Bentley: From the looks of things, it seems the collaborating between two old foes means they've been plotting a secret war to whom I don't know and why we don't know. (screenshots of Rajan and El Jefe shaking hands, the cannon, and the spice mill)
Sly: Makes the Panda King's Avalanche extortion racket from years ago look like mere child's play from the looks of things.
Carmelita: (Angrily) And what are those two doing with the illegal spice anyway?! I thought Rajan reformed, whatever became of his carpet business?
Bentley: Nor do any of us know what their doing with Penelope (screenshot of her mending the strange devices) or what all this has to do with the cannon. But one things for sure this mass production will have to be halted. We need to find some ways to get some information about the cannon and what their plans are.
Sly: One of the two must have the plans on them about the cannon.
Carmelita: And the other must have a map of their targets!
Bentley: Exactly, but plans alone aren't the only thing to know what's going on. We need a way to bug the office (screenshot of a water bug), plus get rid of the surrounding security (screenshots of cameras on trees and turrets on the temple). And last but certainly not least, shut down the spice operation. Well let's get moving we've got a lot to do!
