(3/3/11)
Same day...
We left the cleaning up of Shadows under the supervision of and Thalia and the Dark Lords. We went to Gekkoukan and scaled the fences, which gave us a perfect view of the Astronomy Tower.
"The Tower of Death..." Lee said in wonder, "A nasty place, it is... Full of... enemies."
"Look at those monsters..." Lee said in disgust, "They make me sick... So primitive... So ugly... So brutish."
He pointed to the Shadows that no one had ever seen before. They were humanoid, corporeal, enormously strong and ugly juggernauts. They were between 5-7 feet tall, as tall as a man. And they didn't 'feel' like Shadows, for Shadows give off negativity and hopelessness. These 'Shadows' gave off fear, hate and anger. They were guarding the field going to the Tower.
"Alright, we must position ourselves well." I proposed, "Attack them while they're unprepared. We're agile, nimble and have the element of surprise. We could definitely win against them."
Everyone nodded.
"Am I late for the party?" A cool voice asked.
"Mitsuru!" We cried as she came in with Aigis.
"Finally, a true leader!" Lee cried.
"Hey!" I protested.
"I was inside when they came in. Fortunately, Aigis alerted me of it using her Persona." Mitsuru said, "Here's the plan... Lee, Aigis and Leah, you two will climb up the western section of the roof and cover our left flank. Yukari, you and the girls who can use bows will cover the right flank." They nodded and left.
"Minato, Junpei and Tomochika will charge from the west in wedge formation while Akihiko, Lao and Iwasaki shall approach from the east. We shall charge from the center. Dismissed." Mitsuru said as she unsheathed her rapier and we went off.
We stopped and hid behind the gazebo.
"On the count of three, we charge... One... Two..." I began the count.
"They're already charging!" Junpei hissed.
"Oh, right- CHARGE!" I yelled as Junpei and Kenji charged alongside me. At the same time, Mitsuru and Akihiko's group streamed from their hiding places as bullets and arrows flooded the air.
I slew six Shadows as we broke through their ranks. Junpei was on a roll with Kenji, them assisting each other as they were a literal bladestorm that couldn't be penetrated. Kenji's style was similar to Junpei's, but wilder, as of he wielded a racket.
Mitsuru gracefully weaved blows and strikes as she stabbed and slashed Shadows while alternating with Ice Magic.
Akihiko's lightning-fast punches and jabs were proving to be effective against the Shadows, coupled by Quan's kicks. Looking at them reminded me of Steve Fox and Hwoarang, who Quan idolized as a hero and an older brother-in-law.
Rio was on her own in the battle, but her use of Corpse Rod helped as whoever she struck with the club immediately decayed and died. The Shadows were faltering under our wrath. They eventually closed ranks and parted as a giant rhino-like Shadow charged for us. We were becoming dismayed when Akihiko strode forward.
"Akihiko!" Mitsuru cried.
Akihiko looked back, then charged his fists with lightning and took the Rhino-Shadow out with a punch to the head that left the monster dead.
The Shadows bared their teeth at us and a Magi-type summoned a massive Elephant-sized one.
We immediately moved to avoid it, but Kenji was too slow and was caught by the trunk, managing to hold on as he climbed the beast. Rio looked shocked as she grabbed its tail to meet with Kenji. Several Shadows clambered up on its back as the duo worked as a tandem. Kenji slashed and stabbed several Shadows off the Elephant's back as Rio clubbed everything off. Kenji tried stabbing on the Elephant's neck, but the thick skin prevented it from piercing. Rio solved that problem by using the Corpse Rod as a hammer and drove the katana down to the hilt. The Elephant fell off as they went down.
The battle looked to be won, when suddenly, three Shadows grabbed me and pinned me to the wall. They tried to bite me, but I did everything I could to stop them, but they wouldn't stop and my arms were getting heavier.
Everyone was too far away to help me. I closed my eyes as I anticipated the Shadow's fangs to tear out my throat.
Instead, I hear the sharp sound of a bowstring being released as an arrow protruded the forehead of the Shadow in front of me.
I saw my savior, Yukari, who went down from the roof to save me. Junpei helped by impaling the second Shadow as Lee shot it with his gun. Koromaru appeared out of nowhere and mauled the third one.
We made our way outside the Astronomy Tower.
"Right. We're here." I said tiredly.
"What do we do?" Lee asked, "Swoop in, kick the bad guy's ass and walk out?"
