Chiron

I was sleeping peacefully until I heard an intense banging on the main door to the Big House. As I got up (A/N: Lol idk how he sleeps) checked the clock and saw that it was four in the morning. While I trotted to the door, I was thinking who could be outside so early in the morning.

I rubbed my eyes, trying to look not as sleepy before I opened the door. "Chiron, I accept your quest to protect Harry Potter," was all I heard as I saw Percy Jackson standing in front of me with tear streaks on his cheeks. I was worried for Percy even though he may not have been the small twelve year old boy who first came here killing the Minotaur to protect Grover and get revenge for his mother.

I quickly ushered him through the door and told him to take a seat. "What is the matter Percy? You look terrible and by the looks of it you have been crying," I simply stated concerned for the son of Poseidon in front of me. For the next hour and half he explained to me everything that happened right after I had asked him about the quest.

"Percy I am very sorry to hear about you and Annabeth. I would never believe in all my years that she would cheat on such a great hero. I also presume that you accepted my quest now to get some time away from here am I correct?"

Percy

I slowly nodded my head towards my mentor knowing he probably pieced everything together. "I understand," was all I got from Chiron. I decided to change the subject because talking about it was just fresh in my mind. "So… what about this quest for this Harry dude?"

"Ah yes, are you sure you want to go on this quest, you don't ha-" "Yes I do," I said interrupting him. "Ok, well since they are wizards and witches, I will have to ask Hecate to bless you so you can do magic. She will also have to train you not just about spells, you will have to learn about the wizarding worlds; history and customs."

I groaned hearing this new information thinking that it would be a simple quest. Not a moment did I think I would have to learn a whole bunch of crap, but I guess I would need to, to blend in.

"Its only for your good Percy, now let me Iris message Hecate." I watched as he pulled out a drachma and asked me to make him a rainbow. "Oh Iris, goddess of the Rainbow, please accept my offering and show me Hecate." I watched at the rainbow started to change and show me a familiar goddess doing some things I have never seen before.

Hecate looked up and looked and Chiron, "I assume Mr. Jackson over there has accepted your quest to help your old friend?" Chiron just simply nodded to her in return. "I will be there in ten minutes, I must finish this potion first."

"Thank you very much Lady Hecate," Chiron said then swiping through the rainbow to end the message. He turned around to face me, "I guess I shall explain this quest to you in more detail while we wait."

Chiron

Percy nodded his head while I decided on where to start with my explanation. "Percy if you remember from last time Lord Voldermort is a very powerful wizard who will do anything to get what he wants. I want you to be very careful when you go to Hogwarts because he even has influence in the Ministry of Magic there. Chose who you trust wisely."

He just simply nodded his head and waited for me to go on. "My old friend Dumbledore had asked for me to send the most capable demigod to help protect Harry because although he is doing everything he can, he is still worried for the boy."

"I remember you saying something about Harry being the only one to kill Voldermort, why is that?"

"That is correct Percy, I'm glad you remembered. When Harry was a baby, his parents Lily and James Potter tried to protect him but died in the process. When Voldermort killed Lily, part of the spell rebounded back at him protecting Harry. It did not kill Voldermort because he had split his soul making Horcruxes. This essentially made him impossible to kill unless all his Horcruxes were destroyed. Voldermort had unknowingly created a Hrocruxe in Harry. Thus this is why Harry is known as 'the boy who lived'. Everyone that has seen Voldermort had been killed, no one lived to tell about him. He has not been seen until his resurrection to a full state body recently."

I let Percy digest the information. "So I have to basically protect Harry so he can destroy the Horcruxes and kill Voldermort. Wait wouldn't he have to kill himself if there is a Horcruxe inside of him?"

"That I am not sure about yet, I'm sure my friend Dumbledore can explain to you more at Hogwarts." As soon as the words left my house a bright golden flashed came into the room as I averted my eyes knowing Percy did the same.

"Lady Hecate," Percy and I said at the same time bowing to her. "Hello Chiron. Percy congratulations on defeating Gaia and her children." I could see Percy get flustered and rubbed his neck saying, "Thanks."

"Now lets get you started," Hecate stated with a smile.

Harry (Same Day)

"Harry! Wake up breakfast is ready!" I woke up startled wondering who was calling me, but then I recognized the voice, it was Molly Weasley. She was like a second mother to me, always caring and watching out for me even though she had her own children to worry up.

"Harry get up c'mon!" I slowly got up out of bed as I heard her call again. "I'll be down shortly," I called from my room. I had been staying in the Weasley residence this summer. I will say it is a lot better then being stuck with Dudley and his parents.

While walking out of my room I run into Ginny. Smiling and giving her a small kiss, "Good morning Ginny." "Morning Harry," she says smiling while walking down the stairs. I follow her down the stairs to the kitchen where I see Ron, Fred, George, Molly, and Arthur in the kitchen.

