When Shadow Mewtu tried to strangle Rebecca, I had no choice. I had to do something or Rebecca would die.

~ Lugia! ~, I called, because I had seen that it was there too. It was heavily marked by Shadow Mewtwo's attack. I saw it slowly rise. ~ Get Rebecca out of here! ~ I called and Lugia nodded. Slowly hobbled towards Rebecca. When Lugia grabbed her beak to lay on his back, she coughed and slowly opened her eyes.

"Mewtwo!" She called in horror as I tried to get the upper hand against Shadow Mewtwo.

Finally I realized that I couldn't take on Shadow Mewtw's body. The reason for this was the yellow strange thorn that was stuck in his shoulder ...

POV Rebecca

Shadow Mewtwo doubled over and tried to prevent Mewtw from taking control. I was just horrified to watch as I tried to catch my breath. Shadow Mewtwo almost killed me. Lugia wanted to lift me on his back, but I said, "Lugia, not. I have to help Mewtwo. It looks like it hurts."

~ You can't help him. Mewtwo wants you to go. ~ Said Lugia.

~ The thorn in the shoulder! He is the cause of all evil! ~ I heard Mewtwo call.

I gave Lugia a sign and she understood immediately. It raised me to Mewtwo that she was still fighting herself, you can't describe it any other way. I gripped the thorn in his shoulder.

I took Mewtwo's hand and it pulled me to my feet. Crying with happiness, I crashed into it and Mewtwo hugged me intimately. Mewtwo was no longer a disembodied soul. I didn't question why, I was just too happy to have Mewtwo back after I thought I lost it.