"No. Save Minako and leave Elder to rot in there." I said coldly.
Then, a pillar of smoke appeared out of nowhere. It formed into Elder. "I know you'll fight me." Elder said wickedly, "After all, we have Minako with us."
I became really incensed at him, to the point of dropping Deus Xiphos, "Where is she, you eavesdropping freak?!"
"Somewhere safe, yet beyond your reach. If you fail to cooperate, we may need to... punish that filthy little mudblood whore."
My rage boiled like the roiling seas. I was whipped into a fury, "Okay, if you even lay a finger on my friend, I SWEAR TO GOD, I'M GONNA KILL YOU!" I bellowed as I punched Elder, who dissipated.
"This is one of the many reasons why only fools are heroes... you'll never know when some crazy, sadistic son of a bitch takes something away from you..." He appeared behind me, "We all know your feelings for Minako transcends the painful limitations of friendship."
"Shut up!" I did a haymaker on him, and he teleported again, behind me this time.
"Oh dear... You're trying to kill a shadow image? Not a perfect mirror of your sanity, I'm afraid." He said sarcastically. Mitsuru trapped the smoke in a pillar of ice.
"Thank you." I said gratefully.
"He was a nuisance." Mitsuru replied.
We entered the rather large lobby. we could see the fourth floor balcony from the first floor, which was filled with crates, statues and useless junk the school didn't need.
"This place might be crawling with Shadows." Pinky said fearfully.
"The ones we need to worry aren't the pureblood Shadows..." Mitsuru said, "But those giant manufactured ones."
"Manufactured?" Junpei said.
"Artificial. I sense those Shadows... were once people." I said sadly.
Everyone gasped.
"They're bigger, stronger and much more powerful than the regular ones." I explained, "Guinevere mentioned something about 'abominations' and I'm sure Elder or those Nouvo Strega fools cooked these guys up."
"Hahahahaha..." A cold voices above us laughed, "Who dares say our name...?"
We looked around and couldn't find the source of the voice.
"You've done exceedingly well." He congratulated, "For a mere pawn."
"Who's there?" Yukari hissed as she loaded her bow.
"Ah, The Messiah's followers... If only they weren't following such a lost cause... Such a pity." The cold voice said.
"Show yourselves, dammit!" Akihiko spat.
"Over here." Said the voice from a raised platform from the Astronomy Tower. The voices were Elder, Guardian, Guinevere and Sensei. They were wearing black, except Sensei. Elder wore an Antichrist cross, while Guardian had a 666 mark on his forehead and right arm. Guinevere wore a high crown and held a golden goblet. Sensei had a prophet's staff and a crow at his shoulder.
"Antichrist, The Beast, The Harlot and The False Prophet..." Fuuka said throughout our minds.
"You said it." Junpei muttered.
"Damn you, Elder, where's Minako?!" I demanded.
"Sigh... Is she all you think about?" Elder mocked.
"Every minute of every second." I said defiantly, "I don't think you heard me correctly: Can you tell me where Minako is?!"
"Yeah, right." Guinevere said, "We can, but we may not."
"Grrrr!" I snarled, "Then I'll have to ask... You gonna talk or are you gonna croak? It's a big world out there, Elder, and even Demons like you need to sleep."
"You know, threatening would work of we were just any ordinary club." Sensei said smoothly, "But we're not. We're Nouvo Strega. Conqueror of Worlds, Killers of Men and Chosen Ones to inherit the New World!"
"Ha! Big talk coming from a bunch of pussies who hide behind their Shadow grunts and let them do all the fighting." Lee scoffed.
"I think you have the wrong idea about us, man." Guardian growled.
"Aw, you gonna go home to your Mommies?" Rio mocked.
"Tch, yeah right!" Guinevere said, "We're here to challenge you guys. Especially to witness our Lord and the Messiah fighting."
"Indeed." Elder said.
"And what makes you think I'll fight you?" I asked crossly.
Elder smirked, "You won't fight? Well, I guess doing that to Minako was not necessary...?"
My blood boiled crazily, "What did you do to her...?!" I hissed with a dangerous voice, "If you even touched her, I will tear you apart."
"Oh, we didn't touch her... We merely... hung her out." Elder laughed as he pointed above a rising platform.
At first, it was all dark, then I saw an upside down cross, with a figure nailed to it...
