A few years after the events of 'Resident Evil 4'…
"Are you in charge of these men?" Wesker looked at the three stooges who were standing in the laboratory. He turned around towards Cindy. "Pretty unimpressive, to say the least…"
"It's all I have at my disposal, Albert…" Cindy replied while blushing a bit. "And I promise that you get my full laboratory if you manage to capture the two aliens… and besides, my three colleagues may not seem the brightest, but they can make some very technologically advanced creations…"
"In that case," Wesker turned around. "I'll be making my move here…"
"YES!" Harris, Martin and Clark raised their fists into the air while a feeling of victory crawled through their muscles.
"Do not cheer too soon…" Wesker walked towards the three stooges. "We need to get the two aliens first. And remember… when my work is done… you will feel the results in your own bodies... and looking at how you three weaklings are built, the results will be anything but pleasant…"
A few hours later, at the lemon shack…
"Oi, Ika…" Eiko walked towards the squid girl. "Carry those crates to the back of the shack, quick…"
"I don't know, Eiko, I…" Ika blushed.
"Ika-musume chan…" Chizuru walked into the lemon shack.
"I'm off, I'm off!" Ika lifted the first crate, after which she ran towards the back of the lemon shack as sweat of fear crawled down her body.
"Well, it seems that our business is going fine," Eiko turned around towards Chizuru. "Don't you think so too, Aneki?"
"I think it's definitely going perfect, especially with our disciplined little squid in charge…" Chizuru blushed.
"And with an overpowered but still human sister like you…" Eiko said.
"I am human…" Chizuru blushed a bit while looking a bit sad.
"Don't lie to yourself."
"Who said that-" Eiko turned around but she couldn't finish her sentence as a tranquillizer dart got shot into her neck.
"Eiko?" Chizuru looked down at the floor. She looked up. There was a man standing in the doorway. He was tall, and he had blond hair and a pair of sunglasses while wearing a black leather jacket. "Who are you?" Chizuru asked.
"That's not important now…" Wesker said coldly. "The only important thing here is you, Chizuru Aizawa…"
"Leave my family alone…" A dark aura formed around Chizuru's body. She looked up. "Will you?"
"Expecting me to follow orders from you? Pitiful. When I'm done with my work, you will be following my orders… and you will not even try to resist…" Wesker said, not bothered by Chizuru's rage. In response, Chizuru ran towards Wesker with her humongous speed. However, Wesker dodged her and grabbed her by her neck.
"How…" Chizuru opened her eyes. Her skin became reddish as she felt as if she was suffocating. She tried to escape from Wesker's grip, but it was no use.
"Have a pleasant sleep… because these will be your last hours of sleep without pain…" Wesker grabbed a syringe from his pocket, after which he injected anesthesia into Chizuru's body. And a few moments later, she was completely unconscious.
"Huh?" At that moment, Ika Musume came back. There, she saw Chizuru lying on the ground while Wesker turned around towards her. "Who are you?"
"Enough talk," Wesker shot an anesthesia dart towards Ika, after which she got hit. Ika fell on the floor after which her vision turned black. And like Chizuru, she fell into a deep sleep.
"The change can finally begin at last…" Wesker picked up both Ika and Chizuru, after which he returned to the lab.
A few hours later…
"Where am I?" Eiko woke up. She looked around and she noticed that she was still lying on the floor in the lemon shack. She coughed. "What happened? Aneki?"
"Excuse me?" A male voice was heard, followed by knocking on the door.
"Who is it?" Eiko stood up. She walked towards the door. When she opened the door, there were two people standing behind it. "Excuse me, do I know any of you?" Eiko studied the two people. There was one man who was tall and quite muscular while having brown hair and somewhat of a beard. He wore a green costume and a dark grey bulletproof vest. On his right stood a woman with brown hair in a ponytail while wearing a blue suit with a black vest.
"Chris Redfield of the BSAA," The guy introduced himself. "This is my partner, Jill."
"Jill Valentine," She introduced herself. "Can we come in?"
"Sure…" Eiko said. "But there's nothing to eat, considering that our two strongest employees are captured…"
"That's not what we are here for… and besides, you may just be the person we need…" Chris and Jill went inside and sat down, with Eiko sitting down at the same table.
