KawaiiCutie12: Hey hey! So you guys already know the vibe! I'm back with another story. This one, however, is gonna be slightly different. It's based off an actual childhood book I used to love, and a fanfic I love to this day. The book is Full House Sisters: Substitute Sister. As for the fanfic, it's inspired by the candy man 234's story She's MY Best Friend, hence the similarities.

Chapter 1:
The prince and his friends were playing around the waterhole. Their laughter filled the air, and the hot sun felt refreshing against their wet fur.
"Ha ha, Nala and I won again!" Simba boasted.
"You cheated," Chumvi bitterly stated.
"Yeah! Cheaters!" Kula cried, blowing a raspberry.
Tojo, who was playing referee, nodded at Kula. "Yeah, Simba you've never been good at wrestling.
Simba and Nala grinned at each other, before looking back at the brown lion and lioness cub.
"How about a rematch?" Simba mischievously suggested.
"Loser has to give up their share of the meal," Nala added in.
Chumvi's eyes widened and Kula gasped. She loved food more than anything in the whole world. Okay, aside from her friends and Chumvi.
"It's on! Come on, Chumvi!" Kula declared.
Tojo checked to see if each team was ready. "Okay, contestants are...Nala and Kula!"
The lioness cubs stepped up and eyed each other.
"You're crazy if you think I'm giving up my food," Kula stated, though a teasing glint was in her eye.
"I guess I'm crazy, then," Nala teased back.
"Ready? And...fight!" Tojo called out.
Immediately the girls lunged for each other, aiming to pin the other one down.
Simba and Chumvi were cheering for their respective partners, and Tojo watched with anticipation.
The battle ended, and everyone just stared.
"Hah! I told you you were crazy!"
Nala, known as the pinning queen, was defeated by no other than Kula.
"And the winner is...Kula!" Tojo cried.
Chumvi and Kula cheered, while Simba and Nala stared in disbelief.
"Damn, Nal', looks like you've been dethroned."
Their heads turned, and their eyes widened.
"Tani!"
Running over to her, they embraced and nuzzled her.
"I missed you guys!" she cried.
"We missed ya too, cuzzo," Simba grinned.
"Glad you're feeling better, 'Tani," Kula said to her.
"Hey, where's Kovu?" Simba asked her.
"Kovu's with my mom and dad," she answered.
Vitani joined in on their games for a little while, until they grew bored.
"Hey, why don't we head back to the den?" Chumvi proposed.
Walking back to the den, they continued their chatter, and when they got to the den, they were surprised to see the king and queen making room into their guest den.
Curiosity taking over, the cubs walked over to them.
"Hey Auntie, Uncle, what are you guys doing?" Vitani asked.
"Making space in the guest den, honey," Sarabi answered.
The cubs went from curious to confused. "Why?" the prince asked.
Grinning, Sarabi turned to her mate. "You want to explain to them?"
Stopping, Mufasa made his way over to the cubs, and Sarabi went to finish the job.
"The Mountain Lands and Pride Lands are having a get-together for a few weeks," the king explained. "Malka and a few other cubs will be here, along with the royal family and their advisors."
"Really?" Simba asked, now excited. Malka was practically his brother, and it had been so long since they've last seen each other.
"Yes, son," Mufasa chuckled.
"All right!" he cheered.
"Yeah!" the other joined in soon after.
"But wait, who'll watch the Mountain Lands?" Kula realized.
"Malka's aunt and uncle will, of course," Sarabi had hopped in.
Kula sheepishly smiled. "Oh, right."
Laughing, Mufasa waved his paw. "You guys go and play now. We'll call you when we have our meal."
Running off, the cubs went into the other den and were now talking about the get-together.
"Man, I can't wait to see Malka again!" Simba exclaimed.
"I hope some girl cubs show up," Kula expressed.
Nala looked at her confused. "Because...?"
Kula turned to Nala. "Come on, you, 'Tani, and I are the only girls here. A few more girls wouldn't hurt."
Everyone stared at Kula and shook their heads. Not long after, the roar signaling dinner sounded, and the cubs raced over.
"Hey, Nal'?" Kula got her attention.
Nala turned to her, then remembered the deal. "Okay, I'll bring mine to you."
Kula waved her paw. "Don't worry, it was just a game."
Nala was surprised. Kula, the queen of food, denying an extra bite? Well, not that she was complaining...
Nala smiled at Kula. "Thanks, Kula, that's nice of you."
Following her to where the other cubs sat, they ate their dinner, then went back into the den before bed to hang out one last time.
"This is gonna be so fun!" Vitani exclaimed.
"Yeah, I bet the new cubs are gonna be so fun to play with," Kula seconded that.
"Ugh, I don't even want to sleep!" Simba cried.
"I gotta agree with you on that one," Tojo backed him up.
Talking for a bit more, they came up with new things to do with the Mountain Pride cubs, and talked about how they couldn't wait to see who else would join.
"Hey, Vitani, you think you'll be able to camp out here with us once the others come?" Nala asked.
"I see no reason why not."
The cubs turned to see the king's little brother and his mate.
"Hey Uncle Scar, hi Auntie Zira!" Simba greeted them.
"Hi!"
"Hey!"
Scar and Zira grinned at the other cubs, while Vitani made their way to them. "It's time for me to go, isn't it?" she slightly pouted.
Scar and Zira just stared at her, and she turned to the rest of the gang. "Bye guys. See you tomorrow!"
After calling out their goodbyes, Vitani returned back to their private den, and the remaining cubs went to their dens for the night. Curling up in his mother's paws, the Pride Lands prince tried to get some sleep.
Tomorrow's gonna be so much fun, Simba thought, I can just feel it!
