" Did you get anything yet?" asked Happy. Lucy hung her head down and sighed. "Happy, that should be evident seeing as I have no fish near me" she said discouraging. "Aww, I'm sorry Lucy" he said kindly as he looked at his small pile of of fish with a guilty face. "Don't worry about it Happy"she said with smile as she felt a tug. "Holy crap, I think I got one!" Pull it,pull it" he yelled as she reeled her line as fast as she could as a fish came out of the water and onto to the grass. "YESS!" exclaimed Happy and Lucy as they high fived each other. After that, they both had a good luck streak until it ran for both of them but they had a pile of about seven fishes since they thew some back due to not being able to carry them all. "Well that should make Natsu happy at least, right Happy?" "Aye" he agreed as Lucy let him put them in his pack. "Thanks Lucy" "of course, gotta make sure to keep my family fed" Happy gave her a loving look as she returned it.
"Let's go the guild, I'm sure Natsu and Nashi are back by now. You know after hide and seek,they are usually wiped out. Happy laughed in agreement as he perched himself on Lucy's shoulder as they walked back with her small pack of fish for Natsu was slung on her back. They got to the guild where Lucy put down her pack and Happy jumped off her shoulder. They looked around and saw their family wasn't there. "Hmm, guess they are still playing. Well okay then ,guess we can just wait here then Happy" "Okay" then they went and sat with Gray and Erza. "Natsu still playing with munchkin then?" asked Gray. "Yeah...usually they are done after about an hour or so but then again I know he was going to train her some so there's that" "Nahh, I wouldn't worry about it Lucy, those two are peas in a pod. You know that"said Gray in a very relaxed voice as he put his hands behind his head. "I agree Lucy, they will come when Natsu get's hungry..you know nothing gets in the way of that" said Erza as they all chuckled. "True" agreed Lucy
A couple more hours went by before Lucy stood up. "What's up Lucy?" asked Gray sensing her nervousness with how fast she got up. "I understand waiting before but now it's been too long. Natsu should've already come back. I've just got this bad feeling." she said nervously as Erza, Gray, and Happy looked at each other. They knew her gut feelings were almost always right. "What do you want to do?" asked Erza seriously. "Warren" called Lucy. "What's up Lucy?" he asked. "Can you please try to get ahold of Natsu?" "Sure, just give me a second" said Warren as he put a finger to his head and closed his eyes. They stood there for a minute waiting for Warren to say something. "Warren!" yelled Lucy. "I'm not picking up Natsu at all, not him or Nashi" "Wha..wha.." stuttered Lucy. "What does that mean?" asked Gray with tension. "If Warren can't pick them up, it means they aren't here anymore" said Erza bluntly. "You mean" "Yes, they aren't in Magnolia anymore." "WHERE IS MY HUSBAND AND CHILD!" screamed Lucy.
Screaming as they fell, Natsu held onto Nashi tight as the hand that grabbed them refused to let go no matter how much he flammed up. "Grrr, hold on Iggy" he said frustrated but Nashi was hanging tight to his vest as Natsu saw the ground. He managed to turn himself around so his back would be the first thing to hit the ground rather than Nashi. They impacted hard causing both of them to let out a gasp of pain as the hand disappeared after they landed. Sitting herself up from Natsu's grip, Nashi rubbed her head and was going to look around before she was distracted and noticed Natsu wasn't moving. "Daddy, daddy, wake up!" she yelled shaking his body for the impact landed hard on his head and knocked him out. "Daddy!" she yelled again feeling really scared as she looked around and barely saw any light. She started crying until she heard a sound and laid herself down to Natsu quickly and hide herself under his arm.
She started shaking praying that she wouldn't be found until she felt his arm tighten around her. She looked up to see Natsu's eyes looking up at the noise. She got ready to say something when he put a finger to her mouth without looking at her. "Shh"he whispered as she listened and kept quiet. She saw his face turn into a threatening one as she heard the growl get closer until it went away after a minute. Calming himself, he let out a breath and looked over at Nashi who still had her head buried under him making him chuckle. "Hey, your alright Iggy" he said gently tapping her arm causing her to look up. "Daddy" she said happily but quietly as she hugged him as he used an arm to prop himself up and used his other to hug her. "I was really scared daddy" she cried trembling. He kissed the back of her head as he said "I'm sorry Iggy..no time for tears right now though okay?" he said straight forward but with no meaness. She looked at him and nodded her head wiping her tears away as he fully sat himself up. "Now to try to figure out where the hell we are" he said. He grabbed Nashi's hand as he stood up and they began to walk forward.