"Morning everyone," I state while sitting down at the kitchen. "Hey Harry, sleep well last night," asked Mr. Weasley not looking up from this morning's issued of the Daily Prophet. "Good I guess," before I start to eat my breakfast.

After I finished my breakfast, I help clean up the kitchen. Once finished Ginny and I decided to go for a walk outside. While we were walking I was deep in thought about everything that has happened over the past couple of years. I knew Voldermort was raising an army of Death Eaters while I couldn't do anything. I felt useless right now.

"Harry what's wrong? Don't tell me you are worrying about Voldermort again. We have your back, me, Ron, Hermione, everyone Harry. Try not to worry to much and enjoy some time before we have to go back to Hogwarts." I smiled at and thanked her for the soothing words.

When we got back to the Weasley residence I noticed some more people there. I saw Ron and Lavender Brown next to each whispering on a sofa while Hermione was reading a rather large book. When we stepped inside Hermione noticed and greeted us, "Hey guys, enjoyed your walk?" Grinning and taking Ginny's hand in mine, "It was nice."

The next couple of hours was spent talking about what we have done over the summer and other random stuff. Before we knew it, it was time for dinner. I always enjoyed Mrs. Weasley's cooking.

Halfway through dinner time Mrs. Weasley reminded us, "You guys make sure you have everything you need because tomorrow we are going to Diagon Alley to gather your school supplies." I had completely forgotten about that, I wondered what I would do if I had no one to remind me.

I said good night to everyone after dinner was over. I was tired from today even though I had not done much today. I got ready to go to sleep and layed down on my bed before falling asleep instantly.

The Next Morning

I woke up to someone shaking me. I opened my eyes and saw that it was Ginny who looked ready to go. "Good morning Harry, its time to get ready we are heading out to Diagon Alley soon. Best be moving quickly." "Thanks for waking me up," I said as I got out bed. She simply nodded and walked out the room leaving me to get ready.

Once I was ready I walked downstairs to see everyone ready and we all went to Diagon Alley via the Floo system.

Ginny

Once we were all at Diagon Alley we agreed to meet at the Leaky Cauldron within two hours. It was ten o'clock now so that gave us two and a half hours. I watched as Fred and George go off with mischief looks on their faces making me wonder what my brothers were up to know. Mom and dad went off on their own too leaving the five of us alone.

We decided to get our books for our classes so we walked to Flourish and Blotts. This was probably one of the easy things to do. As I thought we didn't really need much, we all had wands, a pet, and a chest already for all out stuff. Now that we were done buying our books, we left the store and decided to walk around a little.

While we were walking, Ron and Lavender were holing hands and talking with each other while I was holding Harry's. I turned to look at Hermione and felt bad for her, she didn't have anyone that really liked her, the only person she really had some sort of thing with was Viktor Krum.

Though as I looked her I noticed she look lost in thought and was fiddling with a silver chain necklace that had a charm on it. I could never make out what was on it but I know there was also an engraving. She always had the necklace since I can remember, even the first time I met her.

"Hey Harry, was to go get Hedwig some treats?" He looked and me before deciding, "Sure, I guess she could use some extra treats." I nodded and told the others we were going on our own for a bit.

We took a left and started walking towards Eeylops Owl Emporium. I decided to bring up my concern for Hermione to Harry, "Harry do you ever think Hermione is a bit lonely?" "No, what do you mean she has a lot of friends." I stopped walking and looked at him. "Not like that I mean not having a boyfriend. She is my best friend and I am worried for her. She looks lonely sometimes and when I try to cheer her up sometimes it doesn't work. Plus she is always fiddling with that necklace of hers."

"That necklace probably has sentimental value to her Ginny," he looked at me not concerned. "I know she has always worn that necklace ever since I met her on the Hogwarts Express on my first year to Hogwarts. I never bothered to ask her about it though."

"Well whatever it is, we need to find something to make her happy," I said as I continued walking to the owl shop for some treats. "I agree," Harry stated following me. We got to the shop and bought some treats for Hedwig and looked at the time. "Geez it time to go meet up and the Leaky Cauldron Harry."

"Alright let head on back," he said leading the way.

Little did we know we would soon be meeting the person who has been bothering Hermione and what the necklace means to her.

A/N: Hope you guys enjoyed this chapter although I know nothing really happened in it. I apologize if Harry's or Ginny's point of view were a little bit weird, I didn't exactly know how to write their point of view.

Also let me know if you want next chapter to be some of Percy's training with Hecate or just skip to when he goes to Hogwarts and have some flashbacks to his training. I was thinking about the latter, but if the training is requested I'll be more then happy to write it. I promise some action will happen soon within the next one or two chapters and the story will actually progress.

I still don't have a set schedule on updating but from what I think, expect a new chapter anywhere from Friday to Sunday.
