The portal had dropped us somewhere in the forest, I knew these woods well so it wasn't like I had anything to worry about when it came to where I was. The question that remained was when were we in the past. Killian had ended up with me in the past but I still had to question. I used magic to change my clothes to something more easier than what I would wear at storybrooke.

"It appears we're back in the enchanted forest." Killian said
"yeah, just the question is when are w- oh no." I said
"what? Luv, what were you thinking of when you came through that portal?" Killian asked

I didn't answer just ran out of the forest, Killian ran after me as we headed to the destination. Trees were close to the village and I used to know them well as a child so I hid behind a tree as I saw a royal carriage. Killian caught up to me as he stayed beside me watching the village. While watching we saw a ten-year-old and an eight-year-old jump out of the carriage followed by the King and Queen behind them.

"Luv, is that your.." But I cut him off "Parents."

The one thing I always said was I wanted my parents approval more than anything in the world. My mother died when I was the age of eight and she never got to see this day come that I would fall in love. I wanted to see her, if only for one last time but I knew that this day was not the day she died. It was a day they held a ball to prepare us for what was to come in the future in light of everything.

"Snow, Amira don't go too far." King Leopold said

It'd been too long since I heard my father's voice and I shivered a little cause my father was a good man. He had an arranged marriage which worked out for him cause he had me and my sister but now he was going to somehow come face to face with me and not know it. I couldn't change the past without changing everything else. Watching my carefree younger self having the time of her life before the long horse ride to find a replacement mother was nice.

"Luv, you can't tell them who you are." Killian said
"I have to talk to them Killian, I need this more than anything." I said

We had to find a way home still but that was easier said than done, still watching the way things were made me happy. Killian seemed to notice my smile and see that my childhood was a happy one at first. He put his arm around me as he held me and kissed my forehead for a moment.

"So why did your father marry Regina?" Killian asked
"My mother was killed on Snows birthday. This was my last few happy days with her." I said
"Well then, your heart wants your mothers approval we'll find a way without tampering too much." Killian said

We had to wait till night time cause I didn't want to involve Rumplestiltskin into this problem. I already knew he was going to be looking for Killian and trying to kill him. I knew where to go and looked up at the blue star as I made a wish. Blue revealed herself to us and she looked at me with a knowing look.

"Amira White, you're in the wrong time era." Blue said
"I know, I need help getting back home." I said
"I don't have such magic. But the Dark one would, you can travel there to seek his help. I also caught you wanted to go to that ball." Blue said

Before I could answer her she used her magic and transformed Killian and I to have different outfits on. I went over by the lake and looked at myself in the mirror seeing it was a beautiful blue dress. I had to admit it was a beautiful dress and I did like that it wasn't the usual white one I would have worn when I was older.

I felt Killian take my and I looked at him which I was speechless to say the least looking at him. He was so handsome even with the new outfit, I realized we were too far from the castle and blue must of realized that too as suddenly we were transported to the castle.

"ready Luv?" Killian asked
"yes." I said

We walked inside the castle with all the royals and It was easy to go along with it. I just made sure we never came in contact with my past self for safety reasons. When we entered though we were greeted by King Leopold my father.

"Ah welcome I am King Leopold, who do I have the honor of welcoming to my home?" King Leopold said
"I am Princess Ami." I said using my nickname Snow gave me
"And I am..I am Prince.." Killian was stuttering
"John, Prince John." I said
"honor to have you both." King Leopold said

As we were announced and walked in we were able to get away from a bunch of people as I stayed away from mingling with guests. Killian though saw this was hard for me to be at this thing and not get to what I wanted most. Killian took my hand and led me out on the dance floor which surprised me.

"You know how do this?" I asked
"yes, Luv I know how to Waltz." Killian said

I had to admit that dancing with him on the dance floor doing a waltz was something since I never danced. I had been to balls before but never wanted to dance with anyone but would i admit this was my first dance. Nope, I was too prideful in some ways to ever admit that but maybe Killian realized that himself. Killian knew I was a princess at birth and as we danced he must of saw a few other princesses who were the opposite of me.

