No One's POV

Three women were standing on a balcony, a blonde, a brunette and a…sort of red head.

"Another bothersome day." The blonde woman sighed.

"Lighten up." The pink haired girl laughed "The Grand Magic Games are in town don't you want to go watch?"

"No…" the first girl said

"I suppose it's just not the same this year." the third female voice said.

The three were interrupted when a loud alarm began blaring.

"What the heck?"

"Hurry! The stadium is on fire!" a soldier yelled.

"What?!"

"Is one of the teams a sore loser?" black haired girl asked.

"No some strange wizard arrived and his fire began to melt everything."

"Well stop standing and move out!" the blonde yelled.

"Yes Captain!" the men saluted.

"Jeez you're so serious lately." The pink haired girl giggled to herself "I liked it when you were more light hearted."

"I'm just doing my job Ma'am." The blonde said "I'll bring this renegade in."

"All right, be careful now." The black haired woman smiled.

The main arena was filled with flames and the stone around the edges was turning orange and molten.

In the center was a disheveled looking man with shaggy pink hair and layers of clothing.

"See now you did it!" Lucy yelled "The army's here!"

By the time their captain had arrived the troops had already surrounded the man.

"He won't come quietly Captain." The soldiers said.

"I'll take care of it." The woman said as the troops made a path for her, her green armor ratteling as she walked.

"You're under arrest."

"Jeez you guys are really gonna take me in?" the man said turning to face the woman "Wait…!"

"Of course it's you making my job difficult…" the woman hissed "Natsu!"

"You're not really gonna arrest me are you?!" he yelled.

The woman suddenly cuffed him with nullifying shackles.

"Michelle come on!" Natsu yelled.

She looked different, but the Knight Captain was without a doubt Michelle Lobster. Her armor was still plant like but had a barkier look to it, her sword was sharper, and her dirty blonde hair was tied into a messy ponytail.

Michelle's POV

"Natsu Dragneel you're under arrest for the destruction of public property." I said pulling him off.

"HEY COME ON!" the man roared "Happy help me out here."

"Mi-Michelle?!"

I turned back.

"Is…that you?" a voice asked.

"Sister?!" I gasped "Why are you here?"

"I'm working with Sorcerer Weekly, why are you here?

Lucy…

She looked different, her hair was longer and her body had matured a little more, but this was definitely my sister.

"You're not really gonna arrest Natsu are you?" she asked.

"It's my job." I said pushing Natsu towards the castle.

"Nice job!"

I looked up to the roofs and Cosmos was sitting there clapping.

"You made a big mess." She said wagging her finger "I can take him the rest of the way, head back when you're ready."

Her Rose soldiers appeared and picked Natsu up, running him to the castle.

"Michelle!" Lucy hugged me "It's been so long, why are you here?"

"Like I said, I work here, in the castle as a knight."

"You're a soldier?"

"It was a good place to train and learn." I said "I couldn't sit around the apartment depressed all day, I needed to do something to be strong enough…to look out for you."

"Michelle I'm a big girl." Lucy said placing a hand on her chest "You don't have to protect me."

Yes I do.

Lucy smiled "I missed you too."

She hugged me.

I hugged back "I missed you too Big Sister."

We headed to the castle and Natsu was already on his knees in the throne room.

"Princess this is foolish, for once in his life he needs to be punished!" I yelled "This Acquittal is ridiculous!"

Hisui giggled to herself "You're taking your job too seriously Michelle. We appreciated everything you do here, you're a lovely addition to our force, but it's okay to put your personal opinion before your job."

I just grumbled to myself.

"Your friends are outside." The princess said "You should go talk with them. You haven't seen them in some time correct?"

I went outside and Natsu and Lucy were talking in the garden.

"The guild broke up?" Natsu said confused.

"Michelle!" Lucy patted the rock next to her "Come sit!"

"I don't get it why?" Natsu asked.

"I'm not really sure." Lucy told him.

