Izuku was lying down in his and Shigaraki's bed while he waited for the other teen to come home.
Shigaraki had been out with Kurogiri all day discussing options with Izuku's Doctor for his medicine. He couldn't wait for his best friend to come back home. Shigaraki had told him to just stay in their shared bedroom and to play videogames or relax until he returned. He didn't want him going around the League's base and having more hallucinations.
Izuku couldn't help but to be bored though. He had been playing Don't Starve for almost six hours now and he didn't wanna keep playing. If only Shigaraki were here to play with him, Shigaraki always made every game much more fun when he was there. Unlike Izuku, Shigaraki often played games competitively, so he was really good. Izuku only played for fun and to de-stress, so he wasn't very good at most of their games.
Izuki sighed and rolled off the bed before falling onto the floor. He was so bored. He had had a few flashes and hallucinations while relaxing in here, but all he had to do to get rid of them was bury himself in one of Shigaraki's hoodies. The smell of his best friend caused him to quickly calm down and caused the flashes to stop before they could get any more serious.
He hated that he had become a burden to the League though. He had always been willing to go the extra mile for the League and he always made sure to help them out with their plans whenever he could. Now however, he had become a problem, a weakness. Something that had to be taken care of. He hated it. He hated that he had become useless to them.
He had always been by Shigaraki's side. He was there for him at the USJ attack, he was by his side when he was with Stain, and he helped him with his attack on Hosu. Izuku had even helped Shigaraki take that one girl, Uraraka, hostage at the mall. Nowadays though, all he was doing for Shigaraki was giving him extra work.
He hated being useless.
"Stupid worthless Deku! Get out of my way!" Great. More flashes of Bakugou screaming at him.
Izuku groaned as he got up off the floor and stumbled his way towards the bed. Flopping on top of it, he quickly crawled towards the pile of Shigaraki's hoodies lying on the bed.
Izuku couldn't help but to sigh happily as he buried his face in one of Shigaraki's many black hoodies. They smelled like dust, decay, and mint, just like Shigaraki. Shigaraki always smelled like decay no matter how much he showered, it was a side effect of his quirk. The dusty smell came from Shigaraki's laziness and his inability to take care of himself and his room. The mint came from Kurogiri's attempts to clean up Shigaraki's room. Often the warper would spray Minty Mist and febreeze in the room in a poor effort to at least try and nice it up. Eventually, the smell just kinda stuck to Shigaraki.
Slowly, Bakugou's screaming started to fade away into the background, as he greedily inhaled Shigaraki's scent. Whenever his hallucinations and flashes started, him and Shigaraki found that dealing with them right away and stopping them before they could get more serious was the best solution. Before, when he had ran around the base blindly, freaking out and questioning everything, he had only worsened his condition. Lying around and being near things that reminded him of his life here with the League, helped stop the flashes before they could begin.
However, it wasn't a permanent cure or fix for his problem.
He couldn't wait till Shigaraki got home. Hopefully, the man would already have his medicine ready for him so he could be fixed. He didn't wanna wait any longer.
Suddenly, the door to their bedroom opened, and Shigaraki stepped inside.
"Tomura!" Izuku cried out happily, quickly leaping off the bed and into Shigaraki's arms, "I missed you so much! How are you?" he purred out, burying himself in Shigaraki's chest.
Shigaraki chuckled at his display and leaned in to kiss the top of Izuku's head, "I'm fine, I'm fine." Shigaraki mumbled out as he buried his face in Izuku's hair.
The two of them just stayed like that for a few minutes, as Izuku enjoyed smelling the real Shigaraki, and Shigaraki enjoyed the feeling of the younger boy in his arms. Slowly, Izuku reluctantly started to peel himself away from the older villain.
"What did the doctor say?" Izuku questioned, looking up at Shigaraki with worried eyes, "did they find a permanent solution?"
"Yes. Yes they did." Shigaraki purred, looking down at Izuku with hooded eyes, "the doctor found a way to stop your hallucinations. Permanently." Izuku couldn't help but to smile brightly at Shigaraki. Finally! Things could start to go back to normal. Shigaraki chuckled darkly at Izuku's happy display and reached down to pick up the younger boy.