To my horror, to my absolute indescribable loathing, dispair and shock, I saw a person I never expected to get involved in any way... The only person my heart belonged to... Elder had done something to her that was unforgivable, so inexcusable that his blood screamed to be spilt with my bare teeth and nails. I wanted to destroy Elder, emasculate all his male relatives and kill off everyone related to him just to prevent his seed from infecting the world.
As hatred, pure, undiluted rage and loathing flowed in my blood like quicksilver mercury, I collapsed sobbing as I stared on the platform.
Above, crucified, nearly naked, on an upside-down cross, was the bloodied, beaten and broken figure of Minako Arisato.
"Minato... Minato, help..." She whispered feebly, "Help... Please Minato..." She sobbed as blood dripped from her face, hands and feet.
"Minako..." I whispered with so much emotion, I might as well have cried, "NOOOOOOOOOO!" Everyone was trying to soothe me, but my fury reached a fever pitch, "Bastard."
Elder and Nouvo Strega laughed. Then, I did something that they never expected.
I laughed.
"Elder... I'll never forgive you for this..." I slowly unsheathed my sword, making sure it made a sharp, grinding sound, "You better run for your life."
Elder's eyes brightened, and for a second, fear, "Sensei, deal with these fools."
Sensei smiled, "With... pleasure." He jumped down from the ledge and landed on his feet.
"Take care now." Elder said as he teleported away with the two.
Sensei smiled, "We meet again."
I scowled, "I don't think I had the displeasure."
"So rude..." He said smoothly as he uncovered his cloak.
"You!" The former members of SEES hissed, "Takaya!"
He laughed coldly, "Yes, it is I."
"You're still alive?!" Junpei spat, "You ARE a freaking ghost!"
"And now, you shall be the same." Takaya said as he pointed the gun at us and began shooting.
"Look out!"
"Everyone take cover!" Lee cried as he dropped his bags and jumped.
"Light the bastard up!" Lee hissed as he and everyone else with a gun shot at Takaya, who hid behind a wall, occasionally shooting back.
"Crap, I'm out!" Lee hissed, "Give me a new clip."
"Er... I'm out too." Leah said sheepishly.
"Us too..." Pinky said ashamedly.
"My ammunitions depot has been depleted." Aigis said.
"Damn, we all should have taken turns!" Lee spat, "Guys, grab anything and throw it ay him!" Lee cried as we grabbed bricks, stones and garbage can lids at him.
Everyone threw anything they could grab at Takaya. At one point, Kenji asked Rio to throw her shoe at Takaya.
"What? You're crazy. These are 20,000¥ Brand shoes." Rio cried.
"Look, just give me the damn shoes!" Kenji cried.
"No way!" Rio said.
"Sigh... They're not really Brand Shoes." Kenji sighed.
"Uh, duh, I know they are! You gave them to-"
"They're knock-offs, okay?!" Kenji shouted.
"Unbelievable!" Rio cried.
"Hey, I'm not rich, but I really do love you-" Kenji said, but was cut off when he got hit with a bullet, "Ack!"
"KENJI!" Rio screamed, then looked at Takaya, "Grrrrr! Bastardo!"
"Ugh... I'm okay..." Kenji groaned.
"Step back or I will shoot you all like dogs!" Takaya bellowed, seemingly bemused as he reloaded his gun. I pulled out the flechette and hurled it at him. It embedded itself on his bony hands as he bellowed in pain.
I walked towards him, ripped the flechette out of his hand and wiped the blood off with his greasy hair.
"Damn you all..." He stumbled back and teleported away.
"You guys stay here with Kenji." I said firmly as I ascended the stairs.
"Minato, wait!" Yukari shouted, but I ignored her as I went up, seeking revenge.
I got too ahead of myself and became lost while walking along the corridor. I felt a nagging feeling that something was observing me. I slowly unsheathed my knife, since I knew this would become close and personal.
I whipped back, brandishing my knife. There was no one. Then, I heard a rushing of wind as I instinctively rolled, just in time as a hulking figure stabbed at the floor where I once stood. His knife tip was bloodied. I realized he managed to slash my left eyebrow.
The offender wore horn-rimmed glasses, had dark hair and a scowl that could curdle milk.
I wiped my slash wound with a knuckle.
"Greetings, Minato." He said silkily as drops of my blood fell on the floor.
"Hide!" I hissed, "So, you guys were the ones that kidnapped Minako!"
