Fifth Year
Albus Potter, Rose Weasley and Scorpius Malfoy begun their fifth year at Hogwarts a week ago.
Right now they sit in the Slytherin common room, talking and relaxing.
They are the only people in the room.
"Scorp, why are you leaving the house Quidditch team?" says Rose.
"It's a rather violent sport and I hate getting hurt and things like that." says Scorpius.
"One can play Quidditch and not get hurt, man." says Albus.
"Yes, if you're very good at it, like you. I'm not as good so I've decided to step off the team." says Scorpius.
"Alright then. I guess we'll have to find someone else who can take your spot." says Albus, who is the Slytherin house Quidditch captain and Seeker.
"What you gonna do instead of playing Quidditch?" says Rose.
"Not sure." says Scorpius.
"There are plenty of interesting options. I'm sure you'll find some sort of good thing to do." says Albus.
"Thanks, Al." says Scorpius.
"Sure. No problem, Scorp." says Albus.
"Cool." says Scorpius.
"Hello, Scorp." says a girl named Roxanne Willow as she enter the room.
Roxanne is a year younger than Scorpius and has been his girlfriend for a while now.
She is a half-blood and very good with magic animals.
"Hello, Rox." says Scorpius.
Roxanne gives Scorpius a kiss.
"You're a babe." says Scorpius.
"Awww! Thanks." says a happy Roxanne.
Roxanne slip a cute little love-note to Scorpius and then she goes up to the girl dorm to take nap, being tired.
"So cool that you've a girlfriend." says Albus.
"Thanks. Why don't you have one? I heard that May Carter likes you." says Scorpius.
"Perhaps she does, but I don't like her." says Albus.
"Why? She seem sweet." says Rose.
"And she is, but I've really nothing in common with her." says Albus.
This is true. May Carter doesn't share any of Albus' interests.
"Okay, Al." says Rose.
"I'll date a girl if I find one who's more like me." says Albus.
More like Albus means a person who is a good person, like Quidditch and is skilled at Defence Against the Dark Arts.
"Hi, Albus." says a girl named Bella Hansen as she enter the room.
Bella is Roxanne's BFF and it seems like Bella has a crush on Albus.
Bella would truly be a very nice fit for Albus' girlfriend, since she is good, love Quidditch a lot and has some solid skill in Defence Against the Dark Arts.
"Hello, Bella." says Albus.
Albus doesn't seem aware that Bella has a crush on him.
Unlike his brother James, Albus isn't very interested in girls in a way other than friendship.
Rose and Scorpius have noticed that Bella like Albus.
"Al, Bella's got a crush on you." says Rose.
"Does she?" says Albus.
"Yeah. Rose is right." says Scorpius.
"Oh...Bella seem sweet." says Albus.
"Take her out on a date sometime." says Scorpius, who is more confident than Albus is, even though Albus has become less insecure over the years, having gained enough confidence to be Quidditch captain.
"Maybe I will, man." says Albus.
"Nice. It will be fun for you." says Scorpius.
Scorpius is a good friend to Albus and wnat Albus to find a girl.
Rose also want Albus to have a girlfriend.
Rose herself want a boyfriend, but she hasn't found a guy she like.
The next day, after lunch.
Albus ( wearing his Quidditch uniform to feel more confident ) walk up to Bella.
"Hello, Bella." says Albus.
"Yay! Hello, Albus." says Bella, happy that Albus talk to her.
"I believe you like Quidditch." says Albus.
"Quidditch is the best sport ever." says Bella.
Bella's heart beat faster with excitement.
She really like Albus and is happy that he wanna talk to her today.
"True. Quidditch is awesome." says Albus.
"And you're great at it." says Bella.
"Uh...thanks, Bella." says Albus.
"Don't be nervous. I'm sweet." says Bella.
"Okay. Nice." says Albus.
Albus seems to develop a crush on Bella.
"Wanna join the team? Scorpus is gonna quit so there will be an open spot soon." says Albus.
"It'd be a lot of fun, but I'm not a good Quidditch player. I love Quidditch soooo much, but I cannot play." says Bella.
"I understand. Just tell me if you change your mind." says Albus.
"Sure will, Albus." says Bella.
"Cool." says Albus.
"Yeah. You're sooo handsome. I like your Quidditch outfit." says Bella.
"Thanks, girl." says Albus.
"I like cold yummy ice cream and warm sweet tea. Wanna go with me on the next Hogsmeade visit...?" says Bella.
"Yes, that could be nice." says Albus.