"Where can I find the old man? Cause I'm gonna bash his brains out!"

"Master is missing." I said "He has been for some time now."

"Well what about Gray, or Erza and Kanji?"

"Everyone moved on." Lucy said "They just…went their separate ways."

"I don't believe this, everyone was just okay with the guild breaking up like that." Natsu groaned.

"I wonder…" I hummed.

"How could this happen?!" Natsu yelled "Even if Gramps told them to break up Laxus or Kanji could have taken over."

Suddenly my sword was at his neck.

"Michelle." Lucy gasped.

"You have no right." I growled "Especially when you were the first to abandon everyone without a word. You were selfish and only thought about yourself…you weren't there for the nights I heard my sister crying…saw my friends have no place to go, You have no right to speak on this matter. You weren't there when we needed you!"

"Michelle wait!"

"I knew talking with him a was a mistake!" I said storming off "Disappear again for all I care."

The following morning.

*Sniff*

I jumped up in bed.

Smoke?

I grabbed my things, transformed into my armor and ran outside.

"Your friend is sure making a mess." Kama said.

The whole side of the palace was on fire.

"It's not burning, it seems to be just a message." He said.

"Move out!" I yelled.

I'm taking you down this time Natsu, you've gone too far.

Lucy had told me where she was staying and I had no doubt that Natsu was with her, I had the apartment surrounded and prepared to move in.

"Should we break the door down Ma'am?"

"Not yet." I said "I know you're in there Natsu, Come out with your hands up!"

I saw Lucy in the window.

"Don't help him Lucy, or I might have to arrest you too!" I yelled "Just have Natsu come out peacefully!"

The window on the top floor blew open Natsu came running out with Lucy in his arms.

"Natsu!" I yelled "Don't resist!"

"Catch him!"

I took about ten steps and then the ground ripped open.

"Captain?!"

I looked back an there was a huge vine barrier in the way.

"Lower your barrier? What are you doing?!"

"It's not me." I said confused.

*Thunk*

A bag landed next to me.

"That's your stuff, get going." My fellow plant using knight said.

"Cosmos." I looked at the roof and the woman was sitting on the roof "This is your barrier."

"I figured they'd get in the way." She giggled.

"I need to catch Natsu now!"

"Nah." She sighed "You don't."

"I don't have time for this he's getting away!" I said running but another wall came up.

"You know you've been a great soldier." She smiled "But that ends today."

"Cosmos…"

"You're fired." She said sternly.

"No, why?"

"Your place isn't with us anymore." She told me.

"Michelle!" Princess Hisui appeared "This is my final mission for you as a knight in my service and it's important one."

She smiled.

"Restore Fairy Tail with your friends." She said "That's where you belong!"

"I…I…"

"You've become plenty strong, now go!" she yelled "Return this nation's greatest guild to glory!"

I gulped, trying not to cry.

I looked up and saluted her "YES MA'AM!"

I grabbed the bag and ran forward.

"Sister!" I yelled "Wait for me!"

Cosmos' POV

"So She went to bring them back huh?" A man asked.

"You didn't do anything to stop her?" I said.

We were both watching Michelle catch up to her friends, ready to see the world and bring back their guild.

"She may be bitter now, but she'll open back up." He said.

"Getting all emotional?" The Princess asked "Chase?"

"Hmhp." He stood up and walked to the shadows "Our paths will cross again."

I looked towards the sunrise.

Now go my student there's nothing left for me to teach you. You've grown from but a bulb…into a wonderful rose.

"Sad to see her go?" Kamika asked.

"Our unit will take a blow without her." I faintly smiled.

"I'll miss her too." Princess Hisui sighed.

"Hey?" I said "Do you know why I like Roses so much?"

"No why?"

"Well did you know that some animals make nests in rose bushes, the thorns protect them." I said "Such a beautiful plant is able to protect whatever it grows close too. That's why I love Roses."
