Joe Kagan and Hester Sue are now back home from Saint Paul MN. Little Johnny, Sam and Kenny all give Joe and Hester a big hug as all three say, "Welcome Home."
Then Pastor Rodney says, "Welcome home, we pray that you both did well on the test."
Joe Kagan replies, "Yes, I believe we did well, but we will know for sure in about a week when they mail the results to us."
Little Johnny jumps up down as he says, "We all have planned a welcome home party for you."
Pastor Rodney, "Yes, all the children at the Orphanage have a welcome home party for the both of you." They have Sandwiches and chips, pies and cakes.
After the party about 8pm Joe Kagan and Hester Sue stands up in front of all they friends and Joe Kagan makes an announcement as he holds Hester Sue's hand, "Friends, I'm glad to announce that Hester Sue and I are engaged and getting married at the end of the month. We just want a small ceremony in the Chapel of the Orphanage done by Pastor Rodney. All of you are invited."
There is congratulations all of the room all the orphan kids are happy for them. Little Johnny and Sam says, "We hope that doesn't mean you too won't have time for us anymore."
Hester Sue picks up Sam, Joe Kagan picks up Little Johnny and says to them, "We still will be here and spend time with all of you."
Joe Kagan and Hester Sue sends all the Children off to bed.
A week passes and Joe Kagan and Hester Sue get their test results in the mail and they both aced the test. Inside the envelope with the test results is their signed State Certified certificate. They are both now State qualified to keep the Orphanage open. Hester Sue and Joe Kagan are both excited that they passed as Hester Sue says, "I knew we could do it!"
Joe Kagan agrees, "I did it with you helping me study."
Another week passes and Mr. Rodman from the State Office comes back and he sees that Joe, Hester Sue and all the staff of the Orphanage are all State qualified and Mr. Rodman says, "Congratulations, to your new Orphanage. I hope the best for you all."
Mr. Kagan than thanks Mr. Rodman and than tells him, "Hester Sue and I are getting married next Saturday."
Mr. Rodman congratulates them and than goes on his way.
The next Saturday Joe and Hester Sue get married by Pastor Rodney in the Chapel of the Orphanage, and they begin they life together.
A few months later Joe and Hester Sue Kagan decide to legally adopt Little Johnny, Sam and Kenny and they become one happy family.
The Kagans live happily ever after and the Town Orphanage becames a great success.