"Awesome!" says a happy Bella.
"Okay." says Albus, no longer nervous as he was at first.
"Last thing here, Albus Potter. Wear dress robes when we go to Hogsmeade, please. I love when people dress up for dates." says Bella.
"Alright, Bella." says Albus.
2 weeks later, the next Hogsmeade visit happen.
Albus put on his dress robes.
He feel a tiny bit uncomfortable, having never worn clothes like that before.
"Okay." says Albus as he shake off the tiny feeling of uncomfortableness.
He walk out from the dorm and step down to the common room.
"Hello, Al. You look fancy, is it someone's cute b-day?" says Rose.
"No. I'm going on a date with Bella to Hogsmeade. She asked me out." says Albus.
"Awesome! Have fun. Unfortunately I don't get to go to Hogsmeade this time. Mom didn't sign my note." says Rose.
"Oh, already ready, Al...?" says Bella as she step down from the girl dorms.
"Yeah." says Albus.
Bella is very beautiful.
Her natural blonde hair is now semi-curly and up in a ponytail and she wear white and green formal dress robes in Irish style.
"Bella, you're very beautiful." says Albus.
"Thanks, Al. You are very handsome yourself, for sure. I like." says Bella.
Albus and Bella hold hands as they exit the common room.
"Soooo cute!" says Rose, who is very happy for her friend Albus.
Bella is also very happy, because she gets to go on a date with Albus.
She and Albus join the group of students that get to go to Hogsmeade.
Professor Reginald Andrews check that each student has a note from a parent or equal person that shows that the student is allowed to go to Hogsmeade.
"Good. It appears that all of you are allowed to go to Hogsmeade." says Professor Andrews.
Albus and Bella walk towards Hogsmeade.
"I like this." says Bella.
"Thanks. You are very sweet." says Albus.
"I always try to be a sweetie girl." says Bella.
"Good. That's very nice." says Albus.
"Yeah." says a happy Bella.
The sun shine above.
It's a very nice day.
"This is awesome." says Bella when she and Albus reach Hogsmeade.
Albus and Bella enter Madam Puddifoot's Tea Shop, which is still known as a place where teens and young adults go on dates.
"Welcome, young sweeties." says a giddy 29 year old woman who's dressed in all pink.
This woman is a relative of Madam Puddifoot, since Madam Puddifoot herself after so long now feel the effects of age, so she is too weak to run the tea shop.
Even though Madam Puddifoot is no longer the owner, the tea shop still has the same overly cutie design as always, a fact that most male customers don't like.
Albus, unlike his father, doesn't seem to have any problem with the tea shops highly girlie style.
Madam Puddifoot's relative show Bella and Albus to a table and then ask them "What would you like?"
"Uh...Italian tea and cold fresh ice cream, please." says Bella.
"Okay, as ye wish, young lady." says Madam Puddifoot's relative with a sweet smile.
"Thanks." says Bella as she pay.
"Sweet." says Madam Puddifoot's relative as she wave her want in a slow elegant way and make tea and ice cream appear on the table.
Bella and Albus drink tea and eat ice cream.
"Awww! Such a romantic place this is." says Bella.
"Yes, I agree." says Albus with truth.
He has no problem with the tea shop, despite being so much like his father ( who dislike the shop ) in almost every other way.
"Sweet." says Bella.
"Indeed, Bella." says Albus.
"Yay!" says Bella, being very happy.
Bella and Albus are clearly both having a good time.
Albus was truly a bit nervous before the date, but now he's able to relax and be his true self with Bella, a girl who obviously has rather strong romantic feelings for him.
"You're a very nice girl." says Albus.
"Thanks. You're a very nice guy." says Bella.
"Okay. Thank you." says Albus.
"I'm so happy!" says Bella.
"You're a very cute girl, Bella." says Albus.
"You are a very handsome guy, Albus." says Bella.
"Nice." says Albus.
"Yeah." says Bella.
45 minutes later.
"Al, is it true that the famous Harry Potter is your dad...?" says Bella.
"Yes, but to me he's just a normal man." says Albus.
"Okay." says Bella.
"It's fun being here with you." says Albus.
"Thanks." says Bella.
"You're welcome." says Albus.
"Amazing!" says a happy Bella.
"True." says Albus.
"Bloody crap! Al with a girl...? I must be seeing stuff here." says James, Albus' brother, as he enter the tea shop and sees Albus and Bella.
James is very surprised to see his brother with a girl.
"No, it's real." says Albus.
