This is how Season 7 should have ended, not the crap of D&D forced upon us. Soo, fuck them all and enjoy the Season 7 finale
The cold wind was blowing very harshly against the windows when Jaime woke up in his sister's bed.
'Our bed', the thought crossed his mind and he tried to scratch himself when he remembered that his sword hand was missing.
Slowly, he rose and sat on the silk linen. Since Cercei had ransomed him, he was technically in charge of King's Landing defense but the truth was Cercei has delegated everything to her Hand.
Jaime stood on the cold floor and found the jug with water that some maid had left in the room. He poured the water in the dish and splashed his face, and began the slow process of dressing himself. He had done his pants and socks and had just put them in the boots when someone knocked on the door.
A maid with closely sheered hair and sad face made a curtsy, "Ser Jaime, Her Grace has summoned you in the Throne Room", said the maid. Jaime quickly put his shirt on and with maid's help he was able to put the light chest armor. Ready, he headed to the Throne Room, ignoring the curious stares of the courtiers.
Entering in the hall, he almost stumbled at how packed it was. With the coming war and the siege of the capital, few if any courtiers and country nobility came to petition the Queen. Now it was full with soldiers, servants, Kingsguard and courtiers. Cercei, flanked by her Ladies-in-waiting was seating on the Iron Throne with such a radiant smile that Jaime almost hoped that this means some good news.
He made it to the front line of onlookers and halted at what he saw.
His brother Tyrion was kneeling on his short feet. He was covered with dirt and had obviously spent the night running. Jaime had a sinking feeling when he realized that this probably meant that their plot was found by the Targaryen queen.
Cercei's words brought his attention to his sister, "Tyrion Lannister, you have been arrested for treason against the True Queen and killing your King and Father and you have been found guilty…."
Jaime could not believe what he was hearing and was speechless when Tyrion shouted, "I protected you against the Targaryen queen! You promised me!"
Cercei smiled sweetly, "You killed our Father and killed my beloved son. Do you think I can or I wish to forgive that?"
"Cercei!" Jaime couldn't believe it. She has promised them! She…
His beloved sister looked him in the eye, "You truly are the stupidest Lannister ever born!"
At her sign, the guards started roping his brother and Jaime was held back by the Mountain.
Tyrion was screaming bloody curses while the guards were tying him up, "I didn't kill your visious bastard! You killed Tommen with your stupidity with those fanatics!"
At the mentioning of Tommen, something melted in Cercei eyes. She glared at her dwarf brother and spoke with surprising calmness.
"I changed my mind… Tyrion, you won't be hanged as a criminal.."
The hall went quiet and Jaime could see how hope glimmered in Tyrion's eyes.
"Cercei, please!" Jaime begged her but she didn't look at him, she was busy staring at Tyrion.
"You will be burned alive!" Finally said Cercei
Jaime felt like someone had punched him in the gut. It was all over again, he refused to believe that his sweet sister…
Her Hand brought a vial with wild fire and the servants brought logs. Tyrion was lifted by a rope, strained around his neck over a contraption and his stubby legs tried to find the floor.
"Once a traitor, always a traitor!" Cercei said and smiled at the attempts of her little brother to claw at the rope." Do you seriously believe that I would've let you live after you defected to that silver hair bitch?!"
She spat Tyrion's stricken face, "Ever since you have been born, all your family despised you, even the whores hated you, you were nothing but abomination. Yet, the Dragon cunt gave you everything! She made you her Hand, gave you power that you did nothing to deserve and above all she trusted you! And how did you repay her? You choose to betray her for the same family that hated you in your guts! You are a complete imbecile to think I will take you back and trust a word from you!"
Cercei took a candle that Qyburn handed it and threw it at the makeshift pyre and then she sat on the Iron Throne. The Throne Room was silent and the cries of pain and horror that Tyrion was making could be heard in the Flea Bottom.
Cercei took a crystal cup with red wine and sipping from the glass, laughed at the burning figure.
It was all over again. His sister has become what he had fought to overwhelm. Jaime thought he was cursed by the Gods to be under the rule of the Mad King no matter where he went.
What seems like hours later but was probably minutes as the wild fire was burning quickly, Jaime was left with the charred remains of his little brother.
He realized that the other people had left the hall and now were only he, Cercei and the Mountain that was still clutching him tightly.
