only hold her in the most comforting way possible.

Suzune at this scene with a bittersweet expression before turning her attention to the people that her primary have, most likely, forgotten.

She focused on the children of the group and seeing their state, she was going to attempt to comfort them, but Miya beat her to it.

"That's what a battle looks like." Miya's sharp voice cut through the air, cutting the tense atmosphere like hot knife through butter. "Cruel and ugly. One moment of weakness and you are dead."

Miya shifted her eyes on Minami, and the said girl looked petrified. "I can excuse you for being shell shocked this evening, but expect yourself to be sent back to the main house after this vacation is over. It is clear that you need more training."

Minami flinched at those words.

Miyuki jumped off from Tatsuya's arms after hearing her mother.

She was about to speak in protest but a look from Miya silence her.

Suzune was confused and baffled by this family exchange but a shove from Tatsuya immediately brought her back to her senses.

Suzune looked at him and Tatsuya gazed at her with steel in her eyes. "Don't speak. This is there family business, not ours." Tatsuya told her silently.

Suzune obeyed with no questions ask after that piece from him.

Miya then turned her eyes towards the Kuroba twins.

The twins did not expect this development when they left their villa.

This was their first exposure to violence and death and due to their sheltered upbringing; they were in an emotional mess.

To Miya, a very harden Yotsuba; this was a very unacceptable sight.

Mitsugu would agree with her, but his love for his children overpowered his normal Yotsuba tendencies.

When Miya was about to speak, Mitsugu stepped in front of his children protectively.

Miya narrowed his eyes. "Mitsugu-san…"

"I'll speak with my children after this." Mitsugu assured his cousin.

Miya did not appear to be considerate.

Mitsugu, seeing this, raised his hands in surrender.

"Okay, okay, this is my fault." Mitsugu muttered in defeat. "I'll tell you everything, but can we please get out of here before the military arrives."

"We have ten minutes, give or take." Tatsuya interjected calmly before staring Mitsugu down as if he was boring a hole into him.

Mitsugu flinched at those expressionless eyes.

After seeing what the boy was capable of, bending space-time, WHAT THE FUCK, the harden Yotsuba spy became even more wary of the boy.

Mitsugu would admit that it would take the Yotsuba everything they have to take the boy down if the need arises.

After a moment, Tatsuya made grabbing and throwing motion.

A human body appeared in thin air and crash in the alley walls.

There was a sound of grunting before Tatsuya took three steps forward and landed a swift blow on the man's solar plexus.

A loud gasped reverberated in the air as the man collapsed to the ground.

Tatsuya grabbed the man's head and presented him to Miya.

"I have dealt with Russians before." Tatsuya told Miya a fact that she had already known. "So trust me when I say that is just a skirmish and it is far from over. Now, I don't know what's happening and I really don't care, but I think you do."

Tatsuya ripped the man's collar to show a distinctive tattoo to Miya.

The tattoo was a Russian wolf covered with chains.

Tatsuya pointed at the ink carved in the man's flesh. "This mark here means that this guy is a high ranking officer in Equilibrium. He might know why this guy (Tatsuya pointed at Mitsugu) has an entire regiment of Russian Anti-magic soldiers at his tail." Tatsuya looked at Miya right in the eye. "So, you want me to interrogate him or do you want to do the honors?"

There was a moment of silence after those words left Tatsuya's voice but Miya was able to speak after a while.

"Where did you get him?" It was a curious question, if nothing else.

"First car that I have cut in half." Tatsuya answered with no hesitation, with a voice expressing disinterest. "Only survivor, not for long though."

Miya nodded before exchange looks with Minami.

Minami, deciphering the silent command of her mistress, nodded and went towards Tatsuya and his captive.

Minami grabbed the large arms of the man before putting him in a very complicated yet painful hold.

A scream echoed in the alleyway but it was muffled when Minami shoved the barrel of a handgun right into his throat.

"Tatsuya-kun, Suzune-san, please stepped out of the alleyway for a while." Miya ordered while rolling the sleeves of her dress. "And please take my daughter and my nephew and niece with you. They are not ready to see this."

At the moment, for Miyuki, Fumiya, and Ayako, Miya was scarier than the person who had killed dozens of men with zero expression on his face.

Tatsuya did not need to be told twice. He took Miyuki by the hand and escorted her away from her mother while Suzune ushered the twins and Minami away from the scene that would have made them lose their lunch.

When the children left the vicinity, Miya gave the man a very terrifying gazed.