"Okay. Nice goin' there, bro. Good luck, for sure." says James.
James whisper something to a random girl and then leave.
"Your brother?" says Bella.
"Indeed. That was James, my brother." says Albus.
"Alright." says Bella.
"James is a lot like grandpa was, the man he's named after." says Albus.
"Who are you like?" says Bella.
"Dad, I guess." says Albus.
"Awesome!" says Bella with a very cute smile.
"Thanks." says Albus.
"I like you a lot." says Bella.
"I like you as well." says Albus and he truly does.
21 minutes later.
Albus and Bella leave the tea shop.
"Where do you want to go?" says Albus.
"The wand shop. I need a new wand." says Bella.
"Okay." says Albus.
Bella and Albus walk to the Hogsmeade branch of Ollivanders.
"Hello. I'd like to have a new wand. The one I have is almost broken." says Bella as she pull out her wand.
It has a major crack and will fully break very soon.
"Let me see...that's 11.6 inches, rosewood, dragon heartstring core." says the man who run the shop, a friend of Ollivander.
The man search through boxes of wands and soon finds a wand that is similar to Bella's old one.
As Bella gently grasp the new wand it glow a bit and a brief piece of music can be heard, meaning that the wand is a fit for her.
She pay for it.
"Mr, would you be in need of a new wand aslo?" says the man to Albus.
"No, thanks. I'm good." says Albus as he show his 12.3 inches long wand, made of ebony with a dragon heartstring core.
"Okay." says the man.
Bella and Albus leave the wand shop.
"Awww!" says Bella, falling even more in love with Albus now that she get to spend time with him.
It is clear that Albus is falling in love with Bella as well.
2 days later, Albus, Bella, Scorpius, Roxanne and Rose hang out in the Slytherin common room.
No one else is there.
"B, are you Potter's girlfriend now?" says Roxanne.
"Yes, I am." says Bella.
"Awesome. You have most famous boyfriend at Hogwarts." says Roxanne.
"I'm not famous. I'm the son of a famous man." says Albus.
"Right. Sorry." says Roxanne.
"Dude, you are sort of famous." says Scorpius.
"Thanks for the high praise, but I am not nearly as amazing as dad, man." says Albus.
"C'mon, Albus. You're a great wizard." says Rose, saying almost the same thing that her mom once said to Harry.
"Nice of you to think so, Rose." says Albus.
"No problem." says Rose, who always talk super-nice about Albus, since he is her best friend.
Rose is very much a girl, but just like Hermione nearly always hung out with Harry and Ron, Rose spend most of the time with Albus and Scorpius.
Rose also has Hermione's appearance and also her mind, being very smart.
All the teachers and the rest of the staff at Hogwarts could easy tell who Rose was the daughter of the first time they saw her.
Just like Albus and Scorpius look like their dads, Rose look like her mom.
Rose is well aware of how much like her mom she is.
Ron has told her that many times and she hear it often from random people.
"Thank goodness you've your mother's brain." is something Ron has said to Rose nearly a hundred times, maybe even more.
Bella gives Albus a kiss.
Roxanne gives Scorpius a kiss.
Rose doesn't feel awkward being the only one in the room who's single. She's perfectly fine with it.
The next day.
It is dinnwer in the Great Hall.
Neville and Hagrid notice that Bella sit with Albus.
This is a surprise to both men who has never seen Albus interact with any girl besides Rose.
"It appears that Al has found himself a girl." whisper Neville.
"Yes, so it seems." whisper Hagrid.
Hagrid and Neville are of course happy for Albus, but also very surprised, since Albus has never been known for being confident around girls who are not Rose.
Being nice and not tell Harry or Ginny anything until Albus himself feel ready to do so, Neville and Hagrid decides to not say anything to anyone.
Neville sees that Albus and Bella seem to get along very well.
2 weeks later, Harry visit Albus at Hogwarts.
"Hello, Al." says Harry as he enter the Slytherin common room.
Albus sit there, playing wizard chess with Scorpius.
To Harry's eyes, this is normal.
It's what he usually see whne he visit Albus.
Suddenly Harry notice something he's never seen before, the girl who sit next to Albus and lean against him a bit with a smile on her face.
The girl is of course Bella.
Harry has nothing against Albus having a girlfriend, it is just a surprise.
"Hello, dad." says Albus when he hear his father's voice.
"Good to see you, son. Now, who may this young lady be?" says Harry.
"I am Bella Trudy Hansen, sir." says Bella, a bit nervous about meeting the famous Harry Potter.
