The final chapter! We've finally made it! Hope you guys like how this romance ends.

Once they were back in the car, Pitch heaved a big sigh. "So? I heard through the grapevine that you wanted to talk to me later."

"Later as in when we get back home." Jack chuckled and started the car.

"Oh? Why not now?"

"It's something I'd rather talk about there."

"So mysterious," Pitch chuckled.

"You'll learn to deal with it."

"Is it a good talk or a bad talk?"

"I think you'll like it."

"Good talk then. Will it involve compliments about how fantastic I am?"

"Possibly."

"What about praise for my amazing abilities?"

"Possibly."

"Maybe an extended vocabulary beyond 'possibly'?"

Jack grinned and answered with another "Possibly."

"You're such a tease."

"I thought you'd have been getting used to it by now."

"I am, you little tease."

"Good. That won't be changing anytime soon."

"Oh, of course not. You're too stubborn for that," Pitch teased.

"I thought you liked my stubbornness. It enticed you enough to stay around despite being on probation."

"I find your stubbornness to be a delightful quality, to a point."

"Only to a point?"

"A point we have not reached yet, I assure you."

"What would I have to do to reach that point?"

"Be stubborn when it was really important for you to do as you were told."

"When would that ever happen?"

"Maybe if I think you're in danger."

"I don't see why I'd ever be in danger like that."

"That's why it's a point we haven't reached yet."

"And I hope we never do."

Pitch smiled and covered Jack's free hand with his. "We will be happy, Jack. I'm as stubborn as you are, and I want this with you."

"I really, really hope so." Jack squeezed the hand holding his. "I want it too. Almost as much as I've wanted my own shop."

"You have your own shop, or practically. I'd give it to you except I doubt you'd accept it."

"I still insist on paying you back for it. I appreciate the offer as a gift, but it's something I want to have done for myself. And I only meant that that's how much I want this to work."

"I know, and I'll make sure you pay every penny for the place," Pitch chuckled as he ran his thumb over Jack's knuckles.

"Kozmotis, I was thinking about something. If you're interested, that is."

"I'm always interested."

"Would you be willing to take a job at the shop? At least until you get a professor job, of course."

"What would I do?"

"Help me get everything set up. I can't do it all by myself.

"Well, you would have the freedom to hire anyone you wanted, but I'll help if you need me."

"I do need you."

"Are we still talking about the shop or perhaps about life in general?"

"Both."

"I need you too."

Jack blushed, and, instead of responding, decided he'd rather just change the subject. "So what did you think of everyone?"

"They're nice. Fairy wants to meet me privately later."

"Oh? I definitely feel like I should be worried now." He looked over at Kozmotis as he drove. "You know I'd tell you whatever you want to know, right? If you feel like you'll only get it out of her, that's not true."

"I know, love."

"I just want to make sure you do. Why does she want to meet with you privately then?"

"I dunno. Maybe to test me some more over my loyalty and devotion?"

"That does sound like something she would do."

"I did ask her about your exes. All of them."

"Did it scare you at all?"

"It made me feel sad."

"Yeah," Jack sighed. "That usually happens when people learn about my past love life."

"I wish it didn't have to happen, but you wouldn't be you as you are now if it hadn't."

"I wasn't all that different before them. A little quicker to smile and trust, but that's about it."

"I like you as you are now. Your smiles and your trust mean more because I have to earn them."

"That seems like an awful lot of effort for a simple florist." Jack smiled at him as he pulled into his driveway.

"That's your description, not mine."

"Many would say that's the accurate description."

"Still not mine."

"I think yours is faulty."

"Do you want me to have a different description?"

"No, no. I like how you think about me." He got out of the car with another grin. "Even if it is faulty."

"Naughty boy," Pitch chuckled and followed Jack. "Your modesty is sometimes quite difficult."

"Really? It's given me no difficulty at all."

"I wish I could say the same."

"Don't be so dramatic. It hasn't caused you that much trouble."

"Only a little trouble."

"Exactly what trouble do you think it's caused?"

"Well…" Pitch pulled Jack into his arms. "I have to tell you again and again how wonderful and handsome and precious you are."