"[Tell me, do you have a God?]" Miya asked with fluent Russian while dropping down to the man's level. "[If you do, I suggest you start praying to him.]"

An inhumane scream of pain echoed throughout the alleyway.

Mitsugu was kind enough to cast magic that prevented the screams to be heard by anyone else.

(Scene Change)

"Okaa-sama is scary." Miyuki commented, enjoying the comfort and safety of her lover's embrace. The six children walked out of the alleyway, all of them, san Tatsuya, flinched at the sound of an inhumane scream that Miya forced out from the man that Tatsuya abducted.

They were relieve that the screams were now muffled but that merely gave them an ominous sense of trepidation.

Tatsuya looked at Miyuki with a look a kin to amusement in his eyes. "You've seen me split a car in half, gun a man to death, pull almost a dozen men from a kilometer away within my arms reach before blasting them with a ray of plasma, and you are more scared with your mother's change in demeanor." Miyuki chuckled at her boyfriend's statement. "Suzune, tell me, have I not been terrifying enough tonight?"

Suzune did not know whether her Primary was serious or not. Still, she answered. "You are still pretty terrifying."

The three children behind Suzune nodded in agreement.

Miyuki's chuckle became a soft laughter. "I have no reason to be terrified of you. You won't ever hurt me after all." The confidence in Miyuki's voice was inspiring.

Tatsuya could only smile. "True…"

Suzune shook her head at the softhearted scene between them before turning her gazed at the now burning precinct. There was already a crowd forming around the still burning debris of the building.

Suzune swore that she was now starting to hear the sound of a firetrucks siren.

"How are we going to explain this?" Suzune groaned silently.

"Easy," Tatsuya commented while taking his signature CAD out of his coat, Silver Horn. "We weren't here." With the pull of a trigger, a wave of magic encompassed several city blocks.

All eyes were on Tatsuya.

"What did you do?" Suzune asked nervously. She knew the protocol when they are doing a job in the city. It isn't pretty, it is far from pretty, but necessity is necessity.

That being said, Suzune still has a sense of nationalism and patriotism left in her to care about her country.

Wide spread destruction in her, in their motherland did not sit well with her.

Tatsuya regarded Suzune with a sharp gazed. "I removed every possible cameras and sensors within five blocks." Tatsuya narrowed his eyes before pointing his CAD at the skies directly below the burning precinct. "Do you prefer to stick to protocol? I can wiped out everything within three city blocks with a positron blast."

Suzune immediately looked away.

Tatsuya, seeing this, put his CAD back to its holster before wrapping his arms around Miyuki. His body became less tense on contact with Miyuki's slender frame.

Miyuki noticed this and settled in having her boyfriend used her as tension reliever.

Suzune sighed before leaning on a wall, resting a bit. "So much for a vacation." Suzune silently wish to be cleaning anything in the Yotsuba estate right now or back in Tokyo to finish her paperwork. She did not enjoy being in a gunfight with Russians.

"Suzune-san?" At the mention of her name, Suzune looked at the three people that flocked around her. She expected this. When Miyuki and Tatsuya were in their 'lovers moments', it would be suicide to disrupt or even approached them.

Seeing the state that they were in, Suzune decided to at least make an attempt to comfort them. "I am very sorry that you all witness something that horrendous." Combat is cruel and ugly, it always has, and it will always will be. "If it means anything, we did not want to kill anyone tonight but circumstances forced our hand."

"Russian Military are persistent. If we didn't kill them, they will continue to hunt until their targets are dead." Tatsuya added, in support of Suzune, though said girl knew that his Primary was merely voicing out his opinion instead of supporting her. Still, she was grateful. "Also, in contrast to my cousin, I did aimed to kill them. I was not taught to let threats live passed combat against me. I was taught to kill everything that would raise a hand against me."

Suzune rolled her eyes at that admission. Of course he would say something like that.

"Does it bother you?" Ayako asked softly, eyes on Tatsuya. "Killing people like that."

"No." Tatsuya answered with no pause or hesitation. "I was not born with humanity, I was not taught to value life, and I could not bring myself to care about the people who falls before me. I have more important things to do than remember those dumb enough to stand against me."

Tatsuya momentarily spared Suzune a gaze. "She and I have killed before, if that is not apparent, but the two of us are very different."

"Suzune, my cousin, remembers every people that she had killed. She remembers their eyes, she remembers the methods which she uses to kill them, and she even keeps count." Tatsuya then looked at the three people behind Suzune. "I don't. I've been massacring people since I was six years old. I don't keep count on the corpses that I have amass. I don't remember the methods that I had use. I certainly do not look at the people that I have killed as I step over their corpse."