Cercei stood before the remains of the pyre and looked at him with much softer eyes.
"I had to do it, my love. Now the prophecy of that witch is no more. I burned my valonqar and I will have our baby… We can make a dynasty… "
Jaime felt his face cool and he realized he was weeping. He looked at the monster that Cercei had become and whispered, "You are a monster!"
Cercei expression turned cold, "I did it for us! We are the only Lannisters that count! Our child will be a king!"
"Our child won't survive the Dragons!"shouted Jaime. "Daenerys Targaryen is just a day from here with huge armies and Dragons! And you just burned the only man in her camp that was on your side! "
Cercei smirked, "As we speak Euron is unloading the Golden Company that will deal with her armies. And my Hand has found a solution for her dragons. "
Jaime just shook his head, "I am done here!"
He turned to leave but the Mountain stopped him. Cercei stared at him for a long moment and a breathless thought crossed his mind, 'Is she going to burn me too? '
"Take him to the prison cells!" ordered Cercei and Jaime was dragged by this abomination. He refused to look back. Everything and everyone he had loved had died today.

Arya climbed from the boat that Davos had smuggled her into Kings Landing and nodding silently to him, took off from the underground waters.
She noticed that Jaqen this time without the face of the captain from the Golden Company was waiting for her.
"A man and the girl have to talk." He said and Arya stood carefully
"A man has found what Cercei Lannister plans are. She will wait the Dragon queen's troops to enter the city and then she will ignite the cashes with wild fire, wiping out her enemies. "
Arya opened her mouth and then close it. Jaqen wouldn't be waiting just to tell her that. He had devised a plan and needed her help to unleash it.
"So, what are our next steps?" she asked
Jaqen's hazel eyes glimmered in the dark.

Daenerys looked through the magnifying glass that her new Maester had given her and assessed the situation.
Kings Landing's harbor was full with ships that had unloaded the Golden Company troops. The city was full with scorpions all around, placed on the walls and she could see the numerous red cloaks of Lannister soldiers. The Golden Company had been placed between her army and the city gates with at least ten elephants, each carrying a scorpion on its back.
Yara's fleet had just arrived and was now standing against Euron fleet, ready for battle. She noticed the flagman of Yara's Fleet "Dragon's Roar" and felt great that she had exchanged Jaime Lannister for Yara. Cercei in her bloodlust revenge had killed her Dornish allies.
She put back the glass in her saddle bag and turned her horse back to face her army.
Dothraki, knights from the Reach and Unsullied looked back at her. Ser Jorah was standing next to a glass candle that Sam Tarly had privatized from the Citadel. Next to the candle was a dish shaped object made from Valyrian steel that Tarly had copied from one of the books they brought from her trip to Oldtown. Jon Snow, dressed in what was probably his best armor was in the front line of army. He had insisted to fight for her and to lead the army, but she has given him just a battalion. She still remembered in that vision how stupidly she had trusted him and his strategy that had used her Dothraki as a shield against the Night King.
The strategy was handed to Ser Jorah and he had come up with a plan.
Sam Tarly was fiddling with something behind the dish and he finally gave her a nod. The glass candle began to glow and Daenerys took a deep breath and spoke,
"My loyal armies and people of Kings Landing!" Her voice sounded magnified thousands of times. Even at the harbor could clearly hear her. "Today begins the end of the horror that the Usurper Robert Baratheon and the evil Lannister spawns had inflicted upon us all. Today is the end of the false and cruel thing that calls itself a queen Cercei. Today Lannister line shall end!"
Her armies rallied at her words and Daenerys pulled down the face shield of her helmet. She knew that the moral effect of her speech and repeating the words of her famous predecessor would make her enemies uncertain.
She stirred her horse and dismounted, summoning Drogon. A Dothraki took the reins of her mare and she observed the first moments of the battle for Kings Landing.

Jaime starred at the drop of condensed moisture that felled on the dirty stones. It was almost a full day since Cercei had thrown him out. The guards didn't bother to shackle him, who would need to do it to a useless one-handed man?
He still could not believe Tyrion was dead and that he has been so blind to what monster his sister was.
His reverie was interrupted by a muffled sound and he realized that the guard at the end of the corridor had fallen on the stone floor. Standing up, Jaime saw that a man was pulling the knife from the guard's throat that had ended his life.
