Stella's P.O.V.
"Liam, stop shaking me around like a freaking rag doll, I'm nauseous enough as it is!" I snapped, swatting Liam's jittery hands off my shoulders in annoyance.
Today we were finally taking the SAT's, and we were currently in the test centre, waiting to check in. The others were ahead of us, and I was stuck with Liam because he kept getting scared whenever the line moved, proceeding to move us back each time.
"Right, right. Sorry.. okay. Do you think I studied enough? What if I forgot something?" He rambled, tapping his foot on the hardwood floor like a hummingbird.
"Relax, you studied more than all of us combined. And lay off the coffee dude, if I didn't know better I'd have thought you were on speed"
"What if.. what I forget everything during the exam?! Oh, Stel.. let's just make a run for it!" he cried, looping my arm suddenly.
"LIAM! Stop it, before we get kicked out for real!" I said, looking around the other people around who were beginning to get agitated at his tantrums.
"You're gonna be fine in there, okay? Look, there's Sierra" I pointed out, seeing her at a different table. "Go sign in with her, I'm sure she'll help you calm down"
Obviously, as soon as he saw her he zoomed off instantly, leaving me alone. Which was good, because I could finally hear my own thoughts.
I felt pretty confident that I'd do okay, and I wasn't too anxious.. or so I thought. I suddenly heard my pencil drop at my feet and bent down to get it, but my hand collided with someone else's, who managed to beat to me to it.
"Nervous?"
I looked up to see a guy.. a very cute guy, I must add, smiling back at me. His eyes were this gorgeous forest green, and complimented beautifully with his caramel complexion and mocha brown curls. I'm pretty sure - okay, I'm lying, I know for a fact, he's one of the jocks. I recognised him instantly, I've definitely checked him multiple times before when watching Sky and Riven play at practice.
"What gave it away? The clumsiness, or my hand trembling as if it's -50 degrees in here?" I joked.
"You're.. Stella, right?" he asked, with an amused chuckle. "I've seen you around"
I nodded, extending my hand. "Stella Solaria, nice to meet you"
He's seen me around? Only place he's seen me is drooling in the bleachers whilst watching him and a bunch of other hot, sweaty guys run around in a field.
Oh, and if you're wondering why the hell I've spent so much time gawking at the football players, Sky and Riven always make Musa and Bloom watch and cheer them on. Being the supportive friend I am, I usually come along and shout obnoxious remarks every two seconds to mess with them, but I stopped embarrassing myself with that as soon as I realised how incredibly hot the other players were. And then I started coming along purely for the eye candy..
"Tristan Rivers" he smiled sweetly, shaking my hand. "I'm sure you'll do just fine."
Rivers.. I knew he was familiar, I've heard his name being yelled out a couple times not only during practice, but during actual games by a lot of other girls. I can see why, I mean, he's totally dreamy...
"I hope so, and you too!" I said, getting up.
"Wait, you'll need this" he reminded, handing me back my pencil. "Can't do an exam without anything to write with"
"Oh, right.. yeah. Thank you, and good luck" I smiled, my cheeks feeling hot, as he flashed me a pearly grin before walking away.
I'm probably blushing like a tomato right now, but can you blame me?
Okay Stel, you're about to sit an exam, no time to think about cute guys, just focus. You can do this.
Letting out a breath I didn't even realise I was holding in, and proceeded to show my admission ticket, before going in.
So.. as expected, it wasn't too bad. I think I did pretty well, honestly.
We had just finished and I was stuck in a sea of students, trying to look around to find my friends, but no one was in sight.
"Where is everyone?" I grumbled to myself, trying to get on my tip toes to see past all these people. After a while, the crowds had finally died down and I was outside, on my phone, since I still couldn't see anyone.
"Wasn't so bad, was it?"
I glanced up to see Tristan in next to me, his arms crossed as he leaned against the wall.
Hold up, he's talking to me? Like.. again? He wants to actually speak to me? Weird...
"It really wasn't. I spent a ridiculous amount of time studying, only for barely half of the material to be on there?" I said
"I know right. And to think I missed the last couple episodes of Brooklyn nine-nine for this!" he pouted.
"Oh my god, SAME! I can't you believe you watch that show, I love it!" I squealed.
"No way! My friends never understood the hype, but I mean, hello.. Jake Peralta? What's not to like?" he chuckled.
Am I dreaming.. a buff, macho football player is fangirling over Andy Samberg?
