Chapter 1
"Mums, I'm home!" The brunette walked into the penthouse flat and surveyed the living room. "Mum. Mama! Hello!" The girls face started to fall and she ran further into the house. "Are you here? Please tell me you're ok! MUM!" Her face was now terrified, her eyes searching the room.
"Laura, honey hey it's ok, we're here." Laura fell to the floor, sobbing into her mother's arms. " Lena can you come here, quickly please!" The blond woman picked up her daughter and moved her on to the couch gently.
"Kara, what's wrong hun?" Lena came running to the living room and caught sight of her daughter crying on the couch in her wife's arms. "Laura honey!" Lena ran over to her daughter on the couch and looked over to her wife. "It's ok, we're here."
The next morning.
"Do you know what happened with her?" The CEO asked her wife. Kara hugged Lena tightly and sat up on the bed.
"All we can do is ask Laura when she wakes up, which should hopefully be any moment." The hero kissed her wife on the head and shuffled out the bed. "I'm going to check on her. I'm really worried, so I'm going to call Alex to do a full check up on her. Is that ok?" Kara put on her robe and looked back at her wife.
"Of course it is honey. I'll come with you."
The couple walked towards their daughter's room and gently knocked on the door.
"Laura are you awake?" They opened the door slowly and peeked into the room. "Mama? Mum? Oh thank rao you're ok!" The girl ran over to them and hugged them tightly."I thought you were dead yesterday! I had seen at school that you were in a giant fight with some alien and that you were badly injured. Also, I had seen that mama was being followed by someone so as soon as school was over I flew home because I thought you could have both been killed!" The girl's giant blue eyes started to well up. The mothers were so worried all they could do was hug the girl.
"Honey you know we are always extremely careful and that you shouldn't fly home from school otherwise you could be discovered!" Kara said, her eyebrows scrunching together.
"I know mum I'm sorry." The girl could feel her cheeks go red and looked down at the floor.
"Hey, sweetheart it's ok," Lena said lifting her daughters chin. "You were just worried and you weren't found out so... everything's ok." Kara was still hugging her daughter, so Lena stepped back and looked adoringly at her family in front of her. "Your both perfect."
