Chapter 11
The next morning, I wake up and Damon is basically draped across me. I feel his breath on my neck and it sends chills all over me. Turning to face him, I start kissing his neck to wake him up. "Don't start something you can't finish." he growls. "Who says I can't finish?" I say before rolling him over onto his back and straddling him. We are both still naked from the night before and I easily slide down onto his hardened member. Taking my time, he sits up and is kissing my neck and I feel his fangs touching my skin. I whisper "Taste me." I feel him bite my neck but it doesn't hurt. It's like it intensifies the climax. After we both reach our release, we get up to shower and go for round two.
Getting out of the shower, we get dressed and while I am drying my hair, Damon comes behind me and puts a beautiful necklace around my neck. "Damon, it's beautiful." I say. "It was my mother's. It has vervain in it so you can't be compelled." he tells me. "Your mother's?" I asked shocked and he says "It has been passed down through eight generations. It's time I passed it to someone I care about." he says before turning me around and kissing me softly. It is then that I realize that I think I am falling in love with Damon Salvatore.
Walking out of the boarding house, he drives me to Bonnie's and as we walk in the door, she is in the kitchen talking to Enzo. "Kali has been spending a lot of time with Damon. How's Elena handling it?" he asked. "Not very well. She thinks that he has a plan to come between them." Bonnie says as we walk into the kitchen. "Let her try." I say and Bonnie smiles at me. Enzo and Damon step into the living room to talk and Bonnie asks, "What are you going to do if she does try to break you up?" I just smile, playing with my necklace, and say "She won't succeed. Bonnie, I think I am falling in love with Damon and I think he feels the same way." She looks at me shocked and asked, "Are you sure?" I nod my head yes and show her the necklace. "He gave me this necklace this morning. It has vervain in it. It was his mother's." I tell her. "Seriously? Kali, that's great." she says. "I don't see him going back to her. She can try but it won't work." I tell her. The guys come back into the room and while Bonnie and Enzo are in their own conversation, Damon whispers in my ear, "I do feel the same way." I smile, I knew he was listening.
The next day, I am spending time with Bonnie and we are working on more meditating spells and Caroline walks in the door. "Oh my God. You will not believe what Elena did." she says. We look at her and Bonnie asked "What did she do now?" Caroline says "Damon went back to the boarding house and Elena was naked in his bed waiting for him." They look at me to gauge my reaction. "What did Damon do?" I asked. "Called Stefan in there and said to get his leftovers out of his bed and walked away." I smile and pick up my phone, calling Damon. "Hey beautiful." he greets me when he answers. "Hey baby. I heard you had a little encounter with Elena?" I asked. "Yeah, she thought she could just show up in our bed and I would give into her. But Stefan got her out of there." I smile "Did you say 'our' bed?" I asked. "Yeah. Our bed. I want you to officially move in with me." he says. "I'd like that." I tell him. "Good. Once you get everything packed up, we will get it moved here. I was thinking of turning one of the guest rooms into a meditation room for you and you could put all of your witchy things in there." he says and I smile bigger. "That would be great. I will get packed and head that way." I say. "Hey Kali." He says before I end the call. "Yeah babe?" I asked. "I love you." he says and I feel my heart explode. "I love you too Damon." I say before ending the call. "Wait. Did Damon Salvatore just tell you he loved you?" Caroline asked. "I believe he did." I tell her smirking. "Well, let's get you packed and moved in with your man." Bonnie tells me before we head upstairs to pack everything.