"Exactly!" I exclaimed. "If you catch up before me, please don't spoil!"
"Oh don't worry, I wouldn't dream of it. So, are you waiting for someone?" He asked.
"Yeah, but I still don't see any of my friends.." I sighed. "I've been waiting for like twenty minutes, and I'm getting hungry"
"Well.. I was gonna swing by this new ice cream place downtown. It's not that long of a walk, you wanna join me?" he asked.
Did he.. is he asking me on a date? An ice cream date? I'm gonna spontaneously combust..
Okay, I'm overthinking this. We literally just met, I'm sure it's nothing.
"God, I'd love some ice cream right now... but, I should probably wait for my friends" I said, glancing back down at my phone.
No one had replied to my texts or answered my calls. Maybe they won't mind if I ditched them just for a quick ice cream run?
"Come on Stella. I insist, my treat. It's boiling hot and I can't leave you out here all alone. How refreshing would some nice, cold ice cream be right now?" He smirked. I pursed my lips, hesitating for a second.
What about Brandon? He's supposed to give me a ride. But I'm sure he won't mind - he probably forgot anyways.
"Well, how could I say no to that?" I sighed, giving in.
After walking in a comfortable silence for a bit, I spoke up as my curiosity was buzzing, pleading me to ask him how he knew my name, or why he was talking to me in the first place.
"So.. how'd you know who I was?" I asked.
"Like I said, I've seen you around" he answered.
"But like, we're not in any classes together.. " I said, my eyebrows furrowing together in confusion at where he'd even see me since our schedules were completely different. Not that I knew for sure, but it wasn't hard to assume - the jocks usually took less demanding classes since sport was a major time commitment, apart from a select few that I knew of. "You're on the team right? The only way you'd know me is through my friends Sky and Riven, and I doubt they mentioned me"
"Okay, correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't you the one who sits with their girlfriends during practice?"
"No, you're right. I do, um- watch you guys play sometimes, but not in a creepy way! Just, supporting our team, no other reason" I squeaked, my cheeks feeling hot again.
"Hm.. really? I could've sworn I'd caught you checking us out a few times, but maybe I'm just imagining things.." he joked innocently, clearly not believing me.
"Alright! Fine, I admit it I do tend to indulge in the occasional... appreciation of eye candy that accompanies" I shrugged. "But, you're probably used to that, being the star quarterback and all - isn't that title an automatic chick magnet? Girls are probably all over you "
"Yeah, but not all of them are as fascinating as you are" he grinned, revealing his adorable dimples.
"Oh really, what makes me so fascinating?" I asked inquisitively, and unintentionally quite flirtatiously.
"The fact that all the other girls are swooning and cheering us on even when we're losing, and you're over there insulting us way worse than coach ever has. I recall you once directly called me out for... what was it, not being enthusiastic enough?" He laughed.
"You remember that?" I snorted incredulously. "I didn't think anyone actually heard my snide comments"
"I remember it really well, in fact you can imagine how bruised my ego was for a week after the seemingly innocent pretty blonde girl told me to, and I quote 'get a grip, or get off the fucking team, you absolute joke of an athlete'"
My mouth shot open as I gasped in surprise of his extremely accurate recollection of my first time watching the team play from the bleachers...
*Flashback to a couple months ago*
"This is booooring." I whined like a child. "I can't believe I let you guys drag me along to watch this. Watching paint dry is more entertaining, trust me, I've done it"
"You're not even watching Stel!" Bloom said, snatching my phone. "Just give them it a chance, maybe cheer them on?"
"Guys, you told me there would be some hotties here! All I see is raging hormonal boys crashing into one another. And those stupid outfits - you can't even see their faces under their bulky helmets, and the colours.. ugh, don't get me started on the colour scheme-"
"Dude, will you shut up if I get you a hot dog?" Musa asked, tired of my continuous whining. But can you blame me? They forced me to come along with them to watch their boyfriends play, and I was bored out of my mind! I mean, Riv and Sky aren't terrible but the others, they're just like chaotic rhinos smashing into each other like they're fighting over the water hole. I heard our school's team was pretty good, and I'm no sports expert, but aren't they supposed to be scoring touchdowns or something? I don't know, maybe it's too early on...
"Yes, that would help" I smiled, settling back into the bench. I started to catch onto their names pretty quick, since the coach was seriously loud. And in no time, I was their self designated commentator.