"First things first… have you seen this man right here?" Chris showed Eiko a picture of a man with blond hair and a pair of sunglasses.
"Now that you mention it… I think I did. I think that it was the last that I had seen before I fell asleep." Eiko said.
"Fell asleep?" Jill Valentine. "How?"
"One moment, I was wide awake, and a second later, I was insanely tired… and then I fell asleep, I guess…" Eiko shrugged.
"Wide awake, you say?" Chris asked. "Sleep isn't meant to be abrupt in the way that you describe it."
"Say, what is all of this about?" Eiko asked.
"This man right here, his name is Albert Wesker." Jill said. "He used to work for the Umbrella Corporation until he decided to betray them for his own gain."
"Umbrella?" Eiko asked. "Are you referring to that American pharmaceutical company that went completely bankrupt a few years ago for being guilty of bioterrorism-related activities?"
"Exactly," Jill said. "It seems that you know about it. I mean, it was world news after all…"
"But what brings you here to Japan, then?" Eiko asked.
"One of the BSAA members who stays in this country claimed that he saw him." Chris explained. "It was in this area, to be specific…"
"We don't get why he's here, of all places…" Jill said. "Say, what is your name, actually?"
"Eiko. Eiko Aizawa." Eiko replied.
"Eiko… you said something about your two strongest employees… can you tell us more about them?" Chris asked.
"Well, one of them is my sister, and she has long, dark-blue hair. She is extremely fast and she can break rocks with her hands. I am not joking, but it's true. And my other employee is this girl with squid abilities. Her name is Ika Musume…" Eiko explained.
"Ika Musume?" Jill asked. "I thought I heard that name while we were on our way here… I heard kids talking about her getting dragged away by an intimidating blond-haired guy…" Her eyes dilated in shock.
"That must be Wesker's doing…" Chris said. "He came here for Ika and your sister, it seems…"
"Why them? Is he going to make some kind of bioweapon or something?" Eiko scoffed.
"Yes." Jill said. "At least, that's what we think. But it seems way too likely. Either way, we need to stop him before this world goes to waste."
"Where should we start searching, then?" Chris asked.
"I think I know where to start…" Eiko stated.
That evening…
"Ika-chan… Ika-chan… WHY?!" Sanae cried while her pillow was getting wet as a result of her tears. "Why did you, of all people, have to disappear? How could that happen? I was just about to greet you for the 3880139th time!" Sanae threw her pillow on the floor. "Please come back to me…"
"I can help you with that,"
"Huh?" Sanae looked up in response to the feminine voice. After that, a woman entered her room. She had short, black hair, purple lipstick and she was wearing a violet-colored dress. "And who are you supposed to be? What do you know about Ika Musume?"
"The name's Ada Wong," The woman replied. "And I know all too well where she is…"
"You do?" Sanae stood up. "You know where my squiddie is?"
"I sure do," Ada said. "I can help you with retrieving her, Sanae Nagatsuki…"
"How do you know my name?" Sanae asked. "And besides… why are you helping me, actually?"
"What are you trying to say, child?" Ada replied while staying cool as usual.
"Do you want to do something with my Ika-chan? Do you work for someone who wants to do something with her?" Sanae asked skeptically.
"That's not important." Ada stated. "I will retrieve Ika for you, but on one condition… I have a question for you, Sanae Nagatsuki… how much is Ika worth to you?"
"A lot." Sanae nodded.
"Define that for a moment… what is a lot to you? A million yen? A trillion? Or is it something else entirely? If she would get captured, how much would you be willing to pay in ransom money in order to get her back?" Ada asked.
"110 million yen." Sanae said.
"110 million?" A somewhat surprised tone appeared in Ada's voice, even though she remained calm and collected as usual. "You seem to have quite amount of money, don't you, kid?"
"My parents are quite rich and they are on a business trip, so they gave me a lot of money so I can live on my own, so yeah…" Sanae said. "But if I could stay with Ika Musume for eternity, I would give up everything. Even my house."
"Very well," Ada sat down on the bed. "We can make a deal right here. If I bring you Ika Musume, you give me 100 million yen, converted to dollars. You get Ika, I get around 949000 dollars from you." She stood up. "Is that a deal?"