Tatsuya's eyes change. His eyes change from emotionless and expressionless to that of a cynical yet placid one. "Suzune and I are different in many ways, but we differ the most in one thing. When my mother carried me in her womb, she prayed for a monster. Suffice to say, she got one. When Suzune was born, she was born human."

"As a monster, regardless of the atrocities that I committed or would be committing, I am not bothered; I could care less because when I was see a human being, I see a container of flesh, bones and blood. The exception to that is my mother and Miyuki-hime but, to begin with, I don't see them as human beings. I see my mother as my devil and my Miyuki-hime as my angel." Tatsuya kissed Miyuki as emphasis to his statement.

"Suzune, as a human being, still has a sense of humanity. She has nightmares whenever she kills. She can relate with the people that she is task in killing. She shed tears for her opponents sometimes. For that, I can commend her. Considering my mother's track record and what I actually am, I expected her to have homicidal tendencies by now. Good job."

Suzune blushed at the rare compliment from her Primary. "I'm thankful that you notice my ability to keep my sanity in check."

"That being the case, all of us are Magicians. Magicians, at their very core, walks side-by-side with death." Tatsuya continued, ignoring Suzune's reply. "All of us, no exception, have abilities that can be dangerous to our enemies or to ourselves. Suzune and I, the two of us have been put in situations where our magic had done us harm. The two of us have been put in situations that we had to kill to avoid being lab rats for some foreign country. Our abilities as magicians, regardless of the benefits, cause us more harm than good."

"You three and my Princess will one day be in situations where you will be force to kill to survive or to avoid a fate worse than death itself. When you are in that situation, go for the jugular, and be done with it and when you see and have blood in your hands, do not be like me. Don't be a monster. I think none of you here present is capable of having a mindset of one and I don't really recommend you not caring having blood in your hands."

Tatsuya raised his hand and pointed at Suzune. "If I can recommend a magician that has blood in their hands and still maintain a sense of humanity, I recommend her. Be like her. She has a blood in her hands, not as much as I have, but she has a tremendous amount of blood that I have. How she can maintain a conscious after having done what she had done, I would never know and I don't practically care but hey, she remain loyal to both her ideals and values."

"And when the time comes that you kill more than a dozen, keep count. Don't mourn the enemies that you slay. Don't offer them lamentations. Don't ever look them in the eyes as they die. Don't ever do any of those things and never lose count on. When you lost count on the number of people that you have offed, look at yourself in the mirror because at that point, you are no longer human." Tatsuya finished his tirade or life lesson.

Everyone, even Miyuki and Suzune was silent after hearing those words.

Miyuki, after hearing her boyfriend speak about killing and murder, was finally coming into terms of how vast his experience is in live combat and the wisdom that he has gained from every battle that he has survived in.

Suzune was impressed with her Primary. Though his methods was blunt and cruel, it still had a good effect on everyone within the sound of his voice.

After a minute of silence, Minami spoke. "How many have you killed, Tsuyoru-san?"

"I never count." Everybody had expected that answer. "But if you want a number from me, then 5, and that's the number of people that had successfully escape me."

Four pairs of eyes went to Suzune. Knowing the question without it being ask, Suzune gave them a number. "394. A quarter of that is by strangulation, a few by sniper, several dozen by bombs, four dozens by poisoning, and I could swear that I killed someone by using a Taser once."

"Egypt, October 4, 2091." Tatsuya commented thoughtfully. "We bombed a museum remember."

Suzune nodded, finally remembering that mission. "The madam really liked that portrait."

"She purchased that piece of paper for 4 million dollars and what was delivered to her was a fake. I'm surprised she didn't order me to level Alexandria."

"It was a just a portrait." Suzune pointed out with a disgruntled tone.

"I agree but mother likes the portrait and you know how she is with the things that she likes." Tatsuya reminded her.

"Wait, wait." Fumiya looked between Suzune and Tatsuya questioningly. "You guys have been to Egypt?" Magicians rarely stepped out of their own country.

Suzune nodded at the young boy. "I've been there twice, but that was for business if nothing else." Suzune then had an idea. It was grim for her taste, but she always did have a kick in listening to his Primary's stories.

When he is not berating her for being softhearted that is.

This might lighten the mood between them.

"We've also been to Canada." Suzune started carefully.

"Last time we've been there, we threw an entire contraband over Niagara falls." Tatsuya recalled almost absentmindedly.

"Last Vegas."

"We buried their last mayor in the desert."