"Wow, that Jones kid can't catch to save his life" I scoffed. "Hey buddy, try maybe reaching for the ball instead of standing there like a freaking gargoyle!"
"Stella!" Bloom hissed, nudging me. "Shush, he might hear you!"
"Nonsense, the only thing these guys hear is their primitive cavemen brains telling them to throw punches for no apparent reason" I chuckled, rolling my eyes.
"Hey, be nice! They're not all dumb, conceited idiots.. well, at least not Sky and Riven. I can't really vouch for the rest" Bloom sighed.
"Fine, I'll give them constructive criticism.." I smirked playfully, beginning to enjoy this. "Maybe they just need motivation."
"Hey, Sanchez! If you don't score today, then your girlfriend Chelsea Andrews will NOT put out tonight!" I said, mocking the coach's serious tone.
"Stella Solaria!" Bloom gasped, wide eyed, as she elbowed me. "I can not believe you just said that!"
"Coming through!" Musa said, pushing her way through the stands. "Stel, shove this hot dog in your loud ass mouth before you get us in trouble"
"Yo Rivers, get a grip, or get off the fucking team, you absolute joke of an athlete!" I yelled, once again doing my best impression of the coach.
"I think he heard you.. shit, shit, shit!" Bloom cursed, bending down trying to hide herself in the bleachers.
"I was just joking! God, now he's gonna throw that ball right at my face" I said, my face scrunching up as I realised how loud I was being.
"It's fine, just shut up and play along." Musa said. "Hey, who said that? Shame on you!"
"Yeah, I can't believe someone would be so mean, our team is amazing! Don't let them get you down guys!" I yelled.
"You guys are ridiculous" Bloom grumbled, facepalming at our futile attempt to cover our asses.
"What's happening now? Why are they stopping?" I asked.
"Half time or something. They take a quick break, hydrate and all that stuff" Musa informed.
I continued to watched them, insulting their obnoxious actions (quietly this time) - the way they flexed their muscles knowing everyone was watching, ugh, it wreaks of ego in here!
That was, until they took off their helmets. I'd seen some of them before, but there were so many guys I'd never seen at this school .. like ever? They must have completely different schedules or something - anyhow, it was like a total slow motion movie moment - the helmet comes off, they shake their head, wiping their hair off their face, and they pour bottles of water on themselves. Like something straight out of a cringey rom com. Except this was real.. no matter how much fun I poked at their game, I gotta hand it to them, they are stunning... Now this, this was the action I was waiting for.
"Stella! Stel! Helloooo"
"See, Bloom? I told you this would happen, as soon as she saw their faces she'd stop being a total bully and fall in love. Just wait till the shirts come off-"
"What?" I said, snapping out of my daze. "They- they take off their shirts? Here?"
"Slow down, girl. I was joking.. but I guess you regret being mean to them now, huh?" Musa said.
"You never told me they were a bunch of Abercrombie and Fitch models!? I'm definitely coming to practice more often." I chuckled, munching on my hot dog.
"What happened to 'this is so boring! they can't even play!'" Bloom asked.
"Maybe I was being a little harsh?" I laughed nervously.
"A little? I think you should apply for coach's position, you have the potty mouth for it" Musa snickered.
*End of flashback*
Oh god.. yeah, the first time I watched them play, I did not hold back, like.. at all.
To be fair, it was their first game of the semester and the team was super disorganised since people were dropping in and out so they were a bit rusty, but I was brutal..
"I am so so sorry, Tristan. I swear, I thought no one heard me, and I didn't mean any of it, I was-"
"Hey, relax. I'm not bothered by it" he chuckled. "I figured it was a joke by your impression of Coach Humphrey - I mean the resemblance was eerie"
"Seriously, I take it all back! You guys are actually pretty good, and I'm in no position to judge. I was just mad because I didn't wanna be there, nothing personal - although my attacks were extremely personal.. god, I'm a terrible person. Remind me why the hell you're talking to me again?" I said, internally cringing at the fact that he not only heard me but knew it was me that night, and continued to acknowledge my presence each time after that.
"Again, it's not everyday a pretty girl has the confidence to put an entire football team in their place without so much as a second glance" he said.
"Well.. you're welcome. I see that my constructive criticism worked pretty well, considering you guys are one of the best teams in the state now" I laughed.
"Yeah, we really do owe all our success to you" He teased.
Our laughter was interrupted by a loud horn blaring right beside us.