"Without a doubt," Sanae stood up. "Give me my girlfriend and put her right here, and I'll give you all the dollars I need."
"Just the answer I needed." And before Sanae knew it, Ada disappeared, on her way to Ika Musume…
Meanwhile…
"Where am I?" Ika asked. She was sitting behind bars in a prison cell inside Cindy Campbell's laboratory. "What is this? Why am I here? What happened to my powers?"
"They are still with you, but… we decided to do some suppression." After that, Wesker was standing in front of Ika outside of the prison cell.
"You again…!" Ika shouted.
"Don't shout in my face… you may muddle some important information… important information for you, Ika Musume..." Wesker stated.
"What are you talking about?" Ika asked.
"I've been informed about your hatred for humanity, Ika. It came to my attention that you want to punish them for their loathsomeness. But unfortunately, you got captured and overpowered and you were forced to work at a restaurant to pay for a wall. Very pitiful." Wesker said calmly while also with a mocking tone. "But under our control… everything will be much better… or more specifically, under my control."
"What are you trying to tell me?" Ika asked.
"I hate human beings just as much as you do, Ika, if not more. There is overpopulation, there is war and pestilence, all because of the human race. Of all the billions of people on this planet, only few are worthy. Those few are the only ones who can actually contribute something to this wretched world. The few who contribute should be amplified and given attention to, while the weak who only cause misery should get crushed." Wesker said. "And I can only do this with your help…"
"Sounds interesting…" Ika Musume smirked. "How can I help you, mr…"
"Wesker," He corrected Ika.
"Alright, Wesker… how can I help you? What can I do for you?" Ika asked.
"It's very simple. You need to allow us to dissect some eggs from your body. You may want to resist when you hear this, but don't even think about it. We will not kill you; you will just lose a certain level of fertility. But it's for the best." Wesker continued. "After that, we will mix your squid eggs with Chizuru's white blood cells. We will also add an extra feature to every egg that checks whether or not the infected host has a certain strip of DNA code. If the infected accepts it, they will turn into a creature that is all strength, but no weakness nor uselessness… strong, immortal and useful. But if the infected rejects it, it's the end for them. But that's not a concern, as the intended strip of DNA code only applies to the worthy people in this world."
"Go on," Ika said.
"We will let your eggs grow, and when they eventually hatch, we will take the blood from the offspring, convert it into a gas, thus creating the ultimate bioweapon…" Albert said. "And then, you'll be stepping outside, Ika… into a new world. The world that you are longing for."
"Well, then… in that case, you can have as many eggs as you like, Wesker." Ika said.
"Good," Wesker opened the cell door. "Follow me. The surgery table is waiting for you, Ika…"
"Say, where is Chizuru?" Ika asked.
"She's in another room… behind heavy restraints and kept in pain. But there's nothing for her to worry about, as we'll put her out of her misery when the new world begins..." Wesker said.
A few moments later...
"Well, well, well…" Ada said after making her way into Cindy Campbell's laboratory. "It seems that Wesker found the perfect place to be himself in this country… it's just unfortunate that he may have to wait a bit longer for that…" At that moment, she heard footsteps which started to get louder and louder. "Oh, it's already begun…" Ada aimed her grappling hook at the ceiling, after which she launched herself into the air. She sat down on a large, iron bar that was attached to the ceiling.
"Hey, Cindy…" Ika looked up at Cindy Campbell while they entered the hall of the lab. "I didn't know that being dissected by you would be this bad…"
"I actually wanted to go further than taking a few eggs, Galactic Ika…" Cindy said. "But since Wesker still has some use for you, I would get in big trouble if I would take away that squid hat of yours…"
"Wesker, huh?" Ada remarked. "Cindy, Cindy… it seems that you'll be going through the best times you'll ever have… if you enjoy being betrayed by a sunglass-sporting madman, that is..." After that, Ada grabbed two smoke bombs from her pocket. "But don't worry, Cindy… I'll save you. It'll only cost you the very thing that you've been hunting for so long…" And just when she wanted to drop the two smoke bombs while capturing Ika, the door to the laboratory got busted out of its hinges after which Chris and Jill stormed into the laboratory.
"Freeze!" Chris lifted his gun, which he pointed at Cindy.
"Who are you? How did you get in here?" Cindy said.
"I punched that door open." Chris replied.