"I guess when I met you Luv, I chose right." Killian said

I smiled at his words flattered by them and I didn't forget the mission of why we came here so after the waltz I walked over to the King and Queen. I curtsied in respect to them as they showed respect back, but I had to watch due to my 8 year old self was a mommys girl and stayed close by. Snow was out there talking with people which was always here thing. Before I spoke Killian walked over and held his hand around me.

"King Leopold, you have such a nice ball and your daughters are very well behaved." Killian said as he moved to hold my hand with my engagement ring slightly in view. I made sure the crossbones on it was hidden from my parents sight.
"thank you, someday my oldest daughter will rule this kingdom as Queen. I just worry about her sister what life she will have." King Leopold said while Queen Eva noticed the ring. "congratulations to you both. A happy engagement is a good thing." Queen Eva said
"thank you." I said and I had listened to my father's words "What kind of life do you hope for your 2nd daughter?" I asked
"One where she is happy and lives a life that will bring her to her best." King Leopold said "To marry for love, something her mother has convinced me of."

i will father..I do love the man next me. I thought

"So you'd approve even if he was not royalty?" I asked
"True Love comes in many shapes or forms." Queen Eva said

I think Killian must have seen the look in my eyes at my resolve hearing those words, I no longer felt I had to hold back. I also realized that there were possibilities still to come in the future. We danced once more that night before heading to the dark ones castle. I changed my shoes to be more comfortable as we made our way. When we reached the outskirts of the castle I was nervous as can be.

"So how do we do this?" I asked
"Might be best if I stay back. The dark one and I have a rather complicated past. I'd wager he'd want to kill me on sight." Killian said
"oh, I'll take that bet." Rumplestiltskin said and we turned around as I was shocked while he laughter "I can't tell you how long I've been looking forward to this! oops. I suppose I just did."

When he reached his hand out I heard Killian groan and I knew that I had to think fast since there was more to come. Rumplestiltskin was a man of deals and he wanted information which could probably save Killian. I didn't have a lot of time to think but I knew what he wanted to hear.

"Amira." Killian strained to say
"Stop!" I said

Rumplestiltskin moved his hand and I fell on the floor but I hit him with light magic which caused him to let Killian go. I crawled over to Killian and hugged him as I glared at Rumplestiltskin.

"You have light magic. I don't know who you are dearie but why don't you run off and let me enjoy my killing in peace?" He said
"I won't let you kill my fiance." I said "he's not going to hurt you. You have to listen to me."
"Why would I listen to you?" Rumplestiltskin said "Because if you don't you'll never see your son again."

I had to give him some answers and tell him about how he'd see his son again in the future that my niece was the product of true love and would break a curse he'd cause. I told him about how we needed to get home to our time era.

"Answer me one question. Why haven't I killed him?" rumple said pointing to Killian
"you're not a monster to make a child fatherless." I said

My words must of caught him off guard cause he seemed to realize who I was in this time era. He started laughing and then pointed at me.

"You're an eight-year-old child in this time era, you learned magic. Who was your teacher?" Rumple asked
"Not you." I answered
"well to get your portal open." he said and he opened a portal with a wand. As we approached the portal Rumplestiltskin grabbed my arm making me look at him. "Dearie you better be careful. I see darkness in your future and it isn't pretty." Rumple warned as I got free then went through the portal with Killian. I'd hoped this was to our time era but where we landed was the saloon. We noticed Emma and Neal as I saw we were dressed in our regular clothes. I walked over sitting by them.