"There you are, Stella. Get in!"
Oh great, Brandon.
"What are you doing here?" I asked, confused as to why he was basically driving at the speed of a snail next to us.
"God, do you have memory loss? I came to give you a ride, like we agreed. Except you decided to get lost, but now I've found you, so can we please go" He whined, barely even acknowledging the person next to me.
"Shields? That you?" Tristan said, looking at Brandon.
Wait, they know each other? Well, obviously they do they're both popular as hell, but I didn't know they were friends.
As soon as Brandon caught sight of him, his expression hardened. His jaw visibly clenched, and he abruptly slammed the brakes, stopping aside us.
"If it isn't Tristan Rivers" he spoke bitterly, narrowing his eyes at him.
Okay screw what I just said about them being friends, I'm definitely sensing some serious bad blood here...
"It's been a while, huh buddy?"
"Sunshine, get in.. we gotta go" he said impatiently, not daring to take his eyes off Tristan.
"Sorry I didn't know you and Stella were... a thing?" Tristan said, trying to interpret the situation.
"No- we're not! He's not- he's just a friend" I spluttered, looking at Brandon for help, but didn't even seem phased. He was too busy staring daggers at him. What the hell is his problem?
"Brandon I appreciate the offer, but I'm fine! We were just about to go get ice cream, so if you don't mind-"
"You and... him, you were gonna go with him?" He retorted. "I don't think so, get in"
Is he serious right now?
"I'm sorry, are you seriously trying to tell me what to do?" I scoffed.
"Hey man, if you're not cool with this-"
"No, it's fine, he's just being annoying. Brandon, you're not my mom, okay? Just go home, please!" I said, glaring at him to back off. He hesitated before rolling his eyes in frustration and driving off without another word.
"What was that about?" he asked, looking slightly concerned.
"Why don't you tell me? I mean you guys seem to know each other, did something happen?" I asked.
"Brandon and I were on the team together last year. When he quit, I moved up to his spot, and he's probably mad about it? I heard he's joining again next semester, so he'll have to earn it back. Trust me, I'd gladly give it up, he was one of the best we had, but I don't make the decisions" He shrugged.
That is so typical of him! To get all angry at someone for something totally out of their control.. I mean Tristan seems so sweet, and I know for a fact Brandon can be an asshole, so it's not hard to come to the conclusion that's he's probably just jealous of Tristan for taking his position, right?
"Oh.. well for what it's worth, I'm sure you'll do great next year, regardless of whether Brandon comes back or not. And you can bet I'll be in the stands, providing everyone with my riveting commentary." I smiled, elbowing him. "Although, I'll try to restrain from using any colourful language.."
Brandon's P.O.V
I take my eye off Stella for barely an hour and she manages to get herself involved with that punk Tristan? She couldn't pick any other dumb, spineless jock, it had to be that one?
I don't know why I'm so bothered about it, she can hang out with whoever she wants, but why HIM.
Slamming my car door shut, I jammed my keys into the keyhole, opening the front door to my house and going in. I climbed up to the stairs, heading to my room, but when I twisted the door knob I was met with an unfamiliar pair of eyes.
There was a girl with long flowing platinum hair and ivory skin sitting at the foot of my bed - who, judging by the phone in her hand, was presumably texting to occupy herself before I came in.
"Who are you?" I asked.
"Ali!" She beamed, getting up. "Liam said I could wait in here for you?"
"Give me a minute.." I said, stepping back out my room and closing the door before yelling. "LIAM?"
"No need to scream, I'm just down the hall" he said, peeking his head out his bedroom door. I charged into his room, pushing him aside before closing the door.
"Why is there a random girl in my room?" I asked.
"I can explain.."
"Oh please do." I said, leaning on the door. "Is she.. is she a-.. you know, a..."
"A what.. a hooker? Are you insane?!" he whispered, his eyes wide in realisation at my insinuation. "No, you idiot! Why would you think that?!"
"Well she was sitting in my room 'waiting' for me? What was I supposed to think?" I said in defence. "Especially after all your lousy attempts at trying to force me to date, I didn't know how far you'd go!"
"She's this girl in my English class, Alison Pierce. I may have organised a social.. event, for the two of you.. some may call it a date but let just ignore the labels here-"
"What did I tell you about setting me up with random chicks you find in the hallways?!" I interjected.
