"The hell you will!" Gibbs said angry. "Unpack them!"
"No! I can't stay here any longer. You are not being honest with me. You need to see a shrink because of ME! You the great Leroy Jethro Gibbs who never will see a shrink is now seeing a shrink voluntarily. Not even the big horrible criminals got you that far but I have?"
Gibbs took a chair from the corner and sat it in the front of the door and sat down on it. Tony couldn't leave if he wanted too. This was the moment they had that talk he just talked with the shrink about.
"Yes Tony because sometimes I need some help too. Need some advice. I will do it for someone I love". Gibbs said.
Tony was getting worked up again and was pacing. He was feeling trapped with Gibbs sitting there.
"Don't throw that shit at me! Can you be honest for one time? You lied about it! Why? You first say I need to see a shrink and now are you doing it?"
"Watch your tone kid. If I would tell you, would you accept it? Look at what you are doing now. Look around the room Tony."
"I know what I am doing." Tony said angry. "You were hiding something."
"Like you are hiding what happend 10 years ago? No Tony I was there because I didn't knew what to do. You wouldn't talk to me. And you are carrying it with you all day in and out. I see what it is doing to do. I care about you Tony. I love you. You know what I feel every time you are blocking me out?"
"Don't go there! Stop it! It was 10 years ago. Years, stop it. Leave it alone. Why don't you understand that!" Tony yelled and begins throwing stuff.
Gibbs sat there patiently and kept looking at him. Without saying anything. He knew Tony couldn't handle that. Tony knew what he was doing was wrong. Hoping to get his way.

Ducky was still downstairs. He wanted to leave but then he heard the yelling. He decided to wait for a moment. It didn't fell right to leave now. He felt responsible for what was happening upstairs. It was 30 minutes later when he heard stuff being thrown inside the room upstairs. Ducky was concerned. It looks like the situation got out of hand. It took all his willpower not to go upstairs to see if everything was alright. It took an other 20 minutes when the throwing stopped.

Tony was breathing heavily and sat tiredly on the ground.
"Tell me what happend with your mother Tony. Why are you so angry at her?"
Tony sighs and took a deep breath. "She was tired a lot. Would sleep all day. Every time I asked if something was wrong she would say she was fine. I never knew she was sick till she killed herself." He said softly and looked away.
"I am sorry to hear that Tony. Is that why you asked me if I was sick because I looked tired?" Gibbs tried to understand. Tony nodded.
"You know I will not leave you if I could help it. And if I am seriously sick. You will know. I promise. I will not kill myself for it. I always need to know that you are in good hands."
"No secrets about it. I want to know. You need to promise." Tony said as he looked at him.
"I promise with all my heart kid." Gibbs said with a kind smile.
"Good can I go now?" Tony asked after a couple of minutes.
"Nope. First you need to unpack your stuff." Gibbs said and crossed his arms. Tony was good. Thinking to reveal one thing that he could leave. Not going to happen. Even if it would take all day they would finish this conversation.
"You serious!" Tony said as he stood up angry. "I just told you about my mother what more do you want from me!"
"10 years ago. What happend?"
Tony begins to throw stuff again. "Stop it! Leave it alone!"
"We can't Tony. Now more secrets. It's time to move on and that only can happen if you talk about what happend."
"Why this! It could stay buried!" He yelled angry. He start pacing again and would kick a box once in awhile.
"Stop kicking and throwing your stuff." Gibbs said patiently. It was getting harder to just sit here on the chair and not to go to Tony and spanking his butt.
"It can't stay buried and you know that. You know I am only here because I want to help you. I CARE about you Tony. You how this is killing me you not talking me. MY SON. I feel so helpless..."
"Stop it. Stop it." Tony begged.
"It breaks my heart every time you do that. I feel so much sadness it's like I am losing my wife and daughter again. I can't reach them anymore but you I can but you won't..."
"Gibbs stop it... stop." Tony had tears in his eyes. Running his hand through his hair.
Gibbs hated that shrinks were right about feelings. And now came the hardest part. You can't go to him. He needs to come to you. Gibbs closed his eyes for a moment to get himself under controle.
"You are all I have in my life Tony. You are the one I live for. Why do you keep pushing me away?"
"I am not... just one thing..." Tony said as he sat on the ground in the corner hugging his knees.
"This one thing is big. It was the reason you turned your life upside down. This is the one thing that is still haunting you. Tony what happend?"