Next to the man was a tiny girl and when she turned her face, Jaime recognized her, 'Arya Stark! '
When both man and the girl looked at him, Jaime stood still. He had seen predators but the eyes of these two…
The girl walked to his cell and unlocked it, handling him his sword that the guards had taken.
Jaime didn't take it, expecting her to stab him with the sword.
"You know who I am." Said the girl and if Jaime hadn't seen her eyes, he would have thought she was asking him about the weather.
He nodded carefully and the girl continued, "Your sister had stacked the wild fire, left from the Mad King and intends to blow it upon the population of Kings Landing."
Jaime felt like cold water was thrown upon him. History was repeating itself and for a moment he closed his eyes. When he opened them both the girl and the man had vanished, leaving his sword behind. Widow Maker glistened in the dark and Jaime knew what he had to do.
He took the sword and climbed the stairs to the Throne room. He might have been a stupid fool before but no more. He used the hidden vault built by Maegor and bypassed the corridors and stairs, directly to his sister quarters. He could hear now the Dragon's roar and the sounds of battle and he knew that Cercei will want to look upon the flames from the Throne room balustrade.
When he exited the hidden chamber, he was prepared to fight the guards at the entrance but he found himself before the bodies of beheaded Mountain and dead guards. The head of the Gregor Clegane was nowhere to be seen.
He opened the door to the Throne room and saw Cercei surrounded by two more guards and her Hand.
Before she could tell anything, Jaime spoke, "Cercei, it's me! I heard the battle and fought my way to here to be with you and to help you!"
Her expression went from tight to a parody of the beloved face he remembered and she dismissed the guards, "Put down, your weapons "
Jaime noted that she still kept the guards close. Even in her madness, Cercei was still suspicious.
"My love, "said Jaime and forced a smile, "We have to run from here. There is no way to win… "
"We have a way, my love! "Cercei beamed at him and waived at Qyburn, who hadn't said a word and was eyeing him strangely. "Qyburn had found a way to ignite the wild fire, left from the Mad King! What better fortune than to kill the Mad King's daughter than to use the wild fire? "
"Brilliant, my love! "Jaime forced another smile and looked as Cercei walked to the Iron Throne and sat upon it. She put her hand on her belly and smiled at him, "Are you still mad that I killed that imp?"
Jaime felt the pain again and it seems that it has shown on his face because Cercei smiled without the pretense of being the fair maiden.
"Tyrion is dead but we have a child that I can't leave," Jaime was honest. He could not leave another child to become a second Joffrey.
Cercei smiled warmly and lowered her guard, leaning at the sharp blades of the Iron Throne.
"Qyburn said that we will have a daughter, I intend to name her Joanna Lilly as she will be beautiful as a lily. " Jaime felt tears sliding down at his face and gripping his sword, he pushed it with all his might through the first guard and in the stunned silence, he decapitated the second one. Killing Qyburn was surprisingly easy and once done, he turned to his sister.
She had stood up and preparing to flight, when Jaime caught her before the Iron Throne.
Cercei looked him in the eyes and through tears, Jaime plunged the sword in her belly. Then he fell on the floor, crying for everything he had done and lost.
Cercei lips moved and he came closer to hear the last words of his sister.
"You are the valonqar…. "

By Jorah's Mark tightly sealed barrels with Dragon shit were unsealed and an acid smelling stench spread around them. The stench didn't linger long as the barrels were catapulted just in front of the lines of the Golden Company.
Hitting the ground, the excrement exploded in all directions and brought their aroma in full strength.
Daenerys curiously looked behind her visor how instincts took over training. For thousands of years all animals, especially elephants that lived in the warm southern planes around the Valyrian Freehold had learned to fear and run from anything even remotely resembled Dragons.
Now the smell of angry dragon was pouring upon them and the elephants got mad. Throwing their riders and running blind in fear, all twenty elephants trumpeted through the tightly packed lines of soldiers and riders, making the army Cercei had hired completely useless. The scorpions on their backs shattered and the horses not immune from the smell of a predator joined the chaos.
Ser Jorah had come up with the plan, based on his experience with the Golden Company as a mercenary and the history books that he had gifted us to her wedding to her first husband.