"Alright. Obviously you seem to get along very well with Albus. I'm glad he's found a girl." says Harry.
"Thank you, sir." says Bella, amking sure to refer to Harry as 'sir', thinking that Harry wants people to be formal all the time with him because he's famous and the Head of the Auror Department.
"Relax, no need to be overly formal." says Harry, who notice that Bella is a bit nervous.
"Oh...okay." says Bella as she relax.
"Al, may I have a word with you, just man to man?" says Harry.
"Sure, dad. Back ina few, guys." says Albus, leaving Bella and Scorpius for a bit.
Harry and Albus step out into the hallway outside the Slytherin common room.
"Dad..." says Albus.
"It's okay. Bella seem to be a good girl. I'm happy for you and you may continue to date her. I simply want you to take things slow and not rush it with her." says Harry.
"Alright." says Albus.
"Nice. I trust you." says Harry.
"Is it okay that Bella's Muggle-born?" says Albus.
"Of course. I don't mind." says Harry.
"Cool." says Albus.
"Yes." says Harry.
"Where's mom? I want her to meet Bella too." says Albus.
"She's at home. She didn't want to with me here." says Harry.
"Maybe next time then." says Albus.
"Indeed." says Harry.
"Please don't tell mom about Bella. I wanna make it a surprise." says Albus.
"Okay. I understand." says Harry.
Almost a month later.
Ginny visit Albus at Hogwarts.
She enter the Slytherin common room.
Albus and Scorpius are both asleep on a couch, while Bella and Roxanne are drinking tea and reading the Daily Prophet.
"Hello." says Bella, having no idea who Ginny is.
"Hello. I am Mrs Potter." says Ginny.
"Oh...Al's mom." says Bella.
"Yes. Do you know him?" says Ginny.
"I do...I'm a friend of his." says Bella.
Bella walk over to Albus.
She gently touch his shoulder and says "Al, wake up. Your mom's here."
"Oh, right..." says Albus as he slowly sit up.
"Hello, son." says Ginny.
"Hello, mom." says Albus.
Ginny notice that Bella sit very close to Albus and lean against him in an intimate way.
She put 2 and 2 together and figure out that Bella is Albus' girlfriend.
"Al, who's the young lady?" says Ginny, trying to hide her smile.
"Mom, this is Bella Hansen." says Albus.
"Sweet. She seem to be a good girl for you." says Ginny.
"How did you know that she...?" says Albus.
"The way she sit with you like that, it is clear taht she like you." says Ginny.
"I'm sorry, Mrs Potter." says Bella as she back away from Albus a bit.
"No, do not be, Miss Hansen. I think it is a wonderful thing that you love my youngest son." says Ginny.
"Oh, thanks." says Bella as she move back close to Albus and lean against him in the cute romantic way again.
"You're welcome." says Ginny.
"Nice." says Bella, happy that Ginny is okay with the fact that Albus is her boyfriend.
"I brought some stuff for you." says Ginny as she put down a bag on the floor.
In the bag are some things for Albus.
"Thanks." says Albus.
"You're welcome and best of luck in the Qudditch game next week." says Ginny.
"I'm all ready for it." says Albus.
"Okay, but don't be too confident." says Ginny.
"Alright, mom." says Albus.
Ginny leave.
5 days later.
Albus play in the Quidditch match Slytherin vs Ravenclaw.
Bella sit in a good seat, cheering her boyfriend on.
"Yay! Go, Albus!" says a happy Bella.
"B, your guy's awesome at Quidditch." says Roxanne who sit next to Bella on her right.
"I know, just like his father and grandfather." says Bella.
"Alright." says Roxanne.
"True." says Bella.
"Cool." says Roxanne.
"Yeah." says Bella.
"I wish Scorpius was still on the team." says Roxanne.
"Speaking of him, where's he today?" says Bella.
"Not sure. Haven't seen him since breakfast." says Roxanne.
2 hours later, Slytherin has won, thanks to Albus who caught the Snitch.
Albus and Bella celebrate with a cake of white chocolate.
"You were so awesome out there." says Bella.
"Thanks, Bella." says Albus.
"It was so amazing when you caught the Snitch." says Bella.
"Okay. Doing so wasn't easy." says Albus.
"Hot. You're so strong." says Bella.
"Sweet that you think so." says Albus.
"Al, you are strong." says Bella.
Albus and Bella manage to remain a couple during their time at Hogwarts and after graduation they move in with each other in London.