"It's different this time, I swear! I promised to set her up with you in return for some reading material I need for the course next year and-"
"Oh, so you exploited your own cousin for a grade?" I asked. "And to think she was the one being pimped out!"
"Trust me, you're not my best bargaining chip. But she didn't want anything else, and she wouldn't relent so I just agreed. I told her to swing by today, so I can chaperone and you won't find a way to escape" he shrugged.
"Okay, well couldn't you have at least told me about it, before putting a stranger in my room?" I questioned.
"If I asked, you wouldn't have said yes" He argued. "Look, I'm not asking you to marry her or anything! Just talk to her, order some food maybe, watch a movie, anything. Frankly, I'm more concerned about you than worried about my GPA"
"Well, that's a relief" I uttered.
"Cut the sarcasm, okay? You haven't even looked at a girl since... you know. And I'm not trying to force you into anything, but it's been a whole year, we're practically finished with junior year, you need to let yourself relax, loosen up!" he said.
He stood up, looking at me with sincerity. "Brandon, seriously. You need to move on, and I'm not saying it needs to be with her... just that eventually you'll learn to trust people and love again and there's no harm in just, simply.. talking to her. Look, I don't know how you feel and I can't tell you what to do, but I know you're still the same person you were all those years ago - the same hopeless romantic who threatened to kill me if I ever toyed with a girl's heart"
A chuckle escaped my throat of the memory, my mind thinking about how everything was before it all came crashing down.
How easy it all seemed, how the feeling of happiness was like second nature to me, and it seemed like nothing could hurt me because of how well I had it. Boy was I wrong... so naive, thinking I was invincible.
"Eventually, you'll probably get hurt again. It's inevitable, but you can't live your entire life like a robot, pushing people away won't help you heal.. it'll only make it harder. Not everyone is gonna be like Mitzi, and I know you already know that. I'm just asking you to give her a chance, just this once and if it goes horribly wrong, then I promise, I'll never interfere in your love life again and-"
"Fine" I agreed, sighing in defeat. "But only because you've already wasted enough of her time"
"YES! That's my man, go get some!" He exclaimed, punching my shoulder.
I glared at him, before he quickly backed off. "Or don't.. I'll be shutting up now. Just go!"
"Don't make me regret this" I said, before leaving his room.
Okay, how bad can it be?
Very bad.. considering I don't think I even remember how to flirt, or small talk or anything. How do you even talk to girls now.. is flooding them with compliments still considering good, or is that shallow?
"Hi!" She chirped.
"Hey, sorry to keep you waiting, I had to talk to my cousin" I said, leaning against the door frame.
"It's okay. You have a really interesting room.. a lot more books than I expected" She said. "Not exactly what I envisioned"
She's imagined my room before.. creepy much?
Stop, you're overthinking! She was probably just joking, trying to make conversation.
"Why, because it's outrageous for a guy to read literature in this society without his masculinity being questioned?" I scoffed.
Now you've done it. You've definitely blown it, not even a minute in and you attack her!
"No, silly.." She giggled, playfully rolling her eyes. Wait.. she's not mad?
"I just meant in a day and age where everything is on TV, it's cool to find people who still appreciate written work" She shrugged.
Maybe I need to stop reading into everything she says. Liam wouldn't have put me up to this if he thought she was a bad person, right? I just need to be open minded.
"Not that I'm one of those weirdos who swear against technology, I love TV. Like, love it. You must too, to have a flatscreen the size of a boat in your room" she said, gesturing to the TV that was hung across from her.
"Yeah, I guess I do" I smiled, sitting on the edge of bed next to her. "But sorry to disappoint, I mostly use it for video games"
"Which ones?" she asked.
"It's a mix really.. why?"
"Just wanted to judge your taste. I mean everyone raves about COD black ops but-"
"Hold on, you play?" I asked in surprise.
"A little, my younger brother makes me play with him sometimes. He loves it, but World at War is so much more fun in my opinion, I mean-"
"-Nazi zombies!" we said in unison.
Okay, now this is definitely someone I could get on board with.
"Exactly! Everyone argues that it's so historically inaccurate or whatever, but who cares when the graphics are that good" I said. "Infinite warfare is terrible though"
"No it's not. You're probably just saying that because you're bad at it" she smirked, mischief flashing in her ash grey eyes.
"Are you challenging me?" I asked, cocking my head to the side.
"I don't know.." she said, walking across my room and bending down, picking up a controller, before looking back at me. "Are you up for the challenge?"