"T-Tomura!" Izuku squeaked out embarrassed as Shigaraki picked him up bridal style, "we aren't done talking!" Izuku exclaimed as Shigaraki dropped him on the bed and climbed on top of him.
Suddenly, Shigaraki sighed deeply and flopped down dramatically on top of Izuku, crushing him.
"Tomura! A-Ack, get off!" Izuku shouted out, his arms failing at pushing the taller boy off of him, "come on!"
"But Izu," Tomura whined, "you're sooo comfy. You make such a nice pillow." Tomura mumbled, crushing Izuku even more.
"Blegh," Izuku coughed out, as his face was shoved into the bed's blankets, "at this point the flashes won't kill me-your bony ass will!"
Shigaraki gasped out, feigning hurt, "Izuku my love! How could you say something so cruel!" Shigaraki cried out dramatically as he rolled off Izuku, "my heart! Oh, how you have broken it!"
"Oh please!" Izuku shouted, rolling his eyes at the older boy, "I haven't broken anything, not yet anyway." Izuku chuckled darkly.
"W-Wait Izuku!" Shigaraki yelled out as he got hit in the face with one of Izuku's slippers, "No!" Shigaraki cried out as Izuku started beating the shit out of him.
Izuku continued to hit Shigaraki all over with his slippers, refusing to let up.
"Nngh!" Shigaraki shouted while trying to protect himself from Izuku's shoe, "I'm not strong enough! Please show me mercy. You're the final boss and I didn't bring enough ack-" Shigaraki was cut off as Izuku smacked him right in the face with his slipper, then Izuku proceeded to climb right into his lap.
"There I think that's enough," Izuku snickered lightly, leaning in, he went and gave Shigaraki a light tentative kiss on the lips, "so what did the doctor say exactly about my medicine?"
Shigaraki sighed, leaning back into the bed as Izuku sat on his lap, "Well at the moment it's not ready. However, the first batch should be ready by next week. In that time though, we decided it wouldn't be wise to have you doing any work or going around the base by yourself. So instead, you'll just have to stay in my room and keep me company for a whole week." Shigaraki smirked up at Izuku as he said this.
Izuku couldn't help but to smile teasingly, "oh no," he purred out, shifting his hips a little in Shigaraki's lap, "but I get so bored just playing video-games and watching tv. What else can I do to keep me entertained?"
Shigaraki grinned widely at him, slowly his hand crept its way up Izuku's leg, before gripping onto his hip tightly, "I can think of a few ways I can keep you happy," Shigaraki hummed, looking at Izuku with hooded eyes.
Suddenly, Toga bursted into the room, "I know something too!" The girl cried out as Shigaraki and Izuku looked on at her in horror, "Twister!" The school girl shouted out, throwing the board game at Izuku's back.
"Holy shit, Toga!" Shigaraki yelled out angrily, his hand immediately leaving Izuku's hip so it could instead scratch at his own neck aggressively, "haven't your parents ever taught you manners?!"
"Hahaha, no." Toga chirped, making her way over to their bed happily, "they never taught me anything!"
Toga then flopped down onto their bed much to their shared disdain.
"Uhh, Toga," Izuku said quietly, looking on uncomfortably at the villain, "can you not?"
"No not really," Toga exclaimed, smiling up at Izuku happily as the other boy just grimaced.
"Yeah, no." Shigaraki said, reaching for the girl, "no animals on the bed. Get!"
With that Shigaraki started to wrestle the other girl off the bed as she just screamed back at him incoherently. Izuku sighed at this, feeling like a seventy year old grandpa who was just forced to babysit his shitfaced grandchildren.
Then just as suddenly as Toga entered the room, Twice entered it as well.
"I was wondering where you ran off to Toga! I knew where you were, I just didn't care!" Twice yelled out dramatically as he ran into the room, before throwing himself into the fight with Shigaraki and Toga.
Izuku just groaned out loudly at this, before deciding that this wasn't worth watching anymore and he should probably start separating people.
"Come on guys," Izuku cried out as he tried to pull Twice off of Shigaraki.