He smiled and seemed amused. Smirking, he threw his knife in the air and caught it while talking to me, "Wow, it took you that long to get it? Even Shadows aren't that obscenely stupid. You disappoint me, Messiah..." He laughed harshly, "After all, we both know your true potential... Potential to live as a Champion... And to die like a dog-" he said as he aimed a horizontal slash at my throat, which I dodged and slashed back and stabbed at his trachea which he dodged easily.
We squared off, knives in front. I doubt even Deus Xiphos could fight against someone obviously skilled with the knife as Hide. It could take him down, but he'd stick that knife somewhere I wouldn't like.
"What's wrong with you?!" I demanded angrily, "Did your mother drop you on your head as a baby?!"
He ignored my question and slashed a wide horizontal arc, followed by a vertical upward slash, which cut the very air.
"Probably. Shitload of stuff, nothing else. Not like your dull brain would comprehend-" he said as he slashed at me and I deflected, sending sparks flying.
"Don't drag Minako into this!" I hissed.
"Oh, she was quite necessary... as live bait!" He spun the knife in his hands and kicked a chair at me, which I redirected with my free hand. Using that momentum to his advantage, Hide lunged forward and cut across at my throat. I barely had enough time to raise my own knife to deflect the slash, making a sickening noise and sending sparks flying. As we did, the both of us fell down five feet. I managed to bend my legs, cushioning my fall as Hide landed neatly on his feet, "You know... She has really... soft skin." He declared while standing up.
"You abducted and crucified an innocent girl to get to me?! You filth!" I cried as I charged at him.
He easily deflected my strike as I did it again, he deflected it yet again. I tossed my knife to my left hand and stabbed him in his chest.
He grunted in pain, looking at the blood leaking out of his stab wound. He glared furiously at me as he charged and stabbed upward. I dodged it and grabbed his arms, twisted it and attempted to stab his neck. He caught my arm and we tussled.
He then twisted my arm and kicked my ass, quite literally, sending me a few feet away. I tried to back away and reached for my knife, which fell six feet away, but he loomed over me.
"Hahaha! When fighting an angry man, its best to just stand aside." He said, "For the Master."
"The Master?"
"Oopsie daisy," he said with a wry grin, "Doesn't matter now, does it? You're gonna die anyway."
"Wait! Who?!"
"Shut up." He snarled as he jumped at me with the knife. I held his wrists, and kept him at bay with a boot, but his strength and height advantage meant it was a losing struggle.
"Dammit..." I hissed and closed my eyes while I anticipated the blade to hit my throat.
Twack!
"Ow!" The knife flew away from because someone shot it out of Hide's hands with an arrow.
I kicked Hide away and got to my feet.
My benefactor had bronze hair and liquid brown eyes.
"Yukari?!" I said with relief.
"Well, well..." Hide smiled wryly while massaging his jarred hand, "The she-bitch Tsundere is here to save the asshat who rejected her!"
She tutted him, "Uh, uh! Temper, temper! No need for foul language." She smiled, "And besides... Me and Minato? Our relationship is purely platonic." I smiled.
"Tch..." Hide grunted and jumped up a ladder, "I'll let you go for now... but it's not like you could escape from the wrath of the Elder!" He said and walked away.
I smiled at Yukari, and she smiled back, "I bet you thought I wouldn't come..."
"I was... starting to wonder." I admitted.
"We cool?" She asked.
"We're cool." I said as I embraced her platonically, "Come on."
Yukari nodded and followed me upstairs. We raced across the stairwell and saw two guards.
Yukari snuck up on them and knocked them out by smashing their heads against each other. She drew an arrow and was about to plunge it into their hearts.
"Don't." I warned, kicking their weapons away, "There's been enough Death today, I think."
"I guess." Yukari grumbled, returning the arrow to her quiver as we entered the room identical to Sensei's room. There was no sign of anyone, save a spilt and broken tea cup and the remains of Sensei's cloak, which I picked up.
Yukari and I finally reached the fourth floor landing and we bursted through the door, and saw Minako still suffering from being crucified.
Yukari affectionately stroked Minako's bloodied face, "Hang in there..."
"Yukari, help me get her down!" I cried as we immediately rushed toward her aid. Minako was barely alive, drifting in and out of consciousness, "Come on, let's raise this thing."
Yukari and I tried to life the cross, "It's too heavy!" Yukari cried.
