After the lunch we returned back to the office and finished our paperwork, everyone piling into the elevator for the first time on a regular 8-5 day, together.

"Sooo, since you're all here," Garcia began. Rossi groaned loudly and Hotch perked a brow. "Oh hush!" she scolded him. "There's a carnival in town and we should all go together. Sir, you can bring Jack and JJ you can bring Will and the children. Reid can shout statistics about how many accidents occur because of those rides. Morgan can win me a teddy bear because he's ridiculously good at those wired games. Rossi can pick up some nice women and Emily can get us drunk off of cheap carnival beer. It'll be perfect!" Garcia grinned. Everyone laughed and thought about it for a bit.

"We'll meet down in an hour?" Hotch spoke up. Everyone grinned because if Hotch wanted to go, we were all going.

"Yes!" Garcia exclaimed and we all separated after the elevator ride to go home and change.

"You want to go, baby?" Derek nudged as walked towards his truck.

"Could be fun, right?" I asked, looking over at him as we got inside.

"Definitely," he nodded with a grin. I returned the smile and we stopped by his apartment so he could grab a couple of things. "Alright, let's get going," he smiled at me. He maneuvered into a parking space next to Rossi and we got out. Mostly everyone had arrived except for JJ.

"She said they got caught in traffic but they'll meet up in a few," Garcia informed us.

"Well I don't know about you but I could totally start this little adventure on that," Emily pointed to a contraption that reminded me of a zipper.

"That looks dangerous," I said. "Did you know that there are-"

"Reid, if I'm going to die on a ride like that, I'd rather die not knowing the probability of my death," Emily laughed, everyone, joining in. I smiled and Derek looked at me with an endearing look. I smiled at him.

"So who's with me?" Emily asked.

"Hey guys, sorry we're late," JJ appeared with Will and her two sons.

"Uncle!" Henry rushed up to me and I grinned.

"Hi Henry," I picked him up even though he was now getting older.

"He was asking if you were going to be here and wouldn't be quiet until he saw you," Will chuckled lowly.

"Can we get on rides, Uncle Spence?" he asked me as he perched on my hip.

"Er sure, but nothing too crazy, we don't want to scare you," I nodded.

"Scare him or scare you?" Derek teased and I narrowed my eyes at him.

"I'm not scared," he laughed, putting his hands up in defense.

"Alright, tough guy," he grinned. "If you say so."

Derek Morgan

"Let's go get some tickets," Rossi held up his wallet and everyone grinned. We followed him to the ticket booth and the woman behind the glass looked up with a grin.

"How many tickets would you like?" she asked cheerfully.

"However many this buys," he smacked a hundred dollar bill on the table and a couple of us snickered. Clearly this man had never been to a carnival. When the lady handed him a sheet with only seventy-five tickets. Rossi frowned, waving the sheet in front of her. "That's it?"

"Er, yes," she nodded awkwardly. Rossi scoffed, shaking his head and handed the sheet to Hotch.

"Get me nine more of those," he scoffed, digging into his wallet.

"Rossi, are you serious?" I asked him. Was this man serious?

"Yeah, yeah," he produced the money from that wallet and handed it to her. Clearly she hadn't ever seen someone ever pay that much and she gulped as she handed him the sheets. "Thank you very much," he turned around and distributed them.

"Say thank you, boys," JJ told her children as Rossi gave it to them.

"Thank you," the smiled at him followed by a thank you from Jack.

"Let's go have some fun, people!" Emily grinned. Immediately Hotch and JJ grouped with Will and their kids and the separated to the kid-friendly side. Rossi instantly found a woman to spend his time with and the couple disappeared.

"And then there were four," Garcia laughed. "Where to first?"

"There!" Emily pointed at the ride Spencer told me he thought looked like a zipper.

"I'm game," I smirked as we stared at the riders getting on.

"Ooh me too!" Garcia nodded her head and her Emily began walking towards them.

"I don't know," Spencer shook his head, gulping.

"Come on, it'll be fun," I assured him. He looked unsure but walked with me regardless.

