The six gems stood in a field next to a lake they all stood next to each other and looked at Stardust. "You are possibly wondering why we are all gathered here, we are announcing the Gem-Lympics!" The gems clapped a little "Our challenges are Running, Swimming, Boxing. Then Climbing, A sandcastle building contest and two more " Stardust gladly told the gems.

Stardust walked over to a pair of flags and the gems followed "This is the first event, running. Everyone go to the starting line!" All the gems stood in a line between the two flags. "Remember no using your powers or cheating in any way in the events, in this race you have to run to the other pair of flags and back here!" The gems smiled. "Three, two, one... Go!" Stardust shouted.

The gems ran as fast as they could, Garnet was in the lead, Pearl was coming second and Peridot was coming third. Lapis was coming fourth, she was getting close to third place, Amethyst was coming fifth, she didn't mind. When the gems had the go back the other way Lapis overtook Peridot who was slightly annoyed. Pearl sprinted a bit faster and was next to Garnet. The gems sprinted when the finish line was in sight. Peridot took third place while Pearl overtook Garnet just before the finish line. The gems complimented eachother.

"Alright, great race! Third place was Peridot so she gets one point, Second place was Garnet so she gets two points, First Place was Pearl so she gets three points!" Stardust happily said. Amethyst wrote down in a book.

Stardust led the gems to a lake "This event is called Swimming, you will swim to the other end of this lake and swim back, once again no powers u less it's an emergency" The gems nodded, they approached the small cliff drop and looked into the water, Pearl touched it with her finger and looked at Stardust "Are you sure this water is safe?" She asked. "Yeah I tested it!" Amethyst told her. Pearl got up and walked away "Yeah, I have a bad feeling, I won't do this event" Pearl said. "Alright then" Stardust told her.

"Three, two, one... go!" Stardust shouted. The five gems jumped into the water, they swam the best they could, Peridot struggled. Lapis was in the lead, Garnet was behind her and Amethyst was comming third. On the way back Garnet had caught up to Lapis "You are not allowed to use your powers" "Huh? I am not!" Lapis argued, she got distracted and Garnet overtook her. The edge of the lake came in view, they saw Pearl and Stardust watching them, Lapis finally overtook Garnet fairly. Lapis climbed out and celebrated that she won, Garnet came out next and Amethyst came third.

"Third place is Amethyst, she gets One point, Secomd is Garnet so she gets Two points like last time and... Lapis is First! She gets Three points!" Stardust said proudly. Amethyst wrote in the book.

Stardust led the gems to a circle of sand. "This one is similar boxing but I changed the rules a little, if one gets knocked off balance and on the ground for longer than five their opponent wins, unlike boxing just use your weapons or powers" The gems nodded. "First up is Garnet vs Lapis"

The two gems stood in front of each other, Garnet went to punch but Lapis dodged and Sprayed her with water. Lapis trapped her in a water bubble but she broke free easily and quickly punched Lapis in the tummy and she tumbled on the ground. Garnet rushed over to see if she was fine. "I-I'm fine..." Lapis said quietly.

"Garnet wins, next round is Pearl vs Peridot".

The two gems stood in front of each other. Peridot was holding a few metal objects, Pearl had her spear. Peridot threw a big metal object and Pearl but she dodged, she tripped Peridot with her spear but she quickly got up. She use her metal powers to collect stuff to throw at Pearl, she threw the stuff onto her but she dodged most of them until she tripped over and somthing heavy landed on her. She fell on the ground and sighed, five seconds had past, she was weak from the attack.

"Peridot wins!, Next round is uh... Amethyst vs Sprinkles..." Stardust looked around and saw Bismuth staring at her annoyed "Use my name!" She shouted "Amethyst please win this round..." Stardust whispered quietly.

The two gems stared at eachother, Amethyst knew that the dragon was rooting for her. Amethyst was immediately hit by the other gem's hand that was shape shifted as a hammer. Amethyst landed on her feet and sent a whip towards towards her but the other gem caught it in her hand and lifted her in the air and crashed her into the ground a few times. Amethyst got up but tripped, she saw Stardust's face of disappointment.

"Ugh as much as I hate to admit... Sprinkles won this round" She sighed, She looked at the three winning gems "This round is... Garnet vs Peridot" She said looking at them.

The two gems faced each other "Wait!" Stardust yelled "I want to give Sprinkles a bigger chance of loosing so, Peridot vs Sprinkles" Garnet got off the arena and Bismuth took her place while yelling to the dragon " Sprinkles is NOT my name!".

The two gems faced eachother Peridot threw a metal object and her but it was dodged. Bismuth hit Peridot who fell to the ground but she got up and managed to trip the other gen who got up quickly and grabbed Peridot, she tried to hit her but she dodged, she then was thrown to the ground and hit by her hand shape shifted as a hammer.

"Uh... Peridot, are you okay?" The bigger gem asked, Peridot gave a thumbs up.

"Ugh... no!. Sprinkles won this round, Garnet please win the next round!" Stardust was annoyed. Garnet got onto the arena and the two gems faced each other. Garnet was about to punch with her weapon but her attack was blocked, she was then pushed back and tripped, she quickly got up and jumped to dodge another attack. She managed to hit her in the head with her gauntlet on the way down, she was immediately hit by her hand shape shifted as a hammer, she fell to the ground. She quickly ran towards her and punched her in the stomach which pushed the bigger gem backwards. Garnet was immediately hit upwards into the sky and landed on her feet. The two gems ran towards each other. Garnet punched her in the nose and immediately dodged the next attack.

The two stood on either side of the circle of sand and towards each other with their weapons as fast as they could. Dust rose blocking everyone's view of the battle they heard a gem getting hit. All the dust started to clear away, Stardust was exited to see the grey gem defeated but what she saw disappointment her. When the dust cleared Garnet was on the floor defeated, the other gem helped her up.

"No,no,no... It can't be... Sprinkles won and Garnet lost..." Stardust sighed all the gems were standing next to each other in a row looking at the dragon.

"Okay Third place is Peridot... Second place is Garnet... First place is... ugh... Sprinkles" Stardust said annoyed. Bismuth smiled "That is the nicest thing you ever said to me, also can you also stop calling me Sprinkles?". Amethyst wrote the points down while smiling to herself.