"You never act like that's any trouble."

"Oh, it is." He smiled and leaned down to kiss him passionately. "It is."

"I can tell," Jack snickered against his lips. He tossed his wet jacket onto a stool and slid his newly freed up arms around his lover's neck.

"You wanted to talk," Pitch mumbled, moving his lips to Jack's neck. "What about?"

"You'll see." He slowly started backwards down the hallway, pulling Kozmotis along with him to the bedroom without breaking their contact.

Pitch chuckled. "What are you planning, naughty thing?"

"Don't worry your pretty little head about it. You'll enjoy yourself." As soon as they were in the bedroom, Jack kicked the door shut before the dog could sneak in with them. A whiny and clingy pup could be a bit of a mood killer, and that was the farthest thing from what he wanted at that moment.

Pitch looked at the door with a quirked brow. "I'm getting a little worried."

"Don't act so surprised. It's not like it's nothing we haven't done before."

"Ah." Pitch slowly unbuckled his belt and pulled it free from its loops. "What got you in the mood?"

Jack took the liberty of helping him unbutton his shirt and push it down his shoulders. "You, of course."

The taller man chuckled and stripped Jack of his shirt. "What did I do to earn this?"

"You were you." He let his lips trail down the man's neck to his shoulders. "And it was captivating."

Pitch shivered. "I want you."

"You can have me," Jack whispered into his ear as he licked up the shell of it.

"Right now?"

"Right. Now." He undid Pitch's pants and pushed them down his hips.

Pitch slid his hands into Jack's pants, gripping him. "You can touch me too," he whispered.

"I know." Jack smirked and reached around to grab a set of firm cheeks, deliberately avoiding his cock. "The next time I touch you is going to be with the inside of my ass."

"God, I can't wait," Pitch chuckled and pressed up against him.

"Me neither." He took Pitch's lips again and moved them closer to the bed, kicking off his shoes as they went.

"I remember how good you felt."

"And I remember how amazing you felt inside me."

"When can I be inside you again?" Pitch whispered as he pushed Jack back down on the bed and covered his body with his own.

"The sooner the better," he breathed. Jack pulled him down into a deep kiss.

"Tonight?"

"Now. That was the 'talk' I wanted to have with you. The talk that would be easier to show you than say." Jack's eyes rolled up at him.

"Now? Right now?"

"If you keep saying that, I'm going to change my mind and go cuddle with Snowball instead."

"No!" Pitch gripped Jack's wrists and held them above his head. "You're not going anywhere."

"Then show me how much you've missed me."

Pitch smiled and claimed Jack's mouth in a desperate and passionate kiss as he parted Jack's legs with his knee. "Tell me you want me."

"How to put it into words…" Jack smiled teasingly and kissed him again. "I want you more in any single second with you than I've ever wanted anyone else in my life combined."

"I feel that way about you too." Pitch slipped his tongue past Jack's lips, sliding it along Jack's.

Jack moaned softly. "Will you make love with me, Kozmotis?" He pulled away just enough to look up into amber eyes, their breaths mingling between their barely parted lips. "I don't want just a quick fuck. I'm selfish; I want all the love your heart can possibly muster."

"I think I could manage that," Pitch hummed. He moved himself between Jack's legs and slid between his plump cheeks. "If you promise to do the same."

"I don't think I could do anything but exactly that." His legs wound tightly around his lover's waist.

"Good," Pitch purred. "Do I need a condom?"

Jack nodded. "I still won't break that rule quite yet."

Pitch smiled understandingly and reached over to the side table to pull out a condom from the drawer. He ripped the packet with his teeth and quickly rolled the condom on. "Better?"

"Much." He smiled and gave him a quick kiss. "Now, get in here already."

"Yes, sir," Pitch chuckled. He coated himself in lube before slowly easing inside. "God, you feel even better than I remember."

Jack's head fell back with a long, shuddering breath. "Fuck, Koz," he gasped when he shifted the tiniest bit inside him.

Pitch chuckled. "I'm guessing you like this."

"Ya think?" He pulled Kozmotis into a lingering kiss. "I love it. I love you."