"Okay, if you say so," I smiled and we stood in line with Prentiss and Garcia.

"Wait so how long have you guys been together?" Prentiss crossed her arms.

"Two months, three weeks, 4 days and 22 hours," Reid nodded before blushing profusely. I chuckled and brushed the one nagging hair that always fell in his eyes away from his face.

"That long," I nodded.

"Tell me everything!" Garcia smiled like a madwoman and I raised my eyebrows. Spencer looked at me with a look of uncertainty. I reached over and slipped my hand into his, Spencer squeezing instantly. Both women shared a loud coo and I watched as he blushed. I tugged him closer and he obliged without hesitation.

"Do you want them to know?" I asked quietly. Even though it wasn't always discussed, we both liked to be private about our relationship. It's not that I wouldn't like to walk around hand in hand because we would, it's just the knowledge of what happens is the thing.

"Just a little is okay," he shrugged.

"Who 'fessed up first?" Emily asked.

"Me, it was an accident," Spencer said bashfully.

"An accident?" Garcia frowned. I looked at him and he nodded.

"Well, you know the night of the Barbie case?" I started. "Earlier I was sort of an uh-" I paused to think of the word.

"Unsure?" Spencer offered.

"More like an idiot," I said and I watched as the ends up his lips perked up.

"Wait, it was your fault Spencer was sad not like himself at all?" Prentiss asked.

"You jerk!" Garcia gasped, swinging at me with her purse.

"Ow, ow, hey!" I covered my face with my arms. I did not want those sharp studs stabbing my eye. "Help me," I looked at Spencer but he was too busy laughing with Prentiss.

"What did I tell you? I said not to hurt him!" she exclaimed.

"It wasn't on purpose! Besides, you said that weeks after," I defended myself.

"Alright, I'm calm," she smoothed her dress and held her bag with a smile.

"You crazy woman," I shook my head, rubbing my chest. "And you, thanks for your help," I looked indignantly at Spencer.

"You're welcome," he smiled. I didn't want to return the smile for more effect but I did so, not being able to hold it back.

"Was it at least a romantic confession? Like somewhere cute?" Garcia asked as we moved back.

"Four tickets please," the man asked.

"I'll get back to you," I told her as we handed the man sixteen tickets. They helped us in and made sure all the safeties were in.

"You okay?" I looked over at him. It was only two people per ride and so Garcia and Prentiss had gone into a different cart.

"They look like cages," he gulped, gripping the bar tightly.

"You'll be okay, Pretty Boy," I assured him.

"Can you-" he didn't have to finish when I grabbed his hand, lacing our fingers and he smiled gratefully. Slowly, the ride began and we started to rise. Spencer squeaked at the cart rocked.

"Oh my God," he muttered as we reached the top, the cart swinging back and forth.

"Relax, baby, just breathe," I squeezed his hand, and then we were launched forward, the cart flipping as we descended. Spencer screamed and I laughed at the adrenaline that was pumping through me.

"HOW ARE YOU LAUGHING?" he yelled before continuing to scream.

"IT'S FUN!" I shouted back. The ride ended too soon and I hopped out followed by a wobbling Spencer.

"You lied to me," he swallowed. "That was not fun," he shook his head.

"Naw baby, it was fun. You were just a little scared," my arms encircled him like it was a natural thing, pulling him closer to me.

"A little?" he pressed his forehead into my neck, taking deep breaths.

"We'll go on easier ones after this, I promise," I pulled his head back so I could see his face, pressing my hands on either temple.

"Okay," he nodded. I pulled him into a kiss and his lips moved softly. It was short considering where we were.

"Aw! Emily, I need a boyfriend now," we pulled away at the sound of Garcia's voice.

"Then get one," she shrugged and Garcia rolled her eyes. Coming back down from whatever high we were on, I looked around to see if anyone else from the team had been roaming around. Spencer seemed to be doing the same thing.

"What's next?" Prentiss grinned, appearing to be perfectly fine whereas Garcia didn't look too different from Spencer.

