Back at the camp, Gibbs and Simon told their boys to put some dry clothes on.

Josh set Bruce on the ground and helped him out of his clothes so he could put dry clothes on. Gibbs was making a fire in the mean time while Simon got his bag and helped Josh.

"Alright Bruce. I am going to set your shoulder now. I am not going to lie to you. It's going to be painful but you feel fine afterwards." Simon said.

"Alright". Bruce said painful. Simon nodded and set his shoulder. "AAAH!" Bruce yelled before he passed out.

Simon did a quick check up on Bruce. The shoulder was in the right place. He immobilized the shoulder with a mitella. "Is he alright?" Josh asked worriedly.

"Yeah he will be alright. The shoulder is in place. His breathing is also normal. Just let him rest for now." Simon said and stood up.

Josh nodded and sat besides him running his hand through Bruce his hair.

"He alright?" Oscar asked when Simon came to their tent.

"He will be fine. Come on I want to check you out." Simon said.

"Uncle Simon I am fine. You don't need to."

"Let me be the judge of that. Take your shirt off." Oscar sighs but did what his uncle asked him to do. Oscar had some scratches on his torso but nothing major. Otherwise he was fine.

"Okay you can put your shirt back on. Why don't you sit by the fire." Simon said and Oscar nodded. Simon then went to Tony and Gibbs who were talking to each other.

"Everything okay?" Simon asked.

"Yeah. How is Bruce? Is he okay?" Tony asked worriedly.

"Bruce will be fine. His shoulder is back in place and he is resting now. I came here to check up on you." Simon said.

"Oh I am fine." Tony said.

"You went a couple of times under water Tony just like Oscar and Bruce did. I already checked them out. Even a little scar could give you an infection easily. The water is not that clean." Simon said.

Gibbs looked worriedly. "He has a low immune system."

"Dad" Tony said and sighs.

"Don't dad me. You know you have to be careful especially with your lungs." Gibbs said sternly.

"His lungs?" Simon asked curiously.

Tony gave Gibbs a look that said 'what are you going to say now huh'.

"He got an infection a year ago that scarred his lungs. It also left his immune system low." Gibbs said.

"Alright. Let's check you out then. We don't want any problems." Simon said and gave Tony a firm look. Tony rolled his eyes before het let Simon work.

A couple of minutes later Simon was done. "You sound a little breathless. You got an inhaler?" Tony nodded. "I want you to use it now and when you go to bed. It will help your lungs." Tony nodded.

After they were done Tony went to sit by Oscar who sat by the fire. Together they watched Bruce opening his eyes and Josh talking softly to him. Gibbs sat by the boys while Simon went to Bruce. After a quick conversation Bruce wanted to sit up and to sit by the rest. Gibbs was making dinner.

"What a day huh?" Josh asked after they had eaten.

"You could say that." Gibbs said.

Josh looked at the boys who were quiet. "Do any of you want to talk about what happened? I can imagine that it would be scary for you. I was." Josh confessed.

It was quiet for a couple of minutes before Oscar spoke. He was leaning against the legs of his uncle who sat on a tree trunk. "It was. We didn't knew the current was that strong. I was glad when we saw that tree."

"Yeah, maybe I need to learn how to grab it instead of bumping into it." Bruce said lightly with a smile.

"You think? I could help you teach." Tony said with a smile.

"Haha yeah maybe that will be good." Bruce laughed.

"There are enough trees around Stillwater. Don't tell me you never climbed one before." Oscar said and laughed.

"I was little then!" Bruce said.

"And now that you are big you can't do it anymore? You're old?" Tony laughed before he coughed. Gibbs clapper him a couple of times on the back to help.

"Hey! We are the same age." Bruce said.

"Yeah but we know when to grab it instead of bumping into it and dislocate our shoulder while we are in a strong current." Oscar said and playful raised his eyebrow.

"Yeah yeah I.. (yawn) hear you. I will climb when this thing comes (yawn) off." "Bruce said.

"I think it's time to get some sleep." Josh said and helped Bruce back to his tent.

Gibbs runs a hand through Tony's hair and rested it for a moment on Tony's forehead to check his temperature. Simon watched Gibbs and he did the same with Oscar. "I think Josh is right. It was a long day." Gibbs said and Tony nodded tiredly.

"Jethro he okay?" Simon asked softly as they stood up.

"Yeah. He just tired. Thanks Simon. Goodnight." Gibbs said and went to the tent with Tony.

They didn't had a goodnight sleep. They all had nightmares. Simon was holding Oscar in his arms while he slept. It was weird but it also felt good. They were never that close.

"Simon you up?" He heard Josh asking softly. Simon looked at Oscar to see if he had woken up but he didn't.

"Yeah I am awake." He whispers back. Josh carefully opened the tent and saw Simon with Oscar is his arm.

"I see he didn't got a lot of sleep either." Josh said.

"No he didn't. The others okay? You need me?" Simon asked.

"They are okay. Breakfast is ready. I came to get you."

"Oh okay. I will be there in a minute. I wake him up." Simon said and Josh nodded before he closed the tent again.

"Oscar time to wake up." Simon said.

"I'm awake." Oscar said softly and opened his eyes but didn't move.

"You were? Why didn't you say anything?" Simon asked kindly.

Oscar looked at him. "I didn't realized how comfortable I was sleeping till Josh opened the tent. It was a long time ago that it felt so good to be hold. You are really a great uncle, uncle Simon. Dad would be proud. I could understand it wouldn't be easy. But you are doing it. I know it's weird, yesterday was horrible but it also brought us closer. You take care of me and at the same time you are taking care of others. I love you uncle Simon."