"Yeah I agree, no more fighting," Twice nodded at Izuku before suddenly narrowing his eyes, "it's a fight to the death!" he shouted, launching himself at Izuku.
Oh shit Izuku thought just as Twice threw him to the floor.
Quickly, Izuku retaliated by throwing an empty bottle of soda he found lying on the floor at Twice's head. However, this wasn't enough to stop Twice as the man quickly pinned him to the ground, using his greater size and weight against him.
"Okay, okay," Izuku mumbled, trying to squeeze out of Twice's tight grip, "that's enough."
Twice however didn't stop and continued to pin him to the ground.
"Twi-ack!" Izuku cried out, Twice's weight was practically crushing him, and he could feel his muscles starting to go weak and limp. Toga and Shigaraki still hadn't noticed them as the two of them ran around the room, screaming indecipherably at each other.
His vision started to go spotty as brief flashes started to appear before his eyes.
"What was that, again? You're gonna save him, right?!"
Was that Muscular? Why was he seeing flashes of him? He had only seen flashes of students at UA and that one blonde skeleton looking man.
"You're nothing but an inferior version of me!"
Muscular was pinning him to the ground, breaking right through all of his defenses, breaking his bones. No, no that wasn't right. He was breaking his own bones fighting him. Why was he fighting him? Muscular had been one of Shigaraki's NPCs, but they had lost him at the UA Training Camp. So why was he fighting him?
Izuku gasped out as he felt bruises bloom across his back and arms, at this rate he was going to die! Muscular was going to break his back with the amount of weight he was pressing down on it. He couldn't breathe. He couldn't breathe! Izuku let out a silent scream as he powered up his quirk to send Muscular flying off of him.
He needed to get away from him! Muscular was going to kill him and Kota!

"TWICE!" Izuku suddenly flung back into reality as he heard Toga scream Twice's name. Twice had been slammed into the wall so hard the wall had chipped and broke.
"W-What happened?!" Izuku cried out, quickly he got off the floor to go and help Twice to only get stopped by Shigaraki. The older villain just tightly gripped his shoulder and shook his head at him. Izuku didn't understand.
"It's okay kid," Twice mumbled out dazed as Toga got him off the wall, "I know you didn't mean to hurt me. How could you do that?!"
"Wait, I did that!" Izuku shouted, desperately looking up at Shigaraki for answers.
"Yeah you did," Shigaraki stated, looking down at Izuku with dark eyes. Izuku let out a nervous breath as Shigaraki looked at him with barely repressed rage. Izuku's hands were trembling.
"I wish you would play rough with me like that Izuku," Toga purred as she went and helped support Twice up; despite her teasing Izuku could see that she was upset with him too.
"I'm so sorry Twice!" Izuku apologized, bowing his head down in shame.
Shigaraki grunted out annoyed at his apology and started scratching his neck aggressively.
They were all mad at him. He had crossed a line.
"Honestly, honestly," Twice said shaking his head at Izuku, "it's quite alright. I'll never forgive you!"
Izuku let out a broken chuckle as he tried to process Twice's changing emotions. He felt like utter shit. His hallucinations had never gotten him to act out before. In the past, he had only ever hurt himself when the flashes happened, and everyone had been ok with that. Now though, he had hurt someone else.
"I think you should be left alone for a little bit Midoriya," Shigaraki said, turning away from him.
Oh no.
He never called him by his last name unless he was truly furious at him!
"I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to hurt anyone." Izuku shouted out as tears started to prickle at his eyes. Why couldn't they see that? He didn't mean to hurt them, he would never!
"You're supposed to be useful!" Shigaraki snarled, glaring at Izuku with heated red eyes, "if you are not able to make yourself useful, then you're useless!"
Izuku froze at that. Shigaraki didn't mean that. The two of them loved each other. They had been by each other's sides since the very beginning. They were both just very upset right now and they needed to take a step back. That's all.
"Come on Shigaraki," Toga said slowly, grabbing at Shigaraki's sleeves she pulled him out of the room, not without giving Izuku one last worried glance though.
Izuku was then left all alone in his bedroom with nothing but his thoughts for company.