We went on a few rides after, they were much tamer and Spencer seemed to be okay with them. There was this one ride however that neither Garcia nor Spencer would get on.

"I'll be right back, baby," I smiled at him and he nodded, returning it. Prentiss and I were seated next to each other.

"Did you know that there are 52 ride-related deaths a year! And the odds of a ride breaking down during mid-operation is-" Spencer was shouting from the ground.

"REID!" Emily yelled, motioning to the ride operator. I watched as my Pretty Boy blushed heavily. He was absolutely perfect. The ride began and we started to ascend. The ride would reach a specific height before dropping back to the ground.

"You ready, Prentiss?" I asked as we reached the top.

"Whoever screams buys food," she proposed.

"Get your wallet ready," I smirked. There was a sound of air being pressed out and we dropped. Prentiss screamed but she cut it short. My face felt like it was being ripped off but I didn't scream.

"Ugh," she moaned as she stumbled off and threw up in a nearby trash can once we got off.

"That was not fun to even watch," Spencer informed me and I chuckled, throwing my arm over his shoulders.

"I thought it was pretty fun. You hungry?" I asked.

"Funnel cake?" he perked up.

"You want funnel cake?" he nodded and I searched for a stand. Finding it, we turned back once Prentiss had finished puking.

"I heard something about funnel cake?" she said, wiping her mouth. Both Garcia and Spencer grimaced.

"You really want to eat after that?" Garcia pointed at the trash can and Emily only shrugged.

"Yeah, why not?" she pulled out her wallet. "Besides, I lost," she scoffed and I smirked.

"I mean, if you're paying," Garcia grinned, scurrying off towards the stand.

"Me too," Spencer followed, my arm dropping to the side.

"I think he just dumped you for funnel cake," Prentiss patted my back with a look of fake sympathy.

"I think so," I nodded, walking over to them. They ordered and we sat down to eat them by the Ferris wheel. We sat on the stone ledge of a large planter, our feet dangling a couple of inches off the ground. Garcia and Emily a couple of feet away, sitting at a picnic table, gossiping about God knows what.

"This has been fun so far," Spencer confessed as he popped another piece of funnel cake into his mouth.

"I told you," eating some of my own.

"I remember," he laughed softly.

"You know," I brushed my hands off, "We should do something like this again. But only if we can do cheesy couple things," I looked into his warm eyes.

"Cheesy couple things?" he questioned.

"Yeah. I wanna walk around and hold your hand. Ride those awkward love rides and kiss you whenever I feel like without worrying about someone from the team finding out," he blushed but maintained eye contact.

"That would be really great. I would like to do that," he nodded.

"We will, baby."

"You promise?"

"I promise," I tapped the tip of his nose. He smiled and looked back at his funnel cake, finishing the remaining pieces.

"I wanna go play some games," Emily clasped her hands together as she stood up, throwing away her trash.

"Ooh, win me a teddy bear!" Garcia clapped. We laughed and walked towards the games area. Both our hands brushed multiple times as I wanted to just grab it carelessly and win him all the stuffed animals.

"Perfect," Prentiss grinned as we stopped at a shooting game. I smirked and pulled out my wallet.

"How many bullets do you want?" the man asked, holding out the play rifle to me.

"Just one," I said smugly.

"Good luck buddy," he chuckled, inserting it. Standing at the line, I aimed at the target and within seconds, it fell to the ground, hitting it right in the bullseye. The man's eyes widened as he inspected where it had been hit. "You can pick any," he informed me as he switched target.

"Pick, Pretty Boy," I turned to look at him. He looked around the gallery and pointed at the light purple bear. The man handed it to me and I gave it to Spencer. It was much larger than it looks hanging up.

"My turn," Prentiss stepped up. "I'll also only have one bullet," she picked up the loaded rifle and aimed at the target, hitting it bulls-eye just like I did.

"Right on, little lady!" he grinned, letting her have her choice of prize.

"There's your prize, Garcia," Emily laughed and Garcia picked.

