Epilogue: You're Future, My Time

Gandra was placing a bowl of chips on a table and Officer Cabrera walked over to her eagerly as she held her phone.

"He'll be here in less than 10 minutes! Is everything ready?" She asked and Gandra nodded.

"Yeah, everything is all set." She assured her and looked at the table. "I can't believe we all managed to set everything up."

"Well, it's not everyday when someone you love is having a birthday." Daisy Duck commented as she brought in a stack of paper plates and practice utensils.

"Thanks again for helping Daisy, we appreciate it." Gandra said.

"Please, this is one of the most fun events I get to participate in! Way more fun than those stuffy parties." Daisy joked and Della ran in the room.

"Guys, we gotta hide! Huey just saw Gizmoduck on his radar! Hurry!" She cried and the three of them followed her and hide behind the couch, Officer Cabrera having to turn the lights off so it was dark. Footsteps were heard from outside and the key was inserted in the lock before opening.

"...and that new hardware store was really...hey why is it so dark?"

"SURPRISE! HAPPY BIRTHDAY MARIA!" Everyone cheered as the lights were turned on and Fenton laughed as his daughter gasped in shock and squealed.

"Oh my gosh! A party for me!?" She cried with excitement and hugged her parents while laughing.

"Oh, thank you, thank you, thank you!" Maria squealed and Fenton chuckled.

"Surprised?" He asked.

"Are you kidding!? I had no idea this was happening! How did you keep it for so long!?" Maria questioned.

"Trust us, it wasn't easy." Maria turned to see two ducks about her age walk over.

"Zoey, Taylor!" She cried and grabbed them in a hug.

"What am I chopped liver?" Another voice asked and Maria giggled.

"It's good to see you too Daniel." She laughed and hugged the white duck with black hair.

"You really think we wouldn't be here? Now, come on, we got a party to celebrate!" Zoey cried.

"Don't knock the plates over!" Donald cried.

"Yes dad." Daniel and Zoey chorused before dragging Maria and Taylor over to the table with snacks. Texter then surprised Maria by jumping out of the bowl of chips and causing the kids to laugh.

"Well, this certainly turned out great." An older Louie commented as he drank his first can of pep.

"Yes, I told you party planning was useful for the Junior Woodchucks." Huey added proudly.

"Don't forget the main attraction!" Dewey exclaimed, wearing his D.J Daft Duck costume, minus the helmet.

"I still can't believe you're wearing that." Louie muttered.

"Awww, I think it cute, besides, Maria likes it." Webby commented as she walked over to Dewey.

"Awwww, thank you Webby." He gushed happily. Everyone laughed and Maria had on the biggest grin ever. She ran around the party with Texter on her shoulder as Taylor and Zoey followed her. Fenton walked over to Gandra who smiled at him playfully.

"Told ya we would have the party ready in time." She joked and Fenton chuckled.

"Yeah, you told me so. I just can't believe Maria is a whole year older now. Time goes by so fast doesn't it?" He replied and Gandra smiled as she watched Maria dance to Dewey's music with her friends.

"Yeah, it sure does."

"Mom, Dad! Come on! Dance with me!" Maria cried as she rushed over to her parents and grabbed their hand eagerly as she dragged them over. They all smiled brightly as Maria begun dancing, surrounded by her family and friends. Maria gave her parents another hug as she laughed happily.

Looking forward to her future.

Okay, new episodes of Ducktales are coming in September and I an PUMMED! Also while this story is over, Maria's story might not be. *wink wink* I won't post anymore Ducktales stuff until Season 3 is over though. I wanna see what happens!
