Kanji's POV

"Haaaaa!" Erza said flopping down next to me "That was great."

"Yeah." I sighed.

Erza grabbed the sheet and used it to cover her body.

"I could get used to this." I said kissing her.

"Me too…" Erza said kissing back.

We hadn't left the hotel room for a few hours…

"Mmmmm." Erza moaned into our kiss as I caressed her thigh.

I was all set to go again when I heard the communication lacrima start buzzing.

Grrrr DAMMIT!

I kept kissing Erza, hoping if we ignored it they'd just hang up.

"We." *kiss* "Should answer" *kiss* "That." Erza said.

"Fine." I said breaking the kiss.

I grabbed the device and Erza pulled the sheets up to cover herself.

"Hello." I said as the image appeared.

"Hi!" Mira cheered before slyly grinning "Am I interrupting something."

Erza and I just looked away.

"Ohh." She giggled "How embarrassing."

"What'd you want Mira?" I asked as my patience wore thinner and thinner.

Mira sighed "We have a bit of a problem."

"What's wrong?" Erza said.

"Someone's trying to kill Michelle." Mira told us.

She went on to explain that Michelle was being hunted by some hunter guild. Mira said that someone from Carbuncle had saved her but he got pretty messed up in the process, he was in the infirmary since yesterday and Michelle hadn't left the room.

"He was up for a little bit but he passed out again. Michelle can't leave the guild so she just sits and watches him."

"Do you need us to come back?" Erza asked.

"No, no." Mira said "Master sent Kage, Natsu, Cana and Gray to look for the scouting group so we can find the base and take care of it."

"Are you sure?" Erza said "It won't be any trouble."

"I have everything under control." Mira said "You two keep having your sexy time; I want a niece or nephew as soon as possible."

"Mira!" we both yelled.

"Bye-Bye!" she waved.

Lucy's POV

"So how were the love birds?" I asked Mira when she hung up.

The barmaid giggled "They're just fine. How's Michelle?"

"I don't know." I told her "I mean I have some experience with people trying to kidnap me, heck Michelle did it herself. But I don't know what to do."

Mira put a hand on my shoulder "You just have to be there for here."

I nodded and got up from the bar "I'll try my best."

Michelle has been taking her lock down as well as she can. Freed scribbled down a small enchantment to keep any more of the Anomaly Hunters' attacks from hurting her while she stayed inside the guild's walls. She sits in the infirmary all day, watching that man. I'm still not sure how I feel about her hanging around with him.

I opened the door to the infirmary to check on Michelle and found her asleep in her chair next to Chase's bed. She looked peaceful but there was a look of worry on her face.

"Everything will be okay…I promise, we'll get through this."

Kage's POV

Natsu, Gray, Cana and I had been sent to find the scout group and 'extract' the location of their main guild hall.

"Figures hunters are in the middle of the forest." Gray said.

"Are you sure their out here Cana?" I asked.

"My cards never lie." She said.

"WAH!" Natsu yelled as he was thrown into a tree by a noose trap.

"They're close." I said laughing a bit.

Gray cut Natsu down while Cana and I acted as lookout.

"I think I caught one." A voice said.

A man dressed like a cop walked around the corner. He caught sight of the four of us a started running.

I slipped into the shadows and appeared in front of him.

"Where do you think you're going?" I put a hand on his chest "What's the rush?"

We had the guy surrounded and he was starting to panic. Natsu's fist was on fire and Gray was in his casting pose, even Cana wasn't far off with her cards ready to be thrown.

"You're gonna tell us where your base is." Natsu said letting his fire get hotter "got it?"

"Fairy Tail…" he mumbled before touching some kind of speaker on his jacket "Unit 1: This is Marlon; I've been compromised, initiate operation: Broken Toy."

I shot forward and punched the guy in the face.

"What was that?!" I snapped "A Signal?"

"Just moving the rest of the squad into position in Magnolia…That prize is ours."

"They already have people in town." Gray said.

"You really didn't think a simple rune wall could keep us back for, long did you?" he smirked.

Natsu stomped over and picked the guy up by his collar "If there's a single scratch on anyone from my guild you won't even know what hit you."

"Cana call the guild" I said "They need to get prepared."

Lisanna's POV

Elfman and I were out doing some shopping for Mira. The streets were bustling with foot traffic and we were working our way back to the guild.

"Excuse me girl." A man asked.

This guy was dressed very sloppy, he had on an oversized t-shit and his jean shorts were falling to his knees. He also had nasty, dirty looking dreadlocks.

"Do ya know where Fairy Tail is?" he said in a funny islander accent.

"Yeah right at the end of the road." Elfman told him "but no one's allowed in right now."

"Ahh what a' shame."

The guy put his hands in his pockets and sulked off.

"That was odd." I told Elfman "what a strange guy."

"Yeah…" he said heading back towards the guild.

We didn't get too much farther down the road when we heard the familiar voice again.

"Did ya' get da Rune Barrier down et' Billy Ray?" the man said.

"I'm workin' on it Louis." A man who sounded like he belonged in a cowboy movie said.

"And what barrier would that be?" Elfman said standing tall behind them.

"Why da one at Fairy Tail." Dreadlocks said.

Elfman picked them both up and slammed them into the wall.

"Ay man what's all dis about."

"Hey big fella let's talk about this."

I looked at their things.

"You're with the hunting guild." I said "You're after Michelle."

"You're too smart for your own good girly." The cowboy said as a net dropped on me.

"Lisanna!" Elfman turned to help me and as a result dropped the two men.

"Never let ya prey go." Louis said putting Elfman in a headlock "Billy go collect I'll deal with this."

"Alright." The cowboy said running off but suddenly stopped.

"Freeze." "Hands to the Sky."

I looked at the other end of the street and Bisca and Alzack had already intercepted him.

"You're not going anywhere." Alzack said loading his gun.

"It's almost High Noon." Bill Ray said looking to the sky and taking out his own pistol.

The air seemed to get quiet. Alzack told Bisca to step aside as he stared this man down.

No one moved, not me, not Elfman, not even the cowboy's partner. The clock rang out once…five times…ten times…eleven.

*DONG!*

"Draw!"

They both pulled up their guns.

"Guns Magic: Burst Shot!"

"Showdown: High Noon Blaster!"

*BANG!*

Dust slowly blew through the air. Again, no one moved.

"Damn…UGH!" Billy grabbed his said and fell to the ground.

I turned my attention back to the other man.

"Animal Soul: Catgirl!"

"Don't think we forgot about you!" I said using my cat claws to scratch at Louis' face.

"Ow you stupid cat!"

"Beast Arm: Iron Bull!"

I flipped over the man and kicked him to Elfman who slammed him into the wall with a single punch.

"Ugh…" he groaned and passed out.

"What's going on now?" Bisca asked.

"These two were trying to remove the barrier." I said "Chase was right, they're getting more aggressive."

"The others better get back with some clues soon." Alzack said.

Elfman picked up the groceries and the four of us headed back to the guild to let them know what just happened.