"I feel the same, flower child." Pitch sucked on Jack's lower lip as he thrust.

"So much." Jack's legs spread wider to give him better access, and he was instantly groaning at the new closeness. "I love you, Koz."

"I love you," Pitch groaned, thrusting deeper.

Jack made sure their lips spent minimal time apart; only enough for breathing, really. Kozmotis' height didn't make for the easiest kissing standing up, but boy did he love it in bed. He didn't have to choose between feeling good between his legs and tasting his lover's mouth. Lithe fingers danced up the man's back, rotating between massaging his tensing muscles and gripping him tightly when he struck a nerve inside him.

Long fingers tangled in Jack's hair and tugged his head back to expose his pale throat to hungry lips. Pitch kissed and sucked the tender flesh, covering it in tiny bruises as he began to thrust harder and faster. A loud moan escaped Jack's throat as he stretched to give him more neck to explore. It felt as though with every kiss and every thrust, his eyes were rolling back in pleasure. He mumbled incoherently, his mind going delirious in his desperation. One of Jack's hands made his way down between their bodies to stroke himself firmly, eager for release.

Pitch quickly gripped Jack's wrist and forced it back above his head. "Not yet. Let me," he whispered deeply before claiming Jack's mouth.

"Please," Jack begged.

"I will, my love. Soon." Pitch moved his mouth back to Jack's neck, his hips thrusting teasingly against Jack.

"Why must you torture me like this?" He groaned.

"It's not torture. I'm just enjoying being with you now that I can." Pitch smiled. "And maybe just a little torture."

Jack smacked him on the chest. "Sure feels an awful lot like torture on my end," he moaned softly.

"If I let you cum now, can we do this again soon?"

"We can do it whenever you'd like."

"Whenever I'd like?"

"And as many times."

Pitch purred. "Now, how could I pass up such a tantalizing offer?"

"You can't." Jack grinned up at him knowingly.

"And all I have to do in exchange is give you a mind blowing orgasm."

"Offer accepted?"

Pitch claimed Jack's mouth in a passionate kiss. "What do you think?"

"Well, you aren't doing much to give me that 'mind blowing' orgasm you offered...so I'm still not too sure," he teased.

"Tease," Pitch chuckled. He gave Jack's hair a tug, once more exposing his throat as he thrust as fast and deep as he could. He pressed his pelvis down to provide friction against Jack's length.

"You love it." Jack gasped out breathlessly. "Oh, fuck! Koz!" Pitch groaned and bit where Jack's neck met his shoulder, his hips pounding between Jack's legs. Jack turned his head back and yanked him into a hard kiss. When it all quickly became too much, he bit down on Kozmotis' lip as he came.

Pitch moaned and thrusted a couple more times before he came too. "I love you. I love you," he whispered deeply against Jack's lips.

"I love you too. So much." He gently stroked a sharp cheekbone, smiling up at his lover.

Pitch leaned into Jack's touch, smiling. "Was it worth the wait?"

"Well worth it."

"I think so too." Pitch gently slid out of Jack's body and flopped down next to him, pulling him close. "I do have a confession."

"Hmmm?" Jack looked up at him through hooded eyes. "What is it?"

"I may not have been entirely honest with you."

Jack's face instantly fell. "What?"

"Well…" Pitch ran a finger over Jack's lips, tracing his Cupid's bow. "I was hoping that instead of just buying the shop, you'd let me be a partner. I may have also been hoping that you'd let me be a partner in more than just the shop."

"Don't scare me like that!" Jack smacked him lightly and flopped back on the bed with a big sigh of relief. "I thought you were going to say something awful."

"I'm not an actor anymore, and I don't have another secret second life." Pitch smiled. "Well?"

"As of today, I'd very much like to have you as my partner not in the shop sense."

"I won't accept anything less than a lifetime partnership."

"I would love nothing more."

"Good." Pitch hummed and nuzzled under Jack's jaw.

"So I have to ask you something."

"Yes, my darling boy?"

"Will you, Kozmotis Pitchner," he paused to kiss him softly. "Be my official boyfriend?"

"Yes." Pitch hummed and pulled Jack down for a kiss. "Yes. Yes."