Simon had almost tears in his eyes and held Oscar closer. "Love you too kid."

Oscar smiled and sat up. "Well I think it's time to have breakfast." Simon nodded and followed him to the others.

"Fish? It's 7 o'clock in the morning. How do you get fish?" Oscar asked.

"Uhmm by fishing." Bruce said as he ate.

"I know that! It takes me hours to get a fish. What's the secret to get fish that fast?" Oscar asked.

"Was up early." Tony said.

The adults looked worriedly at each other. "I think after breakfast it's time to pack." Josh said.

"I think that is a good idea. It's a long walk." Gibbs agreed.

Soon after breakfast they packed their bags and were on their walk back. Oscar, Bruce and Tony walked together making jokes with each other. Oscar and Tony offered to carry Bruce his bag because obviously he couldn't carry it himself.

"You know I am so lucky to have such strong friends." Bruce said and laughed.

"You know payback is a bitch right." Tony said and grinned.

"Hey you guys offered." Bruce said.

"Yeah next time remember to watch out for tree trunks." Oscar said and laughed.

"Oh haha I am never going to live this down am I?" Bruce said.

"Not in your life." Tony said with a smile.

"We keep reminding you everyday till you can grab a stick without falling or bumping against things." Oscar said.

"And even if you can do that..." Tony begins.

"We still remind you everyday." Oscar and Tony said together and laughed.

"I want to thank you both for this trip." Simon said to Gibbs and Josh.

"Sarcastically?" Josh asked in disbelief.

Simon looked at him. "No not sarcastically. You brought me along with Oscar so we could bond and could learn something from you. Time to take a break from our normal life. I had a good time here."

"Even after yesterday?" Gibbs asked.

Simon smiled as he thought about this morning. "Yesterday brought us closer. This morning we had a good talk."

Josh clapped him on the shoulder. "Good to hear that Simon."

They heard the laughter of the kids. "Well they still have fun." Gibbs said and smiled.

Tony noticed that Bruce was keeping his arm closer to his body and had a painful expression.

"Your shoulder hurting you?" Tony asked a little breathless and coughed a little.

"What? Oh no.. it's fine." Bruce said.

"We could take a break you know." Oscar said now looking concerned.

"No it's fine. It's not hurting that much."

"But it is hurting you. You got painkillers with you?" Tony said as he stopped.

"Why are you stopping?" Bruce asked irritated.

"Something wrong boys?" Josh asked as they stopped.

"Bruce shoulder is hurting. Uncle Simon you got painkillers for him?" Oscar said.

"Yeah got them in my bag. Wait a minute I will look for it." Simon said. Soon he found them and gave it to Bruce.

"We also take a break. All that walking can't be that good for your arm." Josh said.

Bruce look irritated at Tony who smiled at him.

He didn't want to admit it but he also needed a break. He puts his bag down and crouched next to it. He coughed a little as he looked for his bottle of water. Suddenly he felt a hand on his back and he tensed up.

"You okay?" Gibbs asked concerned and puts a hand on Tony's forehead.

"Yeah... fine. Just needed some water." Tony said a little breathless and took a couple of sips of his water.

"You took your inhaler Tony?" Simon asked as he walked to them. He was a little worried when he saw Tony coughing.

"Yeah took it this morning. I am fine."

"I think it's a good to use it again now. It will help you to breath better. Can I take a listen?" Simon asked.

"No look I am fine. Just a little tired. It was just a little tickle. I will use my inhaler now alright if it would make you feel better."

"Tony." Gibbs warned. Simon looked at them before he walked back to the others.

"Is Tony alright?" Oscar whispered softly to his uncle.

"Hope so." Simon said and Oscar gave a concerned look.

"Dad don't make such a fuss." Tony said.

Gibbs held Tony's chin and lifted it so he was looking at him.

"You had the plague. I don't need to be one to remind you of it."

"Than don't." Tony said stubborn.

"I almost lost you. I can't go through that again. I can't lose you. This is your health we are talking about! Simon is a doctor. He is just concerned. He didn't just ask you to use your inhaler because he felt like it. He cares about you. Like I do. He is only here to help and you gave him an attitude?!" Gibbs said angry.

Tony looked down ashamed. He didn't mean to do that. "I don't need all the attention on me. Bruce is the one who got hurt. I am just tired."

"That may be but you were also in the water and swallowed some of it. The fact of the matter is that you have a low immune system and could get chest infections easily."

Tony sighs. "I hate it. Look I will apologize to Simon okay. I was out of line but I really don't want him..."

Gibbs runs a hand through Tony's hair. "Alright we leave that for now. But come to me or Simon if you got trouble. We are only halfway there. Come take your inhaler now."

Tony nodded and did what Gibbs asked. He then stood up and grabbed the bags. "Why don't I carry one."

"No I said I will so I will do it." Tony said stubborn.

The others also stood up. Tony walked to Simon.

"Euhm Simon. I want to apologize for my attitude. You were only trying to help. I am sorry." Tony said softly.

Simon smiled. "Thank you for telling me Tony. Apology accepted. But please come to me if you got trouble alright."

"Sure doc" Tony said with a smile before he walked to Bruce and Oscar.

"You okay?" Oscar asked softly.

"Yeah fine." Tony said and Bruce begins to tell them a funny story about a hike his father and he once did.