"I don't usually kill zombies with a girl on on the first date, but there's a first for everything, right?" I teased.
"You probably don't get demolished by said girl either, so get ready to eat your words"
Maybe this won't be so bad after all?
Stella's P.O.V.
The sun was setting, and I was walking home. I had accidentally been out a little longer than I'd initially expected, because Tristan and I were talking for so long I lost track of time, and I had decided to talk the longer route home for some reason. I spent the past hour walking aimlessly while gushing on the phone to Bloom, until I finally approached my street.
"I still can't believe it, he asked you out?"
"Okay for the tenth time, Bloomie, he did not ask me out! We just went to get ice cream, it was really innocent. And second, ouch! Is it so hard to believe he could like me?"
"Of course not! Just funny, considering you made zero effort to talk to him and the only time you did, you were being really rude. And suddenly he decides to be all flirty to you out of the blue? He's probably been staring at you from the field, not the other way around!"
"Whateverrr, I'm not gonna expect anything. Maybe an additional wave, but that's all. Oh, did I mention he called me pretty? Not once, but twice! Do you think he meant anything by it, or was it just typical flattery?"
"Yes you did, this is the fourth time actually. He gave you his number, I'm sure he wants a little more than a wave!"
"That was just so we could text about something we talked about.. it's hard to explain, it's an inside joke"
"You guys have inside jokes? That's adorable. So, did you feel butterflies when your hands touched?"
"Bloom! It was for a nanosecond, he was just being nice. Look, I have to go, but I'll talk to you tomorrow" I said, getting my door.
"Bye! Have fun talking to Tristan" she giggled suggestively before hanging up.
As soon as I got in, I went straight to my room and collapsed into bed. Finally, exams are done and I can spend all my time doing whatever I please!
I looked up at the wall that separated Brandon and I's room, thinking back to earlier.
I should probably ask him about that, right?
About to knock, my hand paused mid air when I suddenly heard laughter. I put my ear up against the wall to get a clearer sense of understanding, and suddenly realised it was.. a girl? No one I recognised.. and Brandon's voice was there too so it's not like he was watching something.
Hold on.. a girl in Brandon's room? Pffft, yeah right, like that would ever-
"Brandon! You said you wouldn't laugh!"
"Sorry, sorry.. you're right it was probably mortifying. But I bet you looked cute in the outfit!"
My eyes widened.. outfit?! What outfit? God I hope they aren't talking about something dirty, my ears are gonna start bleeding!
"Yeah, because a 7 year old dressed up like the easter bunny is cute. Sure!"
Oh thank the lord, it's just some innocent childhood story.
But wait - if they're exchanging childhood stories they must be like friends.. but Brandon doesn't really have any girl friends.. unless its a girlfriend!
Only one way to find out for sure..
"Oh my god is that a GIRL in your room? Who isn't your mom?" I yelled through the wall.
"What was that?"
"Nothing.. just my uh- neighbour.. she's kind of deranged" he said, yelling the last part so I could hear.
Rude much?
"Hey, don't embarrass me in front of your new girlfriend!" I yelled.
"Are you eavesdropping? Stop it!" he yelled back.
"Ooh you didn't deny it! Well, I won't disturb you much longer. Use protection!" I said, covering my mouth as I began giggling uncontrollably.
"Stella.. I swear to god-"
"There's condoms in the bathroom drawer!" I said, clutching my stomach in laughter. I can't breathe, this is gold.
"If you don't shut up I'll-"
"Do what?" I dared.
"I'll call your mother!" he yelled.
He wouldn't dare!
"Enough said, I'll shut up and go hang in the living room.." I sighed giving in. "Remember, be safe!"
When the opportunity to embarrass Brandon presents itself, how can I decline?
"Dialling her number!"
"I'm gone!" I said, grabbing my phone and leaving my room.
I wonder what that was all about. Guess I'll have to find out tomorrow?
I kinda hate this chapter if I'm being honest lol, probably because it had zero brella and was another filler type chapter, but it needed to be done so I could introduce you guys to theses new characters. Before anyone wants to attack me, NO they aren't suddenly gonna be dating other people. They're kinda significant in the development between Brella's friendship and their feelings, but apart from that they won't have huge roles. I have so much in store so bare with me here, I know it's a slowburn but I promise it will be worth it haha.
What do we think of them so far? Do they seem nice and why does Brandon hate Tristan so much? I wanna hear what you guys think, so please review, ily all!