"Damn..." I cursed, then, I had a bright idea, "Guys! Over here!" I cried down below.
Everyone looked up, including Kenji, whose arm was in a sling, "Can some of you guys come up here? We need some help! And bring pincers!"
Junpei nodded as he, Lee, Quan, Akihiko and Rio ran upstairs.
"Hehehehe..." A cold, calculating voice laughed, "How long do you think she'll last? She's been up there since last night."
Yukari and I turned around. Elder was sitting by a perch, above the door, eating an apple. Yukari immediately loaded an arrow and fired.
Elder merely moved his head and avoided the arrow. Yukari loaded another one and hit the apple as Elder bit into it, "How rude. I was enjoying that... anyway, I think you, Minato, know the answer."
I looked at Minako's dying form and assessed her condition, "Thirty minutes..."
"Precisely." Elder smiled, "But less, of course. She's been supporting her body weight under that condition for hours now. Her rib cage would eventually start collapsing as she could no longer have the strength to support her own breathing. She'll die slowly, suffocating until her ribcage shatters from the strain and on top of suffocating, she'll drown in her own blood!" He mocked as he jumps down.
I shot an arrow directly at him, which he caught with one hand, "Ironic isn't it?" Elder said mockingly as he snapped it, "I nearly killed you back in December, then you spared my life and once again, you're trying to kill me..." He mused sardonically, "You should make up your mind, Little Godling!"
"Done!" I cried as I charged at him. He smirked and teleported to the higher balcony.
"Save your friend first." Elder smirked, "Then we fight."
"I'll look forward to it, you son of a bitch!" I spat as my friends came by.
"Come on, let's get her down!" Rio said as she, the guys, Yukari and I grabbed at the crossbeams and lifted it, setting it down gently on the floor,
Junpei thrusted a pair of pincers to me as I gripped the nail-heads and pulled gently, making Minako moan in pain.
We set her off the cross and I took off my shirt and jacket to cover her. I then used Sensei's white robe for myself.
I ripped out the sleeves of my shirt to cover her wounds.
"I'd cover those wounds AFTER I disinfect them." Elder suggested. Lee took out a first-aid kit and disinfected the wound before wrapping it with sterile gauze.
"Apply pressure to it. Use the sleeves you ripped off." Elder said as I followed, not knowing why he was helping in the first place.
Lee checked her, opened her eyes and shined a light into it, "Not good. She's severely dehydrated. We're losing her!"
"Yukari, heal her!" I said as Yukari nodded. She opened Minako's eyes and mouth as she mumbled a few words before breathing into her. Minako gasped and her eyes fluttered open, her wounds mending. We gave her a flask of water from Lee's pack as she guzzled it down gratefully.
Minako watched me, her red eyes blazing, "Yukari... she helped..."
"Oh, she and I are cool now." I assured her, "We're friends again." I said as I put an arm around Yukari, who smiled at Minako.
Minako smiled as well, "I know... She... told me... about that... it was an... accident..." Minako gasped.
"Shhh... Don't talk so much..." I told her gently. She was wincing from the pain, "Is the pain too much?"
She smiled valiantly, "I suppose...not..." She breathed, "I bear the same marks you have... I was ready to live."
"Don't say that." I warned, "You should live your life fully before being in a hurry to live in the next."
I looked back at Elder, "Guys... take Minako down, please. No exceptions. I need to face this guy alone." I said, "Alone." I said firm and stern when they were about to object. I kissed Minako on the forehead and walked toward the stairs.
"Minato... wait... wait..." Minako breathed feebly.
I turned around and held Minako's hand, "I want you in my life." I assured her, "That's why I'm doing this."
"Okay..." She said with a bit of hesitation, "But promise... me you... won't love... any other girl... than me."
I smiled, "I can't promise you that."
"So... there IS someone else... Hmph." She huffed.
"Yeah, and she'll look just like you, but younger... And she'll call you 'Mommy'." I smiled while Minako kissed me on the forehead, "Yukari... Akihiko-san... Junpei..." I looked back for a moment, "Heal her. Please." They nodded as I continued my stride.
After I ascended the stairs, and reached the doorway, I kicked it open.
"Elder!" I waved my sword at the air.
"Well, well! It looks as though you passed." He said dully, "To be honest, that was quite the touching scene down there."
"You're gonna pay for what you've done, you sick whoreson!" I said with hatred.