"How?" Cindy raised an eyebrow in confusion. "That… that door is very heavy! No human being could push it over by themselves!"
"Well, you should see me when I'm standing in front of a boulder, then…" Chris stated.
"Who are you? Who are you working for?" Jill asked Cindy. "Tell me. Are you working with Wesker?"
"The name's Cindy Campbell. I don't know any man named Wesker…" Cindy replied while sweating a bit. She put on a nervous smile. "This isn't what it seems… this…" She laughed awkwardly. "This is an alien that I discovered all by myself. I don't have anything to do with a former Umbrella worker or something…"
"That's enough. You're coming with us, Cindy." Chris demanded.
"Not so fast."
"Huh?" Jill turned around. Upon recognizing the voice, however, Chris refused to show himself.
"I'm not allowing you to thwart my plans once again, CHRIS…" Wesker filled the last word of his sentence with a sense of anger and spite.
"Surprising how you're still ticked off about July 1998…" Jill said. "Even after so many years…"
"Time to die, CHRIS!" Wesker calmly walked towards Chris. Reluctantly, Chris turned around after which he started shooting Wesker, only for him to dodge every bullet.
"It would be problematic to capture that squid right now…" Ada witnessed the entire confrontation while sitting on the bar in mid-air. "If I use these right now, Wesker will know that there's another player in this game… I better wait for him to leave."
"DIE!" Wesker grabbed Chris by his throat, after which he threw him outside. The air from outside hit his face while he fell in the sand. As Jill headed towards Chris and Wesker, Cindy and Ika were the only ones left in the laboratory.
"Now's my chance," Ada said smugly. "Sleep tight, 'squid girl'," She threw the two smoke bombs on the floor, after which a thick smoke filled with anesthesia filled the ground floor.
"Anesthesia!" Cindy shouted. Before falling asleep, she squatted down and whispered something into Ika's ear. Ika then fell on the ground as well, albeit a bit too unexpectedly.
"Well, Ika… Sanae can stop waiting now…" Ada grabbed Ika with the grappling hook, after which she lifted her all the way to the ceiling. "You're coming with me-"
"Huh?" Ika opened her eyes. "Get off of me!" She shouted after which she unleashed her tentacles towards the spy in the violet-colored dress. She threw Ada straight through the wall, after which she ended up outside as well.
"And stay away-" Just as Ika stood on the bar, she lost her grip. She proceeded to fall all the way down to the floor. She fell flat on her face after which she fell asleep for real.
"Let's redo this, shall we?" Ada said as she jumped through the very hole that was created when she thrown through it by Ika. Landing back on the floor inside the laboratory, she glanced at the unconscious squid girl on the floor. "Resistant to anesthesia, yet still not good enough to stand on a bar… It seems that I'll finally be getting my 949000 after all…" She picked Ika up, after which she used her grappling hook to escape through the same hole in the wall again.
"Pardon me, but… that squid girl is mine."
Recognizing the voice, Ada turned around. "Osmund Saddler?" She looked at the man who was standing a few feet away from her. He was a tall man with dark grey hair who wore a purple-colored outfit while holding a long, dark staff. "I saw you die."
"As the master of the Las Plagas, I can have a second chance at life…" He protruded his arm while pointing at Ika Musume. Ika woke up, after which she obediently moved towards Saddler.
"How is that possible?" Ada asked.
"Ika Musume isn't just a generic hybrid of a squid and a human being, oh no…" Saddler stated. "She is much more than that. And I can control her, because… I created her."
"I'm sorry, Saddler, but we're not a circus, so no jokes, please…" Ada replied calmly.
"Oh I'm sorry too, because I am not joking. Why else would I be able to control her with this magnificent staff?" Saddler continued. "During the early years of my research, I decided to do a little experiment. I wanted to see if I could breed a hybrid Plaga that could hunt on land and under water. So I took a common embryo and I mixed it with the right amount of squid ink as well as one of my finest Plagas. I dropped it off at the sea for results, but nothing happened… however, a few years after my glorious resurrection, I could hear gentle heartbeats from a certain distance. I had no doubt that it was you, Ika Musume. My most successful experiment so far. I decided to make my way to this island country, all for you, Ika Musume…"
"Father," A hypnotized Ika Musume looked up at Osmund Saddler. "You created me."