In that moment a roar sounded and Drogon landed next to her. If chaos could be inflamed then the panic multiplied ten folds.
Daenerys climbed on Drogon's back and with a single order, he took off. The sun was glistening over the Valyrian armor of the dragon and his rider and making them even more intimidating.
The scorpions from the city wall couldn't even dent the armor and besides most of the bolts couldn't reach the fast Dragon.
In a blink, Drogon burned a path through the main gate and her army followed. Then Drogon turned left and with a swipe of his tale, covered with Valyrian steel swept half of the scorpions around the gate.
In less than ten minutes everything from the scorpions on the wall was history. All gates were blasted and her army was pouring in Kings Landing.
Looking from above, Daenerys could see how the red cloaks were drowned in the Dothraki sea and what was left from the Golden Company was destroyed by her troops from the Reach.
Ser Jorah was standing next to the Unsullied that were waiting for his orders. At his mark, they mashed in the city.
Daenerys flew over the Red Keep and burned every scorpion left, blasting the gate so her Unsullied can enter.
Then she focused on Euron fleet. She targeted his ship Silence and burned it thoroughly. The satisfaction to see his surprised face behind the engulfed with fire scorpion was almost too good to be true.
She made sure than no one from that ship survived.
Drogon roared and in that moment the voice of Ser Jorah blasted over the battlefield,
"Captains from the Ironborn! My name is Jorah Mormon, Hand of the true Queen Daenerys Targaryen! Your king is dead, burned with his crew alive by the Black Dread reborn! " Daenerys could see how most of the ships stopped throwing bolts, like they could see how pointless it was.
"You have been lied and thrown in that war by the false pretender Cercei Lannister and now she will pay the Iron price. For you there are two ways. The first way will lead you to prosperity and you will live to see your children grow, never to feel hunger or slavery. The second way will wipe you all. Our Queen gives you a choice! You can live in her new world or die in your old one!"
The fire stopped and the first ship raised a white flag. Then another did and Daenerys smiled for the second time today. The Ironborn had chosen to live. Yara's fleet that was ten times smaller than the other Greyjoy' was taking over the fleet that Euron had built with only one ship burned.
She circled above, to be sure that all ships have surrendered and then flew back over the Red Keep. The city had surrendered, she could hear the bells ringing and the streets were secured by her troops. The Red Keep was surrounded and her Unsullied had breached in. She could see a Targaryen banner flowing from Maegor's Hold and Visenya Hill.
Ser Jorah and Sam Tarly, along a carriage with the candle and the dish, were entering through the gate to the Red Keep and Daenerys could see the small figure of Arya Stark waving at her from one of the balustrades of the Red Keep. Around her were plenty of Unsullied and Grey Worm and Daenerys landed Drogon on the Red Keep.
She entered the Throne Room and first saw the marks of a pyre. Tyrion remains were still here and for a moment she felt relief that she would not have to burn that imp herself.
Then she noticed the figure of Cercei Lannister, on the floor, in a pool of blood and the crying Jaime Lannister. His sword was still in his belly.
'Give them a rope, long enough and Lannisters will hang themselves…. ' Daenerys looked the sight of her enemies. It was a poetic justice that Jaime Lannister had been forced to kill his sister the same way he had killed her father.
At that moment Ser Jorah, followed by Sam Tarly, Missandei and Maggy the Frog, entered in the Throne room and Daenerys snapped from her thoughts. Jon Snow came in, covered with blood and still breathing heavily from the battle.
Walking around her dead enemy, she faced the Iron Throne.
Ten years ago, in the House of the Undying, she had seen that same Throne covered with ash and snow.
A week ago, in the vision in the flames, she had seen Jon Snow killing her and Drogon destroying the Iron Throne.
She had changed all that making decisions and above all following her instincts. She was a dragon and the sheep had burned.
She sat on the Iron Throne and faced at her followers.
"I am Daenerys Stormborn of House Targaryen, the Dragon's Daughter! I will shape the world as I want it. My Dragons are grown and I will build a better world. My children will not only lay waste to armies and burn cities to the ground but they will plant trees as well!"
Ser Jorah, with stars in his eyes, shouted, "All hail Daenerys Targaryen, First of Her Name, Queen of the Andals and the First Men, Protector of the Realm and ruler of Westeros and Essos! Long live the Queen! "