"I seriously need a boyfriend," she muttered as she shoved her face into the bear.

"Me next," Spencer handed me the bear. "I'll do the same as them," both Prentiss and my eyes widened. His aim was deadly whenever he needed it to be out in the field but Spencer rarely went to the shooting range for fun.

He closed one eye as he aimed, a few seconds later, the target fell back, perfectly centered on the bullseye.

"Well I'll be damned," the game owner stood there shocked. He looked over at Garcia. "Are you also gonna hit it like that too?" he asked and Garcia shook her head rapidly.

"Nope, in my dreams I'll hit with that much accuracy. I'm just the technical analyst," she sighed and we chuckled.

"Huh?" he looked confused.

"You pick now," Spencer smiled at me and so I did. We both lugged around ridiculously large bears around until we all met up by the Ferris wheel, unanimously deciding to leave it for last. I bit down on my lower lip, looking over at Spencer who was inspecting the rest of the carnival over his large bear. God, he looked so cute, I just wanted to cuddle the crap out of him.

Will and JJ were both getting on as well as Hotch and Beth, Rossi and his new date, and Prentiss said it was lame and she would just stay and watch the kids on the ground.

"Ooh me too," Garcia looked over at me slyly. "Looks like you and boy wonder have to get on too. I'll hold your things," she snatched them away and shoved us towards the other couples.

"Why didn't you bring your girlfriends?" JJ asked. "Isn't that who those are for?" she motioned at the bears.

"Wait, you're both in a relationship? Since when? No one ever tells me things!" Rossi looked offended and even Hotch laughed.

"Yup, but they won't tell us who they're dating," JJ sighed.

"Hold on, time out," Rossi waved his hands in the air. "I can believe genius here found himself another genius to nerd out with, but Morgan? You're tied down? How?" he looked over at me incredulously.

"Why is everyone so surprised?" I shook my head.

"I doubt that's even a valid question," Hotch shrugged and I gaped, everyone else laughing. Jeez, if Hotch thinks so, what the hell have I been doing?

"Who the hell was able to tie you down?" Rossi asked. I watched as Spencer licked his lips, looking over at me with a soft expression.

"Like I told JJ, for me to know and you guys to mind your business," I folded my arms with a smirk.

"Fine then, I won't spoil you two, I'll just spoil Spencer's relationship," he scoffed. "Who's your girlfriend, boy wonder?" he looked at him expectantly.

"Who said I had a girlfriend?" he shrugged.

"Please, you think we haven't noticed how much you smile now? No one other then Morgan makes you smile like that so obviously, you have a girlfriend. Who is she?" Rossi pressed with a grin. I pressed my lips at his words, trying not to look like a smiling idiot.

"I haven't confirmed anything," he shrugged again and Rossi rolled his eyes.

"Tell that to the lovely love bite on your neck," he smirked. My eyes widened, having completely forgotten about it.

"I ran into my pantry door," he lied, nodding his head. Everyone laughed at the poor excuse.

"Alright, that's it. I'll spoil myself," he scoffed and everyone started laughing. Spencer and I both shared a short look and we were boarded onto the Ferris wheel behind everyone else.

"I really make you smile that much?" I asked him.

"Yes, but you already knew that," he rolled his eyes playfully. I knew he smiled way more often now but I never fully finished that thought with myself being the reason as to why that was.

"You make me smile, Pretty Boy," I nudged him, leaning in and stealing a quick kiss.

"Derek!" he spluttered, looking around to make sure no one had seen anything.

"What? I can't help it when you look the way you do," I winked at him and he rolled his eyes playfully.

"You really are a big flirt," he told me.

"Yes, but you already knew that," I replayed what he told me earlier. He laughed softly and it was like I was hearing my favorite song. We held hands subtly, interlacing, and unlacing our fingers on my thigh. I traced the lines on his palms watching as he shivered. The ride was fairly calm but I wasn't even focused on the ride, I was focused more so on the beauty that sat beside me. God, he was just so amazing.

When the ride was over, we all hopped off and thanked Garcia quietly, retrieving our things.