Downstairs
"Jannis what did you tell Jethro?" Ducky said through the phone. They were upstairs for a long time and all he heard was yelling and stuff throwing.
"Donald you know I can't discuss that. Why are you asking, is something wrong?" Jannis asked concerned.
Ducky told her what happend while he was alone with Tony and from the moment Gibbs came home. "Jannis I love you dear but they have been in that room for a long time and it doesn't sound good. Should I go in there?"
"Donald honey. You need to let them be. As long as they are still talking in that room it should be fine. They are both stubborn man. A little temper tantrum would be expected."
"A little yes but I never heard it that big before."
"Because Donald this is not an easy conversation they are heaving."
"So I should let them be? Going home?" Ducky asked a little bit unsure.
"Let them be yes, but I think it would be best if you be around. Just to be sure." Jannis said.
"So you are a bit concerned?" Ducky stated.
"Donald I am therapist. I am always concerned. I have to go to another patient now. Call if it got out of hand otherwise I will see you tomorrow for dinner." Jannis said and hang up.

Tony had tears in his eyes and held his head in his hands. Tony didn't move for one hour. He was crying and Gibbs still sat on his chair. Dr. Brooks told him that Tony would come seeking for comfort when it became too hard. Giving comfort was not wrong but in this kind of situaties it could also lead to asking for forgiveness and to stop the conversation further. He couldn't give him that till Tony had told him the story. This was breaking his heart.
Suddenly Tony stood up sadly and start unpacking his stuff. He would sniff once in awhile but that was not stopping him. He didn't speak.
Gibbs was glad there was some progress but the silence was unnerving. It took another hour till Tony was finished and lay on his bed facing the wall. Gibbs looked at his watch. They skipped lunch and now it was almost time for dinner.
15 minutes later Tony start to speak. "He tried to kill me."
Gibbs closed his eyes. This was indeed bad. "What happend?" He asked quietly.
Tony took a deep breath. "He was never happy that I was his son. Told me I was a mistake. The moment I was born it began. How older I become the more I got. Then my mom died and it got worse. It was my fault he told me. I was a devil's child and needed to be cured..."
"The therapist?" Gibbs asked curiously.
"Yeah. Kind off. He was a therapists/ doctor or so. Gave me medicine that would hurt me. Took blood from me a lot of times. Told me things so that I would change my mind. Teaching me not to talk. And the worse he gave my father tools he could use on me."
God, thought Gibbs. No wonder he hated therapist or doctors. Tony took a couple of deep breaths to tell the next part.
"14 is the age you need to work in my family. I didn't wanted to do that and if I did it I did everything wrong so my father said. The business wasn't going great. One night we had a business meeting. The deal went wrong. The man who he wanted to make a deal with hated me. I never did anything...he just...hated me. I was never good in his eyes. Never was when I was little. They would be great partners. He and my dad. Same thoughts." Tony grinned before he shook his head.
"Anyway. That night it went to hell. My father wanted to meet me in his office. He called me names I won't repeat. He then used his belt on me. He kicked me when I went down. Broke my arm. He went crazy. I never saw him like that before. Suddenly he held me against the wall. His hand was...was..on my throat. Suffocating me. Then I heard a click. He had...a gun and aimed it at my head.."
"Shit" Gibbs said silently. This was horrible. "When then happend?" He asked softly as he closed his eyes.
"My legs were still free. I kicked him in his groin. There was a figurine on the dresser besides me. It could reach it when he let go of me. I smashed it against his head. He was knock-out. I took the gun, got my bag from upstairs and left the house. I would never go back again." Tony told him monotonous.
Gibbs stood up and lay next to Tony and held him close. "I am so sorry I had to that. And I am so sorry you had to go through that. I am so sorry." Gibbs had tears in his eyes while rocking Tony. Tony held Gibbs close but didn't say anything. He closed his eyes and lay his head on Gibbs chest. Listening to his heartbeat.
"I love you dad" Tony whispered softly.
Gibbs smiled and runs a hand through Tony's hair. He gave a kiss on his head. "Love you too kid."

Ducky was downstairs making dinner. He looked at his watch it was 8 o'clock. Ducky shook his head. It's been 12 hours since they last ate. Did they even drink he wondered. Is was quiet for awhile upstairs. Ducky looked at his watch again. Alright enough is enough. They could talk but not at the expense of their health. Ducky went upstairs and knocked on the door. No answer.
Carefully Ducky opened the door. A chair was blocking it a bit. Ducky looked around the room. There was no mess. He wondered about the boxes but that was it. He then looked at the bed. They were both asleep in each other's arms. Ducky smiled Jannis was right.
"Jethro, Anthony time to wake up." Ducky said and shook them a bit. Tony tensed up and grabbed Gibbs shirt. Gibbs opened his eyes and looked around confused.
"Shh Tony it's okay." Gibbs looked confused at Ducky. Why was he here, he thought.
"Dinner is ready. It's 8 o'clock. You both need to drink and eat something."
Tony sat up. "It's 8 o'clock already?" He asked shocked.
"Yes come on my dear boy. You need to eat. We can't let you go underweight again." Ducky said and walked downstairs.
Tony looked at Gibbs. "Again with that." Tony sighs and followed Ducky.