"I sure did, and as my creation, you too have the power of the Plagas inside of you." Saddler laughed. "Now, let's take over-" Saddler couldn't finish his sentence as an explosion occurred. Ada held her arm in front of her eyes while Ika got launched backwards. When the smoke from the explosion cleared, Saddler had completely blown to smithereens – again.
"Just some unfinished business!" A loud voice was heard from the air. Ada looked up. There was a helicopter flying in the air.
"Leon!" Ada said as she looked at the man who was standing in the helicopter. He had blond hair and he was holding a rocket launcher.
"Wait…" Leon looked at the beach. "Wait… isn't that… ADA?!" At that moment, the helicopter flew away. "Hey, what is this? Turn back! Land on that beach! I want to see her! Hey, why aren't you listening to me? It's for ADA! ADA! STOOOOOOOOOP!" The helicopter ignored Leon's pleas and continued flying away instead.
"Leon…" Ada softened her voice. She sighed after which she looked down at Ika Musume, who was unconscious as a result of the explosion. "Oh well…" Ada sighed again. "I guess I have to finish my primary goal, then…" Ada picked up the unconscious squid girl, after which she finally returned to Sanae's house.
"Hello?" Sanae opened the door after she heard the bell ring.
"Good evening," Ada greeted her.
"You did it!" Ada looked at Ika Musume, who was lying in Ada's arms. "You're back!" She immediately grabbed Ika from Ada's arms after which she started hugging her. "I missed you so much, Ika-chaaan! You should know how many cosplay suits I still have that you haven't tried out yet! I bought many new ones since you disappeared, all for you! I'm so glad that you're back!"
"Well, it seems that I truly satisfied you…" Ada said. "But I think you're missing something, Sanae…"
"Oh yeah," Sanae handed Ada a suitcase. "Here's all the money, converted to dollars. I took an immediate trip to the bank after you left, so here it is. All of it! 949000 dollars, all for you!"
"Thank you," Ada took hold of the suitcase. "Have a nice evening… I'll be off…" Ada then disappeared into the night as usual, leaving Ika Musume with Sanae.
"Ika-chan, Ika-chan… I'm so happy to have you back…" Sanae blushed after which she went back inside. She went into her living room after which she put Ika Musume on her mattress.
"You can rest for a bit. I'll be getting some cosplay for when you wake up…" Sanae left the room. A few moments later, Ika woke up.
"Where am I…" Ika looked around. "Wait… I know. I'm in Sanae's house, am I not? I need to get out of here…! But how,"
"Ika-chan!" Sanae went up the stairs.
"I need to do something, quickly!" Ika ran out of the room and she ran through the first door in her sight. She ended up in Sanae's bathroom. "What should I do?" Ika locked the door. "I need to do something, or else Sanae will tear down this door by herself…" She looked around, after which her eyes fell on a syringe that was standing on a medicine cupboard. "That syringe…" Ika grabbed it.
"Ika-chan!" Sanae knocked on the door. "Are you there, squiddie?"
"Just a moment, I need to prepare a surprise for you… can you wait for a while?" Ika asked.
"I'll do anything for you, as long as you stay with me!" Sanae stated.
"That's fine," Ika replied. She softened her voice. "If I have the powers of Plagas like Saddler told me, does it mean that…" Ika rubbed both of her arms. While rubbing her left arm more thoroughly, she could feel very small heartbeats flowing through her bloodstream, which seemed to be coming from an independent being. Ika put the syringe on a certain spot, after which she filled the syringe with squid ink. And while she was doing that, a small egg got into the syringe!
"Perfect!" Ika grinned.
"Ika-chan?" Sanae asked.
"I'm coming," Ika turned around, after which she opened the bathroom door. "Now, close your eyes, Sanae…" Sanae closed her eyes. After that, Ika placed the syringe on Sanae's arm.
"It feels a bit strange, Ika-chan…" Sanae replied while the needle got stuck into her skin. "Doesn't matter. It'll be good, I mean… It's Ika Musume! It's you! What could go wrong, Ika-chan?"
"Nothing…" Ika grinned maliciously. "Because it'll definitely be good… for me." Ika proceeded to inject the Plaga egg into Sanae's body.