"We're gonna head home, these two need some sleep," she pointed at Michael who was sleeping on her shoulder and Henry sleeping on Will's back.

"This guy does too," Hotch placed his hands on Jack's shoulders as the younger boy yawned. Soon we all disbanded, everyone heading home but not before Spencer insisted he needed cotton candy before leaving.

"Anything for you," I told him, flicking his nose softly just because I loved the way his nose scrunched cutely. We bought the cotton candy and he didn't even finish half of it when he fell asleep on the ride home. "You want to sleep over baby?" I asked him since his apartment was farther than mine.

"Mhm," he murmured, his head leaning against the window. I smiled at his sleeping form and we were at my apartment in no time. We exited and entered my apartment. Spencer tugged awkwardly at his tie since he was fully dressed in dress pants, a button-up, his usual vests, and a tie.

"You want to borrow clothes?" I asked as I filled a glass with water in the kitchen.

"Yes please," he nodded. I set down the glass and motioned for him to follow me into my bedroom, searching through my drawers for clothing that might fit. I handed him the smallest I owned and they still fit him big.

"You look adorable, baby boy," I complimented when he walked out fo the bathroom. He gave me a look saying he didn't agree.

"If I walked outside someone would hand me a dollar," he stated in such a monotone voice I couldn't keep from laughing loudly. "It's not funny! I look homeless, again," he huffed, crossing his arms but the sleeves of the shirt went past his hands so the sleeves flopped adorably.

"You look absolutely stunning," I pulled him into my arms, inspecting every inch of his face. "I swear to you I have never seen anyone better looking than you," I traced the outline of his face, running my finger down his jawline until I reached his lips, brushing his bottom lip with my thumb. He looked down at my fingers before looking at my lips and then up to my eyes. The message was pretty clear.

I leaned and brushed our lips together, his hands coming to wrap around my neck. His lips moved against mine softly, feeling just right.

"You know," I muttered into his lips, "we never did get to finish last weekend," I reminded him, running my hands up and down his sides which made him shudder. "I think we should finish it," I murmured, cupping my hands underneath his butt, pulling him up. He jumped, wrapping his legs around me as I walked towards my room, our lips moving feverishly. His fingers were tightly wound into the collar of my shirt, tugging softly.

My legs hit the back of my bed and I fell back onto the mattress, immediately flipping us over so I was on top. Spencer's hands ran down my torso, grabbing the ends of the shirt and pulling it up. I threw it off and Spencer's fingers began to trace the outlines of my abdomen. I shuddered at his soft touch, my skin feeling as it was on fire. I sighed into his lips as the feeling intensified. Pulling away to breathe, I pressed my lips to his long neck. It felt smooth and warm under my lips. A small moan left his lips and it was a sound I could listen to all day. Kissing the spot a few inches away from where the hickey was, I pressed a wet, open mouth kiss and he shuddered, moaning as I swirled my tongue over the spot.

Spencer's fingernails scratched softly at my chest as the raked up and down at a constant pace. Satisfied with the new mark on his tan skin, I leaned back up and pressed another kiss to his smooth lips that tasted a lot like cotton candy.

"Hey, Derek?" he asked once we had pulled away to breathe.

"What's up, baby?" I turned to look over at him.

"Do you want to maybe come with me to a Russian film festival tomorrow? I could do a simultaneous translation," he asked quietly. A Russian film festival was definitely not on my list but if it was on Spencer's I'd go anywhere with him.

"Of course, baby boy," I pulled him tighter against me. "What time is at it?"

"It's sort of a whole day kind of thing. We don't have to stay the entire day but it starts at about 9:00 am tomorrow and ends at 11:00 pm," he answered.

"We should get some sleep then?" I proposed, standing up to turn the lights off.

"Wait!" he shouted. I stopped and Spencer threw himself under the blankets hastily, "okay, you may proceed," he smiled. I laughed and shut the lights.

"Night, Pretty Boy," I slipped into my bed.

"Good night," he whispered back, snuggling into my neck.