"I love you," he whispered.

"I love you too. Thank you for forgiving me."

Jack curled up on his side so he could face his lover, hooking his leg over the man's hip. "I'm only sorry that it was so hard for you to earn it."

"Was it hard?" Pitch slid his hand to cup Jack's rear, pulling him closer. "I hadn't noticed."

"Extremely. I put you through the ringer."

"It was worth it."

"You really think so?"

"Of course. Your body felt fucking fantastic, and now your heart is even more mine than it was before."

"My heart is fully yours."

"I know it is."

Jack smiled and snuggled up against him. For the first time in what felt like forever, he felt completely at ease with a boyfriend. There weren't any more fears or worries in his heart in that moment, and the realization made him smile even more.

2 years later

"Jack Frost, why are there flowers all over my grading?"

"Because someone took over the only open table in the house, and I have to either work from home for a little or stay at work the whole night. Would you rather I take all my work back to the shop?"

"No." Pitch sighed and pushed the flowers aside so he could gather up the stacks of essays. "What is all this for? Wedding, graduation, funeral?"

"Wedding."

"For how many? There's thousands of flowers here."

"A big enough one that I wouldn't be able to finish it all on Monday. I thought if I brought some home tonight and got a big enough chunk done, I wouldn't have to go into the shop tomorrow and we could have a day off together."

"A day off?"

Jack snickered. "I know. It's been so long since we've had one it's hard to remember what it is."

"I do have class tomorrow," Pitch hummed.

"Damn it," he groaned. "I completely forgot about that."

"Give me five minutes, and I'll be completely free for you tomorrow." Pitch smiled and gave Jack a quick kiss. "I think my students would appreciate a day off. An extra day to work on their essays."

"Really?" His face instantly brightened. "That would be great!"

"Did you have anything special planned?"

"Maybe."

"Finish up those arrangements, flower child. I'll work on these essays so there won't be any distractions."

"Sounds like a plan."

"I'll see you later, love." Pitch nuzzled Jack's cheek. "Don't stay up all night."

"I'll try my best." Jack turned to give him a quick kiss before he left. Snowball lifted her head from where she was lying in her bed by the door, looking for a pet from the man.

"Such an affection hog," Pitch hummed affectionately, stroking the dog's head before leaving the room to Jack.

Jack settled back into his work. He managed to finish up before it was too late in the evening and went in search of his boyfriend. He found Kozmotis grading papers on the couch and wove his way between his arms to sit on his lap. "How's your work coming along?"

"Half my students didn't bother reading the books, the other half undoubtedly used Sparknotes and Wikipedia, and one has an unhealthy obsession with commas." Pitch dropped the essay he had been reading on the table and pulled Jack closer.

"Sounds like you have quite the handful." He wrapped his arms around Pitch's neck.

"Thankfully that's just the freshman class. I have hopes for the seniors." Pitch smiled and buried his face against Jack's neck and kissed the soft skin there.

"Are you almost to a stopping point? I haven't eaten dinner yet if you haven't either."

"I could do with a break," Pitch mumbled against Jack's skin.

"Good. I ordered some Mexican food for us, and it should be delivered soon."

"What did you get me?"

"Your favorite, of course."

"Those tacos that I absolutely adore?"

"Of course."

"God, I love you," Pitch purred and pulled Jack in to kiss him deeply.

"Do you?" Jack grinned against his lips. "I hadn't noticed."

"Teasing minx," Pitch chuckled. "How are the flowers?"

"Done for the night. I finished enough that I won't have to do any work tomorrow and can spend the entire day with my boyfriend."

"Will the shop be alright without you for the day?" Pitch teased.

"I scheduled enough people that they should be fine without me."

"Must be nice to finally own your own place."

"Oh, it's very nice. I get to do whatever I want, and it's all thanks to you."

"Stop, you're making me blush," Pitch teased.

"Good. I love it when you blush."

"Only when it's you who've made me blush."

"Of course. That's the only time."

"Certainly not when other people make me blush."

"Oh, no. I'm the only one allowed to make you do it."

"And if someone else makes me blush?"