"Aunt Amira, you're here." Emma said
"I am. so what is the plan?" I asked
"We need to distract him but-" before Emma could finish I hid my ring with magic and adjusted my pirate dress knowing he'd already know me and he was drunk.
"Luv, you'll confuse the men." Killian said
"It's fine." I said
"Just be careful." Killian said
"Are you jealous?" I asked before walking away

I walked over to the table hearing them talking when I got his past selfs attention, the men were already three sheets to who knows where with drinking. Women were trying to be all over him it made me sick to look at but I kept calm. I walked over and looked at the past Killian. I knew how to play it smoothly with him as he looked at me.

"Captain, can we talk?" I asked
"Of course, Selena. I thought you were staying on the ship." P. Killian said (P. Killian = Past Kilian)
"Well I wanted to ask some questions." I said

We were sitting together as I poured us drinks as we drank from them, I made sure to keep him drinking when it came to what the plan was. Killian was helping with Snow's plan after Emma messed up my sisters meeting.

"I have a confession Captain." I said
"What is it, Selena?" P. Killian asked
I rubbed my finger along his hook and I smiled "You never told me how you got the hook. So many theories from the people who know you better." I said
"you okay Selena? You don't seem interested in things like this. Something seems different." P. Killian said

I kept refilling P. Killian's cup as he talked about the hook even though I knew that the real me in this time was locked in her cabin wanting nothing to do with him. I was getting him drunk so he'd just blame the rum and say that he was imagining what he might want. Since the real me in this time was not going to be out of her cabin or showing him this kind of interest for awhile. Hearing about the tale reminded me that Killian talked about it a few times but I never listened before. I was keeping him as distracted as I could but I could only keep him away from the ship for so long.

"If I didn't know any better I'd say you were trying to get me drunk Selena which is normally my tactic." P. Killian said
"What's wrong? Can't hold your rum." I said
"No. Not only can I hold it but I can walk out the door." Killian said and offered his hook to me. "I think it's time we cross that line Selena, come back to my cabin with me or shall I take someone else?" P. Killian said

I put my hand on his hook and went with him without any complaints as we walked. I knew the danger of even coming in contact with him as we were walking and got close to the ship. I acted like I'd have too much to drink when I'd had the one drink. I tried insisting I needed a moment to rest but he pretty much picked me up and carried me on the ship. I hid my face from smee who was still on the ship as I made it like I'd kiss p. Killian.

"get rid of smee and I'll be waiting." I said

I climbed down figuring Killian was already gone but when I turned around he was still here. I was surprised but I knew this was also a bad thing. I'd been here plenty of times but this was going to be the most awkward.

"What are you doing here still?" I asked
"I could ask the same of you. I thought I told you to keep him occupied." Killian said
"I am." I said
"By taking him back to my ship?" Killian asked
"His ship." I corrected
"you know what I mean." Killian said
"I stalled as long as I could. I thought you'd be gone by now." I said "You know I can't go through with this nightcap and my other self in the room where his ex lived."

We heard the sound of the hatch opening as he came down and Killian hid. I smiled watching him seeing that he was just as handsome as my own fiance. I still loved the idea that he was into me even drunk but I couldn't do this right now.

"hey" I said
"Where may you be going?" p. Killian asked "I hope you're not having second thoughts Selena."
"No, I just got tired of waiting on you Captain." I said

I kissed him as he wasn't able to keep his standing and was staggering around. I laughed a bit cause this was not my usual thing. I loved it a bit but not in the same way as I saw Killian watching us.

"My apologies." P. Killian said "You're quite beautiful Selena. you deserve my full and prompt attention."
I laughed and leaned back as my Killian touched his shoulder and hit him hard.
"Are you kidding me?! How is that not gonna have consequences?" I asked
"He was asking for it kissing my lady. And, like I said, he'll blame the rum." Killian said "now let's get out of here."

We had to wait for a bit for everything to be set right and when it was we were able to be sent through a portal that had trinkets. Emma had to use her magic to get us home and trust me once back home I never felt so thankful as I pulled Killian to me and I kissed him to make up for him watching me makeout with his past self. We all headed home just didn't realize what came with us.
