Lapis and Peridot were on the beach with Stardust watching them"I have waterpowers but... you already know that" Lapis answerd. Peridot was standing on a floating trash can lid "and I have metal powers, I can make metal fly!" Peridot said proudly. They noticed that Stardust looked a little sad. They both walked over to her and sat next to her. "Are you okay?" Lapis asked. "Guys... I have something to say" Stardust said. Lapis nodded "The tell us, we will listern and help you if we needed!".
"Earlier I had a flash back... I had a gaming console I brought with my own money fairly but... a Jasper and a Smaller blue gem claimed it as theirs and said I destroyed it... The Crystal Gems believed the two gems but not me... this happend over a year ago and the gems still believe it was my fault" Lapis seemed a little surprised "Jasper? Where was her gem placed?". "Chest, why?" Stardust replied. "Oh, I had a bad experience with another Jasper... I am over it now however" Lapis replied. "Let's talk to them!".
Soon Garnet, Pearl and Amethyst had joined them on the beach. "Sup" Amethyst greeted. "You guys... we need to chat about somthing". Stardust and the two gems explained somthing to the others. "Lapis... Stardust had lied to you guys... The console was not hers" Pearl assured the blue Gem. "Stardust, Stop lying about this, you know it was your fault" Garnet said very disappointed. "Stardust are you really Lying?" Lapis asked her in a sad tone. Stardust knew she would not win this argument without any proof but she still needed to defend herself "They was my system, I even had a big Yoshi plush!" Stardust argued back. "That you destroyed when we got home".
Stardust had just gotten home, she slumped on her Yoshi plush, she looked at its face and moaned. She put her foot on the soft material and dug her claws into it, she scratched down and make a hole with stuffing coming out of it "If I am not allowed to like the Mario series then I will punish myself for liking it" She muttered. She bit the plush's neck and pulled around like a wild animal until a chunk came out, she crawled into the hole she had made and started pulling out all the stuffing and creating more holes on the plush. She got out of the hole and took a breath in and saw the mess she had made. A empty Yoshi plush with white stuffing everywhere, she looked at the plush in regret "Why did I do this..." She muttered.
Back in present day the gems were more grumpy "We know you were jealous that they both had a video game you wanted" Pearl argued back. "The whole incident made me do things I regret" Stardust said slowly "After the incident I was cruel to anyone who wore what the main character did! O-oh snap..." Stradust realized something. "Sorry... Stardust... I am starting to be on their side" Lapis apologized. Peridot nodded "I don't want to be friends with a clod like you!". The gems agreed against Stardust. Stardust was visibly heart broken, she looked away in the distance. She walked to the house and looked around.
She spotted a small yellow glittery backpack. She grabbed her Diary along with pencils, coloured pencils, erasers, sharpeners. As well as a bandana scarf, it was white with a pale pink star. She had been gifted it as an accessory when she noticed the other gems also wore stars but she never wore it. she tied it around her neck, the star was visible from the front. She also packed a few other things such as a few packets of chips and a water bottle. She put the backpack on her back and whispered "They don't deserve me, if they don't realize I am telling the truth I will leave". She noticed the gems at the door. "What are you doing?" Pearl asked. "I am leaving, I can take care of myself!" Stardust shot out of the door and ran as fast as she could, she ran through the town. She didn't look back. She wondered where to go but first she wanted to talk to Bismuth about the incident. Stardust knew where she would most likely be, she wanted to talk to her privately about this.
Meanwhile the gems were searching and calling for Stardust. They were worried for her, they didn't realize how much the incident hurt her feelings, it was very unlike her to be this way. They were not going to give up on the search, they were going to put up missing posters but only if they really needed to do so. They searched for a very long time.
The sun started to set. The gems didn't stop looking. Stardust stayed out of sight for the whole time. She found herself at Little Homworld, she knew Bismuth was here, she looked around and saw the two gems who bullied her for liking the Mario franchise. They ran up to her, ripped her back pack from her, the contents were all spilled out and the next thing she knew the Jasper had her fist up and punched her really hard blacking her out.
She woke up to the sound of crying, she looked around and realized she was on the tower. She saw Bismuth with her diary while crying, she had it open and reading it. Stardust curiously approached her, she noticed a tear drop to the floor. She saw the dragon and was shocked "Ah, hey Star..." She greeted. "Were you reading my Diary?" She asked concerned. "I'm sorry I was just really curious" she wiped some of her tears "I guess there is a reason you wanted this private". Stardust felt guilty "No it's fine, I am not angry or upset at the fact that you read it, I am concerned, what pages did you read?" Stardust questioned her. "All of them, you said such nice things about the others but you were real mean about me... I guess you really do hate me, but I did stop those bullies that beat you up!" She shouted proud.
"Bismuth! You found her!" Lapis shouted. Lapis was carrying Peridot and the two landed on the tower.