"I'll be very upset with you."

"What would you do?"

"Many things. Some you might enjoy and others you won't." Jack chuckled and kissed at his neck gently. He sighed softly against the skin. "As fun as this conversation is...it's not what I took the day off in hopes of talking about."

"What would you like to talk about then, flower child?"

"As you know, I've reached the halfway point in paying you back for the shop. I was wondering if being my partner was still something you wanted."

"You would have to make me a formal offer, but I wouldn't refuse."

"So you still want it?" Jack pulled away enough to look into the amber eyes he'd grown to love so much.

"I do. I want to be your partner."

"Wonderful." Jack leaned in for a slow kiss. "I never would have thought I'd want to share my dream with someone like this. I realized the other day that my dream has changed though."

Pitch smiled and ran his fingers through Jack's hair. "Oh?"

"Mhmm." He nodded.

"Tell me more about this revelation."

"I don't just want a shop of my own anymore. I want a shop with the both of us. I want it to be ours." Jack nuzzled their noses together.

"Just the shop, love?"

"More than...the shop." His cheeks heated.

"I could use some clarification on that."

"I-Snowball and I, were wondering if," Jack paused to clear his throat nervously. "If you would consider moving in with us?"

"Officially moving in? All my books and my toiletries and my plastic flamingos?"

"You'd have to downsize at least a little. My house isn't as spacious as yours...but yes. That's the idea. We already spend every night together anyway; it only makes sense that there'd be only one house to go to instead of two."

"Hmm." Pitch leaned his head back against the couch and smiled. "That does make sense. I do spend most of my free time here anyway."

"See? It would be the sensible thing to do. And you're nothing if not sensible."

"Such is true. I am very sensible. However, there are some cons."

"Such as? You already knew your closet would have to be cut down to half its size if we ever moved in together."

"You're also pretty messy and a little bit clingy. I usually wake up with you wrapped around me like a snake."

"You've never complained before now."

Pitch shrugged. "I suffer in silence." He sighed loudly, throwing an arm over his eyes dramatically.

Jack rolled his eyes and slid off his lap to flop on the couch next to his lover. "You can take the actor out of Hollywood, but you can't take the drama out of the actor."

Pitch chuckled and pulled Jack between his legs for a cuddle. "I have been waiting one year and 11 months for you to ask me."

"That's an oddly precise time frame."

"Well, It has been two years since we officially got back together. I was considerate and gave you a month before I started getting impatient."

"You hide your impatience very well," he chuckled and leaned back against him. "Remember how hard it was for me just to invite you over to my house? Of course it was going to take forever for me to get to this step."

"I was kinda hoping my irresistible skills in the bedroom would make you desperate to have me around permanently."

"Sorry. My anxiety doesn't work that way."

"I figured that out after two years," Pitch teased.

"Clearly," he laughed.

"You truly kept me waiting, flower child."

"Was it worth the wait?"

"You're always worth the wait."

"I'm glad you think so."

"I'll have my stuff moved in by the end of the week. Will that be okay?"

"That would be perfect." He grinned at Kozmotis. "Why do you think I took the day off tomorrow?"

"To spend the day in your boxers and wrapped around me like a snake?"

"To help you de-flamingo your lawn."

"You're so sweet."

"I knew you would say yes. I just had to work up the courage to ask."

"And now you have, my brave boy," Pitch chuckled, rubbing their noses together.

"And you're really going to move in with me." Jack grinned happily.

"Uh huh. I'm really going to move in with you."

"Snowball will be thrilled. She'll get to have her two favorite humans with her all the time."

"And her master will be able to see his boyfriend even when they're busy."

"Exactly." Jack crawled on top of him with a smile. "This sounds like a dream. Am I asleep and not aware of it right now?"

"If you are, then stay asleep just a little longer." Pitch pulled him into a kiss.

"I'd like to stay asleep for eternity please." He moaned softly against those lips, his arms sliding around Kozmotis' neck. "Never wake me."

"Never," Pitch whispered against Jack's lips, pulling him closer and deepening the kiss.

"I love you, Kozmotis. So much."

"I love you too. More than any word in any language could ever convey."
