Job 2: Getting the bug on
Sly exits the safehouse and heads up the nearby ruins with the help of the vines whether vertical to climb on or horizontal to walk or slide across. At the top of one of the ruins is a birdbath-like cylinder of water with a strange bug swimming in it. Sly pulls out his binocucom, Bentley's face is on the left while Sly's is on the right.
"You'll remember this one from years gone by Sly, all you have to do is..."
"Plant the bug in the bad boys' office…." Carmelita's face replaces Bentley's.
"A Water bug to bug in on their conversations?" She smiles at Bentley's genius. "I like this idea a lot! Who'd of thought it? So natural yet so effective." Bentley's face comes back.
"Better not get too confident though, since they know us all quite well, they won't be too fooled, be careful Sly."
"Don't you two worry, I know where to plant this little guy, hope they have a little pool in the office." Sly puts away his binocucom and gets to work. If anyone remembers Sly 2, the drill is simple, get the water bug into the office of the villain, but the catch is Sly needs to deposit the bug in pools of water to keep it happy, left out for too long it becomes irritable and makes a loud noise, which can attract guards. It's a little difficult with the guards, the platforms and who knows what else to reach a stone door at one side of the temple. After much traversing of the area and keeping the bug happy for short periods in pools, Sly heads in.
The area inside looks sort of like Rajan's office with little touches of El Jefe; Cobra vases, barrels, a pool of water a desk with some plans a few high tech weapons on a rack, a large globe in the middle and a small cage. Sly deposits the bug in the pool without hesitation.
"Okay Bentley, bug is in, we'll keep track of their conversations." Sly tells Bentley.
"Who's there?" says a young voice from the cage area. Sly heads over to that area and finds a young tiger in the cage decked in royal clothes and a small turban on top of his head. Sly is astonished to see who it is.
"I'm Sly Cooper and who are you?"
"I'm the prince of India, those two scoundrels captured me and their ransoming my family to give up their throne or these two will destroy our kingdom!"
"Th-that's awful!" Sly says appalled.
"The deadline is midnight!"
"Bentley are you hearing all of this?"
"Oh yes, but I'm afraid we can't do anything for the Prince yet, the two foes must have the key on them somehow. Better get back to the safehouse, El Jefe and Rajan will be returning any minute."
"Oh, Okay Bentley." He turns to the Prince, "listen little buddy, I've got to go for now, but don't worry we'll get you out, stop these two maniacs, and save your kingdom!"
"Thank you Sly!"

Sly does his victory dance and pose