"Sure. How would you like to duel with a man..." Elder said eloquently, "A man who found information so great, he became immortal... A man so evil, that hell spat him right back out." Elder asked as he sharpened his sword.
"Who is it this time?!" I asked.
He swept an arm at himself, "Me."
"Heh. Finally." I said as I pointed my sword at him, "So, you decide to fight!"
"But first, let me give you an insight on who I really am..." He smirked.
"I don't care who the hell you are!" I spat, "You'll be dead in a minute, so what does it matter who you are?!"
"It doesn't matter whether you're the happiest person or an unfortunate weeper... A powerful beast or a poor creature... A proud man or a pathetic preacher... Because in the end, we are all equal in the eyes of the Reaper."
"So, you think you can throw me off by saying really random stuff, eh?!" I accused furiously.
"All I'm saying is that wether a man is good or not, he meets a similar end as a bad one... don't you wish to escape from that? For your parents to come back? For Shinjiro to come back?" Elder mused, "Or perhaps, Cato? Of whose loss you still have not recovered from?"
I perked up in surprise.
"Yes... If you join me, those are but the most rudimentary of powers you gain from joining me. It certainly isn't impossible, as you already know."
"Leave the dead alone." I said sternly, "They're not coming back. My parents aren't coming back. Shinjiro-senpai isn't coming back... And Cato certainly isn't coming back."
"But what if... he would?" Elder smirked.
"You go too far scum! I saw his body disintegrate right in front of me. I watched as his body was reduced to nothing-"
"That's right." Elder cut me off, "But he's here right now."
"Where is he?! You grave robbing devil!" I spat, "I'll never forgive you! You killed my friend and desecrated his tomb!"
"No, Minato... I AM your friend." He said darkly.
"What do you mean...?" I asked suspiciously.
"That's a bit rude..." He unhooded himself for the first time, revealing his blonde hair, sparkling blue eyes and a hauntingly familiar smirk. "Won't you give your old buddy a hug?"
Suddenly, my hopes were instantly dashed. The world didn't make sense anymore. I was so wonder-stricken, I almost lost my balance.
The one standing before me was Cato Romano.
A/N: Very harsh. Nuff said. I'm a bit crazed for the final battle that I managed doing this in record time of a three hours. Pretty bad, I know, but a record for me, since Writer's block is a bitch.
I want to hear of your reactions. Please review!
Ad: If you're a fan of Persona 4 or YuuxChie, then check out my newest story P4: Days of Inaba! I've done my best to try P4 fics, but I failed :( So, I hope you guys love it.
Q/A:
Hoshi: Same here. I'm half Chinese, Quarter Spanish and half Filipino, but I look more European. Imagine a guy who has a Spanish name, with a Chinese last name, who looks pale as the moon.
Same here, I can't speak much. Never bothered to, anyway.
And you're correct, I was excited to write that chapter. Sorry.
MineLeggante: Yup. Artificial. Elder makes one during the Christmas Party, and could select who can or cannot be affected. Dark Arts and stuff. To answer your query, it was NOT a true one.
LoTr is king! Literally.
Blah: No.
Saudrae: Oh, yeah, college sucks. But I find time to write snippets in my spare time, which combined with other snippets/prompts, become a story in no time. Seems effective.
Oh, wow, you play that game too? I thought only Ace and I played it within this fandom. I kinda named myself after Galm 1. Demon King! But I prefer Ace Combat 5, since there's a very diverse selection of aircraft. But the radio chatter is annoying at times, especially when you're lining up for a shot.
Noelle Strife: Well, thank you! I must confess the chapters are long, but I think you'll like them.
You're from the Philippines as well? That's just awesome! Let's see... Storm in Luzon... Earthquake in Visayas... War in Mindanao... It truly IS more fun in the Philippines!
DragOn: Well, thanks! And you're right about that. Incredibles!
Ace: Of course, to preserve her 'Innocence' from Shadows, since she only meets them during P4. Believe me, turning her into a casket as she was about to reveal his identity was a hard decision.
Thanks. I got horrifying nightmares after that... Especially unlocking the advanced variant of that god-awful Mig-21bis... It sucked... SO BAD. But fun to use in the Ghost of Razgriz mission. I died 8 times, but managed to finish it... Barely.
Protogonus: Thanks for liking the story, but you should rest, i'd feel bad if you got sick/into trouble because of me!