"Hawaii."

"Got into a sword fight with a tribal chief. I gutted the guy and then assisted a volcano from erupting."

"Greece."

"We demolish the Acropolis of Athens to bury their Prime Minister."

"That was waste. The Acropolis was a beautiful citadel." Suzune commented, remembering that particular mission quite clearly.

"I didn't care." Tatsuya replied with a shrugged.

"Have you been to Italy before, Tatsuya-kun?" Miyuki inquired, wanting to join the game that was between Suzune and her beloved.

Tatsuya nodded. "Burned half the Vatican when I was eight."

"We got into a gun fight with the Florence police a year and a half ago." Suzune added exasperatedly.

"Paris?" Ayako asked curiously.

"He bombed the Eiffel Tower and I sniped the Mayor from the Notre Dame de Paris." Suzune answered with a shook of her head.

"What about England?" Fumiya inquired, somewhat in an excited fashion.

"We drop a plane on top of Parliament." Tatsuya answered casually.

Suzune shuddered at that certain memory. "You crashed a plane on top of Parliament." Suzune corrected her Primary. "I was too busy screaming for my life."

(Scene Change)

When Miya, Honami, and Mitsugu emerge from the alleyway, their expressions were very telling.

Tatsuya especially zeroed in on Miya.

"The last time I saw a woman with that kind of expression, she groveled at my feet to get rid of a slew of people." Tatsuya exclaimed, eyes momentarily lingering towards Suzune.

Suzune gave him a displeased expression.

"I see that my nephew and niece are at ease with you." Miya commented as she stood in front of Tatsuya, Mitsugu stood behind Miya. The desperate looked on her face was somewhat worrying. Miyuki removed herself from her beloved, knowing that her mother was going to have serious discussion with her lover.

"No, they are not. They just realized that I mean them no harm." Tatsuya rebuked before looking up at Miya's eyes. "What's next?"

Closing her eyes, Miya sighed frustratingly. "I need a favor."

"Tell me where to go and who to kill or what to do, and that would be the end of it." Tatsuya immediately replied while standing at his full height.

Mitsugu stared at the boy after his reply.

"That's it?" Mitsugu asked with a skeptical and dumbfounded expression.

"Yes, that's it." Tatsuya confirmed, eyes not straying from Miya. "For Miya-dono, I can spare an evening or two hunting down and putting down some Russians."

The disbelief in Mitsugu's face was still present. "According to my cousin, you are a descendant of one of the current Ten Master Clans…" Both Ayako's and Fumiya's eyes widen at that information. "…we are as well. I've been around long enough to know that a family asking another family for assistance always has strings attached… "

"You have nothing worth of interest to offer me." Tatsuya interjected coolly. "Miya-dono on the other hand has long given me what I want from her and more. I owe her a debt of gratitude and I intend to repay her." Tatsuya explained himself before looking at Miya intently.

"I can understand you being wary of me. I can respect that, but be at ease. As I told Miyuki-hime before, my supposed family does not know of my existence and I do not know anyone from my supposed clan, nor do I practically care for them." Tatsuya assured his CAD and Magic Engineering instructor. "So let me repeat myself: Where do I go, and who do I kill or what will I do?"

Miya sighed in relief at Tatsuya's answer and explanation. That makes things very simple.

"If I am correct, you can create a portal from point A to point B by distorting space to ceate a makeshift wormhole, am I correct?"

Tatsuya nodded. That is how his Decomposition-type Spatial Magic Works.

"What's your limit?"

"2 kilometers."

Miya bit her lips. That was impressive, but not good enough. Still, there was another option. When it comes to the person standing in front of her, there will always be a second option.

"Can you transport all of us to Okinawa Private Hospital quickly and unseen?" Miya asked seriously.

"I can." Tatsuya took out a phone-shape CAD from his coat. "From here to there, 15.6 miles. I can get all of us there in three minutes time. Is that good enough?"

"Yes." Miya answered positively.

Tatsuya positioned the CAD in his hands in front of him. Using his thumb, he flickered the side of the CAD and a small stylus slid upwards. Grabbing the stylus, Tatsuya drew something on the screen of the CAD. With an upward stroke, several dozen gray colored crows burst out from the CAD and started flying around the large group of magician, forming a large dome.

Tatsuya then press the screen with the stylus and the crows all burst into darkness that quickly dissipated.

Again, eyes were on Tatsuya after that display.

"That is not the traditional nor the normal way of summoning or creating a Shikigami." Miya commented while processing the magic that her apprenticed used.

The level of Spirit Magic that he is capable of is not of this earth.

"What did you do, Tsuyoru-san?" Mitsugu asked warily.

"I created a screen that would prevent anyone from hearing or seeing everything within fifty yards of me." Tatsuya was then engulf in intense silver flames. "After all, it is bad enough that I am going to let you live after seeing this." From the flames, a dragon emerged, the typical Japanese-styled dragon that he could summon on a whim.

An [Astral Body].

The dragon was fearsome and elegant.

Suzune looked at the Dragon and noticed that its scale was teal colored.

The color teal represents the Wind-element. Suzune knew what's going to happen next at the virtue of her Primary reaching for the Dragon's forehead.

'He must really respect and value Shiba-dono for him to use an actual [Astral Beast].' A sense of excitement spread throughout Suzune's body.

It was rare, even for her, to see her Primary actually summoning an Astral Beast. He normally settles for Astral Bodies.

Suzune, and everyone else for that matter, watched with baited breath as Tatsuya grasped the silver gem on the Dragon's forehead before casually shattering it.

An explosion of wind almost took everyone off their feet. A cloud of dust was raised by the sudden eruption of wind, obscuring everyone's sight.

When the dust cleared, what they saw astounded them.

Standing beside Tatsuya was a gigantic, teal-colored Phoenix.

The phoenix was roughly ten meters in height. It had a long, scaly neck, elongated ears, and a long silver mane. Finally, it also has numerous long tails with sharp feathers at its tip.

It was a majestic creature, straight out of mythology.

"Here's our ride." Tatsuya announced while pointing at the creature behind him. His default expression decorating his face as if summoning such a majestic and beautiful creature did not mean anything to him. As if it was a norm for him. "Shall we?"

(Scene Change)

"The greatest trick that devil ever pulled is convincing the world he doesn't exist." Maya mused while sitting on a makeshift throne, overlooking her handy work. "And with a snapped of a finger, the devil is gone, damage done, and no one the wiser."

Maya then chuckled quietly while keeping the body beneath her.

"It has been a long time since I gotten myself into a fight." Reaching down, Maya grabbed a decapitated head and proceeded to play with it. "I think I should thank Mitsugu-san for giving the opportunity to cut lose, of course, my darling would probably be upset with me." Applying some magic in her hand, Maya crushed the human skull.

Her feet were now stained with blood, together with her hands.

Hayama suddenly emerged behind her. "Madam, your transport has been readied." Hayama informed his mistress with a bow.

"That took a while." Maya commented before casually rising form her throne.

"My apologies."

"No need for that. These men did made the wait worthwhile." Maya motioned to the scattered remains of Russians soldiers before her.

Hayama looked at the road across him. There were a more than three dozen Russians soldiers, Equilibrium Agents scattered throughout the road. They were severely and utterly mutilated.

"Have I ever told you how lovely my son's mind is?" Maya commented, admiring her handy work as she rose from her throne. "To think my [Night] has this much potential and it took my son's brilliance for me to fully see it." Maya laughed sadistically, her beautiful voice making it more sinister.

"You might want to give him a reward." Hayama suggested and Maya nodded in agreement.

"Excellent idea!" Maya exclaimed happily before a sultry looked appeared on her face. "What do you think would my son prefer tonight, a velvet rope or handcuffs? A ring gag or blindfold?"

"You should surprised him, Madam." Hayama shook his head at those words. He does not have the right to comment on how his mistress and her son bond together.

Maya laughed again. "That I will." Turning her back on the carnage, she gave an order. "Clean that up will you."

The throne that Maya was sitting suddenly burst into silver flames before a dragon made out of decomposing flesh emerge. Opening its mouth, black miasma ooze out of the dragon's mouth.

The miasma moved quickly and covered the road.

When it dissipated, the corpses that littered the road vanish completely.

The dragon then burst into silver flames before disappearing from sight, a dragon-shape pendant fell to the ground.

Bending down, Maya took the pendant and kissed it. "Truly, I have the best son in the world."

I fully intended to finish the first half of my Okinawa Military arc this chapter but, from the way I am going writing this chapter, it will be a 30,000 word monster.

I think that would be too overwhelming for my readers.

So, this chapter was cut in half.

Next chapter, if it goes as plan, there will be, at least, three fight scenes, and two lemons, one vanilla and the other a bit extreme. But, the first half of the Okinawa arc would be finish.

For now though, enjoy and review.

P.S. Please remind me to set the rules and boundaries of Astral Projections in my next update.

I have some Beta reading to finish.

Good day to you all.
